以Cu2(OH)3NO3为前驱体,采用无模板溶剂热法成功合成了大小为1~2 μm的CuO/Cu2(OH)2CO3中空梭型微粒.高倍电镜显示其外壳层由高度弥散的CuO和Cu2(OH)2CO3纳米颗粒组成.通过控制反应时间证明了该中空梭型粒子的形成过程是由自组装和奥斯特瓦尔德熟化过程控制.该纳米材料的特殊结构使其对乙醇、丙酮等有机气体有良好的气敏性能.  相似文献

应用共沉淀的方法在球型Ni(OH)2的表面包覆了一层Y(OH)3,并研究了包覆不同含钇量后的球型Ni(OH)2的高温充放电性能。研究结果表明:包覆Y(OH)3的球型Ni(OH)2具有良好的高温充放电性能。其中1C充放电条件下,包覆量为0.3%的Ni(OH)2较好,0.2C充放电条件下,包覆量为1%的Ni(OH)2较好。  相似文献

以氯化亚铜,硝酸锌,氯化锡和硫脲作为反应前驱体,聚乙二醇作为模板,利用溶剂热方法合成Cu2ZnSnS4中空球。其中,聚乙二醇对于产物的最终形成起到关键作用。文章讨论了Cu2ZnSnS4中空球的生长机制,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱、场发射电子显微镜(FESEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线能量色散谱(EDX)、X射线光电子谱(XPS)、选区电子衍射谱(SAED)和紫外-可见光分光光度计(UV-Vis)等技术对样品的微结构以及光学性质进行了表征和分析。结果显示Cu2ZnSnS4中空球为四方晶体,尺寸为600 nm。其禁带宽度为1.52 eV,适用于制作光伏器件。  相似文献

混合溶剂前体法制备纳米CuO粉体及其性能表征   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
Nano-CuO was prepared by heating nano-Cu2(OH)2CO3 precursors in different calcination temperatures. The precursor was synthesized from water-alcohol mixed solution of Cu(Ac)2 using mixed solution of NaOH and Na2CO3as precipitants. XRD, FT-IR, TEM, TG-DTA and surface area measurement techniques were used to investigate the properties of the CuO powder. The results show that the spherical, well dispersed nano-CuO powder with the average size of 15 nm and higher catalytic activity for H2O2 decomposition was obtained at 300 ℃. With the increasing of calcination temperature, crystal of CuO grows up, agglomeration of the powder becomes heavier and catalytic activity decreases. FT-IR patterns revealed that the vibration fine structure of Cu-O bond in nano-CuO powder disappears and main absorption is red-shifted with the average size of nano-CuO reducing.  相似文献

为研究PVP含量对CZTS颗粒形貌以及分散性的影响,本文采用溶剂热法,以CuCl2·2H2O、Zn(Ac)2·2H2O、SnCl4·5H2O作金属源,硫脲作硫源,乙二醇为溶剂,在体系中加入不同含量的PVP,成功制备了CZTS微球。通过XRD、Raman、SEM、TEM、UV-Vis等方法检测分析CZTS纳米微球的物相、结构、形貌以及光学性能。结果表明:所得CZTS纳米颗粒具有锌黄锡矿结构;当体系中PVP含量为0.2g时,颗粒分散性较好,制备的颗粒形貌为表面嵌有纳米薄片的微球,纳米片较在体系中加入0.1gPVP更致密;光学带隙约为1.47eV,与太阳能电池所需的最佳带隙接近。最后,对表面嵌有纳米薄片的CZTS微球可能的形成机理进行了推测。  相似文献

固相法合成的样品,经X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)、电感螯合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)、比表面积(BET)、热重分析(TGA)和滴定法(CT)等表征为α-Ni0.81Al0.19(OH)2.19-2y(CO3)y·xH2O(x=1.1~1.2,y=0.10~0.12)。为了改善其高温性能,样品经混掺不同量Y2O3后作为氢镍电池的正极材料,做了不同温度恒流充放电、微电极循环伏安(CV)和交流阻抗谱(EIS)测定。结果表明,60 ℃时掺Y2O30.4wt%~1.2wt%,能提高样品不同倍率放电比容量达18.1%~42.0%,同时也改善了高温放电电位。  相似文献

