基于等效电路理论,提出了一种双间隙双耦合口输出结构的设计方法及计算双耦合口输出腔外观品质因数的方法。利用三维电磁场软件,设计了满足阻抗频率特性要求的双间隙单耦合口输出结构及前置腔和输出腔分别具有相同参数的双间隙双耦合口结构。然后,将两者的阻抗频率特性进行比较,通过微调整该输出腔与耦合槽的尺寸,可以得到与单耦合口输出结构一致的阻抗频率特性曲线。  相似文献

 利用3维软件设计了适用于S波段相对论速调管放大器的单重入输入腔,该腔体采用了偏心设计,以便减小耦合孔处的不均匀场对腔间隙场的影响,分析了腔体耦合孔尺寸对腔间隙场均匀性的影响;建立了带输入波导结构的3维输入腔开放腔模型,并应用此模型,采用3维PIC程序模拟了注入微波功率、束直流对输入腔间隙后束流调制的影响。研究结果表明:耦合孔尺寸对腔间隙电场均匀性影响较大,当耦合孔离轴越近时,腔间隙场越不均匀;在结构参数和束参数固定的条件下,基波电流调制深度随着间隙电压的增加而增加,但达到最大基波调制电流的漂移距离几乎不变;在结构参数和注入微波参数固定的条件下,束直流越大,达到最大基波调制电流所需的漂移距离越短。研究结果为腔体的设计和输入腔束流调制实验提供了参考依据。  相似文献

 用数值模拟的方法研究了多注速调管π模双间隙腔加载截止波导两节滤波器型输出回路的特性,并重点研究了π模双间隙腔与截止段的耦合结构对输出腔间隙阻抗频率特性的影响,以及耦合接头和电容性销钉对截止波导滤波器的调谐作用。研究结果表明:π模双间隙腔连接截止波导段的耦合口的尺寸主要影响输出腔的外观品质因数,而耦合接头的粗细和电容性销钉的大小和插入深度对截止波导滤波器的调谐具有重要影响。另外,由于耦合接头相当于在截止段中引入了一个附加电感,这使滤波器谐振电路的品质因数变大,谐振峰变窄。因此,π模双间隙腔加载截止波导滤波器型输出回路并不比单间隙腔加载截止波导滤波器型输出回路有更好的带宽优势。  相似文献

A model is presented for the magnetic excitations and magnon-phonon coupling in a localised moment ferromagnet in which spins can reorientate by application of a magnetic field. The model is suitable for those materials which possess a spin wave gap at zero wave vector and therefore the magnon and acoustic phonon branches can intersect. A magnon-phonon coupling linear in both spin and phonon operators is employed which has proved successful for the ferrous salts. The main effect of the applied field is to modify the spin wave gap, and to introduce a critical value for the coupling constant which enables the system to remain stable as the gap goes to zero. Furthermore the wave vector of the anticrossing point decreases as the spin wave gap increases and therefore the value of the sound velocity determined by high resolution inelastic neutron experiments is dependent on the gap.  相似文献

The factors contributing to the band gap bowing of the dilute nitride GaNP are analyzed. It is found that the band gap bowing is due to two factors. One is the coupling interaction between the N level and the Γ conduction band minimum of GaP. The other is the coupling interaction between the N level and the X conduction band minimum of GaP. We also estimate the band gap reduction due to each factor. It is found that the band gap bowing is mainly due to the coupling interaction between the N level and the Γ conduction band minimum of GaP.  相似文献

Mapping by angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy of the spectral functions of graphite and graphene layers at low temperatures reveals a heretofore unreported gap of ~ 67 meV at normal emission. This gap persists to room temperature and beyond, and diminishes for increasing emission angles. We show that this gap arises from electronic coupling to out-of-plane vibrational modes at the K(ˉ) point in the surface Brillouin zone in accordance with conservation laws and selection rules governed by quantum mechanics. Our study suggests a new approach for characterizing phonons and electron-phonon coupling in solids.  相似文献

The spin Hall effect in a two-dimensional electron system on honeycomb lattice with both intrinsic and Rashba spin-orbit couplings is studied numerically. Integer quantized spin Hall conductance is obtained at the zero Rashba coupling limit when electron Fermi energy lies in the energy gap created by the intrinsic spin-orbit coupling, in agreement with recent theoretical prediction. While nonzero Rashba coupling destroys electron spin conservation, the spin Hall conductance is found to remain near the quantized value, being insensitive to disorder scattering, until the energy gap collapses with increasing the Rashba coupling. We further show that the charge transport through counterpropagating spin-polarized edge channels is well quantized, which is associated with a topological invariant of the system.  相似文献

