Six steroidal saponins and two pregnane glycosides were isolated from the BuOH subfraction of 70% EtOH extract of Smilax microphylla C.H.Wright, among them two were new compounds (1 and 7). Pregnane glycosides were firstly isolated from the genus Smilax (Smilacaceae). Structures of the new compounds were determined on the basis of HR‐ESI‐MS, 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis. 粗糙菝基(Smilax lebrunii Lévl)为百合科菝葜属植物,主要分布在我国甘肃、四川、湖南等地,其化学成分迄今未见报道.前文报道了防已叶菝葜植物甾体皂甙的研究工作,本文介绍从粗糙菝葜根茎中分得的2个新的甾体皂甙.用70%乙醇提取粗糙菝葜根粉(500g),将乙醇提取物经常法脱脂和除糖后,采取多次硅胶柱层析,最后用Sephadex LH-20柱纯化,甲醇洗脱分别得到甙1(50mg)和甙2(10mg).  相似文献

Chemical examination of the bulbs of Allium karataviense led to the isolation of five new spirostanol saponins (7-11) and a new furostanol saponin (12), together with a known steroidal sapogenin (1) and five known saponins (2-6). The structures of the new saponins were determined by detailed analysis of their spectral data, including two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy. The steroidal saponins produced by A. karataviense, except for 5 and 6, were found to be based upon (25R)-5 alpha-spirostane-2 alpha,3 beta,5,6 beta-tetrol (alliogenin) and contain a beta-D-glucopyranosyl moiety with the formation of an O-glycoside linkage to C-2 of the polyhydroxylated steroidal skeleton as the common structural feature. The isolated compounds were evaluated for cytostatic activity against human promyelocytic leukemia HL-60 cells.  相似文献

Two steroidal saponins, hemeroside A and B, were isolated from the aerial part of Hemerocallis fulva var. kwanso for the first time. The structures of these compounds were established as 24S-hydroxy-neotokorogenin 1-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl 24-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1) and isorhodeasapogenin 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->3)-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2)]-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-galactopyranoside (2) through NMR experiments.  相似文献

Two new steroidal glycosides named riparosides A (1) and B (2), and two aromatic compounds (3, 4), together with four known flavonoid derivatives have been isolated from the EtOH extract of the rhizomes and roots of Smilax riparia A. DC. The structure of riparoside A (1) was determined to be 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->6)]-beta-D-glucopyranosyl 3beta,20alpha-dihydroxy-5alpha-furost-22(23)-ene 26-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside. Riparoside B (2) was characterized as 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->6)]-beta-D-glucopyranosyl 3beta,16beta-dihydroxy-5alpha-pregnan-20-one 16-O-[5-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl 5-hydroxy-4-methyl-pentanoic acid]-ester 26-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside. Compounds 3 and 4 were elucidated as a sucrosyl ferulic acid ester and 7-O-methyl-10-oxythymol gentiobioside, respectively.  相似文献

Seven spirostane and furostane-type glycosides were isolated from the aqueous methanolic extract of the fruits of Cestrum ruizteranianum and characterized mainly by 2D NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Chemical examination of the fresh rhizomes of Tupistra wattii HOOK. f. led to the isolation of three new steroidal saponins, wattoside G (1), H (2), and I (3), together with one known steroidal saponin, (25S)-1beta,3beta,4beta-trihydroxyspirotan-5beta-yl-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (4). The structures of 1-3 were established to be (25R)-1beta,2beta,3beta,5beta-tetrahydroxyspirostan-4beta-yl-O-beta-D-xylopyranoside (1), (24S,25S)-24-[(beta-D-glucopyranosyl)oxy]-1beta,2beta,3beta,4beta,5beta,7beta-hexahydroxyspirostan-6-one (2), and (24S,25S)-1beta,3beta-dihydroxy-5beta-spirostan-24-yl-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3) on the basis of detailed analyses of physical, chemical, and spectral data. Twenty-six new acylated-oxypregnane glycosides were obtained along with three known cardenolide glycosides from the roots of Asclepias curassavica (Asclepiadaceae). The new compounds were confirmed to contain 12-O-benzoylsarcostin, 12-O-benzoyldeacylmetaplexigenin, kidjolanin, and 12-O-benzoyltayloron, and one new acylated-oxypregnane, 12-O-(E)-cinnamoyltayloron, as their aglycones, using both spectroscopic and chemical methods.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of methanol extract of the fruits of Diploclisia glaucescens furnished 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-20-hydroxyecdysone, 3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]serjanic acid 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester and 3-O-[beta-xylopyranosyl(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]serjanic acid 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester. The latter saponin was found to be a new natural product while the other two are reported for the first time from the family Menispermaceae.  相似文献

The fresh bulbs of Lilium brownii var. colchesteri were found to contain five steroidal saponins: 26-O-beta-D-glucopyranosylnuatigenin 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1----2)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (6), 26-O-beta-D-glucopyranosylnuatigenin 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1----2)-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----4)]- beta-D-glucopyranoside (7), brownioside (8), deacylbrownioside (9) and 27-O-(3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaroyl)isonarthogenin 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1----2)-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----4)- beta-D-glucopyranoside (10); and two steroidal alkaloids: beta 1-solamargine (11) and solasodine 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1----2)-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----4)- beta-D-glucopyranoside (12); along with several phenolic constituents. From the roots of Sophora koreensis (Fabaceae), three new oleanene-type triterpene glycosides, echinosophorosides A(1) (1) and B (2), and acetyl-subproside II (5), were isolated as their methyl esters, together with the four known ones sophoraflavoside I, kudzusaponin SA(3), subproside II, and azukisaponin V. The structures of the new saponins were elucidated to be 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl(1-->2)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl kudzusapogenol A 22-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (1), 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl abrisapogenol C 22-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (2), and 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl(1-->2)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl kudzusapogenol A 22-O-acetate (5), respectively. It is noteworthy that two arabinopyranosyl moieties in the same molecule, echinosophoroside B (2), have different conformations. The conformation of the arabinopyranosyl moiety existing in the trisaccharide moiety was determined to be (1)C(4), whereas that of the arabinopyranosyl unit at C-22 was identified as (4)C(1).  相似文献

The chemical constituents of the roots of Smilax bockii Warb. were investigated and two pregnane glycosides and three steroid saponins were isolated. Their structures were established as 3beta-hydroxypregna-5,16-dien-20-one-3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 --> 4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 --> 4)-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 --> 2)]-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), 3beta-hydroxypregna-5,16-dien-20-one-3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 --> 2)-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 --> 4)]-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), dioscin (3), methyl protodioscin (4), 26-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-22alpha-methoxyl-(25R)-furost-5-en-3beta, 26-diol 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 --> 4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 --> 4)-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 --> 2)]-beta-D-glucopyranoside (5) on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical methods. Compound 1 is a new natural product and compounds 2, 5 were first isolated from the genus Smilax. Compound 5 showed enhancing activity of nerve growth factor (NGF)-induced neurite outgrowth in PC 12D cells.  相似文献
