在琥珀酸二酰亚胺磺酸铈催化下,吲哚、醛和2,2-二甲基-1,3-二噁烷-4,6-二酮在无溶剂条件下超声辐射合成了10种5-[(3-吲哚基)-甲基]-2,2-二甲基-1,3-二噁烷-4,6-二酮衍生物.当催化剂的用量为3%(摩尔分数)时,30℃反应30~60 min,收率为68.9%~96.7%.此外,还探讨了琥珀酸二酰亚胺磺酸铈的催化机理.该方法具有条件温和,反应时间短且收率高的优点.催化剂邻琥珀酸二酰亚胺磺酸铈对环境友好且可循环利用.  相似文献

Morita-Baylis-Hillman(MBH)碳酸酯作为重要的有机合成中间体,其开发具有重要的意义。本研究以1,4-二氮杂二环[2.2.2]辛烷(DABCO)为催化剂,3-甲基-1-芳基-1H-吡唑-4,5-二酮与N-芳基马来酰亚胺为原料,经Morita-Baylis-Hillman反应等合成了12个新型的马来酰亚胺-吡唑酮MBH碳酸酯类化合物,分离收率为40%~87%,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和HR-MS(ESI)表征。  相似文献

以顺丁烯二酸酐和12-氨基十二酸为原料,硫酸、三乙胺为脱水催化剂,经两步反应合成了N-(11-羧基十一烷基)马来酰亚胺.再在三苯基膦和苯酚作用下,N-(11-羧基十一烷基)马来酰亚胺进一步发生三聚反应合成了相应的马来酰亚胺三聚体.采用红外光谱和核磁共振谱对三聚体的结构进行了表征.  相似文献

基于双吲哚马来酰亚胺化合物和硫脲化合物的结构及多样的生物活性,通过1-氨基-3,4-二(吲哚-3-基)-3-吡咯啉-2,5-二酮与异硫氰酸酯反应,合成了17种新的3,4-二(吲哚-3-基)-2,5-二酮-1-吡咯亚胺硫脲类化合物,化合物的结构通过1H NMR、13C NMR、HRMS等进行了表征。该系列化合物的初步抗肿瘤活性测试表明,它们都对细胞周期分裂蛋白25B(CDC 25B)表现出良好的抑制活性(大部分化合物的抑制率在96%以上),具有潜在的抗肿瘤活性及应用价值。  相似文献

本文报道了以(E)-1-(2-对甲苯磺酰胺基)-3-芳基丙-2-烯-1-酮(1)为底物与N-硫代丁二酰亚胺(2)通过亲电环化反应合成2-芳基-3-硫代-2,3-二氢喹啉-4(1H)-酮类化合物。以三氟化硼乙醚为催化剂(20 mol %),1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂,反应温度为60 oC,可以60-92%的收率得到一系列2-芳基-3-硫代-4(1H)-喹啉酮衍生物,化合物3a-k均未见文献报道,其结构均经过1H NMR, 13C NMR以及高分辨质谱进行确定。  相似文献

蒽酮1和氯甲基吡啶盐酸盐2在甲苯中回流反应生成10,10-二吡啶甲基-9(10H)蒽酮(3),收率63%~68%;3用硼氢化钠还原生成10,10-二吡啶甲基-9,l0-二氢蒽-9-醇(4),收率87%~90%;蒽醇4在酸催化下发生歧化反应,得到还原产物10,10-二吡啶甲基-9,10-二氢蒽(5)和氧化产物蒽酮3.该歧化反应受催化剂、溶剂和反应温度等影响.当蒽醇4用三氟化硼为催化剂、甲苯为溶剂、回流反应,5的收率达到74%.所合成的新化合物都经1H NMR,13C NMR,MS和元素分析表征确认.  相似文献

报道了从3-甲基-2-氨基苯甲酸出发一锅三步合成2-氨基-N,3-二甲基-5-卤代苯甲酰胺的方法.3-甲基-2-氨基苯甲酸(1)与固体光气反应生成中间体8-甲基-2H-3,1-苯并噁嗪-2,4(1H)-二酮(2),化合物2与甲胺水溶液发生胺解反应生成2-氨基-N,3-二甲基苯甲酰胺(3),3再与氯代丁二酰亚胺(NCS)、溴代丁二酰亚胺(NBS)或碘代丁二酰亚胺(NIS)发生芳香亲电取代反应生成目标产物2-氨基-N,3-二甲基-5-卤代苯甲酰胺(4~6).整个反应过程不需分离中间产品,最终产物经减压浓缩除去有机溶剂后,直接从水中析出针状晶体,总收率达到87%~94%,较文献报道的分步法收率提高30%以上.该方法工艺操作简单、反应条件温和、反应时间短、收率高,是一条环境友好的绿色合成路线.  相似文献

α-萜品烯马来酰亚胺基酰腙衍生物的合成及杀菌活性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以α-蒎烯为原料,在质子酸催化下发生Wagner-Meerwein重排得到α-萜品烯,再与马来酸酐发生Diels-Alder环加成反应得到α-萜品烯马来酸酐(3),然后与水合肼反应制备N-氨基-α-萜品烯马来酰亚胺(4).在冰醋酸催化下,4与各种取代苯甲醛反应,合成得到17个新型α-萜品烯马来酰亚胺基酰腙化合物5a~5q.初步探索了合成条件,并利用元素分析,1H NMR,13C NMR,LC-MS,FT-IR等多种手段对目标产物作了分析表征.初步的生物活性测试表明,大部分化合物具有一定的杀菌活性,其中4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基-α-萜品烯马来酰亚胺基酰腙(5n)在浓度为50 mg/L时对苹果轮纹病菌、花生褐斑病菌和番茄早疫病菌的抑制率分别达91%,83.3%和76.7%.  相似文献

