对比采用溶剂热合成、传统固相合成与溶胶-凝胶合成技术,制备了四方相BiOC1和Nd3+掺杂BiOCl光催化材料.运用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis),研究了不同合成方法所制备BiOCl材料的相结构、形貌和紫外-可见光吸收性能;并以甲基橙溶液为模拟废水,研究了不同方法所制备的BiOCl材料的光催化性能.结果表明:溶剂热合成的BiOCl是由纳米片组装成粒径小于1μm微球,紫外-可见吸收边为335 nm;固相合成所得BiOCl结晶度较高,其片状颗粒粒径约为6μm,紫外-可见吸收边为430n m;溶胶-凝胶合成法制得BiOCl片状颗粒粒径约为3~4 μm,紫外-可见吸收边为430 nm.进一步地对比研究了稀土离子Nd3+掺杂前后BiOCl样品的结构、紫外-可见光吸收特性,可以发现,Nd3+掺杂后样品的相结构及形貌均无变化,但吸收边均发生不同程度的红移,以溶胶-凝胶法制得的样品效果最为明显,并具有最优的光催化性能.  相似文献

The preparation of native S-palmitoylated (S-palm) membrane proteins is one of the unsolved challenges in chemical protein synthesis. Herein, we report the first chemical synthesis of S-palm membrane proteins by removable-backbone-modification-assisted Ser/Thr ligation (RBMGABA-assisted STL). This method involves two critical steps: 1) synthesis of S-palm peptides by a new γ-aminobutyric acid based RBM (RBMGABA) strategy, and 2) ligation of the S-palm RBM-modified peptides to give the desired S-palm product by the STL method. The utility of the RBMGABA-assisted STL method was demonstrated by the synthesis of rabbit S-palm sarcolipin (SLN) and S-palm matrix-2 (M2) ion channel. The synthesis of S-palm membrane proteins highlights the importance of developing non-NCL methods for chemical protein synthesis.  相似文献

Mathematical and numerical models of the yttrium aluminium garnet (YAG) synthesis are presented in the article. The models allow the effective computer simulation of the YAG synthesis. The synthesis by sol–gel and solid-state reaction methods is considered in the article. The question concerning the reasons for the observed changes in the preparation temperature by changing synthesis method is answered. The inverse modelling problem is solved: using known experimental data (synthesis time, dimensions of reactants) the unknown input parameters of the model (diffusion and reaction rate coefficients) are calculated.  相似文献

Significant progress has been achieved in the last years on microwave synthesis of zeolite membranes. In many cases, microwave synthesis has proven to remarkably reduce the synthesis time. In addition, microwave synthesis could also result in different membrane morphology, orientation, composition, and thus the different permeation characteristics as compared with those synthesized by conventional heating. This review attempts to summarize the obtained progress in microwave synthesis of zeolite membranes. Some topics are discussed, including: (1) case study of microwave synthesis of zeolite membranes, e.g. LTA, MFI, AFI, and other types of zeolite membranes; (2) differences between conventional and microwave synthesis; (3) formation mechanism and the so called “specific microwave effect” in the case of microwave synthesis of zeolite membranes; (4) scaling-up of zeolite membrane production by employing microwave heating. The latter three topics are mainly focused on LTA type zeolite membranes. Concluding remarks and future perspective are also suggested in the end.  相似文献

Induction of DNA synthesis by the tumor promoter tetradecanoyl phorbol acetate (TPA) was studied in a line of cultured rat fibroblasts (Rat-1) and their Rous sarcoma virus-transformed derivative (Rat-1 (RSV)). Following serum deprivation for 54 h to achieve quiescence, semiconservative DNA replication was measured by incubation of cells in BrdUrd and FdUrd after serum stimulation in the presence or absence of TPA. Optimal concentrations of TPA (0.1--0.5 microgram/ml) in serum-free medium induced a small increase (10--15%) in the amount of DNA made over a 30-h period in both Rat-1 and Rat-1 (RSV) cells. When Rat-1 cells were stimulated by a 4-h serum pulse, 30% of the DNA was replicated by 30 h. If the serum pulse was followed by TPA addition, 70% DNA replication was observed. If the serum pulse was preceded by TPA addition, the onset of DNA synthesis was delayed by several houses, but stimulation of DNA synthesis occurred. In contrast, the Rat-1 (RSV) cells did not show an increased in DNA synthesis induced by TPA in similar protocols, but the serum-induced onset of DNA synthesis was delayed by several hours in the presence of TPA. Therefore, TPA acts as a co-inducer of DNA synthesis in the Rat-1 but not in the Rat-1 (RSV) cells. The parent alcohol, phorbol, was inactive in Rat-1 cells, but delayed the onset of DNA synthesis in the Rat-1 (RSV) cells. We conclude that the co-inducing and delaying activities of TPA on DNA synthesis appear to be distinct and to act a different points in the G1 phase of the cell cycle.  相似文献

