2,4-Dibromo-1,5-diphenyl-1,4-pentadien-3-one (VIII (PhCH=CBrCOCBr=CHPh, α, ga'-dibromodibenzylidene acetone) is electroreduced in “aprotic” dimethylformamide at the mercury electrode; E1/2 of the first step is ?0.97 V vs. SCE; two electrons/molecule of VIII were transferred (c.p.e.) and two Br?/molecule of VIII were released. The product was identified as cis-1,5-diphenyl-1-penten-4-yn-3-one(PhCH=CHCOC=CPh), which is the rearrangement product of an unstable dimethylenecyclopropanone. In MeOH solutions, electroreduction of VIII follows a different path, the first two-electron step being substituted by a four-electron step (c.p.e.), which furnishes 3,4-diphenyl-cyclopent-2-enone, XIII. XIII seems to be a rearrangement product of a cyclic precursor. Subsequent two-step reduction of this intermediate in MeOH affords finally 1,5-diphenylpentan-3-one(α, α'-dibenzylacetone).  相似文献

以1,5-二苯基-1,4-戊二烯-3-酮肟和酰氯为原料, 合成了15个新型的1,5-二苯基-1,4-戊二烯-3-酮肟酯类化合物, 通过元素分析, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR等对其结构进行了表征. 初步生物活性试验结果表明, 在50 mg•L-1浓度下, 化合物3i3o对小麦赤霉病菌抑制率分别为51.1%和 53.4%, 与对照药剂恶霉灵抑制活性相当.  相似文献

Nitrosation of the oximes of 3-bromo-3-penten-2-one, 3-bromo-4-phenyl-3-buten-2-one, and 2-bromo-1,3-diphenyl-2-propen-1-one using sodium nitrite in acetic acid gave low yields of 4-pyrazolone 1,2-dioxides. Nitrosation using butyl nitrite in the presence of copper(II) sulfate and pyridine in aqueous ethanol produced insoluble copper complexes from which 3,5-dimethyl-, 3-methyl-5-phenyl-, and 3,5-diphenyl-4-bromo-1-hydroxypyrazole 2-oxides could be liberated by treatment with dilute potassium hydroxide, filtration, and acidification of the filtrate. High yields were obtained with the first two oximes, but, presumably due to unfavorable stereochemistry of the oxime, the diphenyl derivative gave a lower yield of the complex, accompanied by 4-bromo- and 4-nitro-3,5-diphenylisoxazole and 4-oximino-3,5-diphenyl-4,5-dihydroisoxazole.  相似文献

Monophenylhydrazones were prepared from three monochloro derivatives of arylaliphatic 1,5-diketones, and some their transformations were investigated. The monophenylhydrazones formed regiospecifically, and the direction of the reaction was governed by the substituent attached to C3 atom in the initial chlorodiketones. Formerly unknown products of transformations suffered by monophenylhydrazones obtained were described: 2-amino-1,3-diphenyl-3-(2-phenylindolyl-3)-propan-1-one, 3-benzoyl-2,4,6-triphenyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydropyridazine, and 3-methyl-1,5-diphenyl-5-phenylazopent-4-en-1-one.  相似文献

The reaction of 3-bromo-4-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-1,5-benzodiazepin-2-one with cyclic amines gives 3-aminoalkyl-4-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-1,5-benzodiazepin-2-one. Thiazolo[4,5-b][1,5]benzodiazepine was isolated along with the substitution product when thiourea was used.  相似文献

4-Isopropoxalyl-1,5-diphenyl-2,3-dihydro-2,3-pyrroledione reacts with thiosemicarbazide to form (3aS*)(4R*)(6aR*)-4,6a-dihydroxy-4-isopropoxycarbonyl-1-thiocarbamoyl-3,5-diphenyl-1,3a,4,5,6,6a-hexahydropyrrolo[3,4-d]pyrazol-6-one. [reactions: see text] The cis-2-alken-4-yn-1-one, 1-phenyl-cis-2-penten-4-yn-1-one (cis-1), readily dimerizes on treatment with weak acid to give the 1,2-difurylethylenes, trans- and cis-1,2 di(2-(5-phenylfuryl))ethene (trans-1 and cis-2), in 62% and 23% yields, respectively. Trimerization of cis-1 to trans,trans-1,2,3-tri(2-(5-phenylfuryl)cyclopropane (4) occurred as a byproduct of treatment with weak acid. These reactions demonstrate the 2-furylcarbenoid reactivity of cis-2-alken-4-yn-1-ones.  相似文献

4,5-Diphenyl-4-oxazolin-2-one and -2-thione undergo recyclization to 1-substituted 4,5-diphenyl-4-imidazolin-2-ones and -2-thiones, respectively, under the influence of primary amines. The action of hydrazine hydrate on the oxazolone leads to 5,6-diphenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazin-3-one. 以芳香醛和酮为原料,合成了3类姜黄素类1,5-二芳基-1,4-戊二烯-3-酮衍生物:1,5-二噻吩基-1,4-戊二烯-3-酮(Ⅰ)、1,5-二苯基-1,4-戊二烯-3-酮类(Ⅱ)和1,5-二呋喃基-1,4-戊二烯-3-酮(Ⅲ);利用元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱(1 H NMR及13 C NMR)分析了产物的组成和结构,初步探讨了其反应条件和反应机理.结果表明,以无水乙醇为溶剂、8%的NaOH溶液为催化剂,反应温度为3050℃时,反应产率较高.  相似文献

3-(4-Chlorophenyl)-1-phenylprop-2-en-1-one reacted with 3-amino-N-phenyl-3-thioxopropanamide under basic conditions in ethanol to give a mixture of 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-cyano-5-oxo-N,5-diphenylpentanamide and 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-1,5-diphenylpentane-1,5-dione. The structure of the former was determined by X-ray analysis. The reaction of the same compounds in DMSO in the presence of sodium hydroxide produced 4-(4-chlorophenyl)-N,6-diphenyl-2-thioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyridine-3-carboxamide.  相似文献

The reactions of arylnitrile oxides 2 and 2-diazopropane 5 with 5-hydroxy-3-methyl-1,5-dihydropyrrol-2-one derivatives 1 have been studied. 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of arylnitrile oxides and 2-diazopropane with 5-hydroxy-3-methyl-1,5-dihydropyrrol-2-one derivatives is taking place regiospecifically. The asymmetric induction expected by the chiral centre of the 5-hydroxy-3-methyl-1,5-dihydropyrrol-2-one derivatives was very effective, diastereoisomers 3 and 4 were formed in an approximate 90:10 ratio. The stereoselectivity of the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of the 2-diazopropane with the 5-hydroxy-3-methyl-1,5-dihydropyrrol-2-one derivatives are investigated. The attack of the 1,3-dipole occurred from the less hindered face of the dipolarophile, giving the isomer 6.  相似文献

With urea 1,5-diaryl-3-hydroxy-4-methylsulfonyl-3-pyrrolin-2-ones form the 3-amino derivatives of pyrrolones. In reactions with hydrazine hydrate and ethylenediamine the corresponding salts are formed. With ethylenediamine at 180–185°C the double salt of 3-hydroxy-4-methylsulfonyl-1,5-diphenyl-3-pyrrolin-2-one forms N,N′-di(4-methylsulfonyl-1,5-diphenyl-3-pyrrolin-2-on-3-yl)-ethylenediamine.
