Two novel palladium(ii) complexes, trans-[PdBr2(tz-Mes)2] and trans-[PdBr2(tz-Dipp)2] featuring less explored 1,2,4-triazole-derived N-heterocyclic carbene (tz) have been synthesized. In solution, they exist both as trans-syn and trans-anti rotamers while their syn/anti ratios can be determined by 1H NMR harnessing the built-in aromatic rings as NMR probes. Complex trans-[PdBr2(tz-Mes)2] is highly cytotoxic toward A549, MCF-7, LNCaP and HT-29 cancerous cells.  相似文献

Three mixed-valence copper complexes [{Cu(phen)2}2(μ-L)](PF6)2 (where phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, L = 1,4-dicyanamidobenzene (dicyd)), 1,4-dicyanamido-2,5-dimethylbenzene (Me2dicyd) and 1,4-dicyanamido-2,5-dichlorobenzene (Cl2dicyd), and one dinuclear Cu(II) complex [{Cu(phen)2}2(μ-apc)](PF6)3 (where apc = monoanion of 4-azo(phenylcyanamido)benzene) have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and electronic absorption spectroscopies and cyclic voltammetry. [{Cu(phen)2}2(μ-apc)](PF6)3 · 2CH3COCH3 crystallized in the triclinic system and both five-coordinate Cu(II) ions in the dinuclear unit are linked through a bridging 4-azo(phenylcyanamido)benzene (apc) ligand. The cyanamide group (NCN) of the bridging ligand is coordinated to Cu(II) ions through the cyano-nitrogen and amido-nitrogen. The bond length between Cu(1) and cyano-nitrogen is slightly larger than that formed by Cu(2) and amido-nitrogen. The angular structural index parameters, τ, for Cu(1) and Cu(2) are 0.9 and 0.5, respectively. The copper(II) atoms display a different geometry with a N5 chromophore group. The intra Cu?Cu separation is 5.156(1) Å. All of the dicyd dinuclear copper complexes show radical anion absorption.  相似文献

Reduction of the binuclear PdII complexes Pd2(OCOR)2(o-CH2C6H4—NO)2 (1) and Pd2(OCOR)2(o-PhN—C6H4—NO)2 (2) (where R = Me, CF3, But, or Ph) by sodium borohydride, an ethanolic solution of KOH, or molecular hydrogen was examined. The first stage of reduction was demonstrated to afford metallic palladium and aromatic amines, viz., o-toluidine o-Me—C6H4—NH2 from complex 1 and aniline Ph—NH2 from complex 2. The reactions with molecular hydrogen involve deeper stages to yield cyclic ketones (o-methylcyclohexanone and cyclohexanone) and then cycloalkanes (methylcyclohexane and cyclohexane, respectively). The latter reactions are accompanied by elimination of N2. The mechanism of reduction of complexes 1 and 2 with molecular hydrogen was proposed.  相似文献

As a part of a broader study directed towards helical coordination compounds with benzenedithiolate donors, we have synthesized the bis(benzenedithiol) ligands 1,2-bis(2,3-dimercaptobenzamido)ethane (H(4)-1) and 1,2-bis(2,3-dimercaptophenyl)ethane (H(4)-2). Both ligands form dinuclear complexes with Ni(II), Ni(III) and, after air-oxidation, Co(III) ions under equilibrium conditions. Complexes (NEt(4))(4)[Ni(II)(2)(1)(2)] (11 b), (NEt(4))(2)[Ni(III)(2)(1)(2)] (13), and Na(4)[Ni(II)(2)(2)(2)] (14) were characterized by X-ray diffraction. In all complexes, two square-planar [Ni(S(2)C(6)H(3)R)(2)] units are linked in a double-stranded fashion by the carbon backbone and they assume a coplanar arrangement in a stair-like manner. Cyclic voltammetric investigations show a strong dependence of the redox potential on the type of the ligand. The substitution of 1(4-) for 2(4-) on nickel (-785 mV for 11 b versus -1130 mV for 14, relative to ferrocene) affects the redox potential to a similar degree as the substitution of nickel for cobalt (-1160 mV for [Co(2)(1)(2)](2-)/[Co(2)(1)(2)](4-), relative to ferrocene). The redox waves display a markedly less reversible behavior for complexes with the shorter bridged ligand 2(4-) compared to those of 1(4-).  相似文献