Diversity-oriented organic synthesis (DOS) and solid-phase organic synthesis (SPOS) are proven technologies for generating small molecule libraries for chemical genetics studies. Integration of controlled microwave heating with DOS and SPOS not only speeds up the library preparation process but also offers unique opportunities in tackling issues which are hardly addressed by thermal heating. Microwave-assisted synthesis is illustrated for (a) highly regioselective Wittig olefination of cycloalkanones by accurate regulation of temperature; (b) tandem Wittig-IMDA sequence toward stereochemical diversity of gamma-butyrolactones; (c) one-pot alkylation-amidation approach toward appendage diversity through use of building blocks; and (d) one-pot U-4CR-annulation strategy toward skeletal diversity via careful reaction design. Microwave-assisted solid-phase organic synthesis (MASPOS) is highlighted by incorporating with split-pool combinatorial synthesis (SPCS) of indole sulfonamides via a key on-resin Cu(II)- or Pd(II)-catalyzed heteroannulation under microwave heating. Design and fabrication of a novel diglycine-derived catlinker are described and its role in facilitating on-resin reaction is evaluated. A traceless synthesis of indole sulfonamides via microwave-assisted Cu(II)-catalyzed heteroannulation of the catlinker-tethered substrates is also given.  相似文献

The tris(alkoxy)benzyl backbone amide linker (BAL) has found widespread application in solid-phase synthesis. The key intermediate for preparation of para BAL (p-BAL) is 2,6-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde; several reports on its synthesis have appeared. However, the ortho analogue of the handle (o-BAL) has successfully been used by us for the synthesis of C-terminal-modified peptides, oligosaccharides, and substituted anilines. Here, we present a new and convenient synthesis of the key intermediate for o-BAL, 4,6-dimethoxy-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde, by a highly regioselective demethylation with BBr3, followed by purification through steam distillation. Cleavage studies of Leu-enkephalin anchored to either o-BAL or p-BAL handles revealed that both handles were surprisingly acid-labile and released the peptide with dilute TFA (5% and even 1% TFA in CH2Cl2). This useful property allowed the synthesis of fully protected Leu-enkephalin. The very convenient synthesis of 4,6-dimethoxy-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde combined with the benign properties of the o-BAL handle may make it the preferred regioisomer.  相似文献

Their preparation by standard Fmoc solid-phase peptide synthesis is made difficult by the lability of thioesters to aminolysis by the secondary amines used for removal of the Fmoc group. The effects of glucocorticoids on deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) synthesis were studied by using confluent cultured rat skin fibroblasts prepared by enzymatic dispersion and expanded up to passage 3. Dexamethasone caused the inhibition of the DNA synthesis stimulated by 10% fetal calf serum (FCS) in a dose dependent manner. Maximum inhibition (90%-100%) was achieved by the concentration of 10(-7)M. A similar dose dependent inhibition was also obtained in the experiment using epidermal growth factor (EGF) (1 ng/ml) as a stimulant. Dexamethasone (10(-7)M) also inhibited the DNA synthesis stimulated by somatomedin C (100 ng/ml) or platelet derived growth factor (1 half-maximum unit/ml) almost to control levels. Binding studies with 125I-labeled EGF suggested that dexamethasone caused this inhibitory action without modulation of cell surface receptors for EGF. Furthermore, the effects of a variety of glucocorticoids on the DNA synthesis were studied to clarify the structural requirement of glucocorticoids for the inhibition of the DNA synthesis. The results showed that 11 beta-hydroxyl and 21-hydroxyl groups on the steroid nucleus were necessary for the inhibition of the growth factor-stimulated DNA synthesis. Meanwhile, the inhibitory action on the DNA synthesis was markedly diminished by the replacement of a 16 alpha-methyl group by a 16 beta-methyl group in the presence of a bulky group at C-17 (e.g. 17 alpha-valerate). For further elucidation of mechanisms of action of glucocorticoids on the inhibition of the growth factor-stimulated DNA synthesis, the relationships between the structural features of glucocorticoids and their binding ability to the glucocorticoid receptor ([3H]-dexamethasone-binding receptor) were studied.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

[reaction: see text] (-)-Doliculide, a potent antitumor agent, is synthesized stereoselectively in a convergent manner. The key strategy involves a stereoselective synthesis of the polyketide unit and synthesis of the D-tyrosine derivative, followed by assembly of the fragments by an esterification and cycloamidation reaction sequence. The synthesis of the polyketide fragment was achieved by an iterative asymmetric synthesis to install stereoselectively both 1,3-dimethyl groups and the 1,3-diol unit by utilizing asymmetric cyclopropanations and Sharpless asymmetric epoxidations as the key steps.  相似文献