以α-萜品烯(1)为原料,与马来酸酐反应,通过Diels-Alder环加成得到α-萜品烯马来酸酐(2),再与水合肼酰化得到中间体N-氨基-α-萜品烯马来酰亚胺(3),然后在冰醋酸的催化下分别与多氟取代苯甲醛发生缩合反应,合成了9个多氟α-萜品烯马来酰亚胺基酰腙4a~4i。通过傅立叶变换-红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(~1H NMR和~(13)C NMR)以及电喷雾-质谱(ESI-MS)等多种手段对目标化合物进行结构表征。初步的抑菌活性测试表明,在质量浓度50 mg·L~(-1)下,化合物3-三氟甲基-α-萜品烯马来酰亚氨基酰腙(4b),2,4-二氟-α-萜品烯马来酰亚氨基酰腙(4e),2,5-二氟-α-萜品烯马来酰亚氨基酰腙(4f),3,4-二氟-α-萜品烯马来酰亚氨基酰腙(4h),对苹果轮纹病毒抑制率分别为93.9%,75.5%,70.1%,75.4%;除草活性测试表明:在质量浓度100 mg·L~(-1),3-三氟甲基-α-萜品烯马来酰亚氨基酰腙(4b),4-三氟甲基-α-萜品烯马来酰亚氨基酰腙(4c)对油菜的胚根生长具有的抑制作用分别为62.2%,48.2%。综合分析,在质量浓度100 mg·L~(-1)下,化合物3-三氟甲基-α-萜品烯马来酰亚氨基酰腙(4b)的综合效果最好,对苹果轮纹病菌抑制率93.9%,活性级别为A级,对油菜的胚根生长的抑制率62.6%,活性级别为B级。  相似文献

In the presence of a catalytic amount of Fe(CO)(5), terminal acetylenes, isocyanates and CO undergo [2 + 2 + 1] cyclization to form substituted maleimides and hydantoins; when internal alkynes are used, exclusive maleimide formation is observed. While the maleimides can be obtained as the major products, in up to 90% yield, when the reaction is carried out in CO atmosphere, in absence of CO, the hydantoins are formed in up to 87% yield. Formation of maleimides has been shown to occur via the formation of a ferrole intermediate, whereas the hydantoins are proposed to form through successive insertion of isocyanate into the iron-acetylide bond. All compounds were characterized by spectroscopic methods and molecular structures of some compounds were established by single crystal X-ray diffraction method.  相似文献

Known as electrophiles, maleimides are often used as acceptors in Michael additions to produce succinimides. However, reactions with maleimides as nucleophiles for enantioselective functionalization are only rarely performed. In this paper, a series of bifunctional Takemoto’s catalysts were used to organocatalyze the enantioselective Michael reaction of aminomaleimides with nitroolefins. The resulting products were obtained in good yields (76–86%) with up to 94% enantiomer excess (ee). The catalyst type and the substrate scope were broadened using this methodology.  相似文献

A series of seven N-(fluoro phenyl) maleamic acids and their N-(fluoro phenyl) maleimides were prepared by the reaction of fluoro phenyl amines ( o-, m-, and p-fluoro, 2.4-, 2.5-difluoro, 2.3.5.6-tetrafluoro and 2.3.4.5.6.-pentafluoro anilines) with maleic anhydride according to substantial modifications made to the reaction conditions used by Searle for the preparation of normal N-aryl maleimides.  相似文献

New bifunctional primary amine-squaramides catalyzed asymmetric Michael addition reaction of α,α-disubstituted aldehydes to maleimides has been developed. This organocatalytic asymmetric reaction provides easy access to functionalized succinimides with a broad substrate scope. Both enantiomers of desired succinimide derivatives were obtained in good to excellent yields (up to 98%) with excellent enantioselectivities (up to >99%?ee).  相似文献

A mild and facile Wittig reaction between N‐substituted maleimides and aldehydes has been developed. Various synthetically valuable alkylidenesuccinimides were obtained from this one‐pot reaction in high yields (up to 99%). The product was obtained by simple filtration and no extra purification was necessary. Ethanol, an environment‐benign solvent, was found to be a suitable reaction medium.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] 2,3,6,7-Tetrasubstituted-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-octahydrocarbazoles 2 were synthesized in 46-90% yields by sequential Diels-Alder reactions from N-benzyl-2,5-dimethyl-3,4-bisacetoxymethylpyrrole (1) and dienophiles such as maleic anhydride, maleimides, ethyl maleate, fumaronitrile, and ethyl acrylate. The oxidation of methyl lambertianate with Jones’ reagent formed the corresponding anhydride which reacted with amines to form N-substituted terpenoid maleimides. New maleimides demonstrated high activity and stereoselectivity in the Diels-Alder reaction with cyclopentadiene. The condensation of the diterpenoid anhydride with hydrazines led to the formation of derivatives of 3,6-dioxo-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridazines of labdane type.  相似文献

A simple procedure is proposed for determining the concentration of maleimide and acrylate groups in organic compounds based on the addition of morpholine to the activated double bond by the Michael reaction, followed by the potentiometric titration of the reaction mixture with 1 M HCl in ethanol. The applicability of the method to N-substituted maleimides with aromatic, aliphatic, and oligomeric substituents, as well as to acrylates and acrylonitrile, is verified. It is demonstrated that maleimides and acrylates can be determined simultaneously.  相似文献

An effective route to novel maleimides is described, which involves the reaction of an enamine derived from the addition of a secondary amine to a dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylate with an arylsulfonyl isocyanate. These maleimides in solution indicate dynamic NMR because of restricted rotation around the carbon-nitrogen bond, resulting from conjugation of the side-chain nitrogen with the adjacent α,β-unsaturated ester group.  相似文献