La2(CO3)3 nanowires were prepared in the nonionic surfactant microemulsion(Triton X-100/cyclohexane/water)system. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and selected area electronic diffraction (SAED) were used to characterize the shape and size of the products. The results showed that the pH value and concentration of mother solution, temperature and aging time all could affect the morphology and size of the La2(CO3)3 nanowires. The lengths of the nanowires were more than 10 μm and the diameters were in the range of 30~200 nm.  相似文献

以氯化钴为原料、氨水(28wt%)为沉淀剂采用均匀沉淀法成功地合成了Co(OH)2。X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)测试表明,表面活性剂Tween-80的加入使所制备的α-Co(OH)2呈现出类似花朵的形貌;循环伏安、恒电流充放电、交流阻抗和循环寿命等电化学测试表明,该材料的电化学性能也得到一定的提高,其单电极比电容可达到370 F·g-1。  相似文献

0引言具有类NASICON结构的Li3V2(PO4)3是继过渡金属氧化物LMO后的一种新型的锂离子二次电池正极材料。与目前市场上应用最为广泛的正极材料LiCoO2相比,Li3V2(PO4)3具有超常的稳定性,即使在脱出的Li 与过渡金属原子的物质的量之比大于1的时候仍然具有超乎寻常的稳定性,而通常情况下1mol LiCoO2在脱出0.5mol Li 就会变得不稳定。并且Co是一种战略物资,全球储量十分有限;Co也是一种有毒金属,对于环境污染较为严重。LiNiO2因其合成较为困难而使应用受限,尖晶石LiMn2O4虽然属于环境友好型化合物,但其理论比容量仅为148mAh·g-1,且…  相似文献

通过调节溶液的pH值,在水热条件下合成出长径比为2-45的La(OH)3纳米棒. 对水热合成过程中间体的结构演变分析,发现高碱度有利于小尺寸晶核的形成,La(OH)3晶体结构的各向异性导致这些晶种沿着C轴方向生长,进而形成纳米棒结构. 将La(OH)3纳米棒前驱体于773 K焙烧可以得到长径比为2-20的La2O2CO3纳米棒. 随着长径比的增加,La2O2CO3纳米棒暴露的(110)晶面逐渐增加,La3+-O2-碱性位的数目也从0.08增加到0.24 mmol/g. 因此,在Claisen-Schmidt缩合反应中,La2O2CO3纳米棒催化剂上的反应速率随着长径比的增加而逐渐增大.  相似文献

Leaf-like Cu(OH)2 single crystals were synthesized via the controlled emulsion interface method using Span80 (sorbitan monooleate) as the stabilizer of the emulsion system. CuO products with nanopores could be simply obtained by the dehydration of Cu(OH)2, while maintaining the strip-shaped architecture. The phase structures and morphologies were measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Experimental results showed that Cu(OH)2 microleaves were single crystals and the growth direction seemed to be in [111] crystal plane of the orthorhombic Cu(OH)2. The formation of the nanopores should be attributed to the water loss of the transformation from Cu(OH)2 to CuO. The formation process of Cu(OH)2 was investigated by taking TEM images at different stages of the reaction. The formed nanoparticles began to rearrange to form nanorods and microleaves possibly via edge-by-edge and side-by-side oriented-attachments because of the formation of larger crystals greatly reducing the interfacial energy. Besides, CuO microarchitectures exhibit blue shifts in UV-Vis spectra and possess larger band gaps compared with those of bulk crystals.  相似文献

