一、引言 锆钛酸铅压电陶瓷于1955年由美国的B.Jaffe等人发现之后,由于它具有机械耦合系数高、温度特性好、居里温度高(~300℃)等优点,大大推进了压电陶瓷的实用化。用Sr、Ca、Mg等元素取代Pb或添加Nb、La、Sb、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni等元素进行改性,可以得到许多不同用途的 PZT系压电陶瓷,如PZT-4,PZT-5,PZT-6,PZT-7及PZT-8等,利用它们各自不同的效应可以应用在不同的方面。  相似文献

锆钛酸钡钙基无铅压电陶瓷由于具有较好的压铁电性能且环境友好而备受研究者关注,但其存在烧结温度高(>1450℃)、居里温度低等缺点。为降低锆钛酸钡钙基压电陶瓷的预烧及烧结温度,并优化其电学性能,本研究采用溶胶-凝胶法成功合成了(Ba0.85Ca0.15)(Ti0.9Zr0.1)O3无铅压电陶瓷的前驱粉体,并在预烧温度为1000℃、烧结温度为1420℃时成功制备了(Ba0.85Ca0.15)(Ti0.9Zr0.1)O3陶瓷,相较于传统固相法,陶瓷的预烧温度降低了250℃,烧结温度降低了30℃,成功改善了陶瓷的烧结行为,得到了铁电性能、介电性能和压电性能优良且致密性良好的低温烧结陶瓷。  相似文献

压电化学传感器在学术界通常称为压电石英微平天,归属于质量传感器范围,但是在液相中,这种传感器还要受到液相物理化学特性参量的影响,据此,提出与发展了区别于常规质量响应型压电传感的另一类非质量响应型压电传感检测技术,本文论述了在相应领域中的应用研究,其中不少领域,传统的微天平型压电传感器根本不适用,或者传感性能不如新型的基于非质量效应响应机理的压电传感器。  相似文献

本文采用传统固相合成法制备了(Ba_(1-x)Ca_x)(Ti_(0.98)Sn_(0.02))O_3(BCTS,x=0.00、0.01、0.02、0.03)无铅压电陶瓷,研究了不同烧结温度下Ba(Ti,Sn)O_3压电陶瓷材料的微观形貌对相结构及压电性能的影响。X-射线衍射(XRD)分析表明,所有陶瓷样品均为单一、纯钙钛矿结构,无第二相生成。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)图片可知,陶瓷样品在烧结温度为1450℃时,晶粒更加均匀、陶瓷结构更加致密,气孔较少并且晶粒成螺旋状结构生长。当陶瓷烧结温度为1450℃,并且x=0.01时,陶瓷的综合性能达到最佳,其压电常数(d33)达到346pC/N。  相似文献

对硫磷分子印迹石英压电微天平的构建条件考察及应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用对硫磷为模板,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,乙腈为溶剂,热引发沉淀聚合制备对硫磷分子印迹聚合物微球.用包埋法将该印迹物固定在电极表面构建石英压电微天平传感器,并对电极上包埋的印迹物用量、pH等影响因素进行分析.最后将传感器应用于蔬菜中对硫磷的检测.结果显示,方法构建的分子印迹压电石英传感器对对硫磷有良好的响应特性.当用该传感器对蔬菜中对硫磷残留进行检测时,前处理过程中无需除去蔬菜的色素,且检测时间短.石英压电微天平传感器可以用于蔬菜中对硫磷的快速检测.  相似文献

Nanogenerators, as the typical conversion of mechanical energy to electrical energy devices, have great potential in the application of providing sustainable energy sources for powering miniature devices. In this work, cellulose acetate/cellulose nanocrystal(CA/CNC) composite nanofiber membranes were prepared by electrospinning method and then utilized to manufacture a flexible pressure-driven nanogenerator. The addition of CNC not only increased the content of piezoelectric cellulose I crystallization but also strengthened the mechanical deformation of the nanofiber membranes, which could greatly enhance the piezoelectric performance of CA/CNC composite membranes. The CA/CNC composite nanofiber membrane with 20%(mass fraction) of CNC(CA/CNC-20%) showed optimal piezoelectric conversion performance with the output voltage of 1.2 V under the force of 5 N(frequency of 2 Hz). Furthermore, the output voltage of the CA/CNC-20% nanogenerator device exhibited a linear relationship with applied impact force, indicating the great potential in pressure sensors.  相似文献

This article is a tutorial review of piezoelectric immunosensors and their application to environmental monitoring.

The basic theory and historical developments of piezoelectricity are introduced. The development of piezoelectric sensors and eventually immunosensors for the specific detection of analytes of environmental importance are mentioned. The various assay formats and their advantages as well as examples of the different approaches taken by different analysers are also mentioned. Current developments within this laboratory on the development of piezoelectric immunosensors for the detection of okadaic acid and microcystin-LR are briefly introduced. The major drawbacks of piezoelectric immunosensors and their potential future are also discussed.  相似文献

Biosensing methods utilize the intrinsic selectivity of a biorecognition process to create relatively simple, low cost, analytical alternatives for a variety of research investigations. Here, biosensor applications of the piezoelectric quartz crystal (PQC) are reviewed. The discussion is divided into sections focusing on the development of PQC based analytical techniques, applications in solution phase sensing pertaining to PQC biosensors, and the current state of knowledge in PQC biosensing applications. Abstract

A piezoelectric crystal immunosensor has been developed for the detection and determination of cortisol. Cortisol antibody was layered onto the gold electrodes of a 10 MHz piezoelectric crystal which was precoated with either protein A or gluteraldehyde. Crystals pre-coated with protein A showed the best results with respect to stability and sensitivity.

The sensor was successfully used for the determination of cortisol in standard solutions from 36–3628 μg/L (part per billion). The advantages of the proposed sensor include simplicity, short analysis time, cost effectiveness and selectivity. The results demonstrate the feasibility of cortisol assay in clinical testing and in drug monitoring.  相似文献

利用生物素-亲和素系统的放大作用和纳米金质量扩增效应,建立了压电免疫传感器检测相思子毒素的新方法.首先在石英晶体的金电极上依次组装二巯基丙酸、EDC和NHS进行表面修饰,然后通过亲和素固定生物素标记相思子毒素多抗来制备敏感膜,利用纳米金的质量扩增效应设计了一种"毒素-纳米金标记单抗"复合物,成功实现了对相思子毒素的检测,提高了传感器灵敏度和重现性.本传感器对相思子毒素响应的线性范围为0.05~5 mg/L; 回归方程为Δf=50.81CAbrin+67.11(r=0.9903,n=10,P<0.0001); 检测灵敏度为50.81 Hz · L/mg.  相似文献

Recently, we developed a convenient microfluidic droplet generation device based on vacuum‐driven fluid manipulation with a piezoelectric diaphragm micropump. In the present study built on our previous work, we investigate the influence of settings applied to the piezoelectric pump, such as peak‐to‐peak drive voltage (Vp‐p) and wave frequency, on droplet generation characteristics. Stepwise adjustments to the drive voltage in ±10‐Vp‐p increments over the range of 200?250 Vp‐p during droplet creation revealed that the droplet generation rate could be reproducibly controlled at a specific drive voltage. The droplet generation rate switched within <0.5 s after the input of a new voltage. Although the droplet generation rate depended on the drive voltage, this setting had almost no influence on droplet size. The frequency over the selected range (50?60 Hz) did not markedly influence the droplet generation rate or droplet size. We show that the current fluid manipulation system can be conveniently used for both droplet generation and for rapid droplet reading, which is required in many microfluidic‐based applications.  相似文献
