提出了一种基于压电效应的性能可调纵向振动圆锥形超声变幅杆,并对其振动性能进行了研究。该变幅杆由传统的圆锥形超声变幅杆和压电陶瓷材料组合而成。论文研究了圆锥变幅杆中压电陶瓷材料的厚度、位置以及电阻抗的改变对变幅杆性能参数的影响,并进行了数值模拟仿真及实验验证。结果表明,通过改变压电陶瓷材料的厚度、位置和电阻抗值,可以实现变幅杆共振频率和位移放大系数的改变。理论计算结果与数值模拟值和实验测试值符合得很好。  相似文献

Facet engineering of nanocomposite has been confirmed to be an efficient strategy to accelerate their catalytic performances, but to improve their piezoelectric catalytic activities by facet engineering has been seldom reported. Herein, we developed a series of SrTiO3 nanocrystals with exposed {0 0 1} facet, dominant {1 1 0} facet and co-exposed {0 0 1} and {1 1 0} facets, respectively, and firstly revealed its piezoelectric catalytic performance under ultrasonic vibration. Moreover, the relationship between piezoelectric-induced catalytic activity and facet-dependence of SrTiO3 nanocrystal was disclosed for the first time. The SrTiO3 nanocrystal with co-exposed {0 0 1} and {1 1 0} facets exhibited effectively enhanced piezoelectric catalytic activity by degrading Rhodamine B (RhB) under ultrasonic vibration, as compared to that of SrTiO3 nanocrystals with exposed {0 0 1} facet and dominant {1 1 0} facet, respectively. In addition, trapping experiments and active species quantitative experiments confirmed that the co-exposed {0 0 1} and {1 1 0} facets were beneficial to produce O2 and OH with the generation rates of 8.3 and 132.2 μmol g−1 h−1, respectively. The OH radical played a dominant role in piezoelectric catalytic process. Finally, the piezoelectric catalysis mechanism of SrTiO3 surface heterojunction was proposed based on a DFT study. This study presents an in-depth understanding of piezoelectric-induced catalytic of perovskite nanocrystals with exposed well-defined facets.  相似文献

The longitudinal-flexural and torsional-flexural vibrations are studied for the ultrasonic solid horn and the ultrasonic vibration system comprised of a sandwich transducer and a solid horn. The discussed solid horn is of arbitrary non-uniform cross-section. The analysis on flexural-mode vibration is based on Timoshenko theory. The transfer matrix method is introduced into the analysis of ultrasonic flexural solid horns. The frequency and magnification equations of a horn are derived by using the transfer matrix method. 基于弯曲振动理论和耦合振动理论,设计了一种新型大尺寸筒形超声塑焊振动系统。该振动系统由纵向振动换能器及变幅杆、弯曲振动金属圆盘和耦合振动圆筒四部分组成。换能器和变幅杆的纵向振动驱动圆盘的二次弯曲模式振动,圆盘的二次弯曲模式振动激励圆筒的纵向模式振动,实现了工具头在较高频率下谐振。实验结果表明,振动系统的测试频率与计算频率比较符合,在大信号下测试的纵-弯-纵振动模式转换效果很好。研究结果为高频大尺寸超声焊接系统的设计提供了思路。  相似文献

提出了一种阶梯圆环径向振动压电超声换能器,根据力电类比原理建立了阶梯圆环及阶梯圆环换能器的径向振动等效电路,推导了阶梯圆环的径向共振频率方程和位移放大系数,在此基础上进一步推导了换能器的径向共振和反共振频率方程。通过理论推导和有限元仿真模拟分析了阶梯圆环压电超声换能器的径向振动性能。结果表明,增大阶梯圆环中内外环的径向厚度之比K1或减小轴向厚度之比K2,阶梯圆环的一阶径向共振频率减小,二阶径向共振频率增大;在二阶径向共振模式下,K1、K2值在一定范围内阶梯圆环可实现由内向外的径向位移振幅放大;随着压电陶瓷圆环的内半径增大,阶梯圆环压电超声换能器的一阶、二阶径向共振和反共振频率减小,二阶径向共振下的有效机电转换系数趋于零;增大阶梯圆环内环的外半径,换能器的一阶径向共振和反共振频率减小,二阶径向共振和反共振频率先增大后减小,理论推导与仿真模拟结果符合良好。本文研究结果为阶梯圆环压电超声换能器的工程应用提供理论参考。  相似文献

Micro-forming is a miniaturization technology with great potential for high productivity. Some technical challenges, however, need to be addressed before micro-forming becomes a commercially viable manufacturing process. These challenges include severe tribological conditions, difficulty in achieving desired tolerances, and short tool-life due to inability of available die materials to withstand the forces exerted on miniature dies and punches. Some of these problems can be mitigated using ultrasonic technology.The principal objectives of this work were to investigate the possibility of applying ultrasonic vibrations in the micro-forming process, to design a set of tooling for ultrasonic micro-extrusion and to observe experimentally how ultrasonic oscillations influences the forming load and the surface finish. The test results showed a significant drop on the forming load when ultrasonic vibrations were imposed, and also a significant improvement in the surface of the micro-formed parts. Based on the preliminary test results, the study demonstrated high potential for using ultrasonic oscillations as a way to overcome the difficulties brought by the miniaturization.  相似文献

