This study features the preparation of three new energetic C‐azido‐1, 2, 4‐triazoles, with the anion of one being a new binary C–N compound. 5‐Azido‐1H‐1, 2, 4‐triazole‐3‐carbonitrile ( 1 ) was prepared from 5‐amino‐1H‐1, 2, 4‐triazole‐3‐carbonitrile and further derivatized to 5‐azido‐1H‐1, 2, 4‐triazole‐3‐carbohydroximoyl chloride ( 5 ) with 3‐azido‐1H‐1, 2, 4‐triazole‐5‐carboxamidoxime ( 3 ) as an intermediate. The ability of 1 and 3 for salt formation was shown with the respective silver salts 2 and 4 . All compounds were well characterized by various means, including IR and multinuclear NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and DSC. The molecular structures of 1 , 3 , and 5 in the solid state were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The sensitivities towards various outer stimuli (impact, friction, electrostatic discharge) were determined according to BAM standards. The silver salts were additionally tested for their potential as primary explosives.  相似文献

High‐density energetic salts that contain nitrogen‐rich cations and the 5‐(tetrazol‐5‐ylamino)tetrazolate (HBTA?) or the 5‐(tetrazol‐5‐yl)tetrazolate (HBT?) anion were readily synthesized by the metathesis reactions of sulfate salts with barium compounds, such as bis[5‐(tetrazol‐5‐ylamino)tetrazolate] (Ba(HBTA)2), barium iminobis(5‐tetrazolate) (BaBTA), or barium 5,5′‐bis(tetrazolate) (BaBT) in aqueous solution. All salts were fully characterized by IR spectroscopy, multinuclear (1H, 13C, 15N) NMR spectroscopy, elemental analyses, density, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and impact sensitivity. Ba(HBTA)2 ? 4 H2O crystallizes in the triclinic space group P$\bar 1$ , as determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, with a density of 2.177 g cm?3. The densities of the other organic energetic salts range between 1.55 and 1.75 g cm?3 as measured by a gas pycnometer. The detonation pressure (P) values calculated for these salts range from 19.4 to 33.6 GPa, and the detonation velocities (νD) range from 7677 to 9487 m s?1, which make them competitive energetic materials. Solid‐state 13C NMR spectroscopy was used as an effective technique to determine the structure of the products that were obtained from the metathesis reactions of biguanidinium sulfate with barium iminobis(5‐tetrazolate) (BaBTA). Thus, the structure was determined as an HBTA salt by the comparison of its solid‐state 13C NMR spectroscopy with those of ammonium 5‐(tetrazol‐5‐ylamino)tetrazolate (AHBTA) and diammonium iminobis(5‐tetrazolate) (A2BTA).  相似文献

Preparations of the title compounds, 5 – 7 (Scheme 1 and Table 1), of their ammonium salts, 9 – 11 (Scheme 2 and Table 2), and of the corresponding cinnamaldehyde‐derived iminium salts 12 – 14 (Scheme 3 and Table 3) are reported. The X‐ray crystal structures of 15 cinnamyliminium PF6 salts have been determined (Table 4). Selected 1H‐NMR data (Table 5) of the ammonium and iminium salts are discussed, and structures in solution are compared with those in the solid state.  相似文献

