The concentrations of the neutral active species in the afterglow of a nitrogen and helium atmospheric-pressure plasma have been determined by optical emission and absorption spectroscopy and by numerical modeling. For operation with 10 Torr N2 and 750 Torr He, at 15.5 W/cm3 rf power, 30.4 L/min flow rate, and a neutral temperature of 50°C, the plasma produced 4.8×1015 cm–3 of ground state nitrogen atoms, N(4S), 2.1×1013 cm–3 of N2(A3u), 1.2×1012 cm–3 of N2(B3g), and 3.2×109 cm–3 of N2(C3u). The concentration of nitrogen atoms and metastable state nitrogen molecules, N2(A), increased gradually with the rf power and the nitrogen partial pressure. Both the model and experiments indicate that ground-state nitrogen atoms are the dominant active species in the afterglow beyond 2.0 ms.  相似文献

Three methods have been examined for evaluating the concentration of nitrogen atoms in the afterglow of a nonequilibrium, helium-stabilized, atmospheric pressure plasma. These are nitric oxide titration, absolute emission intensity of N2(B 3g) and temporal decay of the N2(B 3g) emission. To employ the second method, the rate constants for the recombination of N atoms into N2(B 3g), at different vibrational levels of the B state, were determined. The third newly developed method has three advantages over the other two techniques: (1) it can predict the N-atom density for the entire afterglow, (2) it does not require calibration of the N2(B 3g) emission intensity, and (3) it does not disturb the gas flow. According to these measurements, the atmospheric pressure plasma produced a high density of nitrogen atoms, exceeding 4.0×1015 cm–3 at the edge of the discharge for 10 Torr N2 in 745 Torr He at 375 K and 15.5 W/cm3.  相似文献

Active nitrogen, which is formed on passage of an electric discharge through a stream of nitrogen, is detected by a characteristic yellow afterglow. It can be determined quantitatively, e.g. by gas phase “titration” with nitric oxide. Active nitrogen reacts with many chemical elements, as well as with organic and inorganic compounds. Although nitrogen atoms are responsible for many of the reactions of active nitrogen, electronically excited molecules also play a role.  相似文献

用杂化密度泛函B3LYP方法在6-311+G(d)基组水平上研究了Fe 原子与N2分子相互作用的单端位构型的直线形和弯曲形两种结构的平衡几何结构、电子结构、轨道布局及红外光谱等性质. 计算结果表明, 由于强的σ-σ电子对互斥作用, 基组态4s23d6的Fe原子不能与N2分子发生化学作用; 当Fe 原子呈现可与N2之间发生σ-π授予反馈作用的激发组态时, Fe 与N2分子之间可形成稳定的结构; 在得到的多个电子态中, 能量最低的是直线形的13-, 比Fe(a5D)和N2(1+g )能量高21.6 kJ·mol-1, 同时存在几个能量相近的电子态, 如13∏、13Φ; 弯曲形都是不稳定态, 可能是连接直线形和单侧双配位构型的过渡态; 单端位构型产物相对于基态的反应物均是热力学不稳定的; 单端位构型中Fe对N2的活化作用很小, N—N 键长增加不超过7 pm.  相似文献

在流动余辉装置上, 研究了活性氮与SO2和SOCl2之间的反应过程. 在280~500 nm, 观察到了SO2( A1A2,B1B1→X1A1 )和SO2(a3B1→X1A1)的发射光谱. 对比由Ar(3P0,2)与N2碰撞反应产生的纯N2(A3Σu+)与SO2、SOCl2之间反应的实验结果, 可以说明, N2(A3Σu+)在活性氮与SO2的反应中是主要的能量载体, 它与SO2的直接能量转移反应形成了激发态的SO2(A1A2, B1B1); 在活性氮与SOCl2的反应中观测到的激发态SO2(a3B1), 则可能主要是通过N(4S)与SOCl2反应生成的N2O(X1Σ+)和N2(A3Σu+)与SOCl2反应生成的SO(X3Σ-)之间的化学反应过程产生.  相似文献

