A protocol for transferring an unknown single qubit state evidences quantum features when the average fidelity of the outcomes is, in principle, greater than 2/32/3. We propose to use the probabilistic and unambiguous state extraction scheme   as a mechanism to redistribute the fidelity in the outcome of the standard teleportation when the process is performed with an XX-state as a noisy quantum channel. We show that the entanglement of the channel is necessary but not sufficient in order for the average fidelity fXfX to display quantum features, i.e., we find a threshold CXCX for the concurrence of the channel. On the other hand, if the mechanism for redistributing fidelity is successful then we find a filterable outcome with average fidelity fX,0fX,0 that can be greater than fXfX. In addition, we find the threshold concurrence of the channel CX,0CX,0 in order for the average fidelity fX,0fX,0 to display quantum features and surprisingly, the threshold concurrence CX,0CX,0 can be less than CXCX. Even more, we find some special cases for which the threshold values become zero.  相似文献

In this Letter, a three-dimensional three-wave equation with self-consistent sources (3D3W ESCS) is constructed via the source generation procedure. The corresponding Grammian determinant solutions are then derived. As a simple case, the (1,1,1)(1,1,1)-lump solution is subsequently examined. A new feature of this 3D3W ESCS is that we allow (a1X1+a2X2+a3X3)(a1X1+a2X2+a3X3)-dependence of the arbitrary constants in the determinant solution for the three-dimensional three-wave equation while applying the source generation procedure. Finally, we show how this new system is reduced to other systems with self-consistent sources.  相似文献

Bismuth ferrite is doped with a dilute concentration of cobalt, BiFe1XCoXO3BiFe1XCoXO3; X=0, 0.01, 0.02 is prepared by sol-gel auto combustion technique. X-ray diffraction data refined via Reitveld method shows single phase and shrinkage in cell volume for Co doped BiFeO3. Various magnetic ground states viz. superparamagnetic, glassy antiferromagnetic and glassy ferrimagnetic behavior is observed for X=0, 0.01, 0.02, respectively. A first-order magnetic transition is observed in the Arrott plot data of cobalt doped BiFeO3. Possibility of thermally induced magnetic transition is also seen in the magnetization data of cobalt doped BiFeO3. A model based on the existing spinoidal cyclic arrangement of spins is proposed to explain the observed data. Finally, a very dilute concentration of Co+3Co+3 in BiFeO3 is found sufficient to tailor the magnetic properties.  相似文献

Based on ab initio   electronic structure calculations by self-interaction-corrected local-density-approximation (SIC-LDA) with the Korringa–Kohn–Rostoker coherent potential approximation (KKR-CPA), we propose a materials design for high efficiency photovoltaic solar cells (PVSCs). It is shown that (i) the concentration dependence of the mixing energy of CuIn1−xGaxSe2CuIn1xGaxSe2 shows upward convexity, thus this system favors phase separation. Due to the type II band alignment between CuInSe2CuInSe2 and CuGaSe2CuGaSe2, efficient electron–hole separation is realized in decomposed phase of this system. (ii) CuIn1−xZn0.5xSn0.5xSe2CuIn1xZn0.5xSn0.5xSe2 has a direct band gap and no impurity state appears in the gap. Therefore, cost reduction is possible by using Zn and Sn instead of In. (iii) n-type CuAl1−xSnxS2CuAl1xSnxS2 and p-type Cu1−xVCuxAlS2Cu1xVCuxAlS2 have negative activation energy for doped impurities and are expected to be low-resistive transparent conducting sulfides, which should be useful for CuInSe2CuInSe2-based PVSCs.  相似文献

A simple model is presented to illustrate the equilibrium thermostatistics of a nonentensive finite system. Interaction between the finite system and the reservoir is taken into account as a nonextensive term λH1H2λH1H2 in the expression of total energy (H1H1 and H2H2 are the energy of the finite system and the reservoir respectively, λλ is nonadditivity parameter). In the present paper, a case with harmonic reservoir potential is considered. Energy probability distribution, average energy, heat capacity and entropy function for energy distribution are derived in different finite systems including those with constant density of state in energy, the ideal gas and the phonon gas.  相似文献

We propose a six-dimensional Universal Extra Dimensions (UED) model compactified on a real projective plane RP2RP2, a two-sphere with its antipodal points being identified. We utilize the Randjbar-Daemi–Salam–Strathdee spontaneous sphere compactification with a monopole configuration of an extra UX(1)U(1)X gauge field that leads to a spontaneous radius stabilization. Unlike the sphere and the S2/Z2S2/Z2 orbifold compactifications, the massless UX(1)U(1)X gauge boson is safely projected out. We show how a compactification on a non-orientable manifold results in a chiral four-dimensional gauge theory by utilizing 6D chiral gauge and Yukawa interactions. The resultant Kaluza–Klein mass spectra are distinct from the ordinary UED models compactified on torus. We briefly comment on the anomaly cancellation and also on a possible dark matter candidate in our model.  相似文献

