We report a combined experimental and computational comparative study of the reactions of the homologous titanium dialkyl- and diphenylhydrazido and imido compounds Cp*Ti{MeC(N(i)Pr)(2)}(NNR(2)) (R = Me (1) or Ph (2)) and Cp*Ti{MeC(N(i)Pr)(2)}(NTol) (3) with silanes, halosilanes, alkyl halides and [Et(3)NH][BPh(4)]. Compound 1 underwent reversible Si-H 1,2-addition to Ti=N(α) with RSiH(3) (experimental ΔH ca. -17 kcal mol(-1)), and irreversible addition with PhSiH(2)X (X = Cl, Br). DFT found that the reaction products and certain intermediates were stabilised by β-NMe(2) coordination to titanium. The Ti-D bond in Cp*Ti{MeC(N(i)Pr)(2)}(D){N(NMe(2))SiD(2)Ph} underwent σ-bond metathesis with BuSiH(3) and H(2). Compound 1 reacted with RR'SiCl(2) at N(α) to transfer both Cl atoms to Ti; 2 underwent a similar reaction. Compound 3 did not react with RSiH(3) or alkyl halides but formed unstable Ti=N(α) 1,2-addition or N(α) protonation products with PhSiH(2)X or [Et(3)NH][BPh(4)]. Compound 1 underwent exclusive alkylation at N(β) with RCH(2)X (R = H, Me or Ph; X = Br or I) whereas protonation using [Et(3)NH][BPh(4)] occurred at N(α). DFT studies found that in all cases electrophile addition to N(α) (with or without NMe(2) chelation) was thermodynamically favoured compared to addition to N(β).  相似文献

The series of o-benzylphosphino-boranes, o-(R(2)B)C(6)H(4)CH(2)PtBu(2) (R = Cl 3, Ph 4, Cy 6, C(6)F(5) 7, Mes 8) and o-(BBN)C(6)H(4)CH(2)PtBu(2) (5), were synthesized from reactions of the respective chloroboranes with the lithiated benzyl-phosphine. In an analogous fashion, the α-methylbenzyl(N,N-dimethyl)amine-boranes o-(R(2)B)C(6)H(4)CH(Me)NMe(2) (R = Cl 10, Ph 11, Cy 12, C(6)F(5) 13, Mes 14) were prepared. While these species were inactive in the catalytic hydrogenation of tBuN═CHPh, compounds 7, 8, and 14 did react with H(2) at elevated temperatures (100 °C), resulting in the elimination of HC(6)F(5) and mesitylene, respectively. In the latter case, the species o-((Mes)HB)C(6)H(4)CH(Me)NMe(2) 15 was isolated. 14 was also shown to react with H(2)O to give the species o-((Mes)(HO)B)C(6)H(4)CH(Me)NMe(2) 16 with the loss of mesitylene. The structure of these compounds and the nature of these reactions were also probed spectroscopically, crystallographically, and computationally. The energies for the products of hydrogenation, the phosphonium and ammonium hydridoborates, were computed. In all cases, these products were endothermic with respect to the precursor phosphine-boranes and amine-boranes and H(2). The barriers to H(2) activation were found to be in the range of 24-38 kcal/mol. These theoretical studies also demonstrate that the steric bulk around the boron center dramatically affects the activation barrier for H(2) activation, while the Lewis acidity of the borane has the largest effect on the stabilization of the resulting onium-borohydride. In the case of the elimination reactions, the driving forces appear to be the loss of arene byproduct and formation of a strong donor-acceptor bond.  相似文献

The reactions of ??-aryl(heteryl)-??-nitroacrylates with N,N-, N,O-, and N,S-binucleophiles proceed regiospecifically through the initial formation of the AdN products, among which only the product from o-aminothiophenol was isolated. The conditions of converting the S-adducts into 2-aryl(heteryl)benzothiazole were found. The N-adducts formed in the reaction with hydrazine, o-phenylenediamine, and o-aminophenol undergo immediately the spontaneous transformation into the linear (azine, azomethine) or heterocyclic (benzimidazole) structures.  相似文献

[M(CO)4(N—N)] reacts with CuCl to give new heterobimetallic metal carbonyls of the type [M(CO)4(N—N)(CuCl)], M = W, Mo; N—N = 2,2-bipyridine (bipy), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen). Reactions of [M(CO)4(N—N)(CuCl)] with NaSCN produced the series of complexes of general formula [M(CO)4(N—N)(CuSCN)]. The i.r. spectral of all the bimetallic carbonyls exhibited the general four (CO) band patterns of the precursors. The u.v.–vis. spectral data for precursors and products showed bands associated with * (nitrogen ligands), dd (intrametal), as well as MLCT d* (nitrogen ligands) and MLCT d *(CO) transitions. The [M(CO)4(N—N)(CuX)] (X = Cl, SCN) emission spectra showed only one band associated with the MLCT transition. The t.g. curves revealed a stepwise loss of CO groups. The initial decomposition temperatures of the [M(CO)4(N—N)(CuX)] series suggest that the bimetallic compounds are indeed thermally less stable than their precursors, and the X-ray data showed the formation of MO3, CuMO4, Cu2O and CuO as final decomposition products, M = W, Mo. The spectroscopic data suggests that the heterobimetallic compounds are polymeric.  相似文献