One novel triply-bridged dicopper(II) complex formulated as [Cu2(dpa)2(μ-Cl)(μ-OH)(μ-HCOO)]·(ClO4) 1 and two terephthalate anions bridged 2,2′-bipyridine (2,2′-bpy) dicopper(II) complexes with formulae of [Cu2(2,2′-bpy)4(μ-terephthalate)]·(NO3)22 and [Cu2(2,2′-bpy)4(μ-terephthalate)]·(terephthalate) 3, respectively, have been synthesized and characterized by infrared and electrospray mass spectra as well as X-ray single-crystal determination. Three new centrosymmetric dinuclear copper(II) complexes, [Cu2Cl2(L1)2] (1), [Cu2(μ 1,3-NCS)2(L2)2] (2), and [Cu2(μ 1,1-N3)2(L3)2] (3), where L1, L2, and L3 are the deprotonated forms of the Schiff bases 1-[(2-propylaminoethylimino)methyl]naphthalen-2-ol (HL1), 1-[(3-methylaminopropylimino)methyl]naphthalen-2-ol (HL2), and 2-[(2-isopropylaminoethylimino)methyl]phenol (HL3), respectively, have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single-crystal X-ray crystallography. Each Cu is coordinated by the three donors of the Schiff bases and by two bridging groups, forming a square-pyramidal geometry.  相似文献

Eight dinuclear rhodium(II) complexes containing various, (primarily, polyfunctional) N-donor ligands in the trans position with respect to the Rh-Rh bond were synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction. In the Chinese-lantern dinuclear rhodium(II) pivalates, RhII 2 (μ-OOCCMe3)4(L)2 (L is 2,3-diaminopyridine (2), 7,8-benzoquinoline (4), 2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine (5), N-phenyl-o-phenylenediamine (7)), and RhII 2 (μ-OOCCMe3)4L1L2 (3, L1 is 2-phenylpyridine, L2 = MeCN), the steric effects of the axial ligands are most strongly reflected in the Rh-N(L) and Rh-Rh bond lengths. The introduction of chelating ligands containing a conformationally rigid chelate ring leads to the cleavage of two carboxylate bridges to form the dinuclear double-bridged structure RhII 2 (μ- OOCCMe3)2(OCCMe3)22-L3)2, where L3 is 8-amino-2,4-dimethylquinoline (6). The reaction of complex 7 containing coordinated N-phenyl-o-phenylenediamine with pyrrole-2,5-dialdehyde afforded the new RhII 2(μ-OOCCMe3)4(L4)2 complex (8) containing 5-(1-phenyl-1-H-benzimidazol-2-yl)-1H-pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde (L4) in the axial positions of the dirhodium tetracarboxylate fragment. The coordinated diamine differs in reactivity from the free diamine. The reaction of the former with the above dialdehyde affords the [1+1]-condensation product, viz., 5-{(E)-[(2-anilinophenyl)imino]methyl}-1-H-pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde, whereas the reaction of unsubstituted o-phenylenediamine gives 5-{(E)-[(2-aminophenyl)imino]methyl}-1-H-pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde (L5) . The reaction of the latter with RhII 2(μ-OOCCMe3)4(H2O)2 affords the dinuclear complex RhII 2(μ-OOCCMe3)2(OOCCMe3)22-L5)2 (9), which is an analog of complex 6 containing only two bridging carboxylate groups.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. The pyrazole ligand 3,5-dimethyl-4-iodopyrazole (HdmIPz) has been used to obtain a series of palladium(II) complexes (14) of the type [PdX2(HdmIPz)2] {X = Cl (1); Br (2); I (3); SCN (4)}. All compounds have been isolated, purified, and characterized by means of elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, 1H and 13C{1H}-NMR experiments, differential thermal analysis (DTA), and thermogravimetry (TG). The TG/DTA curves showed that the compounds released ligands in the temperature range 137–605 °C, yielding metallic palladium as final residue. The complexes and the ligand together with cisplatin have been tested in vitro by MTT assay for their cytotoxicity against two murine cancer cell lines: mammary adenocarcinoma (LM3) and lung adenocarcinoma (LP07).  相似文献