借助于动力学原理,对超声驱动中的垂直超声波振动的减摩作用进行了理论研究。将超声电机定子和转子接触区定子表面一点的超声波振动分解成水平振动和垂直振动,并分析了两个方向振动对超声电机驱动作用的影响。提出水平振动产生摩擦驱动力,垂直振动影响水平驱动的效果,将垂直方向超声波振动的作用等效为普通滑动试验中垂直于滑动方向超声波振动的作用,揭示了垂直方向超声波振动是导致超声驱动动摩擦系数降低的原因。试验结果与理论分析定性地一致。  相似文献

超声变幅杆是功率超声技术中换能器振动系统的一个重要组成部分,本文利用表观弹性法研究了大尺寸矩形断面超声变幅杆的耦合振动,推出了常用的几种单一变幅杆(指数形,圆锥形,悬链线及阶梯形)的频率设计公式,为大尺寸矩形变幅杆的频率设计及计算提供了一种简单易行的方法,实验表明,利用本文公式设计的大尺寸矩形断面变幅杆,实测共振频率与理论计算频率基本一致,与一维振动理论的结果相比,利用耦合振动理论得出的变幅杆共振频率更加接近于测量值。  相似文献

The radial vibration of a metal long circular tube is studied analytically and its electro-mechanical equivalent circuit is obtained. Based on the equivalent circuit, the radial resonance frequency equation is derived. The theoretical relationship between the radial resonance frequency and the geometrical dimensions is studied. Finite element method is used to simulate the radial vibration and the radiated ultrasonic field and the results are compared with those from the analytical method. It is concluded that the radial resonance frequency for a solid metal rod is larger than that for a metal tube with the same outer radius. The radial resonance frequencies from the analytical method are in good agreement with those from the numerical method. Based on the acoustic field analysis, it is concluded that the long metal tube with small wall thickness is superior to that with large wall thickness in producing radial vibration and ultrasonic radiation. Therefore, it is expected to be used as an effective radial ultrasonic radiator in ultrasonic sewage treatment, ultrasonic antiscale and descaling and other ultrasonic liquid handling applications.  相似文献

The behavior of block boundaries was investigated in alkali halide crystals of various orientations deformed by ultrasound at frequencies 40–73 kHz in the temperature interval 20–300°C. The specimen orientation was defined by the angle between the fourfold axis and the propagation direction of the ultrasonic wave. The initial stage of plastic deformation at room temperature is due to the generation of sources at the block boundaries in KCl and KBr, and by the heterogeneous nucleation of dislocation in NaCl and LiF. In the temperature interval 200–300°C, in NaCl and LiF dislocation multiplication begins already with the generation of sources at the block boundaries. We developed a plate-shaped non-contact transporter based on ultrasonic vibration, exploiting a phenomenon that a plate can be statically levitated at the place where its gravity and the acoustic radiation force are balanced. In the experiment, four piezoelectric zirconate titanate elements were attached to aluminum plates, on which lattice flexural vibration was excited at 22.3 kHz. The vibrating plates were connected to a loading plate via flexible posts that can minimize the influence of the flexure induced by heavy loads. The distribution of the vibration displacement on the plate was predicted through finite-element analysis to find the appropriate positions of the posts. The maximum levitation height of this transporter was 256 μm with no load. When two vibrating plates were connected to a loading plate, the maximum transportable load was 4.0 kgf.  相似文献

The radial vibration characteristic of an annular ultrasonic concentrator with multislits is studied.Based on the electro-mechanical analogy and by introducing an area ratio coefficient,the radial vibrational equivalent circuit and the frequency equation of the concentrator are derived.The radial displacement amplitude magnification factor of it is obtained.By numerical calculating,the relationship between the radial displacement amplitude magnification factor,the resonance frequency of the concentrator at the first and second resonance and its radius ratio are investigated.Also,the relationship between the radial displacement amplitude magnification factor,the resonance frequency of the concentrator and the length,the angle and the number of the silts are analyzed.It is illustrated that a maximum of displacement amplitude magnification factor of the concentrator appears with the increase of the radius ratio,and the amplitude magnification factor increase as the length,the angle and the number of the silts increase,while the radial resonance frequency of the concentrator decreases as the length,the angle and the number of the silts increase.The theoretical resonance frequencies are in good agreement with that of the FEM simulations and measurement.  相似文献

设计了一种大负载超声振动磨削系统,超声系统由换能器、圆柱圆锥形变幅杆和轮辐式砂轮组成。首先将轮辐式砂轮等效成轮毂为圆柱杆、辐板与轮缘为中厚板的复合模型,利用各接触面边界连续的条件推导系统的频率方程,完成了超声磨削系统的设计,制作了实验装置并分析验证了其声学振动特性。实验结果表明:利用轮辐式砂轮复合模型求解系统频率方程,在解决大负载超声振动磨削系统设计难题上的有效性。该超声系统结构简单,声学振动特性稳定,可输出均匀的位移振幅,有望在大负载的超声磨削领域获得应用。  相似文献