Mid-to-late transition metal complexes that feature terminal, multiply bonded ligands such as oxos, imides, and nitrides have been invoked as intermediates in several catalytic transformations of synthetic and biological significance. Until about ten years ago, isolable examples of such species were virtually unknown. Over the past decade or so, numerous chemically well-defined examples of such species have been discovered. Fluorescence decay profiles of NO excited levels slightly above the dissociation limit have been measured by a single-photon counting technique with nanosecond pulse excitation using an iodine flash lamp. Three iodine atomic lines in the vicinity of 180 nm are found to bring NO molecules into the levels A2Σ+(ν = 5, N = 9), B22Π32(ν = 8, J = 8.5), C2Π32(ν = 1, J = 8.5), D2Σ+(ν = 0, N = 5) and D2Σ+(ν = 1, N = 9). Extrapolated zero-pressure lifetimes for single rotational levels are obtained, except for the C state where only a lifetime of ⩽0.4 ns was obtained. Self-quenching rate constants are also determined under higher-pressure conditions. Helium was found to quench the NO A2Σ+(ν′ = 5) fluorescence very efficiently.  相似文献

The ground- and excited-state structures of five Re(I) halide glyoxime complexes ReCl(CO)(3)(N(∧)N) (N(∧)N = glyoxime (DHG 1), dimethylglyoxime (DMG 2), cyclohexane dione glyoxime (CHDG 3), dibromoglyoxime (DBG 4), and dimethylformylgloxime (DMFG 5)) have been studied with density functional theory (DFT) and configuration interaction with single excitations (CIS) methods. Time-dependent density functional theory/polarized continuum model (TDDFT/PCM) was carried out to predict the absorption and emission spectra in different media. The effect of substituent and solvent has been researched. It is found that electron-donating groups increase the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy resulting in the increased highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO)-LUMO energy gap. The change leads to their absorption spectra blue shifts in the order 1 > 2 > 3, which arises from the HOMO-1 → LUMO. Just the opposite, electron-withdrawing groups lead to the spectra red shifts (5 > 4 > 1) because of the decreased HOMO-LUMO energy gap. The reorganization energy (λ) calculations show that the relatively balanceable charges transfer abilities of 2 will result in the higher efficiency of organic light emitting devices (OLEDs). In addition, both the absorption and the emission spectra display red shifts in different extents with the decrease of solvent polarity.  相似文献

The coupled cluster singles and doubles method with perturbative treatment of triple excitations is applied to calculate the potentials of M(z)-X complexes (M = Cu, Ag, and Au; X = He, Ne, and Ar; and z = ±1). The bond functions and the basis set superposition errors are considered to obtain accurate interaction energies. The potential energy curves of all complexes are obtained. The vibrational energy levels and the spectroscopic parameters for these complexes are determined. The analytical potential energy functions are also fitted based on the potential energies.  相似文献

The title compound N,N,N′,N′-tetraethylpyridine-2,6-dicarboxamide (DEAP) forms a 1:1 complex with anhydrous CuCl2, [Cu(DEAP)Cl2], (1) which was crystallized from EtOH solution in the monoclinic space group P21/ n with cell constant, a = 10.024(1); b = 13.122(1); c = 14.404(1) Å β = 101.31(1)° V = 1857.8(3) Å3 and Z = 4. The chloro-perchlorato complex, [Cu(DEAP)Cl(ClO4)], (2) obtained in near quantitative yield by reacting (1) with an excess of NaClO4 in EtOH, crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/ n with cell constants, a = 7.965(1); b = 25.827(2); c = 10.046(1) Å β = 98.81(1)° V = 2042.2(4) Å3 and Z = 4. Both (1) and (2) contain 5-coordinated copper linked to DEAP through O~N~O donor set of atoms with covalently bonded chlorine atoms in (1) and chlorine and perchlorate groups in (2). The coordination geometry is intermediate between square pyramidal and trigonal bipyramidal, and is probably best described as a trigonally distorted rectangular pyramid.  相似文献

Reactions of anhydrous CoX2 (X?=?Br?, SCN?) and Ni(ClO4)2 with N,N,N′,N′-tetraisobutylpyridine-2,6-dithiocarboxamides (S-dbpt), N,N,N′,N′-tetraisopropyl pyridine-2,6-dithiocarboxamides (S-dppt), and N,N,N′,N′-tetraethylpyridine-2,6-dithiocarboxamides (S-dept) lead to the formation of [Co(S-dbpt)Br2] (1), [Co(S-dppt)(SCN)2] (2), and [Ni(S-dept)2]·(ClO4)2·H2O (3), respectively. The X-ray crystal structures of the three S-dapt ligands and three complexes along with spectroscopic analyzes are presented. The molecular structure investigations of the S-dapt ligands show that the thiamide planes are twisted with respect to the pyridine ring, which is more in the case of phenyl groups. The structures of the Co(II) complexes reveal that an increase in steric crowding on the amide side arms of the ligands has no substantial effect on the geometry adopted by the corresponding complexes. The Co(II) gives only 1?:?1 five-coordinate, ion-paired complexes with a distorted square pyramidal geometry. Ni(II), on the other hand, prefers an octahedral geometry with 1?:?2 metal–ligand ratio. The coordination behavior of S-dapt has been compared to the analogous oxo(O-daap) ligands. Lesser propensity of S atom to get involved in H-bonding interactions ensures an S-N-S type of tridentate coordination by S-dapt.  相似文献

