The synthesis and crystal structures of 4,5-bis[(triorganotin)thiolato]-1,3-dithiole-2-thione, (R3Sn)2(dmit), 1, and 4,5-bis[(triorganotin)thiolato]-1,3-dithiole-2-one, (R3Sn)2(dmio), 2, compounds are reported. Compounds, (1 or 2: R = Ph or cyclohexyl, Cy), have been obtained from reaction of R3SnCl with Cs2dmit or Na2dmio. The presence of the two tin centres in (2: R = Ph) is shown in the 13C NMR spectrum by the couplings of both Sn atoms to the dmio olefinic carbons with J values of 29.4 and 24.7 Hz. The δ119 Sn values for (1: R = Ph) and (2: R = Ph) differ by about 30 ppm, values being −20.7 and −50.1 ppm, respectively, in CDCl3 solution. X-ray structure determinations for (1: R = Ph) and (2: R = Ph or Cy) reveal the compounds to have 4-coordinate, distorted tetrahedral tin centres. The dithiolato ligands, dmit and dmio, act as bridging ligands, in contrast to their chelating roles in R2Sn(dmit) and R2Sn(dmio). A further difference between R2Sn(dmit) and R2Sn(dmio), on one hand, and 1 and 2 on the other, is that intermolecular Sn-S and Sn-O interactions are absent in 1 and 2. However, weak intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions are found in (1: R = Ph) [C-H?π] and in (2: R = Ph) [C-H?π and C-H?O]. 相似文献

Thermal properties and thermal decompositions of [NEt4]2[M(dmit)2] (M = Ni(II), Pd(II), dmit = 1,3-dithiole-2-thione-4,5-dithiolate) have been studied by thermogravimetry (TG). The TG analysis has shown that the complexes are thermally stable up to 460 K and the decomposition of the complexes occurs in three consecutive stages up to 873 K. A thermal stability scale for [M(dmit)2]n− anions was based on the thermal properties. Kinetics parameters, such as activation energy, Ea, and kinetic apparent pre-exponential factor, ln Aapp, have been calculated from the thermogravimetric data at heating rates of 10, 15, 20 and 25 K/min involving differential (Friedman's equation) and integral (Flynn-Wall-Ozawa's equation) methods. 相似文献

The endo-cyclic tin atoms and the exo-cyclic tin atom are all five-coordinate and have coordination geometry of distorted trigonal bipyramid with an additional weak coordination carboxylate oxygen. Four carboxylate ligands are divided into two types. And two of them are monodentate and connecting to each of exo-cyclic tin atoms by using one oxygen atom, whereas the others bridge to each pair of exo-and endo-cyclic tin atoms utilizing one oxygen atom. Two novel Ni(II) complexes {[Ni(en)2(pot)2]0.5CHCl3} (3) {pot = 5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thione} (1) and [Ni(en)2](3-pytol)2 (4) {3-pytol = 5-(3-pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thiol} (2) have been synthesized using en as coligand. The metal complexes have been characterized by physical and analytical techniques and also by single crystal X-ray studies. The complexes 3 and 4 crystallize in monoclinic system with space group P21/a and P121/c, respectively. The complex 3 has a slightly distorted octahedral geometry with trans (pot)− ligands while 4 has a square planar geometry around the centrosymmetric Ni(II) center with ionically linked trans (3-pytol)− ligands. The π?π (face to face) interaction plays an important role along with hydrogen bondings to form supramolecular architecture in both complexes. 相似文献