Due to their versatile coordination modes and metal‐binding conformations, triazolyl ligands can provide a wide range of possibilities for the construction of supramolecular structures. Seven mononuclear transition metal complexes with different structural forms, namely aquabis[3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazolato‐κ2N 1,N 5]zinc(II), [Zn(C14H11N4)2(H2O)], (I), bis[5‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N 3,N 4]bis(nitrato‐κO )zinc(II), [Zn(NO3)2(C14H12N4)2], (II), bis(methanol‐κO )bis[3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazolato‐κ2N 1,N 5]zinc(II), [Zn(C14H11N4)2(CH4O)2], (III), diiodidobis[5‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N 3,N 4]cadmium(II), [CdI2(C14H12N4)2], (IV), bis[5‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N 3,N 4]bis(nitrato‐κO )cadmium(II), [Cd(NO3)2(C14H12N4)2], (V), aquabis[3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazolato‐κ2N 1,N 5]cobalt(II), [Co(C14H11N4)2(H2O)], (VI), and diaquabis[3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazolato‐κ2N 1,N 5]nickel(II), [Ni(C14H11N4)2(H2O)2], (VII), have been prepared by the reaction of transition metal salts (ZnII, CdII, CoII and NiII) with 3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole (pymphtzH) under either ambient or hydrothermal conditions. These compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. All the complexes form three‐dimensional supramolecular structures through hydrogen bonds or through π–π stacking interactions between the centroids of the pyridyl or arene rings. The pymphtzH and pymphtz entities act as bidentate coordinating ligands in each structure. Moreover, all the pyridyl N atoms are coordinated to metal atoms (Zn, Cd, Co or Ni). The N atom in the 4‐position of the triazole group is coordinated to the Zn and Cd atoms in the crystal structures of (II), (IV) and (V), while the N atom in the 1‐position of the triazolate group is coordinated to the Zn, Co and Ni atoms in (I), (III), (VI) and (VII).  相似文献

3,4‐Bis(1H‐5‐tetrazolyl)furoxan (H2BTF, 2 ) and its monoanionic salts that contain nitrogen‐rich cations were readily synthesized and fully characterized by multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C) and IR spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and elemental analyses. Hydrazinium ( 3 ) and 4‐amino‐1,2,4‐triazolium ( 7 ) salts crystallized in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n and have calculated densities of 1.820 and 1.764 g cm?3, respectively. The densities of the energetic salts range between 1.63 and 1.79 g cm?3, as measured by a gas pycnometer. Detonation pressures and detonation velocities were calculated to be 23.1–32.5 GPa and 7740–8790 m s?1, respectively.  相似文献

2,6‐Bis(picrylamino)pyridine ( 1 ; pre‐PYX) and 2,6‐bis(picrylamino)‐3,5‐dinitropyridine ( 2 ; PYX) were synthesized using an improved literature method. Compounds 1 and 2 were reinvestigated in detail and the X‐ray structures ( 1 : ρ=1.698 g cm?3 at 173 K; 2 : ρ=1.757 g cm?3 at 298 K) are given. The reactions of 2 with different bases, such as alkali metal hydroxides (sodium, potassium, rubidium, cesium), and N‐bases (ammonia, hydrazine, hydroxylamine, guanidinium carbonate, aminoguanidine bicarbonate) are reported, as well as metathesis reactions producing energetic salts. Several energetic compounds were synthesized and characterized for the first time using vibrational (IR, Raman) and multinuclear NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, elemental analysis, and DSC. The crystal structures of four energetic salts were determined using low temperature single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Heats of formation for the metal‐free species were calculated using the Gaussian 09 software. Detonation parameters were estimated using the EXPLO5 program. The sensitivities towards impact, friction, and electrostatic discharge were also determined.  相似文献

The structures of two ammonium salts of 3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid (5‐sulfosalicylic acid, 5‐SSA) have been determined at 200 K. In the 1:1 hydrated salt, ammonium 3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate monohydrate, NH4+·C7H5O6S·H2O, (I), the 5‐SSA monoanions give two types of head‐to‐tail laterally linked cyclic hydrogen‐bonding associations, both with graph‐set R44(20). The first involves both carboxylic acid O—H...Owater and water O—H...Osulfonate hydrogen bonds at one end, and ammonium N—H...Osulfonate and N—H...Ocarboxy hydrogen bonds at the other. The second association is centrosymmetric, with end linkages through water O—H...Osulfonate hydrogen bonds. These conjoined units form stacks down c and are extended into a three‐dimensional framework structure through N—H...O and water O—H...O hydrogen bonds to sulfonate O‐atom acceptors. Anhydrous triammonium 3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate 3‐carboxylato‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate, 3NH4+·C7H4O6S2−·C7H5O6S, (II), is unusual, having both dianionic 5‐SSA2− and monoanionic 5‐SSA species. These are linked by a carboxylic acid O—H...O hydrogen bond and, together with the three ammonium cations (two on general sites and the third comprising two independent half‐cations lying on crystallographic twofold rotation axes), give a pseudo‐centrosymmetric asymmetric unit. Cation–anion hydrogen bonding within this layered unit involves a cyclic R33(8) association which, together with extensive peripheral N—H...O hydrogen bonding involving both sulfonate and carboxy/carboxylate acceptors, gives a three‐dimensional framework structure. This work further demonstrates the utility of the 5‐SSA monoanion for the generation of stable hydrogen‐bonded crystalline materials, and provides the structure of a dianionic 5‐SSA2− species of which there are only a few examples in the crystallographic literature.  相似文献

