层流高温部分电离气体射流热流密度分布动态测量与分析   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
采用表面中心位置装有铜探头的平板,对射入大气环境的层流纯氩高温部分电离气体射流冲击平板的热流密度进行了动态测量,分析了测量条件对热流密度及其分布特性测量结果的影响。同时,研制了嵌有铜探头的小尺寸杆状热流探针,在小扰动条件下测量了射流的热流密度分布。结果显示层流等离子体射流具有稳定的能流密度,探针的移动速度对射流中心区域的热流密度测量结果影响很大。  相似文献

本文采用数值模拟方法,对层流与湍流氩等离子体射流在空气环境中冲击平板时的流动与传热特性进行了对比研究.结果表明,在平板和射流进口间的距离较大时,平板的存在只对其附近的射流参数分布有较大影响,层流等离子体冲击射流的温度与轴向速度的轴向梯度明显小于湍流等离子体冲击射流情形;由于在平板表面形成的径向壁面射流对引射的附加贡献,层流和湍流等离子体冲击射流对环境空气的引射量明显增加.  相似文献

介绍一种矩形反应腔体结构的表面波等离子体源,通过对垫层介质及天线结构的优化设计,产生了大面积均匀的等离子体.采用静电探针测量了等离子体参数(密度,电子温度)在不同运行条件(气压,功率)下的空间分布;采用扩散模型,数值模拟了等离子体密度在垂直方向上的空间分布,并比较好地解释了实验测量结果. 关键词: 表面波等离子体 狭缝天线 数值模拟 探针测量  相似文献

通过光谱诊断系统测量了大气压直流氩等离子体射流在弧室内和弧室出口的发射光谱,利用波尔兹曼曲线斜率法计算了射流的电子温度,根据Ar Ⅰ谱线的斯塔克展宽得到射流的电子密度,并对氩等离子体射流满足局域热力学平衡(LTE)状态的判定标准进行了分析,结果表明在文章的实验条件下大气压直流氩等离子体射流达到局域热力学平衡。  相似文献

离子引出过程是原子蒸气激光同位素分离中非常重要的物理过程之一,而其中关键的等离子体参数(等离子体初始密度和电子温度等)均会对离子引出特性产生影响.基于千赫兹电源驱动的氩气高压交流放电等离子体射流源,建立了离子引出模拟实验平台-2015 (IEX-2015),开发了用于诊断氩等离子体参数的"碰撞-辐射"模型,对等离子体射流区的电子温度和电子数密度等关键参数进行了测量.结果表明,电源输入功率和驱动频率以及工作气体流量均会对等离子体射流区的电子温度和数密度产生影响;在真空腔压强为10~(-2)Pa量级下,射流区电子数密度和电子温度的可调参数范围分别为10~9—10~(11)cm~(-3)和1.7—2.8 e V,这与实际离子引出过程中的等离子体参数范围相近.在此基础上,开展了不同引出电压、极板间距和电子数密度条件下初步的离子引出实验,所得到的离子引出电流变化规律亦与实际原子蒸气激光同位素分离中的离子引出特性定性一致.上述研究结果验证了在IEX-2015上开展离子引出模拟实验的可行性,为后续深入开展离子引出特性的实验研究准备了良好的条件.  相似文献

 采用给水冷管状静电探针施加负偏置电压、并使探针以一定速度垂直于射流轴线扫过层流氩等离子体射流的方法,测量探针所收集到的累积离子饱和电流随侧向位置的变化,利用Abel变换推导出了局部离子饱和电流密度沿射流径向的分布;采用自制的水冷动压探针,以动态扫描法测量了射流动压沿射流径向的分布;根据局部离子饱和电流密度和射流动压的测量数据,由理论关系式推导出了等离子体射流横截面上的温度分布,同时,采用谱线相对强度法测量了等离子体射流的激发温度。结果表明:两种方法得到的等离子体射流中心温度吻合较好,所得到的射流中心温度随弧电流加大而增大的变化趋势也一致。  相似文献

在KT-5C托卡马克上成功建立了一套静电离子探针诊断系统,测量了KT-5C托卡马克从芯部到边缘的离了温度及其涨落,实验结果表明,在边缘等离子体离子温度高于电子温度,在芯部二者趋于一致。在我们的实验条件下,离子温度和电子温度的相对涨落量基本一致,而且都是电子密度相对涨落量大小的50%。  相似文献

