传统的基于声光技术的信号处理模型被建模为平稳随机过程,而在扩频通信中,信号是被伪码调制的循环(周期)平稳信号。因此,扩频信号应被建模为循环平稳随机过程。基于声光信号处理技术和循环平稳随机过程理论,建立了声光循环平稳信号处理模型,并应用于扩频通信中,理论分析和仿真表明,声光循环平稳信号处理技术在扩频通信领域的信号分析中是十分有用的。  相似文献

研究了声光滤波的工作原理,用布拉格器件作模拟抽头延迟线完成横向滤波。讨论了LMS自适应滤波的基本方法,给出了声光自适应LMS滤波的实现方法并用于扩频通信的窄带干扰抑制中。对扩频通信进行干扰抑制的滤波过程通常是一个自适应过程,采用声光自适应滤波技术,不仅能抑制窄带干扰,而且能提高系统的处理增益和分辨率。  相似文献

论述了用Bragg光栅制作水听器的原理和意义,利用光纤通信的密集波分技术,实现声压信号动态解调.采用压力增敏材料对Bragg光栅封装来增加其响应灵敏度,为避免温度变化引起光栅交叉敏感,在室温23±1℃条件下进行试验,给出实验结果.实验表明:基元水听器的频率响应平坦度好,信号输出稳定.同时采用密集波分技术动态解调声信号方案是可行的.  相似文献

We provide an overview of our recent work on developing subwavelength grating(SWG) waveguide devices as an enabling technology for integrated microwave photonics. First, we describe wavelength-selective SWG waveguide filters, including ring resonators, Bragg gratings, and contradirectional couplers. Second, we discuss the development of an index variable optical true time delay line that exploits spatial diversity in an equal-length waveguide array. These SWG waveguide components are fundamental building blocks for realizing more complex structures for advanced microwave photonic signal processing.  相似文献

An adaptive optics (AO) system for solar observations at the Hida Observatory is described, which is composed of commercially available low-cost devices and fully controlled with software in standard personal computers. This AO system operates at a frame rate of more than 250 Hz by virtue of the image processing procedures used. From laboratory experiments, it was confirmed that this AO system was useful for the temporal wavefront-variation of less than 64 Hz. During solar observations at the Hida Observatory the AO system worked well, except for a few cases.  相似文献

The effect of acoustooptic (AO) Bragg diffraction on the degree of spatial coherence of an optical beam formed as the result of transmission of a Gaussian beam through a diffuser is studied. Experiments performed on the basis of the AO Bragg interaction in a single crystal of TeO2 confirmed that the optical beam areas characterized by a higher spatial coherence diffract with a considerably higher efficiency than the low-coherence areas. In addition, the character of the speckle-structure distribution of the optical field of the diffracted beam is practically isotropic.  相似文献

Recently, nonlinear materials have attracted a great deal of attention because of their importance in designing new devices to meet a need range of optical systems. An intense investigation of the possibility of using these materials for all optical ultrafast applications is achieved by allowing their dielectric characteristics to be varied in such a way that a periodic perturbation of their refractive index along the length of the waveguide will be formed. The Finite-Difference Time-Domain (FDTD) method, on the other hand, has been proven to be one of the most powerful numerical techniques that are usefully applied to a wide range of optical devices. In this paper, a FDTD technique, developed for nonlinear structures, is used to analyze a nonlinear waveguide and periodic nonlinear structures that exhibit attractive properties that make them suitable for novel devices with wavelength tunable characteristics. More specifically, the Bodies of Revolution (BOR) FDTD numerical simulation method will be used to model the fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) and the direct integration method will be employed to include the effect of Self Phase Modulation (SPM) in this model. The combination of these techniques will result in a model that is used to analyze two different types of periodic nonlinear structure, FBG and Distributed Bragg Resonator (DBR). The nonlinear effect provides the designer an added degree of design flexibility for devices with wavelength tunable characteristics, for example, in the design of tunable filters, WDM systems and optical sensors.  相似文献

噪音和探测误差是影响自适应光学系统性能的三个主要因素之一。噪音和探测误差使哈特曼-夏克(Hartmann-Shack)波前传感器所测得的华斜量产生误差,进而影响整个自适应光学系统的性能,建立了对噪声和探测误差对哈特曼-夏克波前传感器的影响进行数值模拟的理论模型,编制了计算程序,与已有的激光大气传输与自适应光学系统的计算程序相衔接,进行了模拟计算,对有限的离散采样,读出噪音和光子噪音的效应作了数值模拟研究,获得了一些对于实际的自适应光学系统的最佳设计有价值的结果。  相似文献

A high-speed, switched, binary photonic switching fabric based on two acousto-optic devices arranged in a compact self-aligning (by acousto-optic device-based Bragg matching) optical geometry is introduced for photonic signal processing and control. This fabric has the unique capability to provide simultaneously both high switching speeds and high optical isolation, a critical need for advanced low-noise high-speed signal-processing applications. The proof-of-concept experimental fabric demonstrated nearly 60% light throughput, a 39-dB optical isolation level for both states of the switching fabric, and a 138-ns switching time.  相似文献

