In this study, 10 different substituted aromatic bis‐benzaldehydes were synthesized by treating hydroxy benzaldehydes with various dihaloalkanes. Bis aldehydes 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j were treated with 2‐(5‐phenyl‐1H‐tetrazole‐1‐yl)acetohydrazide ( 3 ) in acidic medium and in the presence of ammonium acetate to yield a series of new isomeric bis(2‐(5‐((5‐phenyl‐1H‐tetrazol‐1‐yl)methyl)‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)phenoxy)alkanes ( 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , 6g , 6h , 6i , 6j ) in excellent to good yield. The newly synthesized compounds were characterized by the available spectroscopic analysis.  相似文献

A new series of 9‐substituted‐4,10‐dimethylpyrano[2,3‐f]cinnolin‐2‐ones ( 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j , 5k , 5l , 5m ) were synthesized via intramolecular cyclization of the respective acyl amidrazone derivatives ( 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4h , 4i , 4j , 4k , 4l , 4m ), catalyzed by polyphosphoric acid. Compounds ( 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4h , 4i , 4j , 4k , 4l , 4m ) were synthesized through direct interaction of coumarin‐7‐yl hydrazonoyl chloride ( 3 ) with the corresponding cyclic sec‐amines in the presence of triethylamine. The structures of the new compounds were confirmed by elemental analyses, NMR, and MS spectral data. The antitumor activity of compounds 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j , 5k , 5l , 5m was evaluated in vitro on breast cancer cell line (MCF‐7) by a cell viability assay utilizing the tetrazolium dye 3‐(4,5‐dimethylthiazol‐2‐yl)‐2,5‐diphenyltetrazolium bromide. Among the compounds tested, compounds 5d , 5f , 5k , and 5h showed potential anti‐MCF‐7 activity and were able to reduce the viability after 72 h to less than 50%.  相似文献

A series of new 4,6‐diaryl‐4,5‐dihydro‐3‐hydroxy‐2H‐indazoles 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j , 5k were synthesized by the cyclization of ethyl 2‐oxo‐4,6‐diarylcyclohex‐3‐ene carboxylates 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4h , 4i , 4j , 4k . The compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 2D NMR, and elemental analysis. The synthesized compounds were evaluated for in vitro antibacterial and antifungal activities against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhimurium, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, and Rhizopus sp. A novel series of coumarin substituted triazolo‐thiadiazine derivatives were designed and synthesized by using 5‐methyl isoxazole‐3‐carboxylic acid ( 1 ), thiocarbohydrazide ( 2 ), and various substituted 3‐(2‐bromo acetyl) coumarins ( 4a , 4b , 4c , 4e , 4d , 4f , 4g , 4h , 4i , 4j ). Fusion of 5‐methyl isoxazole‐3‐carboxylic acid with thiocarbohydrazide resulted in the formation of the intermediate 4‐amino‐5‐(5‐methylisoxazol‐3‐yl)‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thiol ( 3 ). This intermediate on further reaction with substituted 3‐(2‐bromo acetyl) coumarins under simple reaction conditions formed the title products 3‐(3‐(5‐methylisoxazol‐3‐yl)‐7H‐[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazin‐6‐yl‐2H‐chromen‐2‐ones ( 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j ) in good to excellent yields. All the synthesized compounds were well characterized by physical, analytical, and spectroscopic techniques.  相似文献