The spin wave spectrum of the double-exchange model with anisotropic Hund coupling is investigated using the spin wave approximation and Green's function approach based on Furukawa's work [J. Phys. Soc. Jpn. 65 (1996) 1174]. It is found that there exists a spin gap, which agrees with the observations in the inelastic neutron scattering experiments for La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 and La0.7Pb0.3MnO3. The spin gap is directly related to the anisotropy of Hund coupling. The ratio of the xy and z Hund coupling strengths is estimated from experimental data and the possible origin of the spin gap from the Jahn-Teller effect is pointed out.  相似文献

根据微波网络理论,将单耦合口输出回路的冷测模拟物理模型进行扩展,使其适用于双耦合口回路。并在此模型的基础上提出了计算双间隙双耦合口输出回路间隙阻抗频率特性的冷测模拟方法。运用该方法,结合软件仿真,计算分析了某S波段双间隙双耦合口输出腔,分别得到该回路工作在2模式下的阻抗实部与虚部的频率特性,并对计算结果的合理性作了论证。最后通过将计算结果与采用场分析法及散射参数方法得到的结果进行比较和分析,进一步验证该冷测模拟方法的可靠性。  相似文献

 建立了双间隙耦合腔中高次模式小信号电子电导计算模型,使用该模型和ISFIEL3D电磁场软件模拟的高次模式电场分布图分析了双间隙耦合腔中高次模式的自激性质。由3维粒子模拟软件对双间隙耦合腔自激模拟显示实际结构中存在高次模式3.17 GHz和3.99 GHz自激,验证了使用该方法分析双间隙耦合腔中高次模式自激性质的合理性。并通过对热测数据的分析说明实际结构中确实存在相应的模式自激并伴随吸收腔和耦合环发热现象。  相似文献

讨论考虑洪特耦合的两带赫伯德模型得到的一维自旋轨道模型中自旋-轨道能隙的产生.运用SU(4)赝费米子表象下的平均场理论,计算求得价键序参数、准粒子激发谱能隙和自旋、轨道密度-密度关联函数随系统耦合参数变化的结果.随洪特耦合相互作用由零开始增强,系统激发谱能隙逐渐打开,并且系统在参数取值为J1/J2=1/3处由具有阻错的无序状态相变到自旋铁磁有序和轨道反铁磁有序的状态.  相似文献

为了研究枪炮全水下发射过程中枪弹耦合间隙对内弹道特性的影响,运用AUTODYN有限元仿真软件,针对滑膛水下枪枪弹耦合设置0.1 mm间隙与不设置间隙两种情况的内弹道过程进行了数值模拟;采用21、25和30 g装药量对水下枪全水下带间隙发射内弹道过程进行了仿真分析,获得了膛压、射弹速度以及过间隙燃气射流在内弹道过程中组分、压力与速度的分布规律;并设计了实弹射击实验用于验证仿真结果。仿真和实验结果表明,合适的枪炮耦合间隙能够有效地提高水下枪发射性能。当枪弹耦合设置0.1 mm间隙时,采用3种装药量发射均能产生弹前气幕,内弹道过程膛压下降明显,弹丸炮口速度提升较为显著,有利于产生稳定的超空泡包裹弹体,使其在水下运动时所受阻力大大降低,从而增加射弹水下行程。  相似文献

A one-dimensional disordered system of electrons described by a tight binding model interacting with vibrational degrees of freedom (in harmonic approximation) is considered. A stable configuration is determined by a numerical minimization of the total energy which is based on the adiabatic approximation. The behaviour of the electron density (charge density wave) and the density of states is analysed. The localization properties are investigated as well. In contrast to the corresponding disordered system with vanishing electron-phonon coupling the present model has an energy gap. The formation of the gap and the polaron band is shown to be quite different for both onsite and intersite types of coupling terms. For large disorder, the lattice distortion and the gap disappear if only the vibrational contribution to the intersite coupling is important. They increase, however, if only the vibrational contribution to the site energies is taken into account. In both cases the localization length decreases upon increasing the electron-phonon coupling energy. The results are discussed with respect to low dimensional organic materials and amorphous semiconductors.  相似文献