Copper(II) bis(4,4,4‐trifluoro‐1‐phenylbutane‐1,3‐dionate) complexes with pyridin‐2‐one (pyon), 3‐hydroxypyridine (hpy) and 3‐hydroxypyridin‐2‐one (hpyon) were prepared and the solid‐state structures of (pyridin‐2‐one‐κO )bis(4,4,4‐trifluoro‐3‐oxo‐1‐phenylbutan‐1‐olato‐κ2O ,O ′)copper(II), [Cu(C10H6F3O2)2(C5H5NO)] or [Cu(tfpb‐κ2O ,O ′)2(pyon‐κO )], (I), bis(pyridin‐3‐ol‐κO )bis(4,4,4‐trifluoro‐3‐oxo‐1‐phenylbutan‐1‐olato‐κ2O ,O ′)copper(II), [Cu(C10H6F3O2)2(C5H5NO)2] or [Cu(tfpb‐κ2O ,O ′)2(hpy‐κO )2], (II), and bis(3‐hydroxypyridin‐2‐one‐κO )bis(4,4,4‐trifluoro‐3‐oxo‐1‐phenylbutan‐1‐olato‐κ2O ,O ′)copper(II), [Cu(C10H6F3O2)2(C5H5NO2)2] or [Cu(tfpb‐κ2O ,O ′)2(hpyon‐κO )2], (III), were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. The coordination of the metal centre is square pyramidal and displays a rare example of a mutual cis arrangement of the β‐diketonate ligands in (I) and a trans‐octahedral arrangement in (II) and (III). Complex (II) presents the first crystallographic evidence of κO‐monodentate hpy ligation to the transition metal enabling the pyridine N atom to participate in a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network through O—H…N interactions, forming a graph‐set motif R 22(7) through a C—H…O interaction. Complex (III) presents the first crystallographic evidence of monodentate coordination of the neutral hpyon ligand to a metal centre and a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network is formed through N—H…O interactions facilitated by C—H…O interactions, forming the graph‐set motifs R 22(8) and R 22(7).  相似文献

The synthesis of 5,5′‐diamino‐3,3′‐azo‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole ( 3 ) by reaction of 5‐acetylamino‐3‐amino‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole ( 2 ) with potassium permanganate is described. The application of the very straightforward and efficient acetyl protection of 3,5‐diamino‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole allows selective reactions of the remaining free amino group to form the azo‐functionality. Compound 3 is used as starting material for the synthesis of 5,5′‐dinitrimino‐3,3′‐azo‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole ( 4 ), which subsequently reacted with organic bases (ammonia, hydrazine, guanidine, aminoguanidine, triaminoguanidine) to form the corresponding nitrogen‐rich triazolate salts ( 5 – 9 ). All substances were fully characterized by IR and Raman as well as multinuclear NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and differential scanning calorimetry. Selected compounds were additionally characterized by low temperature single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction measurements. The heats of formation of 4 – 9 were calculated by the CBS‐4M method to be 647.7 ( 4 ), 401.2 ( 5 ), 700.4 ( 6 ), 398.4 ( 7 ), 676.5 ( 8 ), and 1089.2 ( 9 ) kJ · mol–1. With these values as well as the experimentally determined densities several detonation parameters were calculated using both computer codes EXPLO5.03 and EXPLO5.04. In addition, the sensitivities of 5 – 9 were determined by the BAM drophammer and friction tester as well as a small scale electrical discharge device.  相似文献