Series of phosphorylated coumarin derivatives ( 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4h , 4i , 4j ) were synthesized by Pechmann condensation, phosphorylation, and debenzylation reactions in very good yields. Thus, synthesized compounds ( 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4h , 4i , 4j ) were evaluated for their α‐glucosidase and 1,1‐diphenyl‐2‐picrylhydrazyl scavenging activities; few compounds showed moderate to good activity. In the present investigation, a novel series of 3‐(4‐(2‐substituted thiazol‐4‐yl)phenyl)‐2‐(4‐methyl‐2‐substituted thiazol‐5‐yl)thiazolidin‐4‐one derivatives were synthesized by condensation of 2‐substituted‐4‐methylthiazole‐5‐carbaldehyde with 4‐(2‐substituted thiazol‐4‐yl)benzenamine followed by cyclo‐condensation with thioglycolic acid in toluene. All the newly synthesized compounds were characterized by spectral (IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and Mass) methods. The title compounds were screened for quantitative antibacterial activity (minimal inhibitory concentration). All compounds 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d , 7e , 7f , 7g , 7h and 8a , 8b , 8c , 8d , 8e , 8f , 8g , 8h show moderate to good antimicrobial activity, whereas compounds ( 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d , 7e , 7f , 7g , 7h ) also show moderate antifungal activity.  相似文献

The title compounds, 7‐aryl‐5,6‐dihydro‐14‐aza[1]benzopyrano[3,4‐b]phenanthren‐8H‐ones 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f , 3g , 3h , 3i , 3j , 3k , 3l have been synthesized by reacting various 4‐hydroxy coumarins 1a , 1b , 1c with 2‐arylidene‐1‐tetralones 2a , 2b , 2c , 2d in the presence of ammonium acetate and acetic acid under Krohnke's reaction condition. The structures of all the synthesized compounds were supported by analytical, IR, 1H‐NMR, and 13C‐NMR data. All the synthesized compounds 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f , 3g , 3h , 3i , 3j , 3k , 3l have been screened for their antibacterial activities against Escherichia coli (Gram ?ve bacteria), Bacillus subtilis (Gram +ve bacteria), and antifungal activity against Candida albicans (Fungi). Twenty‐one novel 2‐aryloxy‐3‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐8‐substituted‐5‐aryl‐8,9‐dihydro‐3H‐chromeno[2,3‐d]pyrimidine‐4,6(5H,7H)‐diones 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j , 5k , 5l , 5m , 5n , 5o , 5p , 5q , 5r , 5s , 5t , 5u were designed and easily synthesized via a tandem aza‐Wittig reaction. Treatment of iminophosphorane 3 with 4‐chlorophenyl iso‐cyanate gave carbodiimide 4 , which reacted with phenols to provide the title compounds in 50–73% isolated yields. All compounds 3 and 5 were confirmed by infrared, 1H‐NMR, mass spectra, and elemental analysis, and compound 5a was further analyzed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, and the title compounds were synthesized with the purpose of bringing in some new chemical and biological interests.  相似文献

A series of novel 5‐alkyl(aryl)‐3‐[(3‐trifluoromethyl)anilino]‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazolo[4,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4‐imines were designed and synthesized by the multistep reactions. 1 reacted with 3‐(trifluoromethyl)aniline to obtain N,S‐acetals 2 in the presence of 10 mol% DBU. 2 reacted with hydrazine to form 5‐amino‐3‐[(3‐trifluoromethyl)anilino]‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐ nitrile 3 , the target compounds 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j , 5k , 5l , 5m were obtained by the reaction of 3 with triethyl orthoformate followed by the cyclization of 4 with various amines. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, EI‐MS, and elemental analyses. The preliminary bioassay indicated that some of them displayed moderate herbicidal activity against dicotyledonous weed Brassica campestris L at the concentration of 100 mg/L. For example, compounds 5f , 5g , 5h , and 5j possessed 60.1%, 63.4%, 67.1%, and 61.3% inhibition against Brassica campestris L at the concentration of 100 mg/L.  相似文献

In this study, methyl 2‐(quinolin‐8‐yloxy) acetate ( 2 ) obtained by reaction of 8‐hydroxyquinoline ( 1 ) with methyl chloroacetate was condensed with hydrazine hydrate to afford the carbohydrazide ( 3 ). Thio/semicarbazide derivatives ( 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g ) were obtained by treatment of the 3 with substituted phenyl iso/thioisocyanates. The 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g on acidic and basic intramolecular cyclization led to N‐(aryl)‐5‐((quinolin‐8‐yloxy)methyl)‐1,3,4‐oxa/thiadiazol‐2‐amines ( 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g ) and 4‐aryl‐5‐((quinolin‐8‐yloxy)methyl)‐2H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3(4H)‐thiones ( 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , 6g ), respectively. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by spectroscopic techniques and elemental analyses. The thiosemicarbazide ( 4c ) was also confirmed by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

