Novel compounds designated emethallicins B (1), C (2), and D (3), along with emethallicin A (4), were isolated from the mycelium of the heterothallic fungus, Emericella heterothallica (mating type a). The structures of emethallicins B (1), C (2), and D (3) were determined on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical investigations. Emethallicins B (1) and C (2) are epitetrathiodioxopiperazines, which have the same basic carbon skeleton as apoaranotin (19) and acetylaranotin (17), respectively, whereas emethallicin D (3) is an epitrithiodioxopiperazine derivative, which has the same carbon skeleton as apoaranotin (19). It is very interesting that a large amount of the disulfide, emethallicin A (4), was isolated from the strain of mating type A and that the corresponding tetrasulfide, emethallicin B (1), and trisulfide, emethallicin D (3), were isolated from the other mating type strain, along with a small amount of the disulfide (4). Emethallicins B (1), C (2), and D (3) have potent inhibitory activity against compound 48/80-induced histamine release from mast cells, like emethallicin A (4).  相似文献

Three new anthraquinones, lasianthurin B (1), C (2), lasianthuoside D (3), a new benzochromene, lasianthurin D (4), and a new furfural glycoside, lasianthuoside E (5), together with one known compound 4- hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde (6) were isolated from an alcohol extract of the root of Lasianthus acuminatissimus. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data analysis (including 1D, 2D NMR, X-ray, and MS experiments) and comparsion to literature data.  相似文献

Four chlorinated metabolites featuring briarane carbon skeletons have been isolated from the gorgonian coral Ellisella robusta, which was collected off the coast of southern Taiwan: two new natural products, robustolides D (1) and E (2), and two known metabolites, robustolides F (3) and G (4). The structures of metabolites 1–4 were determined by spectroscopic methods, using 1D and 2D NMR in particular. The structures and absolute stereochemistry of robustolides D (1), F (3), and G (4) were directly established by X-ray diffraction analysis. Robustolide D (1) is the first metabolite of briarane-related natural products found to possess two halogen atoms.  相似文献

Four 3'-hydroxy-4'-methoxy-isoflavonoids: calycosin-7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), calycosin (2), pratensein-7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), and pratensein (4) were isolated from Astragalus membranaceus var. mongholicus, among which compound 4 was obtained from this plant for the first time. The solvent effect obscuring (1)H signal patterns of B ring of compounds 1-4 was reported to avoid mis-assignments. Previously reported NMR data of compounds 1 and 2 were corrected based on 1D and 2D NMR experiments.  相似文献

Two new natural products, named paecilin A (1) and B (2), together with two known compounds secalonic acid D (3) and (11)-cytochalasa-6(12),13-diene-1,21-dione-16,18-dimethyl-7-hydroxy-10-phenyl-(7S*,13E,16S*,18S*) (4), were isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus, Paecilomyces sp. (tree 1-7) from the South China Sea. 1D and 2D NMR experiments including COSY, HMQC, and HMBC were used for the determination of their structures. In our cytotoxicity assays, secalonic D (3) showed cytotoxicity toward KB cells with IC(50) < 1 microg ml(-1) and inhibiting human topoisomerase I with IC(50) at 0.16 micromol ml(-1). 1, 2, and 4 showed no activity to KB cells.  相似文献

Lithium fluoroarylamidinates [(Ar(F)C(NSiMe(3))(2)Li)(n).xD] (Ar(F) = 4-CF(3)C(6)H(4), n = 2, D = OEt(2), x = 1 (2a); n = 1, D = TMEDA, x = 1 (4a); Ar(F) = 2-FC(6)H(4), n = 2, D = OEt(2), x = 1 (2b); Ar(F) = 4-FC(6)H(4), n = 2, D = OEt(2), x = 2 (2c); Ar(F) = 2,6-F(2)C(6)H(3), n = 2, D = OEt(2), x = 1 (2d); n = 2, D = 2,6-F(2)C(6)H(3)CN, x = 2 (3d); Ar(F) = C(6)F(5), n= 2, D = OEt(2), x = 1 (2e), n = 1, D = TMEDA, x = 1 (4e); n = 1, x = 2, D = OEt(2) (5e); D = THF (6e)) were prepared by the well-known method from LiN(SiMe(3))(2) and the corresponding nitrile in diethyl ether or by addition of the appropriate donor D to the respective diethyl ether complexes. Depending on the substituents at the aryl group and on the donors D, three different types of structures were confirmed by X-ray crystallography. Hydrolysis of 2e gave C(6)F(5)C(NSiMe(3))N(H)SiMe(3) (7e) and C(6)F(5)C(NH)N(H)SiMe(3) (8e). The lithium fluoroarylamidinates 2a-2d react with Me(3)SiCl to give the corresponding tris(trimethylsilyl)fluoroarylamidines Ar(F)C(NSiMe(3))N(SiMe(3))(2) (9a-9d). Attempts to prepare C(6)F(5)C(NSiMe(3))N(SiMe(3))(2) from 2e and Me(3)SiCl failed; however, the unprecedented cage [[C(6)F(5)C(NSiMe(3))(2)Li](4)LiF] (10e) in which a fluoride center is surrounded by a distorted trigonal bipyramid of five Li atoms was obtained from this reaction.  相似文献