We discuss three Hamiltonians, each with a central-field part H0H0 and a PT-symmetric perturbation igzigz. When H0H0 is the isotropic Harmonic oscillator the spectrum is real for all gg because HH is isospectral to H0+g2/2H0+g2/2. When H0H0 is the Hydrogen atom then infinitely many eigenvalues are complex for all gg. The three-dimensional spin-1 Ising superlattice consisting of two different ferromagnetic materials with two different crystal fields Δ1Δ1 and Δ2Δ2 is considered in the mean field approximation. The phase diagrams are considered in the (t,d2t,d2) plane for different ranges of variation of d1(t=T/J,d1=Δ1/Jd1(t=T/J,d1=Δ1/J, d2=Δ2/Jd2=Δ2/J are the reduced temperature and crystal fields respectively). The phase diagrams exhibit a variety of multicritical points and reentrant and double reentrant behaviours. They are found to depend qualitatively and/or quantitatively on the thicknesses of the materials in a supercell. This has direct consequences on the nature of the magnetic states of superlattices with different thicknesses.  相似文献

The effect of Gd substitution in M-type strontium hexaferrites has been examined in two series of samples, (Sr1-xGdx)O·5.25(Sr1-xGdx)O·5.25Fe2O3Fe2O3 and Sr1-xGdxFe12-xCoxO19Sr1-xGdxFe12-xCoxO19, both prepared by the ceramic method, where x=0–0.40x=00.40. The samples have been characterized by XRD, VSM and SEM-EDAX techniques. All substituted samples present primarily the hexaferrite structure. Sample (Sr0.95Gdx0.05)O·5.25(Sr0.95Gdx0.05)O·5.25Fe2O3Fe2O3 is single phase. Formation of impurity phases is affected by stoichiometry and presence of Co. In Sr–Gd samples, coercivity showed a maximum value of 305 kA/m (3.8 kOe) for x=0.20x=0.20, while remanence and saturation magnetization did not decrease. Coercivity and magnetization in the Sr–Gd–Co series decreased steadily with substitution degree.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate numerically the Susceptible–Infected–Recovered–Susceptible (SIRS) epidemic model on an exponential network generated by a preferential attachment procedure. The discrete SIRS model considers two main parameters: the duration τ0τ0 of the complete infection–recovery cycle and the duration τIτI of infection. A permanent source of infection I0I0 has also been introduced in order to avoid the vanishing of the disease in the SIRS model. The fraction of infected agents is found to oscillate with a period T≥τ0Tτ0. Simulations reveal that the average fraction of infected agents depends on I0I0 and τI/τ0τI/τ0. A maximum of synchronization of infected agents, i.e. a maximum amplitude of periodic spreading oscillations, is found to occur when the ratio τI/τ0τI/τ0 is slightly smaller than 1/21/2. The model is in agreement with the general observation that an outbreak corresponds to high τI/τ0τI/τ0 values.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to develop local theory of future timelike, nonspacelike and null reachable sets from a given point q0q0 in the sub-Lorentzian geometry. In particular, we prove that if UU is a normal neighbourhood of q0q0 then the three reachable sets, computed relative to UU, have identical interiors and boundaries with respect to UU. Further, among other things, we show that for Lorentzian metrics on contact distributions on R2n+1R2n+1, n≥1n1, the boundary of reachable sets from q0q0 is, in a neighbourhood of q0q0, made up of null future directed curves starting from q0q0. Every such curve has only a finite number of non-smooth points; smooth pieces of every such curve are Hamiltonian geodesics. For general sub-Lorentzian structures, contrary to the Lorentzian case, timelike curves may appear on the boundary. It turns out that such curves are always Goh curves. We also generalize a classical result on null Lorentzian geodesics: every null future directed Hamiltonian sub-Lorentzian geodesic initiating at q0q0 is contained, at least to a certain moment of time, in the boundary of the reachable set from q0q0.  相似文献

We consider a microscopic model for a one-dimensional ring of non-interacting electrons threaded by a magnetic flux of the form Φ(t)=Φ01cos(Ω0t)Φ(t)=Φ0+Φ1cos(Ω0t). The ring is attached to two reservoirs at which a bias voltage is applied. We focus on small amplitudes of Φ1Φ1, and we analyze the behavior of the conductance as a function of Φ0Φ0.