The structure of polynuclear PdII hydroxocomplexes (PHC) formed as a result of alkaline hydrolysis of PdII chloride complexes was studied by EXAFS, SAXS, and TEM methods. It is established that in aqueous solutions a hydroxocomplex particle is a filament curled into a ball containing about 100 Pd atoms. The filament consists of planar coordination squares of PdO4 units linkedvia one or two oxygen bridges of different geometry. Aging of samples results in an increase in the number of single bridging ligands and a decrease in the diameter of particles. This study describes the synthesis, IR, 1H, and 13C{1H} NMR spectroscopic as well the thermal characterization of the new palladium(II) pyrazolyl complexes [PdCl2(HmPz)2] 1, [PdBr2(HmPz)2] 2, [PdI2(HmPz)2] 3, [Pd(SCN)2(HmPz)2] 4 {HmPz = 4-methylpyrazole}. The residues of the thermal decomposition were identified as Pd0 by X-ray powder diffraction. From the initial decomposition temperatures, the thermal stability of the complexes can be ordered in the sequence: 1 > 2 > 4 ≈ 3. The cytotoxic activities of the complexes and the ligand were investigated against two murine cancer cell lines: mammary adenocarcinoma (LM3) and lung adenocarcinoma (LP07) and compared to cisplatin under the same experimental conditions.  相似文献

The mixed-ligand complexes cis-PtII[R(CH2)nNH2](NH3)X2, where R = 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1-oxylpiperidin-4-yl, X2 = ClI or Cl2, n = 1 or 2, and binuclear complexes trans-3,4-bis[cis-ammine(iodochloro or dichloro)platinum(ii)amino]-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidin-1-oxyls were synthesized. The reactivity of the aminonitroxide complexes toward DNA, the destabilizing effect of the adducts on DNA structure, and the distribution of the Pt adducts along the DNA duplex were studied. The platination activity of the complexes is affected by the natures of both the leaving ligands X and the carrying amino ligands. The decrease in the platination activity of the complexes with an increase in the amino ligand sizes is probably caused by steric hindrance. The complexes that effectively platinate isolated DNA and cause a moderate destabilizition of DNA duplex possess high antitumor activities.  相似文献

Two oxalato-bridged copper(II) complexes of formula, [Cu2(L1)2(µ-ox)](NO3)2·H2O, 1 and [Cu2(L2)2(µ-ox)](NO3)2·H2O, 2 (ox = oxalato dianion, L1 = N,N-dimethyl,N′-benzylethane-1,2-diamine, L2 = N,N-diethyl,N′-benzylethane-1,2-diamine), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, spectroscopic (IR, UV–Vis) data and molar conductance measurements. The crystal structure of complex 1 was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis, revealing two centrosymmetric dinuclear units. The first consists of a [Cu2(L1)2(µ-ox)(NO3)2] molecule, in which each Cu(II) center is in a square-pyramidal environment, providing two nitrogen atoms from the diamine-chelating ligands plus two oxygen atoms from the oxalate in the basal plane and an oxygen of the nitrate group in the axial position. The second unit [Cu2(L1)2(µ-ox)(H2O)2](NO3)2 has a similar structure, but the apical sites are occupied by water ligands and the nitrate anions are free from coordination. Both complexes are solvatochromic. Their solvatochromism was investigated with different solvent parameter models using SPSS/PC and DFT methodology. The solvatochromic behaviors of the complexes were also explored by TD-DFT in ethanol and acetonitrile solvents. The calculated visible absorption spectra were in accord with the experimental results.  相似文献

