New bis(benzoxazoles) 14 and 17 have been synthesized in excellent yields from the corresponding bis(o-aminophenols) by refluxing with triethyl orthoformate. 6,6′-Bis(benzoxazole) ( 14 ) has also been prepared utilizing Gold's reagent. Compound 14 is inert to Reissert reaction conditions. However, the Reissert reaction on 5,5′-bis(benzoxazole) (17) led to ring opened product 20 .  相似文献

A novel solid phase synthesis of 2-substituted 2,3-dihydropyridin-4(1H)-ones using Rinkamide-polystyrene-resin is described. The key step involves a hetero-Diels-Alder reaction of Danishefsky's diene with solid phase bound imines, which was carefully optimized. An efficient approach for synthesizing a series of 2-sulfide carbapenems has been developed using two successive Cu(I)-catalyzed cross-couplings in a single pot. This is the first reported, unconventional, efficient strategy for the synthesis of quinoxaline from 2 to iodo benzoic acid and sodium azide in presence of organo Cu (II) catalyst. Herein, a very simple, versatile one pot multi-component protocol for the synthesis of biologically active compound, quinoxaline has been described via Schmidt reaction and the nucleophilic substitution reaction. The isolated compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR. Our reported organo catalyst was characterized by single crystal XRD, SEM.  相似文献

The present study deals with the synthesis of CuO‐NPs via green route and investigated its application for removal of Cr(VI) from aqueous solutions. The experimental parameters were optimized through Box–Behnken Design (BBD) of response surface methodology for the optimum response. The adsorption equilibrium data was well fitted to Freundlich isotherm model and the kinetics was explained through pseudo‐second‐order kinetic model. The overall process was feasible, spontaneous and exothermic. Linear approach for analysing the isotherm as well as kinetic parameters was found more appropriate than the non‐linear approach. The adsorbent was successfully regenerated and reused up to five consecutive cycles without significant loss in removal capacity. The experimental results exhibited that CuO‐NPs can be a good alternative for Cr(VI) removal from aqueous solutions.  相似文献

Environmentally benign conditions have been developed for the synthesis of 2-amino-4-(2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)thiophene-3-carbonitriles (3) starting from 3-acetyl-2H-chromen-2-one (1) through the intermediacy of 2-(1-(2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)ethylidene)malononitrile (2) using the Knoevenagel condensation followed by the Gewald reaction. Alternatively, 3 could also be prepared in a one pot method by treating equimolar amounts of 1, malononitrile, and elemental sulfur. The merits of this preparation are mild reaction conditions, easy work-up procedure, and good yields.  相似文献

The present study reports on the synthesis and the electrochemical behavior of Na(0.71)CoO(2), a promising candidate as cathode for Na-based batteries. The material was obtained in two different morphologies by a double-step route, which is cheap and easy to scale up: the hydrothermal synthesis to produce Co(3)O(4) with tailored and nanometric morphology, followed by the solid-state reaction with NaOH, or alternatively with Na(2)CO(3), to promote Na intercalation. Both products are highly crystalline and have the P2-Na(0.71)CoO(2) crystal phase, but differ in the respective morphologies. The material obtained from Na(2)CO(3) have a narrow particle length (edge to edge) distribution and 2D platelet morphology, while those from NaOH exhibit large microcrystals, irregular in shape, with broad particle length distribution and undefined exposed surfaces. Electrochemical analysis shows the good performances of these materials as a positive electrode for Na-ion half cells. In particular, Na(0.71)CoO(2) thin microplatelets exhibit the best behavior with stable discharge specific capacities of 120 and 80 mAh g(-1) at 5 and 40 mA g(-1), respectively, in the range 2.0-3.9 V vs. Na(+)/Na. These outstanding properties make this material a promising candidate to construct viable and high-performance Na-based batteries.  相似文献

Proton spin-lattice relaxation times in Ca(NH3)6 have been measured between 10 and 125 K. Three distinct T1 minima have been observed and are attributed to NH3 diffusion and to NH3 rotating in two different hindering potentials. The results suggest that there is an appreciable difference in molecular structure between NH3 and ND3 in this compound.  相似文献

One pot synthesis of three structurally different Ni(II) thiosemicarbazone complexes 1, 2 and 3 were obtained from the reaction between [NiCl(2)(PPh(3))(2)], 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane, and [H(2)-(Sal-tsc)]. The obtained products were characterized by various spectral and analytical techniques. From the X-ray crystallographic analysis, an unexpected N-arylation on the coordinated salicylaldehydethiosemicarbazone was found in complex 2. The comparative biological evolutions such as DNA/protein binding, antioxidant, cytotoxicity (MTT, LDH, and NO) and cellular uptake studies have been examined for [Ni(Sal-tsc)(PPh(3))] (1) and [(Ni(Sal-tsc))(2)(μ-dppe)] (3). When comparing the cytotoxicity of the complexes, 1 exhibited higher activity than 2 and 3 and by comparing with standard cis-platin, both of them were found to exhibit better activity under identical conditions.  相似文献