Differential scanning calorimetry and high temperature oxide melt solution calorimetry are used to study enthalpy of phase transition and enthalpies of formation of Cu2P2O7 and Cu3(P2O6OH)2. α-Cu2P2O7 is reversibly transformed to β-Cu2P2O7 at 338–363 K with an enthalpy of phase transition of 0.15 ± 0.03 kJ mol−1. Enthalpies of formation from oxides of α-Cu2P2O7 and Cu3(P2O6OH)2 are −279.0 ± 1.4 kJ mol−1 and −538.8 ± 2.7 kJ mol−1, and their standard enthalpies of formation (enthalpy of formation from elements) are −2096.1 ± 4.3 kJ mol−1 and −4302.7 ± 6.7 kJ mol−1, respectively. The presence of hydrogen in diphosphate groups changes the geometry of Cu(II) and decreases acid–base interaction between oxide components in Cu3(P2O6OH)2, thus decreasing its thermodynamic stability.  相似文献

The two new compounds, Sr4Cu3(AsO4)2(AsO3OH)4·3H2O (1) and Ba2Cu4(AsO4)2(AsO3OH)3(2), were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. They represent previously unknown structure types and are the first compounds synthesized in the systems SrO/BaO-CuO-As2O5-H2O. Their crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction [space group C2/c, a=18.536(4) Å, b=5.179(1) Å, c=24.898(5) Å, β=93.67(3)°, V=2344.0(8) Å3, Z=4 for 1; space group P42/n, a=7.775(1) Å, c=13.698(3) Å, V=828.1(2) Å3, Z=2 for 2]. The crystal structure of 1 is related to a group of compounds formed by Cu2+-(XO4)3− layers (X=P5+, As5+) linked by M cations (M=alkali, alkaline earth, Pb2+, or Ag+) and partly by hydrogen bonds. In 1, worth mentioning is the very short hydrogen bond length, D···A=2.477(3) Å. It is one of the examples of extremely short hydrogen bonds, where the donor and acceptor are crystallographically different. Compound 2 represents a layered structure consisting of Cu2O8 centrosymmetric dimers crosslinked by As1φ4 tetrahedra, where φ is O or OH, which are interconnected by Ba, As2 and hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional network. The layers are formed by Cu2O8 centrosymmetric dimers of CuO5 edge-sharing polyhedra, crosslinked by As1O4 tetrahedra. Vibrational spectra (FTIR and Raman) of both compounds are described. The spectroscopic manifestation of the very short hydrogen bond in 1, and ABC-like spectra in 2 were discussed.  相似文献

Flower-like Ni(OH)2 nanoarchitectures have been synthesized through a one-step mild hydrothermal reaction with the aid of ethylenediamine in NiCl2 aqueous solution. The flower with the size of several micrometers in diameter is composed of the ultra-thin nanosheets of several nanometers in thickness. It was found the ethylenediamine is vital to the formation of the flower-like nanoarchitectures. The influence of the concentration of the ethylenediamine and the reaction temperature on the formation of the flowers was analyzed and the formation mechanism of the flowers was proposed. Such flower-like β-Ni(OH)2 nanoarchitectures will find potential applications in the fields, such as electrode, or will be used as a starting material to produce NiO, which is widely used in the magnetic, catalysts, sensor and electrochromic devices.  相似文献

镧石型碳酸镨钕[(PrNd)2(CO3)3·8H2O,LPN]在95℃的不同起始pH值的溶液中陈化不同时间所得样品的XRD衍射图证明了LPN向碱式碳酸镨钕[(PrNd)(OH)(CO3),BPN]的相态转变。为此,详细研究了这一相态转变的反应条件以及粒子特征变化。结果表明:LPN是由片状或条状结晶连生而成的聚集体,具有大的粒度和小的堆密度。当在热的水溶液中陈化时,由于水解反应而发生由LPN向BPN的相转变。这一相转变可以在95℃下pH=7以上的溶液中发生,其转化率随起始溶液pH值的升高和陈化时间的延长而增大。随着相转变的进行,溶液的pH值开始下降明显,而后趋于平缓。相应地,大的团聚体颗粒解散成小的单个粒子,导致粒度减小,分布变窄,氯根含量降低和堆密度的增大。而且,这些变化直接与溶液pH值和陈化时间相关。据此,发展了一种新的制备具有高堆密度、低氯根含量、细粒度和窄分布的新方法,而且通过改变相转变条件可以方便地调谐颗粒特征。  相似文献