Bis(η5:η1-(di-para-tolyl)pentafulvene)niobium chloride ( 1 ) reacts with methyl lithium via salt metathesis to the methylated bis(pentafulvene)niobium complex 2 , and with lithium 2,6-diisopropylanilide addition and subsequent N−H bond activation to the imido mono(pentafulvene)niobium complex 3 . Avoiding the competing protonation of the chloride, bis(pentafulvene)niobium complex 2 reacts with primary aromatic and aliphatic amines to form terminal niobocene imido complexes, and with water to form the analog terminal oxo complex. Secondary methyl amines undergo a simultaneous N−H and C−H activation to form niobaaziridines under mild conditions. In contrast to other reported examples, 3 can be employed to investigate the uncontested reactivity of mono(pentafulvene)niobium complexes. Reaction with 4-tert-butylphenol selectively yields a niobocene phenolate complex. Unprecedented for mono(pentafulvene)niobium complexes, treating 3 with multiple-bond-containing substrates (nitriles, isocyanates) smoothly results the insertion into the Nb-Cexo σ-bond, forming the corresponding alkylidene amido and imidato complexes.  相似文献

Ionic liquids comprising cationic cobalt(III) complexes [Co(acacen)L2][Tf2N] (L?=?3-butylpyridine (1), 1-butylimidazole (2); acacen?=?N,N′-bis(acetylacetone)ethylenediamine, Tf2N?=?bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)amide) were prepared. 1 is a liquid at room temperature and exhibits a glass transition at ?12?°C, whereas 2 is a solid at room temperature with a melting point of 74.6?°C and glass transition temperature of ?15?°C upon cooling from the melt. These salts are reddish brown diamagnetic materials that are stable against air and water; these properties differ from those of the corresponding iron(III) salt. Desorption of the axial ligands of 1 and 2 occurs at 180 and 207?°C, respectively.  相似文献

Three new binuclear w -oxalato copper(II) complexes of composition [(Cu(N,N' -dieten) H2O)2ox](ClO4)2 ·H2O (1) (N,N'-dieten = N,N'-diethylethylenediamine, H2ox = oxalic acid), [(Cu(trimeen)H2O)2ox](ClO4)2·2H2O (2) (trimeen = N,N,N'-trimethylethylenediamine) and [(Cu(trimeen)H2O)2ox](NO3)2 ·2H2O (3) have been isolated from the reactions of Cu(ClO4)2 ·6H2O (or Cu(NO3)2 ·3H2O), the appropriate amine and Na2ox in water and have been characterized by IR and electronic spectroscopy and magnetic measurements. The crystal structure of [(Cu(N,N' -dieten)H2O)2 ox](ClO4)2.H2O (1) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The structure of ( 1 ) consists of binuclear cations [(N,N'-dieten)H2O)Cu(ox)Cu(N,N'-dieten)H2O)]2+, perchlorate anions and water molecules of crystallization. The copper atom is coordinated by two oxygen atoms of the oxalato ligand, two nitrogen atoms belonging to N,N'-dieten and one oxygen atom of water in a distorted square-pyramidal arrangement. The temperature dependence of magnetic susceptibilities (78-293 K) was measured for 1-3 . Magnetochemical measurements show that copper(II) ions in these compounds are antiferromagnetically coupled with J = -172 cm-1, -172 cm-1 and -168 cm-1 (H = -2JS 1 S 2, S 1= S 2 = 1/2) for 1, 2 and 3, respectively.  相似文献

本文采用EHT近似下的紧束缚能带方法,计算了NbX(X=C,N,O)的能带结构。结果表明,它们的能带结构相近,Nb—X间存在较强的成键作用,传导电子主要具有Nb的4d特征,Nb—Nb键与超导电性相关,从C到N,Nb—Nb键共价性削弱,Tc提高。尽管计算所得NbO中Nb—Nb键强度介于NbC和NbN之间,但其实际Tc却比NbC和NbN的都低,这是NbO的空位效应所致,这一结果可从我们对有序缺陷的Nb_(0.75)O_(0.75)晶体能带结构的计算得到验证。  相似文献

Aquabis(N,N-dimethylglycinato)copper(II) dihydrate, [Cu(dmg)2(H2O)]·2H2O, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, magnetic data, thermal analysis, solution UV-visible spectroscopy, X-ray crystal structure analysis and electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy. The square pyramidal copper(II) complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121. The complex cleaves circular plasmid DNA (pBR322) in the presence of H2O2. The extent of cleavage varies with the concentration range of the complex, the type of buffer used, pH of buffer and the concentration of H2O2. Hydroxyl radical scavenger can inhibit the nucleolytic ability of this complex.  相似文献
