The modified Korteweg-de Vries (mKdV) typed equations can be used to describe certain nonlinear phenomena in fluids, plasmas, and optics. In this paper, the discretized mKdV lattice equation is investigated. With the aid of symbolic computation, the discrete matrix spectral problem for that system is constructed. Darboux transformation for that system is established based on the resulting spectral problem. Explicit solutions are derived via the Darboux transformation. Structures of those solutions are shown graphically, which might be helpful to understand some physical processes in fluids, plasmas, and optics.  相似文献

In this paper, new basic functions, which are composed of three basic Jacobi elliptic functions, are chosen as components of finite expansion. This finite expansion can be taken as an ansatz and applied to solve nonlinear wave equations. As an example, mKdV equation is solved, and more new rational form solutions are derived, such as periodic solutions of rational form, solitary wave solutions of rational form, and so on.  相似文献

In this work, an adaptation of the tanh/tan-method that is discussed usually in the nonlinear partial differential equations is presented to solve nonlinear polynomial differential-difference equations. As a concrete example, several solitary wave and periodic wave solutions for the chain which is related to the relativistic Toda lattice are derived. Some systems of the differential-difference equations that can be solved using our approach are listed and a discussion is given in conclusion.  相似文献

In this work we devise an algebraic method to uniformly construct rational form solitary wave solutions and Jacobi and Weierstrass doubly periodic wave solutions of physical interest for nonlinear evolution equations. With the aid of symbolic computation, we apply the proposed method to solving the (1+1)-dimensional dispersive long wave equation and explicitly construct a series of exact solutions which include the rational form solitary wave solutions and elliptic doubly periodic wave solutions as special cases.  相似文献

In this paper, we apply homotopy analysis method to solve discrete mKdV equation and successfully obtain the bell-shaped solitary solution to mKdV equation. Comparison between our solution and the exact solution shows that homotopy analysis method is effective and validity in solving hybrid nonlinear problems, including solitary solution of difference-differential equation.  相似文献

It is shown that GmKdV equation with a real number parameter can be solved directly by using Jacobi elliptic function expansion method when this transformation is introduced, and periodic solution and solitary wave solution are obtained. We present a new reliable analytical study for solving the discontinued problems arising in nanotechnology.Such problems are presented as nonlinear differential–difference equations.The proposed method is based on the Laplace transform with the homotopy analysis method(HAM).This method is a powerful tool for solving a large amount of problems.This technique provides a series of functions which may converge to the exact solution of the problem.A good agreement between the obtained solution and some well-known results is obtained.  相似文献

In this paper, travelling wave solutions for the generalized time-delayed Burgers-Fisher equation are studied. By using the first-integral method, which is based on the ring theory of commutative algebra, we obtain a class of travelling solitary wave solutions for the generalized time-delayed Burgers-Fisher equation. In this paper, travelling wave solutions for the generalized time-delayed Burgers-Fisher equation are studied. In this paper, new Jacobi elliptic function solutions of multi-component mKdV equation are obtained directly in a unified way. When the modulus m→1, those periodic solutions degenerate as the corresponding hyperbolic function solutions.