The title compound {[(p-MeC6H4CH2)2Sn]2(O)(Cl)OC2H5}2 was synthesized by the reaction of bis(p-met-hylbenzyl)tin dichloride with KOH in ethanol. The crystal structure of the complex has been determined by X- ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a=1.114 0(19) nm, b=2.423 1(3) nm, c=2.521 1(3) nm, β=99.398(3)°, V=6.714(16) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.493 g·cm-3, μ(Mo Kα)=15.94 cm-1, F(000)=3 024, R1=0.049 9, wR=0.101 7. The crystal structure shows that the coordination geometry of tin is a distorted trigonal bipyramid, and the ladder-like structure is shaped by three Sn2O2 planar four-membered rings. The title compound, {[n-Bu2Sn(O2CCH2CS2NC4H8)]2O}2, has been synthesized by the reaction of (tetrahydro-pyrrodithiolocarbamoylthio)acetic acid with the di-n-bubyltin oxide in 1∶1 molar ratio. The complex has been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR. The crystal structure of it has been determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. And the results showed that the crystal belongs to triclinic system with space group P1 and some crystal parameters: a=1.220 2(9) nm, b=1.315 8(10) nm, c=1.380 4(10) nm, α=111.215(9)°, β=99.357(9)°, γ=96.075(10)°, V=2.006(2) nm3, Z=1, F(000)=908, μ=1.489 mm-1, Dc=1.474 g·cm-3, R1=0.037 5, wR2=0.0839. The complex has a centrosymmetric dimer structure mode with a four-membered central endo-cyclic Sn2O2 unit in which two bridged oxygen atoms both connect with an exo-cyclic tin atom which has a distorted octahedron. Each of the endo-cyclic tin atoms exhibits a distorted trigonal bipyramid coordination geometry with an additional weak coordination carboxylate oxygen. Four carboxylate ligands are divided into two types. And two of them are bidentate and connecting to each of exo-cyclic tin atoms by using both oxygen atoms, whereas the others bridge to each pair of exo-and endo-cyclic tin atoms utilizing one oxygen atom only. The reaction of equimolar quantities of LiOCH2CH2NMe2 and E14(OCH2CH2NMe2)2 (E14=Ge, Sn) in ether yielded new ate complexes [LiE14(OCH2CH2NMe2)3]2 (E14=Ge (1), Sn (2)) with bidentate ligands. The compounds 1 and 2 are white crystalline substances which are highly soluble in THF and pyridine and very sensitive to the traces of oxygen and moisture. The structures of these compounds are studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. The ate complexes 1 and 2 are powerful nucleophiles and may be employed as ligands (neutral) in the coordination chemistry of the transition metals. The electronegative O-substituents at the divalent E14 atoms render them less oxidizable than alkyl- or aryl-substituted derivatives, and the bidentate ligands, owing to intramolecular donor-acceptor interactions, make them more thermodynamically stable compared to monodentate ligands. 相似文献

Three mercury(II) complexes, [Hg((23-MeO-ba)2en)X2] (X = I (1), Br (2) and Cl(3)), and the ligand (23-MeO-ba)2en ((23-MeO-ba)2en = N,N′-bis(2,3-dimethoxybenzylidene)-1,2-diaminoethane) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The crystal and molecular structures of 1 and 2 were determined by X-ray crystallography from single-crystal data. The metal-to-ligand ratio was found to be 1:1. The mercury(II) center in 1 and 2 has a distorted tetrahedral geometry with HgN2I2 and HgN2Br2 chromophores, respectively. The Schiff base ligand (23-MeO-ba)2en acts as a chelating ligand, coordinating via the two nitrogen atoms to the mercury(II) center, and it adopts an E,E conformation. The coordination sphere of the mercury(II) center in 1 and 2 is completed by the two I and Br atoms, respectively. In complex 1 an inter-molecular non-classical hydrogen bond of the type C-H?O was found, while in complex 2 inter- and intra-molecular non-classical hydrogen bonds of the type C-H?X (X = O and Br) were found. The 1H NMR spectra of the complexes exhibit downfield as well as upfield shifts of the free ligand resonances, reflecting changes in the ligand’s geometry during its coordination. 相似文献

The synthesis, X-ray structure, magnetic and transport properties of the compound Ni(dmf)6[Ni(dsit)2]2 (dmf=dimethylformamide, dsit=1,3-dithiole-2-thione-4,5-diselenolate) are described. This compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c, with a=18.709(6), b=22.975(5), c=20.418(5) Å, β=99.31(2)° and Z=6; its structure consists of [Ni(dsit)2]22− dimers and isolated [Ni(dmf)6]2+ cations both centrosymmetric and non-centrosymmetric. The dimers are packed forming chains along the [101] direction with short Se·Se interdimer contacts. Additional interchains S·S contacts render this structure a three-dimensional character, never observed so far in other [Ni(dsit)2]− salts. This compound exhibits semiconducting behavior with a room temperature conductivity (1 S cm−1) much higher than those reported for other salts of the [Ni(dsit)2]− anion. Tight-binding band structure calculations were used to analyze the origin of the semiconducting properties of this salt. The magnetic susceptibility shows Curie behavior with C=1.25 emu K mol−1, typical of isolated Ni(II) ions as expected for the octahedrally coordinated [Ni(dmf)6]2+ cations. 相似文献