Carbon monoxide (CO) has recently been identified as a gaseous signaling molecule that exerts various salutary effects in mammalian pathophysiology. Photoactive metal carbonyl complexes (photoCORMs) are ideal exogenous candidates for more controllable and site‐specific CO delivery compared to gaseous CO. Along this line, our group has been engaged for the past few years in developing group‐7‐based photoCORMs towards the efficient eradication of various malignant cells. Moreover, several such complexes can be tracked within cancerous cells by virtue of their luminescence. The inherent luminecscent nature of some photoCORMs and the change in emission wavelength upon CO release also provide a covenient means to track the entry of the prodrug and, in some cases, both the entry and CO release from the prodrug. In continuation of the research circumscribing the development of trackable photoCORMs and also to graft such molecules covalently to conventional delivery vehicles, we report herein the synthesis and structures of three rhenium carbonyl complexes, namely, fac‐tricarbonyl[2‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1,3‐benzothiazole‐κ2N ,N ′](4‐vinylpyridine‐κN )rhenium(I) trifluoromethanesulfonate, [Re(C7H7N)(C12H8N2S)(CO)3](CF3SO3), ( 1 ), fac‐tricarbonyl[2‐(quinolin‐2‐yl)‐1,3‐benzothiazole‐κ2N ,N ′](4‐vinylpyridine‐κN )rhenium(I) trifluoromethanesulfonate, [Re(C7H7N)(C16H10N2S)(CO)3](CF3SO3), ( 2 ), and fac‐tricarbonyl[1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N ,N ′](4‐vinylpyridine‐κN )rhenium(I) trifluoromethanesulfonate, [Re(C7H7N)(C12H8N2)(CO)3](CF3SO3), ( 3 ). In all three complexes, the ReI center resides in a distorted octahedral coordination environment. These complexes exhibit CO release upon exposure to low‐power UV light. The apparent CO release rates of the complexes have been measured to assess their comparative CO‐donating capacity. The three complexes are highly luminescent and this in turn provides a convenient way to track the entry of the prodrug molecules within biological targets.  相似文献

Owing to increasing interest in the use of N‐heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs) based on imidazolidinium ions as ligands in the design of highly efficient transition‐metal‐based homogeneous catalysts, the characterizations of the 1‐ferrocenylmethyl‐3‐(2,4,6‐trimethylbenzyl)imidazolidin‐3‐ium iodide salt, [Fe(C5H5)(C19H24N2)]I, (I), and the palladium complex trans‐bis(3‐benzyl‐1‐ferrocenylmethyl‐1H‐imidazolidin‐2‐ylidene)diiodidopalladium(II), [Fe2Pd(C5H5)2(C16H17N2)2I2], (II), are reported. Compound (I) has two iodide anions and two imidazolidinium cations within the asymmetric unit (Z′ = 2). The two cations have distinctly different conformations, with the ferrocene groups orientated exo and endo with respect to the N‐heterocyclic carbene. Weak C—H donor hydrogen bonds to both the iodide anions and the π system of the mesitylene group combine to form two‐dimensional layers perpendicular to the crystallographic c direction. Only one of the formally charged imidazolidinium rings forms a near‐linear hydrogen bond with an iodide anion. Complex (II) shows square‐planar coordination around the PdII metal, which is located on an inversion centre (Z′ = 0.5). The ferrocene and benzyl substituents are in a transanti arrangement. The Pd—C bond distance between the N‐heterocyclic carbene ligands and the metal atom is 2.036 (7) Å. A survey of related structures shows that the lengthening of the N—C bonds and the closure of the N—C—N angle seen here on metal complexation is typical of similar NHCs and their complexes.  相似文献