通过光谱诊断系统测量大气压直流氩氮等离子体射流的发射光谱,在光谱紫外波段观察到氮的第一负带系N 2(B2∑ u→X2∑ g),利用N 2(B2∑ u→X2∑ g)跃迁的△v=0谱带系v'=0→v"=0和v'=1→v"=1谱带,对实验测得的谱带和模拟计算得到的谱带进行点对点对比,得到了等离子体射流的振动温度和转动温度,并就仪器展宽、振动温度和转动温度对谱带结构和形状的影响进行了分析.结果表明在文章所述的实验条件下,等离子体的电子温度、振动温度、转动温度和化学动力学温度基本相等,大气压直流氩氮等离子体射流达到局域热力学平衡.  相似文献

采用光谱诊断法和Langmuir单探针法对射频感应耦合Ar气等离子体特性进行分析。通过光栅光谱仪研究了低气压下Ar气等离子体的光谱强度的变化特性,采用Langmuir单探针法测量不同条件下电子密度和电子温度。等离子体发射光谱的光谱强度随着气压和功率的增加而增强,射频功率对光谱强度的影响较明显。当功率从120W增加到180W时,光谱强度将会迅速增加,等离子体发生E模向H模的模式转换。Langmuir单探针法测量的电子密度和电子温度在的变化规律符合E模向H模转换的变化规律。  相似文献

使用自行设计的等离子体点火装置,对极间电流随进口氩气压力的变化规律以及不同进口氩气压力和工作电流条件下等离子体点火器出口射流特性进行了实验研究。利用四通道CCD光谱仪测量了点火器出口处的发射光谱特征,并计算了等离子体的电子温度。结果表明,极间电流随进口氩气压力的增大而逐渐减小,等离子体点火器的射流长度随进口氩气流量的增大先增大后减小,随工作电流的增大而增大,等离子体点火器的工作电流随进口氩气流量的增大而减小,随电源输出电流增大而增大,等离子体射流的电子温度随氩气流量的增大而降低,随工作电流的增大而升高。所得结果对等离子体点火系统在航空发动机的实际应用具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。  相似文献

In order to study the influence of plasma on electrode, atmospheric pressure dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) air plasma is employed here to treat copper electrode surface. Plasma is generated between the parallel plate electrodes by means of high voltage produced by a high-frequency power supply with transformer. Electrode surface alterations induced by air plasma are investigated by using field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), X-ray energy dispersion spectroscopy (EDS) and contact angle measurement. The results show that DBD air plasma removes the organic contaminant on surface and causes electrode surface roughness, oxidization and nitridation. In addition, surface wettability is also improved, as concluded from contact angle measurements.  相似文献

In this second paper, the effect of secondary electrons on the charge and potential of a dust particle immersed in plasma has been studied. The processes of electron‐induced ionization and those of photo‐electron and secondary electron emission from the particle surface as a function of primary electron temperature have been taken into account. Starting from temperatures as low as 6 eV in an Ar plasma, ionization produces an extra ion flux to the dust surface comparable to that of the ion charge exchange effect. For what concerns the surface emission, results show that a transition from negative to positive dust charge/potential takes place, and that the transition regime is characterized by a non‐monotonic behavior of the electric potential around the particle. In the case of photoelectric emission, the dust charge and potential are monotonic decreasing functions of the electron temperature, while in the case of emission induced by primary electrons a minimum charge/potential is reached before they grow towards positive values. 本文用Monte Carlo方法模拟了偏滤器扁平抽气收集板附近区域的氦原子输运。考虑了氦原子被电子碰撞电离,氦原子与等离子体离子之间的弹性散射等原子过程以及离子的热运动和沿磁力线的流动。计算表明当偏滤器等离子体密度在7cm距离内从里向靶板逐渐增加约4.7倍,而温度分布保持不变时,氦灰返回靶板的几率比密度在7cm内向靶板递减4.7倍的通常正分布提高约45%。磁力线与靶板的交角、靶板的温度,边缘等离子体鞘层电位以及不同的靶材料对氦返回靶板几率的影响作了比较。得到的结果对托卡马克聚变裂变增殖堆孔栏和偏滤器工程设计有参考价值。  相似文献

The formation and evolution of the ionization nonuniformities from initial disturbances of finite amplitude in the nonequilibrium Ar-Cs plasma in a disk magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) generator is studied by the numerical simulation, The simulations are carried out in the wide interval of electron temperatures corresponding to the region at which the seed partially ionizes, the region of the linear plasma stability at the fully ionized seed, and the region of the instability corresponding to the partial ionization of Ar at high electron temperatures. Initial disturbances of finite amplitude in electron temperature and density are introduced at the time t=0 into the homogeneous plasma distribution, and the critical amplitudes determining the development of the instability are calculated. The initial disturbances are constructed using random functions with different spatial scales, The results are compared with the calculation of the critical amplitudes from the nonlinear theory of the plane ionization waves, It is found that at electron temperatures lower than 5500 K, the temperature dependence of the critical amplitudes and the structure of the nonlinear waves agree well with the nonlinear theory, In the electron temperature region corresponding to the partial ionization of the noble gas (Te>5500 K), the finite ionization rate of argon atoms is essential for analysis of the instability, In this region the margin of the plasma stability is wider than it is predicted by the nonlinear theory, The nonuniformity in the argon ion number density plays the dominating role in the instability development at high electron temperatures (Te>5500 K) in comparison with the nonuniformity in Te in the initial disturbances,  相似文献

