基于混沌光纤激光的准分布式布拉格传感网络 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
提出了一种基于混沌光纤激光器的准分布式布拉格光纤光栅传感系统,将波长可调谐的混沌光纤激光器作为传感光源,全同弱反射布拉格光纤光栅作为传感元件。利用混沌光源具有delta函数的自相关特性,将混沌源的参考光信号与从全同弱反射布拉格光纤光栅反射的光信号经光电探测器进行光电转换,结合相关法对参考光和反射光进行相关运算,根据相关峰的位置对传感器位置进行精确定位。利用混沌激光的可调谐性实现因应力作用而发生变化的全同弱反射光纤光栅的中心波长的解调,从而实现准分布式的传感网络。实验结果表明利用混沌激光可在单路光纤上复用全同弱反射光纤光栅实现传感,并有望实现密集型全同弱反射光纤光栅传感网络。 相似文献

光纤光栅传感技术近年来的快速发展对复用容量和空间分辨率提出了更高的要求。采用超弱反射光纤光栅(FBG)结合光频域反射技术(OFDR),实现了大容量、高空间分辨率的准分布式光纤光栅传感网络的解调。通过对拍频信号分离的优化和非线性矫正,利用拍频信号的频谱信息,实现了高空间分辨率的光纤光栅位置信息的提取,并进行各个光栅拍频信号时域上的分离,再结合希尔伯特变换还原光栅的反射光谱信息,实现光栅的波长解调。实现了单根光纤上200个间隔为20 mm、中心波长为1552.8 nm、反射率仅为0.1%的全同超弱反射光纤光栅的解调。实验结果表明,在-10℃~80℃的温度范围内,各个光栅的中心波长随温度变化的线性度达到99.6%以上。 相似文献

推导并验证了非啁啾取样光纤布拉格光栅(SFBG)反射谱中反射峰值波长的表达式。基于种子光栅中心波长对应的折射率调制深度和取样光纤布拉格光栅折射率调制函数的傅里叶级数展开式,提炼出取样光纤布拉格光栅的折射率调制深度和各阶光栅周期,从而导出其反射峰值波长的表达式。由于考虑了占空比、取样周期等取样光纤布拉格光栅的结构参量,因而表达式能够描述反射峰的分布。仿真实验中,不同占空比或取样周期下计算出的反射峰值波长、信道间隔符合数值反射谱。该表达式既适用于均匀取样光纤布拉格光栅,也适用于交流切趾和交直流切趾取样光纤布拉格光栅。 相似文献

A simplified ring cavity for achieving a unidirectional room temperature multi-wavelength erbium-doped fiber ring laser without optical isolator is demonstrated. The fiber ring cavity is built in such a way that the optical fields propagating in two directions suffer different losses caused by one sampled fiber Bragg grating. Furthermore, simultaneous multi-wavelength lasing with 0.8-nm intervals is demonstrated with sinusoidal phase modulation just before the sampled fiber Bragg grating to prevent single-wavelength lasing and unstable wavelength oscillation. 相似文献

In this paper, recent progress in the investigation of photosensitivities of polymer optical fibers and the development of polymer optical fiber grating is reported. Photosensitivities in various polymer fibers, including doped and undoped, multimode and single-mode polymer fibers, have been experimentally characterized and evaluated for fiber grating application. In particular, the wavelength dependence of material absorption and photosensitivity has been found essential to the fabrication of polymer optical fiber grating. Based on the results of photosensitivity research, polymer optical fiber gratings have been successfully fabricated. More importantly, polymer optical fiber grating has been demonstrated highly tunable, with a tuning range more than 70 nm. The unique feature of high tunability in polymer optical fiber grating has great potential in various applications including optical fiber WDM systems and fiber sensor systems. Several important issues that remain to be investigated will also be discussed. 相似文献

A fiber interferometer for absolute distance measurements is presented whereby wavelength variation is achieved via a sinusoidal strain modulation of a fiber Bragg grating to generate a series of beat wavelengths. The interferometer employs fiber laser sources where the design is based on the use of narrow-bandwidth fiber Bragg gratings. The accuracy of the beat wavelengths is improved compared to the use of multiple wavelengths measured with conventional optical spectrum analyzers or available wavemeters. Initial measurements are presented for beat wavelengths of 254.74 mm and 27.4 m over an optical path difference of 200 mm and 3.8 m, respectively. Combined with a two (or three) wavelength interferometer, this technique has the potential for ultrahigh dynamic range metrology ranging over several meters while preserving subfringe resolution and a low system complexity. 相似文献

报道了一种用高频CO2激光脉冲在普通通信光纤包层边缘单侧写入的新型长周期光纤光栅。研究发现,这种长周期光纤光栅的折射率变化主要发生在光纤包层区域,而纤芯的折射率变化较小;同时该光栅的附加损耗低于0.5 dB。进一步折射率特性实验研究表明,由于其特殊的折变结构,这种光栅具有较高的外界环境灵敏度,当外界折射率在1.41~1.45范围内变化时,其谐振波长漂移量高达15.52 nm,比实验测得的用传统方法写入的长周期光纤光栅谐振波长漂移量高出近3倍,这种光栅结构在光纤传感中将具有重要的应用。 相似文献

混凝土中钢筋发生锈蚀会严重影响混凝土结构的使用功能,文章提出了通过观察长周期光纤光栅(LPFG)的透射谱变化对混凝土结构中的钢筋锈蚀进行监测。这种方法基于长周期光纤光栅的微弯特性,利用其透射光谱随弯曲度增加逐渐变浅、谐振波长处的光功率与LPFG的弯曲度成线性这一特性,将钢筋锈蚀引起的钢筋径向膨胀转化为光栅的弯曲,通过监测光栅的光谱变化获知光栅的弯曲度进而判断钢筋的锈蚀程度,该方法对钢筋直接进行监测,简单易行,并利用光栅的光谱特性从而避免了环境温度、应变、折射率的影响,实验将光栅埋入到混凝土构件中,从已取得的实验结果来看,这种方法测量钢筋锈蚀厚度的准确度可达1.2 μm,可监测到的锈蚀厚度达3 mm,完全能够实现混凝土结构中钢筋锈蚀的早期至中期监测。 相似文献

We present a method of helical long-period fiber grating (H-LPFG) fabrication by use of a CO2 laser for use as an optical torque sensor. A conventional optical fiber grating has periodic vertical index changes along its fiber axis, but a H-LPFG has a screw-type index modulation. The helical index modulation is obtained with the asymmetric index change caused by a single-side laser beam exposure. The H-LPFG shows peak shifts with codirectional or contradirectional torsion to the helix. Also, the polarization-dependent loss is measured to be relatively small compared with that of a conventional long-period fiber grating. 相似文献

近年来,光纤布拉格光栅传感器与全分布式光纤传感器的融合技术受到了广泛关注,然而光纤布拉格光栅与布里渊信号之间的耦合特性鲜有报道。本文研究了光栅类型、波长、反射率及光纤的光致折射率对受激布里渊信号的影响规律,并探讨了空间分辨率对光纤布拉格光栅定位功能的影响。实验结果表明,在布里渊光时域分析系统中,光纤布拉格光栅处有尖锐的反射峰,而啁啾光栅、长周期光栅及光致折射率变化的光纤处均未出现尖锐的反射峰;光纤布拉格光栅反射率与受激布里渊散射功率谱无关;当光纤布拉格光栅的波长接近1 550 nm时,对受激布里渊频移测量的影响最大;在8 m的长度范围内,光纤布拉格光栅的定位误差约为4 cm,并且与空间分辨率无关。 相似文献