The d6 metal complexes of thiourea derivatives were synthesized to investigate its cytotoxicity. Treatment of various N‐phenyl‐N´ pyridyl/pyrimidyl thiourea ligands with half‐sandwich d6 metal precursors yielded a series of cationic complexes. Reactions of ligand (L1‐L3) with [(p‐cymene)RuCl2]2 and [Cp*MCl2]2 (M = Rh/Ir) led to the formation of a series of cationic complexes bearing general formula [(arene)M(L1)к2(N,S)Cl]+, [(arene)M(L2)к2(N,S)Cl]+ and [(arene)M(L3)к2(N,S)Cl]+ [arene = p‐cymene, M = Ru ( 1 , 4 , 7 ); Cp*, M = Rh ( 2 , 5 , 8 ); Cp*, Ir ( 3 , 6 , 9 )]. These compounds were isolated as their chloride salts. X‐ray crystallographic studies of the complexes revealed the coordination of the ligands to the metal in a bidentate chelating N,S‐ manner. Further the cytotoxicity studies of the thiourea derivatives and its complexes evaluated against HCT‐116 (human colorectal cancer), MIA‐PaCa‐2 (human pancreatic cancer) and ARPE‐19 (non‐cancer retinal epithelium) cancer cell lines showed that the thiourea ligands displayed no activity. Upon complexation however, the metal compounds possesses cytotoxicity and whilst potency is less than cisplatin, several complexes exhibited greater selectivity for HCT‐116 or MIA‐PaCa‐2 cells compared to ARPE‐19 cells than cisplatin in vitro. Rhodium complexes of thiourea derivatives were found to be more potent as compared to ruthenium and iridium complexes.  相似文献

A series of new energetic salts based on 4‐nitro‐3‐(5‐tetrazole)furoxan (HTNF) has been synthesized. All of the salts have been fully characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance (1H and 13C), infrared (IR) spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The crystal structures of neutral HTNF ( 3 ) and its ammonium ( 4 ) and N‐carbamoylguanidinium salts ( 9 ) have been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. The densities of 3 and its nine salts were found to range from 1.63 to 1.84 g cm?3. Impact sensitivities have been determined by hammer tests, and the results ranged from 2 J (very sensitive) to >40 J (insensitive). Theoretical performance calculations (Gaussian 03 and EXPLO 5.05) provided detonation pressures and velocities for the ionic compounds 4 – 12 in the ranges 25.5–36.2 GPa and 7934–8919 m s?1, respectively, which make them competitive energetic materials.  相似文献

Two series of a total of ten cocrystals involving 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidine with various carboxylic acids have been prepared and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The pyrimidine unit used for the cocrystals offers two ring N atoms (positions N1 and N3) as proton‐accepting sites. Depending upon the site of protonation, two types of cations are possible [Rajam et al. (2017). Acta Cryst. C 73 , 862–868]. In a parallel arrangement, two series of cocrystals are possible depending upon the hydrogen bonding of the carboxyl group with position N1 or N3. In one series of cocrystals, i.e. 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidine–3‐bromothiophene‐2‐carboxylic acid (1/1), 1 , 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidine–5‐chlorothiophene‐2‐carboxylic acid (1/1), 2 , 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidine–2,4‐dichlorobenzoic acid (1/1), 3 , and 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidine–2‐aminobenzoic acid (1/1), 4 , the carboxyl hydroxy group (–OH) is hydrogen bonded to position N1 (O—H…N1) of the corresponding pyrimidine unit (single point supramolecular synthon). The inversion‐related stacked pyrimidines are doubly bridged by the carboxyl groups via N—H…O and O—H…N hydrogen bonds to form a large cage‐like tetrameric unit with an R42(20) graph‐set ring motif. These tetrameric units are further connected via base pairing through a pair of N—H…N hydrogen bonds, generating R22(8) motifs (supramolecular homosynthon). In the other series of cocrystals, i.e. 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidine–5‐methylthiophene‐2‐carboxylic acid (1/1), 5 , 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidine–benzoic acid (1/1), 6 , 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidine–2‐methylbenzoic acid (1/1), 7 , 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidine–3‐methylbenzoic acid (1/1), 8 , 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidine–4‐methylbenzoic acid (1/1), 9 , and 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidine–4‐aminobenzoic acid (1/1), 10 , the carboxyl group interacts with position N3 and the adjacent 4‐amino group of the corresponding pyrimidine ring via O—H…N and N—H…O hydrogen bonds to generate the robust R22(8) supramolecular heterosynthon. These heterosynthons are further connected by N—H…N hydrogen‐bond interactions in a linear fashion to form a chain‐like arrangement. In cocrystal 1 , a Br…Br halogen bond is present, in cocrystals 2 and 3 , Cl…Cl halogen bonds are present, and in cocrystals 5 , 6 and 7 , Cl…O halogen bonds are present. In all of the ten cocrystals, π–π stacking interactions are observed.  相似文献