Experimental study of planar Langmuir probe characteristics in a magnetized plasma with an electron current along the direction of the magnetic field shows that the usual procedure for determination of the electron temperature and plasma density, which is applicable in a current-free magnetized plasma, gives erroneous results for these plasma parameters. When this procedure is applied on the characteristics measured at two opposite orientations of the probe collecting surface with respect to the direction of the electron drift, different values of the electron temperature are obtained. These virtual electron temperatures and corresponding plasma densities calculated from the measured ion saturation currents are higher and/or smaller than the exact local electron temperature and plasma density. Calculation of particular averages of these quantities is proposed as a possible way to obtain correct results for the local electron temperature and plasma density. These averages are used in the approximate evaluation of the electron drift velocity from the electron saturation currents measured at the two orientations of the probe collecting surface.  相似文献

A model is developed that describes the transition region between a quasineutral plasma and a planar negative electrode and in which the electron velocity distribution is represented as the sum of two Maxwellian distributions with different temperatures or as the sum of a Maxwellian distribution and distribution corresponding to an electron beam directed toward the electrode. Criteria for the formation of a sheath of positive space charge and a secondary plasma in the transition region are derived. An analysis is made of the dependence of the structure of the transition region on the parameters of the electron distribution, the space charge density distribution in the sheath, and the density of the ion current to the electrode. 建成了一套脉冲放电气体束和原子发射光谱等离子体诊断实验装置,利用这套实验装置测量了不同放电条件下等离子体的时间分辨发射光谱,并采用玻尔兹曼作图法和Hα谱线斯塔克展宽法研究了等离子体的原子温度、离子温度和自由电子密度等参数的演化。实验结果表明,脉冲放电的总电量对等离子体参数的演化有较大影响;脉冲放电气体束等离子体中的离子温度远高于原子温度,自由电子密度相对较低,等离子体处于非局域热平衡状态。A special designed pulsed discharge nozzle (PDN) ion source and a plasma diagnostics system based on the atomic emission spectroscopy were constructed. The time-resolved emission spectra of Argon atoms and ions in the region of 300-800 nm were observed and analyzed. The plasma temperatures, including atomic and ionic temperatures, were simulated by Boltzmann plot method, and the free electron density was simulated through the Stark broadening of Hα line. The evolution of these plasma parameters were investigated by high-resolution time-resolved emission spectra. The results show that the total energy struck on the pulsed gas beam is the most important factor which determines the plasma properties and its evolution. The plasma in PDN is concluded into non-local thermodynamic equilibrium (non-LTE) during the evaluation because of the low electron density and the big difference between the temperatures of Argon atoms and ions in all discharge conditions.  相似文献

以"强光一号"Z箍缩装置10174发次光谱诊断实验结果为例,描述了一种对Z箍缩等离子体X辐射光谱分离提纯、诊断的方法.对连续辐射谱和特征辐射线谱进行分离,并从连续辐射谱和特征辐射线谱中提取了等离子体电子温度信息.结果显示:等离子体连续谱主要由等离子体中心的高温区(Te=290.7 eV±1.2 eV)和温度较低的壳层区域(Te=95.3 eV±8.3 eV)两部分叠加而成;特征辐射线谱主要反映了等离子体中心的高温区信息,根据非局域热动平衡模型计算提取的电子温度约为299—313 eV,与连续谱诊断结果基本符合.  相似文献

Barrier dielectric is an important part of atmospheric pressure dielectric barrier discharge (AP-DBD), which partly affects discharge characteristics. Conversely, discharge plasma also has influence on dielectric surface properties. To investigate this influence, some experiments were carried out on a home-built AP-DBD system with glass plate as barrier dielectric. Surface wettability was evaluated by water contact angles on a drop shape analysis system. The morphologies and chemical compositions of the glass sample surfaces were observed by field-emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) attached to FESEM. The results show that water contact angles decrease as discharge energy increases, micro-discharge etching zones are formed into glass surface and different from the control glass in surface micro-structure and chemical compositions.  相似文献
