1,2,3,4-Tetrazine 1,3-dioxides annulated with 1,2,3-triazoles and 1,2,3-triazole 1-oxides have been synthesized by the reaction of 4-amino-5-(tert-butyl-NNO-azoxy)-2-R-2H-1,2,3-triazoles (R=Me, i-Pr, t-Bu) and their 1-oxides (R=H, Me, Et, i-Pr) with the HNO3/H2SO4/Ac2O system. Their thermal stability, spectroscopic, and X-ray properties have been studied.  相似文献

2-Allyl-1,2,3-triazoles were prepared by the palladium-catalyzed three component coupling (TCC) reaction of alkynes, allyl methyl carbonate and trimethylsilyl azide. A π-allylpalladium azide complex, which undergoes the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition with alkynes, is proposed as a key intermediate in the TCC reaction.  相似文献

The solid-phase synthesis of 1,2,3-triazoles via 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of polymer-bound azides to various alkynes is reported. Polymer-bound azides were synthesized from polymer-bound halides and sodium azide and reacted with alkynes to produce polymer-bound 1,2,3-triazoles. Cleavage of the triazoles was performed with trifluoroacetic acid. A traceless synthesis of 1,2,3-triazoles was developed using 2-methoxy-substituted resin (polymer-bound 4-hydroxy-2-methoxybenzyl alcohol). In addition, a synthesis of 4-hydroxybenzyl-substituted 1,2,3-triazoles from the bromo-Wang resin (4-(bromomethyl)phenoxymethyl polystyrene) was achieved.  相似文献

Herein we report an approach to the formation of 5-alkynyl-1,3-dioxin-4-ones using Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction of potassium alkynyltrifluoroborate salts with 2,2,6-trimethyl-5-iodo-1,3-dioxin-4-one. The resulting 5-ethynyltrimethylsilyl-1,3-dioxin-4-ones obtained through the Sonogashira reaction were further reacted in a Cu(I)-catalyzed Huisgen azide-alkyne 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition to form functionalized 1,4-disubstituted-1,2,3-triazoles in good yields, using mild conditions and ultrasonic radiation to expedite the reaction.  相似文献

1,3-Dipolar cycloaddition of organic azides 1, 2, or 3 to acetylenic amides 4 or 5 under solvent-free microwave irradiation produced the corresponding N-substituted C-carbamoyl-1,2,3-triazoles 7a-12a in good to excellent yields. Under similar reaction conditions, 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of diazide 6 and acetylenic amide 4 gave the azido-triazole 13a.  相似文献

Huisgen reaction of (E)-1,5-diarylpent-2-en-4-yn-1-ones and (E)-1,5-diarylpent-1-en-4-yn-3-ones afforded 1-aryl-3-(5-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)prop-2-en-1-ones and 3-aryl-1-(5-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-prop-2-en-1-ones, respectively. (E)-1-Aryl-3-(5-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)prop-2-en-1-ones reacted with hydrazine hydrate and phenylhydrazine to give 72–93% of 4-(3-aryl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-5-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazoles which underwent dehydrogenation on heating in boiling acetic acid with formation of the corresponding pyrazole derivatives. The molecular structures of (E)-3-phenyl-1-(5-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)prop-2-en-1-one and 4-[3-(4-methylphenyl)-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-5-yl]-5-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole were studied by X-ray analysis. 4-(3-Aryl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-5-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazoles showed toxicity against Daphnia magna.  相似文献

In this three-component reaction, alkynes undergo a copper(I)-catalyzed cycloaddition with sodium azide and formaldehyde to yield 2-hydroxymethyl-2 H-1,2,3-triazoles, which are useful intermediates that can be readily converted to polyfunctional molecules. The hydroxymethyl group can also be removed, providing convenient access to N H-1,2,3-triazoles. The reaction is experimentally simple and readily scalable.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A regioselective method for the preparation of 1,5-trisubstituted 1H-1,2,3-triazoles via a 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of 1-trimethylsilylacetylenes with organoazides is described. Immobilization of the azide on REM resin and subsequent cycloaddition afforded a 2 x 2 x 4 x 3 membered 1,5-disubstituted 1H-1,2,3-triazole library with an average purified yield of 68%.  相似文献

Mesoaldehyde 1,3-dioxime was treated with either 2,4,6-trichlorophenyl- (a), o-fluorophenyl- (b), or o-bromophenyl- (c) hydrazine to give the corresponding mesoaldehyde 1,3-dioxime-2-halogenophenylhydrazones (1a,b,c). The latter were O-acetylated with acetic anhydride, and cyclized to triazole 4-oximes (3b, c) or triazole 4-O-acetyloximes ( 6a,b,c ) with cesium carbonate, then converted to nitriles ( 7a,b,c ) by refluxing with acetic anhydride followed by pyrolysis, or to aldehydes ( 4a,b,c ) by hydrolysis. The nitriles ( 7a,b,c ) were also converted to acids ( 9a,b,c ), esters ( 10a,b,c ), amides ( 8a,c ), an alcohol (11a), and an amine ( 12a ). In addition, tetrazoles of two types were prepared. The first ( 13d,e ) were obtained from the acid chlorides by the action of 5-aminotetrazole, whereas the second ( 14f ) was produced from the respective nitrile by the action of ammonium azide.  相似文献

1,3-Dipolar cycloaddition of the acetylated 1,2-trans- and 1,2-cis-cellobiosyl, -lactosyl, -maltosyl, and -melibiosyl azides with various acetylenedicarboxylic acid esters gave the corresponding 1-N-glycobiosyl-1,2,3-triazoles (1a,b,c-8a,b,c) which have been used as glycosyl donors for the synthesis of oligosaccharides (15-17) and an anthracycline type antibiotic (18).  相似文献

As a continuation of our studies directed at the development of straightforward and sustainable methodologies, we describe herein an original example of a combined effect of ultrasonic activation and iron–copper dual catalysis that allows an efficient and ecofriendly one-pot, three-step route to a new series of nucleoside-substituted triazoles. The reactions were carried out under both conventional and ultrasonic irradiation conditions.

Twelve novel dithiocarbamates containing 1,2,3-trizaoles group were prepared via one step starting from organic halides, dithiocarbamic acid prop-2-ynyl ester, and sodium azide, using a very simple catalytic system composed of copper(I) chloride and water at 70 8C. The structures of the new compounds were characterized and screened for their in vitro anti-tumor. Four of the compounds displayed varying levels of anti-tumor activity against the CDC25 B.  相似文献

5-卤代1,2,3,-三唑互变异构的密度泛函理论研究   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3  
用密度泛函B3LYP/6-311 G**方法,对气相和水相中的1,2,3三,-唑及5-卤(-F、C l和-B r)代1,2,3,-三唑互变异构体进行了几何构型全自由度优化,获得了它们在气相和水相中的几何结构和电子结构。计算结果显示,在气相和水相中1,2,3三-唑和5-卤代1,2,3三-唑的N2-H型要比对应的N1-H型和N3-H型稳定。讨论了不同的取代基团和溶剂化效应对互变异构体的几何结构、能量和电荷分布以及互变异构反应活化能的影响带。并进一步研究了N1-H、N2-H和N3-H型三唑之间的互变异构机理:(a)分子内质子转移;(b)水助质子转移。计算结果表明,途径(b)所需要的活化能较小,为120.06KJ/mol,途径(a)为204.12KJ/mol。  相似文献