The nitration of 5‐amino‐1H‐tetrazole ( 1 ), 5‐amino‐1‐methyl‐1H‐tetrazole ( 3 ), and 5‐amino‐2‐methyl‐2H‐tetrazole ( 4 ) with HNO3 (100%) was undertaken, and the corresponding products 5‐(nitrimino)‐1H‐tetrazole ( 2 ), 1‐methyl‐5‐(nitrimino)‐1H‐tetrazole ( 5 ), and 2‐methyl‐5‐(nitramino)‐2H‐tetrazole ( 6 ) were characterized comprehensively using vibrational (IR and Raman) spectroscopy, multinuclear (1H, 13C, 14N, and 15N) NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis. The molecular structures in the crystalline state were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The thermodynamic properties and thermal behavior were investigated by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and the heats of formation were determined by bomb calorimetric measurements. Compounds 2, 5 , and 6 were all found to be endothermic compounds. The thermal decompositions were investigated by gas‐phase IR spectroscopy as well as DSC experiments. The heats of explosion, the detonation pressures, and velocities were calculated with the software EXPLO5, whereby the calculated values are similar to those of common explosives such as TNT and RDX. In addition, the sensitivities were tested by BAM methods (drophammer and friction) and correlated to the calculated electrostatic potentials. The explosion performance of 5 was investigated by Koenen steel sleeve test, whereby a higher explosion power compared to RDX was reached. Finally, the long‐term stabilities at higher temperatures were tested by thermal safety calorimetry (FlexyTSC). X‐Ray crystallography of monoclinic 2 and 6 , and orthorhombic 5 was performed.  相似文献

The intrinsic acid‐base properties of the hexa‐2′‐deoxynucleoside pentaphosphate, d(ApGpGpCpCpT) [=(A1?G2?G3?C4?C5?T6)=(HNPP)5?] have been determined by 1H NMR shift experiments. The pKa values of the individual sites of the adenosine (A), guanosine (G), cytidine (C), and thymidine (T) residues were measured in water under single‐strand conditions (i.e., 10 % D2O, 47 °C, I=0.1 M , NaClO4). These results quantify the release of H+ from the two (N7)H+ (G?G), the two (N3)H+ (C?C), and the (N1)H+ (A) units, as well as from the two (N1)H (G?G) and the (N3)H (T) sites. Based on measurements with 2′‐deoxynucleosides at 25 °C and 47 °C, they were transferred to pKa values valid in water at 25 °C and I=0.1 M . Intramolecular stacks between the nucleobases A1 and G2 as well as most likely also between G2 and G3 are formed. For HNPP three pKa clusters occur, that is those encompassing the pKa values of 2.44, 2.97, and 3.71 of G2(N7)H+, G3(N7)H+, and A1(N1)H+, respectively, with overlapping buffer regions. The tautomer populations were estimated, giving for the release of a single proton from five‐fold protonated H5(HNPP)±, the tautomers (G2)N7, (G3)N7, and (A1)N1 with formation degrees of about 74, 22, and 4 %, respectively. Tautomer distributions reveal pathways for proton‐donating as well as for proton‐accepting reactions both being expected to be fast and to occur practically at no “cost”. The eight pKa values for H5(HNPP)± are compared with data for nucleosides and nucleotides, revealing that the nucleoside residues are in part affected very differently by their neighbors. In addition, the intrinsic acidity constants for the RNA derivative r(A1?G2?G3? C4?C5?U6), where U=uridine, were calculated. Finally, the effect of metal ions on the pKa values of nucleobase sites is briefly discussed because in this way deprotonation reactions can easily be shifted to the physiological pH range.  相似文献

