Hydrolysis of ethyl 3-amino-4-aryl-cycloalka[e]thieno[2,3-b]pyridine-2-carboxylates ( 3a-d) gave the corresponding o-aminocarboxylic acids 4a-d . Heating the latter compounds ( 4a-d) with acetic anhydride furnished the oxazinone derivatives 5a-d which, in turn, underwent recyclization reaction to give the corresponding pyrimidinones 6a-d upon treatment with ammonium acetate in acetic acid. Reaction of 3-amino-4-aryl-cycloalka[e]thieno[2,3-b]pyridine-2-carboxamides ( 3f,h ) with triethyl orthoformate gave pyrimidinone derivatives 7a,b . Reaction of 3-amino-4-phenyl-cycloalka[e]thieno[2,3-b]pyridine-2-carboxamides 3e,h with aromatic aldehydes furnished tetrahydropyridothienopyrimidinones 8a-d . Chlorination of 7a,b and 6a-d by using phosphorous oxychloride produced 4-chlorocycloalka[5′,6′]pyrido[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine derivatives 9a-f which were used as key intermediates in the synthesis of several new cycloalkapyrido-thienopyrimidines 10a-f ˜ 14a-f . A series of new quinoline derivatives containing perfluoropropanyl moiety were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by 1H‐NMR, MS, and elemental analysis. The bioassay results showed that compound 4e exhibited good insecticidal activity against Plutella xylostella and Mythimna separata at 100 mg/L. 相似文献

A novel series of the pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidines having biologically active sulfur moieties 3-20 were prepared via reaction of 4-mercapto-1-phenyl-1 H -pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine 3 with different reagents. Identification of the new compounds was established by elemental analyses, IR, 1 H-NMR, and mass spectral data. Some of the obtained compounds showed the interesting antimicrobial activity comparable to antibiotic chloramphenicol as standard antibacterial agent and Terbinafin as a standard antifungal agent. 相似文献

采用亚活性基团拼接原理,以取代苯胺为起始原料,合成了6个新型含1,3,4-噻二唑基的苯并呋喃嘧啶类化合物(5a~5f),其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR和ESI-MS表征。采用MTT法对5进行了抑制人胃癌细胞MGC-803体外增殖活性测试。结果表明:在用药浓度为10μmol·L-1时,部分化合物对MGC-803细胞具有良好的抑制活性,其中4-[5-N-(2,6-二甲基苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-巯基]苯并[4,5]呋喃[3,2-d]嘧啶(5b),4-[5-N-(2,5-二甲氧基苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-巯基]苯并[4,5]呋喃[3,2-d]嘧啶(5c)和4-[5-N-(3-甲氧基苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-巯基]苯并[4,5]呋喃[3,2-d]嘧啶(5e)的抑制率分别为89.5%,88.9%和70.2%。 相似文献

Also, 4-{2-[5,7-dimethyl-2-(phenylamino)(7a-hydropyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-3-yl](1,-thiazol-4-yl)}-2,3-dimethyl-1-phenyl-3-pyrazolin-5-one derivatives were synthesized via reaction of 4-{2-[5-amino-3-(phenylamino)pyrazolin-4-yl](1,3-thiazol-2-yl)}-2,3-dimethyl-1-phenyl-3-pyrazolin-5-one with β-diketone or β-keto ester. Thiazolidin‐4‐one derivative 3 was synthesized by the transformation of chloroacetamide derivative 2 with NH4SCN.The condensation of 3 with p‐anisaldehyde afforded the corresponding arylidene derivative 4 . Also, the alkylation of chloroacetamide derivative 2 with different heterocyclic compounds was investigated. Annulation of 5‐amino‐3‐methylisoxazole ( 1 ) with α‐halocarbonyl compounds 12 and 14 furnished pyrrolo[3,2‐d]isoxazole and isoxazolo[5,4‐b]azepin‐6‐one derivatives 13 and 15 , respectively, while reaction of 1 with 1‐chloro‐4‐(chloromethyl)benzene gave the monoalkylated product 17 . The newly synthesized compounds were screened for their antitumor activity, and the geometry optimizations are in a good agreement with the experimentally observed data. 相似文献

The zwitterionic intermediate generated from the reaction of triphenylphosphine with electron deficient acetylenic compounds was trapped by various NH acids. The synthesis resulted in a new class of highly functionalized heterocyclic compounds. Some of the reactions produced E and Z isomers. The Michael reaction of 2‐ethoxycarbonyl‐4‐alkoxymethylbutanolides with methyl acrylate affords esterolactones in high yields. Alkaline hydrolysis of the latter resulted in carboxylactones that were transformed into ethyl α‐bromolactonoesters. The reactions of the latter with thiourea and arylthioureas result in heterocyclic compounds of an original structure joint with a butanolide ring. 相似文献

The reaction of trichloroacetaldehyde with fluorobenzene, followed by a series of transformations, gave 4-fluorobenzil and 4,4'-difluorobenzil which were used in the synthesis of new difluoroaromatic compounds with a heterocyclic central group. The 1H, 13C, and 19F NMR spectra of the newly synthesized difluoroaromatic compounds were studied. The charge densities on the carbon atoms attached to fluorine were calculated in terms of the PM3 and AM1 semiempirical approximations. A correlation was found between the charge on C(F) and the corresponding 13C and 19F chemical shifts. Using this correlation, the reactivity of difluoroaromatic compounds in nucleophilic substitution reactions was estimated. 相似文献

5‐Amino‐3‐phenyl‐1‐(2,4,6‐trichlorophenyl)‐1H‐thieno[3,2‐c]pyrazole‐6‐carbonitrile ( 2 ) was designed and synthesized by one‐pot multicomponent reaction. Compound 2 was reacted with different reagents to obtain new condensed moieties with our thienopyrazole skeleton. The compounds were prepared by using environmentally benign techniques as microwave irradiation, ultrasonic irradiation, and ball‐milling. Abstract A new crown ether styryl dye containing [60]Fullerene moiety has been synthesized, and characterized by FT-IR, NMR and Mass spectra. Fluorescence spectra of the compound have also been studied. The results indicate a strong hypsochromic shift from 548 nm to 526 nm is observed on cation complexation, and the intensity of peaks at 504 nm, 548 nm and 590 nm decrease as the metal cation concentration is increased at 77K. 相似文献