The surface modification of polyethylene (PE) by neutral nitrogen species (ground and excited state N2 as well as atomic N; modified nitrogen plasma treatment) has been compared to the effect of nitrogen ion bombardment using X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) and contact angle measurements. XPS results indicate that a greater nitrogen concentration was grafted during the modified nitrogen plasma treatment of PE, an effect that was attributed to surface sputtering during ion beam modification. The distribution of nitrogen-containing functionalities was strongly dependent upon the treatment strategy; the modified nitrogen plasma treatment lead predominantly to imine groups being formed at the PE surface, while amine groups were the dominant species produced during ion beam modification. The presence of electron irradiation during the modified nitrogen plasma treatment of PE did not modify the rate of nitrogen incorporation or change the nature of N-containing functional groups produced but did lead to a systematic decrease in contact angle.  相似文献

氩等离子体后辉光区对聚四氟乙烯膜表面的优化改性   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在理想管式反应器中, 采用Langmuir双电子探针和电子自旋共振(ESR)诊断技术分别定量测定了氩等离子体场中各活性物种的轴向分布, 并利用氩等离子体放电区及后辉光区对聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)进行了表面改性. 通过接触角测量、扫描电子显微镜和X 射线光电子能谱分析比较了改性前后常规及后辉光氩等离子体对PTFE表面结构及性能的影响. 结果表明, 氩等离子体中电子及离子浓度随轴向距离的增大迅速降低, 30 cm后接近于0, 而自由基浓度则降低缓慢, 40 cm处仍为初始浓度的96%. 氩等离子体放电功率、处理时间和气体流量强烈影响着PTFE表面润湿性的改善效果. 后辉光区因抑制电子和离子的刻蚀作用, 强化自由基反应, 使改性效果远优于常规氩等离子体. 经氩等离子体后辉光区短时间(30 s)处理后, PTFE表面化学成分发生了变化, F/C原子比从3.27降至2.30, O/C原子比从0.02增至0.09. 脱氟作用和含氧基团(如CO)的引入是有效改善PTFE表面润湿性的关键因素.  相似文献

研究了用微波消解-紫外分光光度法测定水样中的总氮,结果表明,所提出的消解方法具有操作简单、省时、消解完全的特点,精密度和准确度均令人满意.方法的线性范吲为0.0242~9.60mg/L,水样加标回收率为101%~103%,相对标准偏差为0.13%~0.44%。  相似文献

Concentration of neutral oxygen atoms in the flowing post-discharge of a pure oxygen microwave discharge at different experimental conditions was determined with a nickel catalytic probe. The post-discharge reactor was setup for metal surface cleaning. It worked at the pressure between 20 and 100 Pa and at output power of the microwave plasma generator between 80 and 150 W. At those experimental conditions the O-atom density was found to be of the order of 1021 m–3. It increased both with increasing pressure and microwave power. The degree of dissociation of oxygen molecules, on the other hand, decreased with increasing pressure.  相似文献

Reactions of NO in a Positive Streamer Corona Plasma   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The reaction of NO in a streamer corona plasma is studied systematically as a function of the composition of the gas mixture, the initial concentration of NO, and the discharge repetition rate. The experimental results show that the reactions of NO depend strongly on the composition of the gas mixture. Reduction is observed in the absence of oxidants such as oxygen and water, but at very high energy cost (>200 eV/NO). In the presence of both these oxidants, more than 90% of the NO conversion is oxidation. The lowest energy costs, 24 eV/NO for He mixtures and 45 eV/NO for N 2 mixtures, are obtained at water and oxygen concentration above 3% and at low discharge repetition rates (<10 Hz). Chemical kinetics calculations of the production of radicals in the plasma show a good agreement with the value derived from the experiments.  相似文献

以柠檬酸为碳源,尿素为氮源,采用微波一步法制备得到稳定性高,水溶性好的蓝色荧光的氮掺杂碳点。并将该氮掺杂碳点经透射电子显微镜(TEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)和红外光谱(IR)表征,发现其粒径为0.5~5 nm,平均粒径2.6 nm,富含羟基、羧基和氨基等官能团。在优化实验条件下,多巴胺浓度在2.5~37.5μmol/L范围内与N-CDs的荧光猝灭效率(I_F/I_(F0))呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为0.08μmol/L。采用该方法对正常人尿液中的多巴胺进行测定,其加标回收率为99.5%~106%,RSD为1.8%~2.3%,方法准确度高,结果满意。  相似文献