Three new saponins were isolated from the whole plants of Lysimachia davurica. On the basis of 1D and 2D NMR ((1)H-(1)HCOSY, HMBC, HMQC, and TOCSY) techniques, MS, and hydrolysis, their structures were found to be 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)]-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-13,28-epoxy-3beta-hydroxy-16-oleanaone (1), 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyloxyuronic acid-(1-->2)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-cyclamiretin A (2), and 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-cyclamiretin A (3), respectively. Utilizing 3,5-bis(x-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole (x-Hpytz, x = 3; x = 4) as multidentate ligands, six novel coordination polymers with Zn(II) or Cd(II) metal ions were prepared: [Zn(3-pytz)(0.5)(OH)(0.5)Cl](n) (1, 1D ladder), {[Zn(3-Hpytz)(H(2)O)(4)] [Zn(3-Hpytz)(H(2)O)(3)·SO(4)]SO(4)·5H(2)O}(n) (2·5H(2)O, 1D chain), [Cd(3-Hpytz)(SO(4))](n) (3, 3D framework), {[Cd(3-Hyptz)SO(4)·3H(2)O]·2H(2)O}(n) (4·2H(2)O, 1D chain), [Zn(4-pytz)Cl](n) (5, 3D framework) and [Zn(2)(4-pytz)(SO(4))(OH)](n) (6, 3D framework). All compounds were obtained from hydrothermal reactions, with the exception of compound 4 which was obtained by solvent diffusion at room temperature. All compounds were characterized by FTIR, elemental analysis and TGA analysis and their structures were determined by X-ray diffraction. All compounds exhibited substantial thermal stability and showed photofluorescent properties that resulted from ligand π-π* transition.  相似文献

Single-photon excitation spectra from the lowest singlet (1)D(2) level of sulfur atoms were recorded with a tunable vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) radiation source generated by frequency tripling in noble gases. The photolysis of CS(2) at 193 nm was used to produce the singlet S((1)D(2)) sulfur atoms that were then excited to neutral superexcited states with the tunable VUV radiation. These superexcited states undergo autoionization into the first ionization continuum state of S(+)((4)S(3/2) (o))+e(-), which is not directly accessible from the S((1)D(2)) state via an allowed transition. The excitation spectra were recorded by monitoring the S(+) signal in a velocity imaging apparatus while scanning the VUV excitation wavelength. Three new lines were observed in the spectra which have not been previously reported. The full widths at half maximum (FWHM) of each of the observed transitions were determined by fitting the profiles of each absorption resonances with the Fano formula. Autoionization lifetimes tau of these singlet superexcited states were obtained from FWHM using the Uncertainty Principle. Abnormal autoionization lifetimes were found for the 3s(2)3p(3)((2)D(o))nd((1)D(2)) and the 3s(2)3p(3)((2)D(o))ns((1)D(2)) Rydberg series, in which tau(5d) and tau(7s) are shorter than tau(4d) and tau(6s), respectively. This is contrary to the well-known scaling law of tau(n*) proportional, variantn(*3), which should be followed within a series unless there exist perturbations from other series or new channels open up to which some members of the series can decay. Possible perturbations from the nearby triplet series are suspected for causing the broadening of the 5d and 7s levels.  相似文献

Two new phenyl glycosides, mangliesides A and B (1, 2), a new ionol glycoside, manglieside C (3), two new lignan glycosides, mangliesides D and E (4, 5), were isolated from the leaves of Manglietia phuthoensis, along with two known lignans, 3-methoxymagnolol (6) and obovatol (7). Their structures were established by means of 1D and 2D NMR, electrospray ionization (ESI)-MS and HR-ESI-MS experiments. Two pairs of diastereoisomeric acetylenic norlignan compounds with PhCH(OR(1))CH(OR(2))CH(2)C triple bond CPh skeleta: (1R, 2R)-1-O-methylnyasicoside (1) and (1S, 2R)-1-O-methylnyasicoside (2), and (1R, 2R)-crassifogenin D (3) and (1S, 2R)- crassifogenin D (4), were isolated from the ethanolic extract of rhizomes of Curculigo crassifolia. 2-(4-Azidophenyl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole-3-oxide-1-oxyl (14), 2-(4-azidophenyl)benzimidazole-1-oxide-3-oxyl (16), 2-(4-azidophenyl)-1,2,6-triphenylverdazyl (19), 2-(3-azidophenyl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole-3-oxide-1-oxyl (21), and (3-azidophenyl)-N-tert-butyl-N-aminoxyl (25) were photolyzed in frozen solution to give S = 3/2 state ESR spectra of the corresponding nitrenophenyl radicals with the following zero-field splitting parameters: |D/hc| = 0.277 cm(-1), |E/hc| < or = 0.002 cm(-1) (7 from 14); |D/hc| = 0.256 cm(-1), |E/hc| < or = 0.002 cm(-1) (8 from 16); |D/hc| = 0.288 cm(-1), |E/hc| < or = 0.002 cm(-1) (9 from 19); |D/hc| = 0.352 cm(-1), |E/hc| = 0.006 cm(-1) (10 from 21); |D/hc| = 0.336 cm(-1), |E/hc| = 0.004 cm(-1) (11 from 25). UB3LYP/6-31G computations and ESR spectroscopic analyses suggest that these are nitreno radicals, even para-linked systems with possible quinonoidal resonance forms. Neat samples of azidophenyl radicals 14 and 21 showed bulk paramagnetic behavior, consistent with the lack of close contacts in their crystal structures. Efforts to make photolabile coordination complexes of 14 and 21 with paramagnetic transition metal ions were unsuccessful: Cu(ClO4)2 x 6H2O instead oxidized them to the corresponding diamagnetic nitrosonium perchlorate salts.  相似文献