Sugar-assisted ligation (SAL) presents an attractive strategy for the synthesis of glycopeptides, including the synthesis of cysteine-free beta-O-linked and N-linked glycopeptides. Here we extended the utility of SAL for the synthesis of alpha-O-linked glycopeptides and glycoproteins. In order to explore SAL in the context of glycoprotein synthesis, we developed a new chemical synthetic route for the alpha-O-linked glycoprotein diptericin epsilon. In the first stage of our synthesis, diptericin segment Cys(Acm)37-Gly(52) and segment Val(53)-Phe(82) were assembled by SAL through a Gly-Val ligation junction. Subsequently, after Acm deprotection, diptericin segment Cys(37)-Phe(82) was ligated to segment Asp(1)-Asn(36) by means of native chemical ligation (NCL) to give the full sequence of diptericin epsilon. In the final synthetic step, hydrogenolysis was applied to remove the thiol handle from the sugar moiety with the concomitant conversion of mutated Cys(37) into the native alanine residue. In addition, we extended the applicability of SAL to the synthesis of glycopeptides containing cysteine residues by carrying out selective desulfurization of the sulfhydryl-modified sugar moiety in the presence of acetamidomethyl (Acm) protected cysteine residues. The results presented here demonstrated for the first time that SAL could be a general and useful tool in the chemical synthesis of glycoproteins.  相似文献

We propose a new approach for fabricating more sophisticated combinatorial chemistry libraries via split synthesis and evaluate its potential through extensive simulation. Our algorithmically intensive method promises to reduce the time and materials costs of synthesizing libraries which are (1) too large to synthesize economically by sequential or parallel synthesis, (2) too long or irregular for conventional split synthesis generation techniques, and (3) not used in sufficient quantity to justify the setup costs of array makers. It also encourages the design of more focused and interesting libraries than are typically constructed using split synthesis. Our algorithms automate the design of efficient synthesis procedures for motif-based libraries which are too complex to design by hand. Our software allows the user to select the most desirable tradeoff between minimizing the number of steps in the synthesis process and containing the combinatorial explosion of the number of compounds synthesized.  相似文献

The structure of the strongly cytotoxic marine alkaloid halitulin (1) has been confirmed by total synthesis and its absolute configuration determined as (15S). The synthesis follows a strategy previously reported by one of us and uses an efficient preparation of the quinoline-7,8-diol unit by modified Baeyer-Villiger and Skraup reactions. The O-benzyl protecting groups were removed in the last step of the synthesis by transfer hydrogenolysis without concomitant reduction of the quinoline ring. The method can be applied for the synthesis of halitulin analogues.  相似文献

Sizes of silver nanoparticles prepared by the reduction of silver ions in reverse micelles with solvated electron (radiation-chemical synthesis) and natural pigment quercetin (biochemical synthesis) were determined. The sizes were measured by the dynamic light-scattering technique. Histograms of the micelle size distributions were compared with the absorption spectra of the corresponding solutions of nanoparticles. It was shown that the employed synthesis procedures made it possible to obtain metal particles with the sizes of the order of several nanometers; the changes of optical density in the maximum of nanoparticle absorption band correlated with the changes of the particle content in solution. The results obtained were compared with the data available for silver nanoparticles prepared by the radiation-chemical synthesis in aqueous solution in the presence of stabilizer and by the chemical synthesis in reverse micelles with traditional reducing agents.  相似文献

In this letter, we describe the iterative solution phase synthesis of a triarylamine trimer as proof of concept towards the synthesis of oligomeric materials by solid-phase synthesis. Our model system utilises the stability of germanium linkers to nucleophilic conditions to develop efficient steps towards oligomer synthesis via (i) selective deprotection of tert-butyl-dimethyl-silyl ether (OTBDMS) functionality, (ii) conversion to reactive trifluoromethanesulfonate (triflate) functionality and (iii) Suzuki cross-coupling reactions.  相似文献

Total synthesis of (-)-brevenal, a novel marine polycyclic ether natural product, is described. Highly efficient and scalable entries to the AB-ring exo-olefin and the DE-ring enol phosphate and a rapid construction of the C-ring by means of our Suzuki-Miyaura coupling-based strategy realized a concise synthesis of the pentacyclic skeleton of (-)-brevenal. The present synthesis is considerably more efficient than our previous synthesis (longest linear sequence: 50 steps from 2-deoxy-d-ribose).  相似文献

γ-Oxo-butyramides derived from tartaric acid serve as excellent precursors for the synthesis of γ-alkyl (aryl)-α,β-dihydroxy-γ-butyrolactones and for the synthesis of tetrols containing three contiguous stereogenic centres. The methodology presented here is general for the synthesis of γ-alkyl (aryl)-α,β-dihydroxy-γ-butyrolactones. Utility of the chiral building block was demonstrated by the synthesis of naturally occurring lipid guggultetrol.  相似文献
