新型(Z)-2-[(苯氧基)(芳基)]次甲基-2-丁烯酸酯类化合物的合成

以三苯基膦为催化剂,氮气保护下在苯中实现了取代苯酚与α-取代-2,3-丁二烯酸酯的β'-极化加成反应,合成了16个新型(Z)-2-[(苯氧基)(芳基)]次甲基-2-丁烯酸酯类化合物,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和MS(ESI)表征。     

2-芳基-5-[(4-芳基噻唑-2-基)甲基]-1,3,4-噁二唑的合成

以硫代酰胺和α-溴代酮为原料,经4步反应合成了N,N′-二酰基肼(6),6在POCl3作用下脱水环化,合成了7个未见文献报道的2-芳基-5-[(4-芳基噻唑-2-基)甲基]-1,3,4-噁二唑类化合物,其结构经1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征。

5-(吲哚基-3-次甲基)(硫代)巴比妥酸的合成

以冰乙酸为催化剂,吲哚-3-甲醛与巴比妥酸或硫代巴比妥酸在无水乙醇中进行Knoevenagel缩合,合成了5-(吲哚基-3-次甲基)巴比妥酸或5-(吲哚基-3-次甲基)(硫代)巴比妥酸,其结构经1H NMR和IR表征.

2-氧代-2-[(2-氯-5-吡啶甲氨基)(芳基)甲基]-4-芳基-5,5-二甲基-1,3,2-二氧膦杂环己烷的合成及其生物活性研究

通过类Mannich 反应“一锅法”合成了10个未见文献报道的含吡啶基的环状α-氨基膦酸酯, 其结构经¹H NMR, ³¹P NMR, IR, MS和元素分析确证. 测定了该系列化合物的杀虫、杀菌和除草活性, 结果表明, 所测化合物的杀虫活性不太好, 但所有化合物在药液浓度为1.0×10^－4 g/mL 时都具有较好的除草活性, 部分化合物在5.0×10^－5 g/mL时显示出良好的杀菌活性.     

5-(色酮基-3-次甲基)(硫代)巴比妥酸的合成

将巴比妥酸或硫代巴比妥酸、3-甲酰基色酮在乙酸-乙酸酐溶液(含乙酸酐10%)中进行缩合反应,制备了5-(色酮基-3-次甲基)(硫代)巴比妥酸.并经元素分析,IR,1H NMR及13C NMR确证了产物的结构.     

5-(取代吡唑基-4-次甲基)(硫代)巴比妥酸的合成

以冰乙酸为催化剂,将取代吡唑甲醛和巴比妥酸或硫代巴比妥酸在无水乙醇中进行Knoevenagel缩合反应,合成了6个5-（取代吡唑基-4-次甲基）（硫代）巴比妥酸。标题化合物经IR、1^HNMR、元素分析确证结构。     

碘促进苯乙酮与2-(芳基乙烯基)苯胺反应合成2-酰基喹啉

报道了碘存在下2-(芳基乙烯基)苯胺和苯乙酮通过环化反应得到2-酰基喹啉的合成方法,该法反应条件温和、无需金属催化剂的存在,底物适用范围广,产率良好或适中,为多样化2-酰基喹啉衍生物的合成提供了一种有效途径.

The reaction of methyl 4-aryl-2,4-dioxobut-2-enoates with 4-aminobenzenesulfonamide in acetic acid–ethanol (1: 1) afforded methyl (2Z)-4-aryl-4-oxo-2-(4-sulfamoylanilino)but-2-enoates which reacted with ninhydrin in glacial acetic acid to give 3-aroyl-4-(4-sulfamoylanilino]-5H-spiro[furan-2,2′-indene]-1′,3′,5-triones.     

Synthesis and lanthanide coordination chemistry of 2-[(phosphinoyl)methyl]-4,5-dihydrooxazole and 2-[(phosphinoyl)methyl]benzoxazole ligands

Syntheses for [(diphenylphosphinoyl)methyl]-4,5-dihydrooxazole (2) and [(diarylphosphinoyl)methyl]benzoxazoles [aryl = phenyl (3), tolyl (4), 2-trifluoromethylphenyl (5) and 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl (6)] have been developed. Each ligand has been characterized by spectroscopic methods and single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses have been completed for 2, 3, 4 and 5. The coordination chemistry of the ligands with Nd(NO₃)₃ and Yb(NO₃)₃ has been examined and structure determinations for [Nd(2)₂(NO₃)₃(CH₃OH)], [Nd(2)₂(NO₃)₃], [Yb(3)₂(NO₃)₃(H₂O)]·0.5(CH₃OH), [Nd(3)₂(NO₃)₃]·3(CHCl₃), [Nd(4)₂(NO₃)₃(H₂O)], [Yb(4)₂(NO₃)₃(H₂O)] and [Yb(5)₂(NO₃)₃(H₂O)]·0.5(CH₃CN) are reported. Depending upon conditions, the ligands act as monodentate PO or bidentate, chelating PO,N donors.
