Lewis acids such as Cu(OTf)(2), Zn(OTf)(2), Yb(OTf)(3) and Nd(OTf)(3) catalyze the aza-ene reaction of alkenes with azodicarboxylates, giving the allylic amination adducts. The use of bis(2,2,2-trichloroethyl)azodicarboxylate as the amination reagent and Cu(OTf)(2) and Yb(OTf)(3) as the catalysts gave the aza-ene reaction of different alkenes, leading to the corresponding allyl amines in high yields. Chiral copper complexes prepared from Cu(OTf)(2) and chiral bisoxazoline ligands were found to catalyze the enantioselective aza-ene reaction of azodicarboxylates with alkenes and the hetero-Diels-Alder reaction with cyclopentadiene, giving the corresponding aza-ene- and hetero-Diels-Alder adducts, respectively, in good yields and moderate enantioselectivities.  相似文献

In this Communication, we report a system in which an achiral Lewis acid (activating the diene) works in concert with a chiral nucleophile (dienophile) to effect the first highly enantio- and regioselective catalytic inverse electron demand Diels-Alder [4 + 2] cycloaddition reaction to form biologically active quinoxalinones from ketene enolates and o-benzoquinone diimides in good to excellent yields with >99% ee.  相似文献

Approaches to the preparation of enantioenriched materials via catalytic methods that destroy stereogenic elements of a molecule are discussed. Although these processes often decrease overall molecular complexity, there are several notable advantages including material recycling, enantiodivergence and convergence, and increased substrate scope. Examples are accompanied by discussion of the critical design elements required for the success of these methods.  相似文献

The first effective method for catalytic enantioselective insertions into O-H bonds has been developed. Specifically, a copper/bisazaferrocene catalyst couples alcohols such as 2-trimethylsilylethanol with alpha-aryl-alpha-diazo esters in high yield and good ee.  相似文献

Axially chiral 1,1'-biaryl-2,2'-dimethanol (3, BAMOL) family of diols are highly effective catalysts for enantioselective hetero-Diels-Alder reactions between aminosiloxydiene 1 and a wide variety of unactivated aldehydes. The reactions proceed in useful yields and excellent enantioselectivities. The diols function in the same capacity as Lewis acids, by activating the aldehyde carbonyl group through hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

In 1935, R. C. Fuson formulated the principle of vinylogy to explain how the influence of a functional group may be felt at a distant point in the molecule when this position is connected by conjugated double-bond linkages to the group. In polar reactions, this concept allows the extension of the electrophilic or nucleophilic character of a functional group through the pi system of a carbon-carbon double bond. This vinylogous extension has been applied to the aldol reaction by employing "extended" dienol ethers derived from gamma-enolizable alpha,beta-unsaturated carbonyl compounds. Since 1994, several methods for the catalytic, enantioselective, vinylogous aldol reaction have appeared, with which varying degrees of regio- (site), enantio-, and diastereoselectivity can be attained. In this Review, the current scope and limitations of this transformation, as well as its application in natural product synthesis, are discussed.  相似文献

The half-transamination reaction of alpha-keto esters with pyridoxamine or 4-picolylamine was found to be catalysed by different metal catalysts in organic solvents giving moderate yields and enantioselectivities of up to 37% ee for methyl-3-indole pyruvate.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The diastereoselective hetero-Diels-Alder reaction between Danishefsky's diene and chiral aldehydes is catalyzed by chiral chromium-Schiff base complexes. High levels of catalyst control are obtained in several cases, allowing access to all four stereoisomeric products through appropriate choice of aldehyde and catalyst enantiomers.  相似文献

This report describes the first enantioselective cross-couplings of racemic secondary benzylic halides, specifically, nickel-catalyzed Negishi reactions of bromides and chlorides. The catalyst components are commercially available and air-stable, and the reaction is not highly oxygen- or moisture-sensitive (it can be set up in the air). The method has been applied to the catalytic enantioselective synthesis of intermediates employed by others in the generation of bioactive compounds (e.g., trikentrin A and an androgen receptor agonist).  相似文献

Catalytic enantioselective Diels-Alder reactions of furans and 1,1,1-trifluoroethyl acrylate in the presence of oxazaborolidium catalysts 2 or 3 provide 7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-enes with high endo-selectivity and excellent enantioselectivity.  相似文献

We report the first examples of hydrogen-bond-promoted acceleration of hetero-Diels-Alder reactions and the use of such catalysis for the hetero-Diels-Alder reactions of simple, unactivated ketones. Several spiro-fused dihydropyans were synthesized in good yields using this procedure. This activation protocol represents an attractive and operationally simple alternative to conventional, Lewis acid catalysis.  相似文献

We have developed highly enantioselelctive reactions of silicon enolates with N-acyl-alpha-iminophosphonates leading to optically active alpha-amino phophonates. A copper (II)-diamine complex was shown to be effective in this reaction, and high levels of yield and selectivity were achieved. It is noteworthy that this reaction opens a way to various biologically important, optically active alpha-amino phosphonate derivatives.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The Friedel-Crafts reaction is an important reaction for the formation of new C-C bonds. Recently, catalytic enantioselective Friedel-Crafts reaction of alkylidene malonates has been reported. However, the substituents in alkylidene malonates are limited. To explore new substituents such as carboxyl and carbonyl groups, catalytic enantioselective Friedel-Crafts reactions of reactive ethenetricarboxylates and acyl-substituted methylenemalonates 1 were investigated. The reaction of 1 with indoles in the presence of catalytic amounts of chiral bisoxazoline copper(II) complex (10%) in THF at room temperature gave alkylated products in high yields and up to 95% ee. The enantioselectivity can be explained by the secondary orbital interaction on approach of indole to the less hindered side of the 1-Cu(II)-ligand complex.  相似文献

The first catalytic enantioselective synthesis of oxaziridines is presented. The oxidation of aryl and alkyl aldimines with m-CPBA under organocatalytic conditions using cinchona alkaloid-derived catalysts furnished optically active oxaziridines in good yields and high enantioselectivities (up to 94% ee). Mechanistic investigations indicate a stepwise enantioselective oxidation process.  相似文献
