In this paper, we discuss some properties of the self complement and self weak complement bipolar fuzzy graphs, and get a sufficient condition for a bipolar fuzzy graph to be the self weak complement bipolar fuzzy graph. In this paper, we study a multidimensional bipolar hydrodynamic model for semiconductors or plasmas. This system takes the form of the bipolar Euler-Poisson model with electric field and frictional damping added to the momentum equations. In the framework of the Besov space theory, we establish the global existence of smooth solutions for Cauchy problems when the initial data are sufficiently close to the constant equilibrium. Next, based on the special structure of the nonlinear system, we also show the uniform estimate of solutions with respect to the relaxation time by the high- and low-frequency decomposition methods. Finally we discuss the relaxation-time limit by compact arguments. That is, it is shown that the scaled classical solution strongly converges towards that of the corresponding bipolar drift-diffusion model, as the relaxation time tends to zero.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the one-dimensional (1D) compressible bipolar Navier–Stokes–Poisson equations. We know that when the viscosity coefficient and Debye length are zero in the compressible bipolar Navier–Stokes–Poisson equations, we have the compressible Euler equations. Under the case that the compressible Euler equations have a rarefaction wave with one-side vacuum state, we can construct a sequence of the approximation solution to the one-dimensional bipolar Navier–Stokes–Poisson equations with well-prepared initial data, which converges to the above rarefaction wave with vacuum as the viscosity and the Debye length tend to zero. Moreover, we also obtain the uniform convergence rate. The results are proved by a scaling argument and elaborate energy estimate.  相似文献

Under the Golub-Van Loan condition for the existence and uniqueness of the scaled total least squares (STLS) solution, a first order perturbation estimate for the STLS solution and upper bounds for condition numbers of a STLS problem have been derived by Zhou et al. recently. In this paper, a different perturbation analysis approach for the STLS solution is presented. The analyticity of the solution to the perturbed STLS problem is explored and a new expression for the first order perturbation estimate is derived. Based on this perturbation estimate, for some STLS problems with linear structure we further study the structured condition numbers and derive estimates for them. Numerical experiments show that the structured condition numbers can be markedly less than their unstructured counterparts.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the existence and uniqueness of stationary solution to the bipolar quantum hydrodynamic model in one dimensional space with general non-constant doping profile. The existence of the stationary solution is proved by Leray-Schauder fixed-point theorem and a crucial truncation technique is used to derive the positive upper and lower bounds of the stationary solution. The uniqueness of the stationary solution is shown by a delicate energy estimate.  相似文献

In this paper the vanishing Debye length limit of the bipolar time-dependent drift-diffusion-Poisson equations modelling insulated semiconductor devices with p-n junctions (i.e., with a fixed bipolar background charge) is studied. For sign-changing and smooth doping profile with ‘good’ boundary conditions the quasineutral limit (zero-Debye-length limit) is performed rigorously by using the multiple scaling asymptotic expansions of a singular perturbation analysis and the carefully performed classical energy methods. The key point in the proof is to introduce a ‘density’ transform and two λ-weighted Liapunov-type functionals first, and then to establish the entropy production integration inequality, which yields the uniform estimate with respect to the scaled Debye length. The basic point of the idea involved here is to control strong nonlinear oscillation by the interaction between the entropy and the entropy dissipation.  相似文献

We establish a stability estimate for an inverse boundary coefficient problem in thermal imaging. The inverse problem under consideration consists in the determination of a boundary coefficient appearing in a boundary value problem for the heat equation with Robin boundary condition (we note here that the initial condition is assumed to be a priori unknown). Our stability estimate is of logarithmic type and it is essentially based on a logarithmic estimate for a Cauchy problem for the Laplace equation.  相似文献

The authors study the existence and long-time behavior of weak solutions to the bipolar transient quantum drift-diffusion model,a fourth order parabolic system.Using semi-discretization in time and entropy estimate,the authors get the global existence of nonnegative weak solutions to the one-dimensional model with nonnegative initial and homogenous Neumann(or periodic)boundary conditions.Furthermore,by a logarithmic Sobolev inequality,it is proved that the periodic weak solution exponentially approaches its mean value as time increases to infinity.  相似文献