Wide band gap (WGB) materials are the most promising semiconductors for future electronic devices, and are candidates to replace the conventional materials (Si, GaAs, …) that are approaching their physical limits. Among WBG materials, silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN) have achieved the largest advancements with respect to their material quality and device processing. Clearly, the devices performances depend on several surface and interface properties, which in turn are often crucially determined by the quality of the available material, as well as by the device processing maturity. In this paper, some surface and interface issues related to SiC and GaN devices processing are reviewed. First, the control of metal/SiC barrier uniformity and surface preparation will be discussed with respect to the performance of Schottky-based devices. Moreover, the impact of high-temperature annealing required for high-voltage Schottky diodes and MOSFETs fabrication, on the surface morphology and device performances will also be briefly presented. In the second part, it will be shown that for GaN the material quality is still the main concern, since dislocations have a severe influence on the current transport and barrier homogeneity of metal/GaN interfaces. Other practical implications of thermal annealing and surface passivation during GaN-based devices fabrication will also be addressed.  相似文献

We review recent progress made in parametric amplification and signal processing using high confinement fibers. In contrast to crystalline and semiconductor devices, fiber parametric amplifiers offer interaction lengths that can vary from 10 m to 1 km and are not limited by waveguide losses. The operation, design and impairment physics of general fiber parametric devices are reviewed. The technology prospects for advanced signal processing are discussed.  相似文献

We report on the199mHg nuclear quadrupole interaction (NQI) of Hg-derivatives of the blue oxidases ascorbate oxidase (AO) and laccase (LAC). For fully reconstituted enzymes, three different NQIs were observed. The assignment of these NQIs to the type-1, -2, and -3 Cusites is based on type-2 depleted AO, on blocking studies with inactive Hg prior to199mHg/carrier reconstitution, and on the population ratio observed for fully reconstituted LAC. The NQIs for both enzymes are similar, suggesting similar Cu-sites. The type-2 site is preferentially reconstituted, contrary to expectations. Neither the blocking nor the depletion is as selective as expected.  相似文献

介绍了一种基于FPGA的MDDI(mobile display digital interface)数据处理电路设计;基于单片集成AM-OLED驱动控制芯片的设计需求以及并行数据总线在移动显示设备上存在的不足,设计了MDDI数据处理电路;MDDI作为一种高速串行移动显示数字接口标准,具有连线数量少,信号传输可靠性高,低功耗等特点,广泛应用于移动显示终端领域;所设计的MDDI Type2主端数据处理电路采用两级状态机控制内部电路,主状态机用于控制从状态机的状态切换,从状态机则用于实现MDDI数据的生成;通过加入可配置寄存器,实现对数据包生成和接口模式的控制;采用Verilog语言编写RTL级代码实现MDDI Type2数据处理电路软核;使用Xilinx工具综合的结果表明,该数据处理电路能够支持480-RGB×320、26万色的AM-OLED显示屏,数据传输速率可达180 Mbps,其性能指标满足系统设计要求。  相似文献

Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) can provide spectrally efficient communication channels because it can utilize carrier orthogonality and various impairment mitigation methods. An optical OFDM signal can be generated electronically to multiplex lower‐rate carriers. In recent advancements, OFDM signals are also shown to be generated and demultiplexed by all‐optical discrete Fourier transform (DFT), overcoming the speed limit of electronics for >Tbps capacity. High‐performance DFT devices, such as arrayed waveguide grating (AWG) or planar lightwave circuit (PLC), are critically required to obtain strong orthogonality for scalable all‐optical OFDM (AO‐OFDM) system implementations. Advanced techniques such as coherent modulation and detection with digital impairment mitigation are also important for long‐reach AO‐OFDM transmissions. More recently, optical superchannel schemes have been introduced utilizing coherent detection for multi‐Tbps AO‐OFDM transmissions. This paper reviews the device and system aspects for the AO‐OFDM technology, including a generalized theoretical model to provide an indepth understanding.  相似文献

We have used transmission electron microscopy to study catalysts comprising nanoparticulate gold dispersed on a highly porous nanoparticulate TiO2 (anatase) support. The similarity of the morphology of the two phases, and the low number density of gold particles (1 in 65,000) makes this challenging. Diffraction contrast imaging could not differentiate the two phases, since TiO2 oriented at strong Bragg conditions, produced similar contrast to the Bragg/mass-thickness contrast of the gold. Mass-thickness contrast imaging allowed gold to be differentiated from TiO2 only in the thinnest regions, where the mass-thickness of TiO2 was low. Plasmon imaging, using an energy loss of 24 eV and an energy window width of 5 eV, was very effective at locating gold. Both the TiO2 and impregnating resin produced a strong plasmon signal, while the much weaker signal from the gold made it appear dark. This permitted the gold particles to be readily located, irrespective of whether they were located in the thin or thick regions of the TiO2 support.  相似文献

This paper provides an overview and technology update of a dispersion management component made from chirped fiber Bragg gratings. The history and technology of fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs) have been extensively covered in several excellent review articles, [1-6] book chapters, [7] and books. [8,9] We give a brief overview of fiber Bragg grating technology in this section and then focus on the details concerned with construction and performance of dispersion management devices in optical communications systems with a single broadband long-length grating used in reflection. Sampled chirped grating are sometimes referred to as broadband devices, but they actually have a narrow bandwidth of operation that is periodically repeated across a given spectral range. Although these periodic devices have shown promise as dispersion management devices in communications systems, they will not be discussed in this paper.  相似文献