The 1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylic acid 1 was converted via reactions of its acid chloride 3 with various asymmetrical disubstituted urea and alcohol derivatives into the corresponding novel 4‐benzoyl‐N‐(N′,N′‐dialkylcarbamyl)‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxamide 4a , b and alkyl 4‐benzoyl‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylate 7a‐c , respectively, in good yields (57%‐78%). Friedel‐Crafts reactions of 3 with aromatic compouns for 15 min.‐2 h led to the formation of the 4‐3‐diaroyl‐1‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazoles 9a‐c , 4‐benzoyl‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐3‐aroyl‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazoles 10a , b and than from the acylation reactions of 9a‐c were obtained the 3,4‐diaroyl‐1‐(4‐acyloxyphenyl)‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazoles 13a‐d . The structures of all new synthesized compounds were established by NMR experiments such as 1H, and 13C, as well as 2D COSY and IR spectroscopic data, and elemental analyses. A series of pyrazolo[4,3‐e]‐1,2,4‐triazolo‐[1,5‐c]pyrimidine derivatives, bearing phosphonylbenzyl chain in position 7, were conveniently synthesized in an attempt to obtain potent and selective antagonists for the A2A adenosine receptor or potent pesticide lead compounds. Diethyl[(5‐amino‐4‐cyano‐3‐methylsulfanyl‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)‐benzyl]phospho‐nate ( 3 ), which was prepared by the cyclization of diethyl 1‐hydrazinobenzylphosphonate ( 1 ) with 2‐[bis(methylthio)methylene]malononitrile ( 2 ), reacted with triethyl orthoformate to afford diethyl[(4‐cyano‐5‐ethoxymethyleneamino‐3‐methylsulfanyl‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)‐benzyl]phosphonate ( 4 ), which reacted with various acyl hydrazines in refluxing 2‐methoxyethanol to give the target compounds 5a–h in good yields. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS, and elemental analysis. The crystal structure of 5e was determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The crystal structures of two salts, products of the reactions between [(5‐methyl‐2‐pyridyl)aminomethylene]bis(phosphonic acid) and 4‐aminopyridine or ammonia, namely bis(4‐aminopyridinium) hydrogen [(5‐methyl‐2‐pyridinio)aminomethylene]diphosphonate 2.4‐hydrate, 2C5H7N2+·C7H10N2O6P22−·2.4H2O, (I), and triammonium hydrogen [(5‐methyl‐2‐pyridyl)aminomethylene]diphosphonate monohydrate, 3NH4+·C7H9N2O6P23−·H2O, (II), have been determined. In (I), the Z configuration of the ring N—C and amino N—H bonds of the bisphosphonate dianion with respect to the Cring—Namino bond is consistent with that of the parent zwitterion. Removing the H atom from the pyridyl N atom results in the opposite E configuration of the bisphosphonate trianion in (II). Compound (I) exhibits a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network, in which 4‐aminopyridinium cations and water molecules are joined to ribbons composed of anionic dimers linked by O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds. The supramolecular motif resulting from a combination of these three interactions is a common phenomenon in crystals of all of the Z‐isomeric zwitterions of 4‐ and 5‐substituted (2‐pyridylaminomethylene)bis(phosphonic acid)s studied to date. In (II), ammonium cations and water molecules are linked to chains of trianions, resulting in the formation of double layers.  相似文献