在大气压下, NO/N2体系中, 利用发射光谱技术对50 Hz和5 kHz交流介质阻挡放电等离子体在200~900 nm范围内进行了诊断. 在632、674.5、715.5和742 nm等处测得了N原子的谱线. 利用化学发光法NOx分析仪, 模块式红外吸收气体分析检测仪, 大气压下直连质谱多种检测手段对放电前后的稳定物种进行了分析, 观察到O2的生成. 初步讨论了无氧条件下介质阻挡放电等离子体中NO脱除的反应机制.  相似文献

用B3LYP/6-311+G(d)方法对化合物NFeN弯曲型和直线型的不同自旋多重度多个电子态的几何结构、电子结构、能量和振动光谱进行了计算研究. 结果表明, 单重态中Fe―N键长普遍比三重态和五重态中的短, 在155 pm左右; NFeN三重态电子结构最丰富, 自然键轨道和Mulliken布居显示Fe―N键具有部分离子键特征; 两种结构的所有稳定态中能量最低的是15A2态, 能量相近的有13B1、13A2、13B2和11A1态, 直线型中能量最低是3Δg态; 相对于分子基态反应物Fe(a5D)+N2(X1Σg+)所有电子态的能量都偏高, 该反应在热力学上是不利的, 但是对于原子态反应物Fe(a5D)+2N(4S)则是放热反应; 计算振动频率和强度与实验较吻合的是13B1态; 复合物FeN2与化合物NFeN结构差异明显; Fe原子直接插入N2分子的势能曲线表明该反应能垒很高, 在动力学上也是不利的.  相似文献

The surface treatment of different polymers and their corresponding model surfaces in the flowing afterglow of an oxygen microwave plasma is investigated. The concentration profiles of tire long-lived species issued from the plasma are measured and calculated in the downstream area The influence of atomic and singlet molecular oxygen in the behavior of different polymers is investigated. It appears that the evolution of the surface energy can be explained by an initiation of the functionalization by the oxygen atoms impinging upon the surface followed by reaction of the radicals formed with molecular oxygen. The concentration of functions at the sureface is limited due to their destruction by reaction with oxygen atoms. Furthermore, the functionalization level is higher in the /lowing afterglow than in the plasma, without any significant degradation of the polymer surface. Therefore, the treatment in the flowing afterglow is more efficient to increase suface energy in particular, for polymers which undergo high backbone chain scission.Died April 27, 1993.  相似文献

Abstract

A highly sensitive procedure for the determination of plasma levels of the antihistamine, chlorpheniramine (CPA) is presented. Following the administration of therapeutic doses (4–8 mg) of CPA, plasma levels of the drug can be expected to be low. To reliably and accurately measure such levels, an ultrasensitive means of determining the concentration is required. A preliminary extraction with ether, a back-wash into acid, a final basic extraction into hexane with subsequent measurement by a gas chromatograph equipped with a nitrogen sensitive detector, provides the required selectivity, sensitivity and speed of analysis. In an expenditure of less than 10 minutes, 1 ng of CPA per ml of plasma can be reliably determined.  相似文献

The present work deals with a pulsed microwave discharge in an Ar/CF 4 gas mixture under a low pressure (1–10 mbar). The discharge chamber developed has a cylindrical geometry with a coupling window alternatively made of quartz or alumina. The setup allows one to investigate the plasma–wall interactions (here etching of the quartz window) and the ignition process of the pulsed microwave plasma. Microwave pulses with a duration of 50–200 s and repetition rate between 1 and 10 kHz are typical for the experiments. The space-time behavior of the fluorine number density in the discharge has been investigated experimentally by optical actinometry. The discharge kinetics is modeled using electron-transport parameters and rate coefficients derived from solutions of the Boltzmann equation. Together with the solution of the continuity and electron balance equations and the rate equations describing the production of CF x (x=2, 3, 4) radicals and F atoms, a good agreement between experimental and theoretical data can be achieved.  相似文献