Starting from the canonical boundary reduction, this paper studies an approximate differential boundary condition and an approximate integral boundary condition on an artificial boundary for the exterior problem of a harmonic equation, and gives an error estimate for the latter. When an independent estimate of covariance matrix is available, we often prefer two-stage estimate (TSE). Expressions of exact covarianee matrix of the TSE obtained by using all and some covariables in eovariance adjustment approach are given, and a necessary and sufficient condition for the TSE to be superior to the least square estimate and related large sample test is also established. Furthermore the TSE, by using some covariables, is expressed as weighted least square estimate. Basing on this fact, a necessary and sufficient condition for the TSE by using some covariables to be superior to the TSE by using all eovariables is obtained. These results give us some insight into the selection of covariables in the TSE and its application.  相似文献

Recently, the so-called circumradius condition (or estimate) was derived, which is a new estimate of the W1,p-error of linear Lagrange interpolation on triangles in terms of their circumradius. The published proofs of the estimate are rather technical and do not allow clear, simple insight into the results. In this paper, we give a simple direct proof of the p = ∞ case. This allows us to make several observations such as on the optimality of the circumradius estimate. Furthermore, we show how the case of general p is in fact nothing more than a simple scaling of the standard O(h) estimate under the maximum angle condition, even for higher order interpolation. This allows a direct interpretation of the circumradius estimate and condition in the context of the well established theory of the maximum angle condition.  相似文献

Summary. An abstract error estimate for the approximation of semicoercive variational inequalities is obtained provided a certain condition holds for the exact solution. This condition turns out to be necessary as is demonstrated analytically and numerically. The results are applied to the finite element approximation of Poisson's equation with Signorini boundary conditions and to the obstacle problem for the beam with no fixed boundary conditions. For second order variational inequalities the condition is always satisfied, whereas for the beam problem the condition holds if the center of forces belongs to the interior of the convex hull of the contact set. Applying the error estimate yields optimal order of convergence in terms of the mesh size . The numerical convergence rates observed are in good agreement with the predicted ones. We consider the exterior problem in the plane for the wave equation with a Neumann boundary condition and study the asymptotic behavior of the solution for large times. For possible application we are interested to show a decay estimate which does not involve weighted norms of the initial data. In the paper we prove such an estimate, by a combination of the estimate of the local energy decay and decay estimates for the free space solution.  相似文献

The theorems on the estimate of solutions for nonlinear second-order partial differential functional equations mainly of parabolic type with Dirichlet’s condition and for the suitable explicit finite difference functional schemes are proved. The proofs are based on the comparison technique. The convergent difference method given is considered without an assumption of the global generalized Perron condition on the functional variable but with local one in some sense only. It is a consequence of our estimate theorems. The functional dependence is of the Volterra type.  相似文献

In this paper, we will make use of a new method to study the existence and uniqueness for the solution of neutral stochastic functional differential equations with infinite delay (INSFDEs for short) in the phase space BC((?∞,0];Rd). By constructing a new iterative scheme, the existence and uniqueness for the solution of INSFDEs can be directly obtained only under uniform Lipschitz condition, linear grown condition and contractive condition. Meanwhile, the moment estimate of the solution and the estimate for the error between the approximate solution and the accurate solution can be both given. Compared with the previous results, our method is partially different from the Picard iterative method and our results can complement the earlier publications in the existing literatures.  相似文献

We derive a necessary and sufficient condition on the L Cauchy data for a conservation law in several space variables under which the solution will be locally Lipschitz continuous up to time T . The largesf such T is therefore the “blow-up” time. Roughly, our condition is that the data can be approximated by smoother functions satisfying uniformly a certain estimate. We present an example which shows that the existence of the approximations is crucial: it is not sufficient that the data itself satisfy this estimate.  相似文献

The quasi-hydrodynamical model for bipolar semiconductor devices in thermal equilibrium admits in general solutions for which the non-negative electron- or hole-density is not strict positive. In this paper sufficient conditions depending on the device's data which lead to or prevent vacuum are presented. The transformation of the model equations to a single semilinear elliptic mixed boundary value problem for the electrostatic potential V reduces the vacuum-non-vacuum discussion to an investigation of the range of V. Monotonicity arguments and the employment of local sub- and supersolutions allow to estimate the size as well as the distance from the Dirichlet boundary of the respective vacuum sets. We derive a gradient estimate for the logarithm of the heat kernel on a Riemannian manifold with Ricci curvature bounded from below. The bound is universal in the sense that it depends only on the lower bound of Ricci curvature, dimension and diameter of the manifold. Imposing a more restrictive non-collapsing condition allows one to sharpen this estimate for the values of time parameter close to zero.  相似文献