A synthesis of 5,15-disubstituted zinc-porphyrins has been developed that employs condensation of a 1,9-bis(N,N-dimethylaminomethyl)dipyrromethane+a dipyrromethane in refluxing ethanol containing zinc acetate followed by oxidation with DDQ. The N,N-dimethylaminomethylation of the dipyrromethane was achieved via Eschenmoser's reagent (N,N-dimethylmethyleneammonium iodide) in CH2Cl2 at room temperature. The synthesis is compatible with diverse substituents (e.g., alkyl, aryl, ester, acetal) and enables rapid synthesis of trans-AB-, A2-, and A-porphyrins. The synthesis of >40 zinc porphyrins has been surveyed; 13 zinc porphyrins were isolated in yields of 5-20% without detectable scrambling.  相似文献

Hydrogen atom transfer (HAT) reactions of (tpfc)MnNTs have been investigated (tpfc = 5,10,15-tris(pentafluorophenyl)corrole and Ts = p-toluenesulfonate). 9,10-Dihydroanthracene and 1,4-dihydrobenzene reduce (tpfc)MnNTs via HAT with second-order rate constants 0.16 +/- 0.03 and 0.17 +/- 0.01 M(-1) s(-1), respectively, at 22 degrees C. The products are the respective arenes, TsNH(2) and (tpfc)Mn(III). Conversion of (tpfc)MnNTs to (tpfc)Mn by reaction with dihydroanthracene exhibits isosbestic behavior, and formation of 9,9',10,10'-tetrahydrobianthracene is not observed, suggesting that the intermediate anthracene radical rebounds in a second fast step without accumulation of a Mn(IV) intermediate. The imido complex (tpfc)Mn(V)NTs abstracts a hydrogen atom from phenols as well. For example, 2,6-di-tert-butyl phenol is oxidized to the corresponding phenoxyl radical with a second-order rate constant of 0.32 +/- 0.02 M(-1) s(-1) at 22 degrees C. The other products from imido manganese(V) are TsNH(2) and the trivalent manganese corrole. Unlike reaction with dihydroarenes, when phenols are used isosbestic behavior is not observed, and formation of (tpfc)Mn(IV)(NHTs) is confirmed by EPR spectroscopy. A Hammett plot for various p-substituted 2,6-di-tert-butyl phenols yields a V-shaped dependence on sigma, with electron-donating substituents exhibiting the expected negative rho while electron-withdrawing substituents fall above the linear fit (i.e., positive rho). Similarly, a bond dissociation enthalpy (BDE) correlation places electron-withdrawing substituents above the well-defined negative slope found for the electron-donating substituents. Thus two mechanisms are established for HAT reactions in this system, namely, concerted proton-electron transfer and proton-gated electron transfer in which proton transfer is followed by electron transfer.  相似文献

The electron probe microanalyzer is a device often used in the field of geology or in the glass and steel industries. However, it is barely known or used in the polymer field. Thus, in this paper, we investigate the use of electron probe microanalyzer for polymer microanalyses and compared it with a scanning electron microscope equipped with an energy dispersive spectrometer. To show the unique potential of this technique only develop in our lab for polymer application, three different samples were studied: (i) a fire protective epoxy‐based coating submitted to aging in salt water, (ii) the distribution of organometallic catalysts into a thermal isolative silicone polymer, and (iii) the fouling growth of milk protein (biopolymer) on a stainless steel surface. Compared to an energy dispersive spectrometer, with an electron probe microanalyzer it is possible to quickly create X‐ray mappings of low concentration elements at a good resolution, as well as allowing the interpretation of the mechanism of action for the three samples which was impossible using only an energy dispersive spectrometer because of its too low detection resolution. A new one-pot synthesis of 2-(hetero)aryl indoles via sequential C-C coupling followed by C-Si bond cleavage and a subsequent tandem C-C/C-N bond forming reaction is described. A variety of functionalized indole derivatives were prepared by conducting this four step reaction under Pd/C-Cu catalysis. The methodology involved coupling of (trimethylsilyl)acetylene with iodoarenes in the presence of 10% Pd/C-CuI-PPh(3) and triethylamine in MeOH, followed by treating the reaction mixture with K(2)CO(3) in aqueous MeOH, and finally coupling with o-iodoanilides. The single crystal X-ray data of a synthesized indole derivative is presented. Application of the methodology, in vitro pharmacological properties of the synthesized compound, along with a docking study is described.  相似文献