We demonstrate the first fully controlled generation of immobile and slow spatial gap solitons in nonlinear periodic systems with band-gap spectra, and observe the key features of gap solitons that distinguish them from discrete solitons, including a dynamical transformation of gap solitons due to nonlinear interband coupling. We also describe theoretically and confirm experimentally the effect of the anomalous steering of gap solitons in optically induced photonic lattices.  相似文献

We have determined the structure of a colloidal fluid confined in a gap between two walls by making use of the waveguiding properties of the gap at x-ray wavelengths. The method is based on an analysis of the coupling of waveguide modes induced by the density variations in the confined fluid. Studies on suspensions confined within gaps of a few hundred nanometers showed strongly selective mode coupling effects, indicative of an ordering of the colloidal particles in layers parallel to the confining walls.  相似文献

分别用马尔可夫与非马尔可夫方法推导出二能级系统与库相互作用的耗散动力学,并把失谐谱密度与一个光子带隙的谱密度下的计算结果与精确解进行比较。对于失谐谱密度,分别讨论在马尔可夫与非马尔可夫库的激发态布居数,发现无论是短时的弱耦合区域,还是长时间的强耦合区域,非马尔可夫方法比马尔可夫方法更加接近精确解,而马尔可夫近似主要适用于弱耦合条件;对于光子带隙谱密度,主要考虑了小带宽的布居数,结果显示马尔可夫方法主要适用于弱耦合条件,而非马尔可夫方法主要适用于强耦合情形。结果表明:对于不同谱密度、不同的耦合区域,只有选择合适的马尔可夫或非马尔可夫方法才能精确描述系统的动力学。  相似文献

We theoretically study the thermoelectric transport properties through a triple quantum dots (QDs) device with the central QD coupled to a ferromagnetic lead, a superconducting one, and two side QDs with spin-dependent interdot tunneling coupling. The thermoelectric coefficients are calculated in the linear response regime by means of nonequilibrium Green's function method. The thermopower is determined by the single-electron tunneling processes at the edge of superconducting gap. Near the outside of the gap edge the thermopower is enhanced while thermal conductance is suppressed, as a result, the charge figure of merit can be greatly improved as the gap appropriately increases. In the same way, charge figure of merit also can be greatly improved near the outside of the gap edge by adjusting interdot tunneling coupling and asymmetry coupling of the side QDs to central QD. Moreover, the appropriate increase of the interdot tunneling splitting and spin polarization of ferromagnetic lead not only can improve charge thermopower and charge figure of merit, but also can enhance spin thermopower and spin figure of merit. Especially, the interdot tunneling splitting scheme provides a method of controlling charge (spin) figure merit by external magnetic field.  相似文献

The superconducting reservoir effect on the current carrying transport of a double quantum dot in Markovian regime is investigated. For this purpose, a quantum master equation at finite temperature is derived for the many-body density matrix of an open quantum system. The dynamics and the steady-state properties of the double quantum dot system for arbitrary bias are studied. We will show that how the populations and coherencies of the system states are affected by superconducting leads. The energy parameter of system contains essentially four contributions due to dots system-electrodes coupling, intra dot coupling, two quantum dots inter coupling and superconducting gap. The coupling effect of each energy contribution is applied to currents and coherencies results. In addition, the effect of energy gap is studied by considering the amplitude and lifetime of coherencies to get more current through the system.  相似文献

Gap coupling interaction is a necessary consequence if a superconducting system has a gap distribution, as found for the high-T c oxocuprates, since the interaction has to result in a single critical temperatureT c . This paper shows with the help of BCS gap-coupling equations and values of gap distribution, including gap weights from experiments, thatT c values as observed are easily achievable with reasonable diagonal and off-diagonal coupling coefficients. Of course our phenomenologically derived coupling coefficients have to be verified from purely theoretical grounds. Most importantly, it is found that the highest gap contributes dominantly toT c in spite of its low weight. Predictions for a point-contact tunneling spectroscopy are made.  相似文献

通过对二维正方排列圆柱状亥姆赫兹共振腔阵列声性质的研究,指出局域共振型声子晶体中存在两类耦合作用, 即共振单元与基体的弱耦合作用及共振单元间的耦合作用.其中前一种耦合作用可以通过改变共振单元的品质因子而改变, 逐渐减小这种耦合作用可以实现从局域共振到布拉格共振的连续转变;后一种耦合是通过共振单元周围的近场耦合实现的, 通过减小共振单元的间距可以增大其耦合强度,因而增大带隙宽度,但带隙中波的衰减深度却是随这种耦合强度的增大而减小的.  相似文献