A series of new 2‐substituted 3‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐5,8,9‐trimethylthieno[3′,2′: 5,6]pyrido[4,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐ones 8 were synthesized via an aza‐Wittig reaction. Phosphoranylideneamino derivatives 6a or 6b reacted with 4‐chlorophenyl isocyanate to give carbodiimide derivatives 7a or 7b , respectively, which were further treated with amines or phenols to give compounds 8 in the presence of a catalytic amount of EtONa or K2CO3. The structure of 2‐(4‐chlorophenoxy)‐3‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐5,8,9‐trimethylthieno[3′,2′: 5,6]pyrido[4,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one ( 8j ) was comfirmed by X‐ray analysis.  相似文献

1‐Pyridin‐3‐yl‐3‐(2‐thienyl of 2‐furyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐ones 1a , 1b reacted with 2‐cyanoethanethioamide 2 to afford the corresponding 4‐(thiophen‐2‐yl or furan‐2‐yl)‐6‐sulfanyl‐2,3′‐bipyridine‐5‐carbonitriles 3a , 3b . The synthetic potentiality of compounds 3a , 3b were investigated in the present study via their reactions with several active halogen containing compounds 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4h , 5 , 5a , 5b . Our aim here is the synthesis of 4‐(2‐thienyl or 2‐furyl)‐6‐pyridin‐3‐ylthieno[2,3‐b]pyridin‐3‐amines 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6g , 6h , 6i , 6j , 6k , 6l , 6m , 6n ,via 6‐(alkyl‐thio)‐4‐(2‐thienyl or 2‐furyl)‐2,3′‐bipyridine‐5‐carbonitriles 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5i , 5j , 5k , 5l , 5m . The structures of all newly synthesized heterocyclic compounds were elucidated by considering the data of IR, 1H‐NMR, mass spectra, as well as that of elemental analyses. Anti‐cancer, anti‐Alzheimer, and anti‐COX‐2 activities were investigated for all the newly synthesized heterocyclic compounds.  相似文献

3‐Benzyl‐4‐phenyl‐1,2,4‐triazole‐5‐thiol ( 1 ) was synthesized and used as starting material for preparation of 1,2,4‐triazole bearing substituted thiosemicarbazides moiety ( 4a‐d ) in high yields. The thiosemicarbazides 4a‐d were cyclized in basic medium to give two triazole rings linked by thiomethylene group ( 5a‐d ), while cyclization of thiosemicarbazides 4a‐d with chloroacetyl chloride in the presence of CHCl3 and K2CO3 afforded the thiazolidinone derivatives 6a‐d . The reaction of thiosemicarbazides 4a‐c with phenacyl bromide in the presence of EtOH and fused CH3COONa gave the corresponding thiazoline ring systems 7a‐c . Condensation of the 3‐benzyl‐1,2,4‐triazole‐5(1H)‐thiol ( 1 ) with chloroacetic acid and aromatic aldehydes ( 8a‐ g) in boiling acetic acid/acetic anhydride mixture in the presence of fused sodium acetate gave one single isomer only, which might be 9a‐g or 10a‐g . Upon application of Micheal addition reaction on compounds 9a‐e with cyclic secondary amines such as piperidine or morpholine the 2‐benzyl‐6‐(α‐amino‐aryl/methyl)‐1,3‐thiazolo[3,2‐ b][1,2,4]‐triazol‐5‐ols ( 11a‐j ) were obtained in good yields The structure of all new compounds were determined using both spectral and elemental analyses.  相似文献