Two novel mononuclear mixed-ligand complexes [Ni(en)2(3-pyt)2] (1) and [Cu(en)2](3-pyt)2 (2), derived from potassium [N′-(pyridine-3-carbonyl)-hydrazinecarbodithioate [K+(H2L)−] and containing en as a co-ligand, have been synthesized. The [K+(H2L)−] undergoes cyclization in the presence of ethylenediamine (en) and is converted to 5-(3-pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thione (3-pyt)−. [Ni(en)2(3-pyt)2] and [Cu(en)2](3-pyt)2 have been characterized with the aid of elemental analyses, IR, UV–Vis, magnetic susceptibility and single crystal X-ray studies. The complexes 1 and 2 crystallize in the orthorhombic and monoclinic systems with space groups Pca2(1) and C2/c, respectively. The single crystal X-ray diffraction studies of both complexes indicate that (3-pyt)− adopts a thione form in 1 but is present as a thiolato form in 2. 相似文献

A series of new five-coordinated ionic organotin(IV) complexes with general formula [Q][Me2Sn(μ2-SCH2COO)Cl](Q = diethylammonium, triethylammonium, di-i-propylammonium, tripropylammonium, tri-n-butylammonium, pyrimidium, 3-picolinium, methylphenylammonium, dimethylphenylammonium) were synthesized by the reaction of mercaptoacetic acid with dimethyltin dichloride in the presence of an organic base. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopies. The crystal structure of [(n-Pr)3NH][Me2Sn(μ2-SCH2COO)Cl] was determined by X-ray crystallography. The structure consists of an anion part, and a tri-n-propylammonium cation part as a counterion. The tin atom has a distorted cis-tbp geometry with two carbon and one sulfur atoms occupying the equatorial positions and the O atom and Cl atom occupying the axial positions. The organotin anion and its counterion are connected through a hydrogen bond between the N atom in the ammonium and the O atom of the carbonyl group with a N-O length of 2.766 Å. 相似文献

Zinc(II) and mercury(II) thiocyanate complexes with nicotinamide, bis(nicotinamide-N)-bis(thiocyanato-N)zinc(II) (1) and catena-[nicotinamide-N-(μ-thiocyanato-S,N)(thiocyanato-S)mercury(II)] (2), have been prepared and characterized by spectroscopic, thermal and X-ray crystallographic methods. The vibrational bands of diagnostic value are compared to the values of the free ligand and the data are in good correlation with the X-ray results. Centrosymmetrical hydrogen bonded dimers are found, R22(10) in 1 and R22(8) in 2. 相似文献

The objective of the present work was to synthesize mononuclear ruthenium complex [RuCl2(CO)2{Te(CH2SiMe3)2}2] (1) by the reaction of Te(CH2SiMe3)2 and [RuCl2(CO)3]2. However, the stoichiometric reaction affords a mixture of 1 and [RuCl2(CO){Te(CH2SiMe3)2}3] (2). The X-ray structures show the formation of the cis(Cl), cis(C), trans(Te) isomer of 1 and the cis(Cl), mer(Te) isomer of 2. The 125Te NMR spectra of the complexes are reported. The complex distribution depends on the initial molar ratio of the reactants. With an excess of [RuCl2(CO)3]2 only 1 is formed. In addition to the stoichiometric reaction, a mixture of 1 and 2 is observed even when using an excess of Te(CH2SiMe3)2. Complex 1 is, however, always the main product. In these cases the 125Te NMR spectra of the reaction solution also indicates the presence of unreacted ligand. 相似文献

A Cd(II)-nitronyl nitroxide radical complex with dicyanoaurate(I) bridges [Cd(NIT4Py)2][Au(CN)2]2, was synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectrum and X-ray diffraction single-crystal structure analysis. Crystal data for the complex: triclinic, space group P1, a=0.720 9(11) nm, b=0.960 3(15) nm, c=1.284(2) nm, α=75.38(2)°, β=85.46(2)°, γ=68.38(2)°, V=0.800(2) nm3, Z=1, and R1 [I>2σ(I)]=0.055 8. The title complex consists of infinite one-dimensional chains of [Cd(NIT4Py)2][Au(CN)2]2, in which [Cd(NIT4Py)2] moieties are conne-cted by [Au(CN)2]- μ2-bridging ligands.