The stereoisomers of a series of dinuclear ruthenium(ii) complexes [{Ru(phen)(2)}(2)(micro-BL)](4+) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) with flexible bridging ligands (BL) bb2 {1,2-bis[4(4'-methyl-2,2'-bipyridyl)]ethane}, bb5 {1,5-bis[4(4'-methyl-2,2'-bipyridyl)]pentane}, bb7 {1,7-bis[4(4'-methyl-2,2'-bipyridyl)]heptane}, and bb10 {1,10-bis[4(4'-methyl-2,2'-bipyridyl)]decane} have been synthesised. Their binding to a control dodecanucleotide, d(CCGGAATTCCGG)(2), and a tridecanucleotide, d(CCGAGAATTCCGG)(2), which contains a single adenine bulge have been studied using fluorescence displacement assays involving intercalating and groove-binding dyes, equilibrium dialysis and binding affinity chromatography. The fluorescence intercalator displacement (FID) assay indicated that LambdaLambda-[{Ru(phen)(2)}(2)(micro-bb7)](4+) had the greatest binding affinity with all the oligonucleotides, whereas an analogous fluorescence technique using a minor-groove binding dye, equilibrium dialysis and affinity binding chromatography showed that DeltaDelta-[{Ru(phen)(2)}(2)(micro-bb7)](4+) had the strongest binding. An (1)H NMR study of the binding of the DeltaDelta-enantiomer of [{Ru(phen)(2)}(2)(micro-bb7)](4+) to d(CCGAGAATTCCGG)(2) confirmed the selectivity of the metal complex for the bulge site and provided the basis for an energy-minimised binding model of the dinuclear ruthenium complex with the single adenine bulge containing trinucleotide. The binding model demonstrated the ability of the flexibly-linked complex to follow the curvature of the DNA minor groove.  相似文献

Eight dinuclear Au(i)-carbene complexes have been synthesized from various imidazolium-linked cyclophanes and related acyclic bis(imidazolium) salts, by treatment of the imidazolium salts with [Au(i)(SMe(2))Cl] in the presence of a carboxylate base. Single crystal structural studies showed that the Au(i)-carbene compounds contain dinuclear (AuL)(2) cations in which a pair of gold(i) centres are linked by a pair of bridging dicarbenoid ligands. Interestingly, the structural studies revealed short AuAu contacts of 3.0485(3)[Angstrom] and 3.5425(6)[Angstrom] in two of these complexes. NMR studies showed that the (AuL)(2) cations constructed from the cyclophane-based ligands retain a relatively rigid structure in solution, whilst those of the non-cyclophane ligand systems are fluxional in solution. The electronic absorption and emission spectra of the complexes in solution at room temperature were recorded and the complex with the shortest AuAu contact was found to emit intensely at 400 nm and more weakly at 780 nm upon excitation at 260 nm. The compounds with longer AuAu separations were not emissive under these conditions.  相似文献

The reaction of a dinuclear palladium complex [Pd2(CH3CN)6][X]2 (X = BF4, PF6) with excess furan afforded the sandwich-type bis-furan dinuclear palladium(I) complex [Pd2(μ-furan)2(CH3CN)2][X]2. The substitutionally labile bridging furan ligands in the dipalladium sandwich complex can be readily replaced with toluene to give the bis-toluene dipalladium(I) sandwich complex [Pd2(μ-toluene)2(CH3CN)2][X]2.  相似文献

New cyclic aromatic carbene ligands bearing remote amino groups were developed. The oxidative addition of Pd(0) into the chloride precursors yielded the corresponding Pd(ii) complexes whose carbene ligand was demonstrated to have stronger donor ability than classical NHCs.  相似文献
