EXISTENCE OF POSITIVE PERIODIC SOLUTION TO A CLASS OF NEUTRAL DELAY COMPETITION MODEL

By means of the theory of coincidence degree, sufficient condition for the existence of positive periodic solution to certain neutral delay competition model is obtained.     

EXISTENCE OF STOCHASTIC EQUILIBRIUM WITH INCOMPLETE FINANCIAL MARKETS

This paper analyzes the aritrage-tree security markets and the general equilibrium ex-istence problem for a stochastic economy with incomplete financial markets. Information structure is given by an event tree. This paper restricts attention to puraly financial securities. It isassume that trading takes place in the sequence of spot markets and futures markets for securi-ties payable in units of account. Unlimited short-selling in securities is allowed. Financial markets may be incomplete, some consumption streams may be impossible to obtain by any tradingstrategy. Securities may be individually precluded from trade at arbitrary states and dates. Thesecurity price process is arbitrage-free the dividend process if and only if there exists a stochaticstate price (present value) process : the present value of the security prices at every vertex isthe present value of their dividend and capital values over the set of immediate successors ; thecurrent value of each security at every vertex is the present value of its future dividend streamover all succeeding vertices. The existence of such an equilibrium is proved under the followingcondition: continuous, weakly convex, strictly monotone and complete preferences, strictlypositive endowmenta and dividends processes.     

EXISTENCE AND UNIQUENESS OF SOLUTIONS TO STOCHASTIC FOREST EVOLUTION SYSTEM UNDER NON-LIPSCHITZ CONDITION

In this paper,we obtain some results on the existence and uniqueness of solutions to stochastic forest evolution system under non-Lipschitz condition, with Lipschitz condition being considered as a special case.We develop our theory by investigating convergence of sequence of stochastic process defined by successive approximations in the general functional setting.The major tools we used are Bihari inequality and Davis inequality.     

THE EXISTENCE AND STABILITY OF ALMOST PERIODIC SOLUTION

By using the ordinary dichotomy and theory of stability,we study the nonli- near differential equation and obtain some sufficient conditions which guarantee the existence and stability of almost periodic solution for the nonlinear diffe- rential equation.     

EXISTENCE AND UNIQUENESS OF WEAK SOLUTIONS FOR TWO-DIMENSIONAL MODIFIED NAVIER-STOKES EQUATIONS

This paper studies a two-dimensional modified Navier-stokes equations. The author shows the existence and uniqueness of weak solutions for this equation by Galerkin method in bounded domains. The result is further extended to the case of unbounded channel-like domains.     

EXISTENCE OF A NONTRIVIAL SOLUTION FOR CHOQUARD＇S EQUATION

In this article, the authors consider the existence of a nontrivial solution for the following equation： -△u＋u=q（x）（｜u｜^2＊1/｜x｜）u, x∈R^3, where q（x） satisfies some conditions. Using a Min-Max method, the authors prove that there is at least one nontrivial solution for the above equation.     

EXISTENCE OF POSITIVE PERIODIC SOLUTION OF A DISCRETE TIME MUTUALISM SYSTEM WITH DELAYS

Discrete-time analogue of mutualism model is introduced. The discrete-time analogues is considered to be numerical discretization of the continuous-time models and we study their dynamical characteristics. It is shown that the discrete-time analogues preserve the periodicity of the continuous-time models.     

EXISTENCE OF SIGN-CHANGING SOLUTION FOR THREE-POINT BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM

In this paper,by using the fixed-point index theory,we study the existence of sign-changing solution to some three-point boundary value problem {y″(t) f(y)=0,t∈[0,1], y(0)=0,y′(1)=αy′(η), where 0<α<1,0<η<1,f:R→R is continuous,strictly increasing and f(0)=0.     

EXISTENCE OF LOCAL SOLUTION OF INTEGRAL EQUATION IN A BANACH SPACE

In this paper, by using the Daher fixed point theorem, we prove the existence of local solutions of integral equations of Volterra type, which improves or extendes the results in [1].

In this paper, we consider a generalized neutral Li′enard differential equation. By applications of coincidence degree theory and some analysis skills, sufficient conditions for the existence of periodic solution is established.

A periodic coefficients predator-prey system of Ivlev type with both discrete and continuous time delay is investigated. A sufficient condition of the existence of positive periodic solution is established for the system by using the continuation theorem of coincidence degree theory.

In this paper we consider the biharmonic equation (?) in a smooth bounded domain Ω (?) RN with boundary condition (?) where N ≥5, 1 < q < 2, λ>0 and 2= (2N)/(N-4). We prove the existence of λ such that for 0 < λ < λ the above problem has a positive solution.