A series of novel ethyl 4‐(methyl or trifluoromethyl)‐2‐(2‐(substituted phenoxy)acetamido)thiazole‐5‐carboxylates 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d , 7e and 8f , 8g , 8h , 8i , 8j , 8k , 8l , 8m , 8n , 8o , 8p , 8q , 8r were synthesized, and their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H‐NMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. The results of preliminary bioassays show that some of the title compounds exhibit moderate to good herbicidal activities. Compared with the fluorine free compounds 7a , 7b , and 7e , the compounds bearing fluorine 8g , 8j , and 8q showed higher herbicidal activities with 70–100% inhibition against Capsella bursa‐pastoris, Amaranthus restroflexus, and Eclipta prostrata at the dosage of 150 g/ha, which indicated that the trifluoromethyl on the thiazole ring was beneficial for the herbicidal activity. Furthermore, compounds 8f , 8g , 8h , 8i , 8j , 8k , 8l , 8m , 8n , 8o , 8p , 8q , 8r were tested for fungicidal activity against Pseudoperonospora cubensis at 500 µg/mL. Compounds 8f and 8q showed the best fungicidal activity with more than 80% inhibition.  相似文献

A series of new β‐lactam derivatives 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4h , 4i , 4j , 4k , 4l were synthesized from [2 + 2] cycloaddition reaction of imines containing quinoline moiety 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f with ketene generated in situ from chloroacetyl chloride in dry Et3N. The structures of the prepared compounds were characterized by IR, MS, 1H NMR, and elemental analysis. Thiazole 1 , when reacted with chloroacetyl chloride, afforded N‐(5‐acetyl‐4‐methylthiazol‐2‐yl) chloroacetamide 2 . It has been found that compound 2 reacted with α‐cyanocinnamonitrile derivatives 6a–c to afford reaction products 8a–c . Also, compound 2 coupled smoothly with benzenediazonium chloride afforded the phenylhydrazone 14 . Coupling of the sulfonium bromide 17 with diazotized aromatic amines or N‐nitrosoacetanilides afforded the arylhydrazones 20a,b . Synthesis of 6‐bromo‐2‐(substituted)‐3‐(1‐phenyl‐ethyl)‐3,4‐dihydro‐1H‐isophosphinoline 2‐chalco‐genides derivatives (6) were synthesized from 2‐[(1‐phenylethylamino)methyl]‐4‐bromophenol ( 1 ) by reaction with aryl/alkyl phosphoro dichloridates ( 2 ) in the presence of triethylamine at 55°C to 60°C to obtained the title compounds ( 6a‐g ). The title compounds ( 6h‐j ), were prepared via intermediate route. Few other title compounds ( 8a‐c ) were accomplished through a two step synthetic route involving 1 with dichlorophenyl phosphine ( 2a ) and dichloroethyl phosphine ( 2a,b ) in the presence of triethylamine in dry toluene under N2 atmosphere to form the corresponding trivalent phosphorus intermediate (7) . In the second step they were further converted to the corresponding chalcogenides 8a‐c by reaction with hydrogen peroxide, sulfur and selenium respectively. They exhibited significant antibacterial, fungal and insecticidal activity.  相似文献

A series of novel muti‐substituted pyrido[4,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4‐one derivatives 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j , 5k , 5l were designed and synthesized by the muti‐step reaction. N,S‐acetal 1 reacted with acetyl acetamide in the presence of zinc nitrate to obtain muti‐substituted pyridine 2 , which reacted with triethyl orthoformate to give 8‐cyano‐5‐methyl‐7‐methylthio‐pyrido[4,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4‐one 3 ; the target compounds 5 were obtained in good yields by the oxidation of 3 with H2O2 in a catalytic amount of sodium tungstate then by the substitution with various substituted phenols. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, EI‐MS, and elemental analyses. The preliminary bioassay indicated that some of them displayed moderate herbicidal activity against dicotyledonous weed Brassica campestris L. at the concentration of 100 mg/L. For example, compounds 5a , 5f , and 5g possessed 76.0%, 62.7%, and 60.2% inhibition against B. campestris at the concentration of 100 mg/L. Moreover, 5a exhibited 58.2% inhibition against B. campestris at the concentration of 10 mg/L.  相似文献
