Five new phenolic glycosides, 2-beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy-5-hydroxyphenylacetic acid methyl ester (4), 4-hydroxy-2-[3-hydroxy-3-methylbutyl]-5-methylphenyl beta-D-glucopyranoside (5), 4-hydroxy-2-[(E)-4-hydroxy-3-methyl-2-butenyl]-5-methylphenyl beta-D-glucopyranoside (7), 4-hydroxy-2-[(2E,6Z)-8-beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy-3,7-dimethylocta-2,6-dien-1-yl]-5-methylphenyl beta-D-glucopyranoside (8), and 2,7-dimethyl-1,4-dihydronaphthalene-5,8-diol 5-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (10), were isolated from the whole plants of Pyrola japonica (Pyrolaceae), together with androsin, (-)-syringaresinol glucoside, homoarbutin, pirolatin, hyperin, monotropein and chimaphilin.  相似文献

The methane chemical ionization mass spectra of dodecan-1, 10-dioic acid and the methyl ester show enhanced water and methanol elimination relative to monofunctional analogs. Elimination of acetic acid from 1,10-diacetoxydecane, however, was reduced relative to 1-acetoxydecane. This appears to be the result of bifunctional interactions. The steric requirement of this interaction is shown in an homologous series of dicarboxyl compounds. The change in interfunctional separation is shown to affect the proton and ammonium ion affinities in the ammonia chemical ionization spectra of the dicarboxyl compounds in a manner explained in terms of proton and ammonium ion complex formation. The observation is extended to various other functional groups.  相似文献

The treatment of 4-(2-aminophenyl)-1,4-dihydro-2,6-dimethyl-3,5-pyridinecarboxylic acid diethyl ester (III) with refluxing toluene or pyridine afforded 1,2,3,6-tetrahydro-2,4-dimethyl-2,6-methano-1,3-benzodiazocine-5,11-dicarboxylic acid diethyl ester (IV) as the major product. In addition, the following minor products were isolated: 2-methyl-3-quinolinecarboxylic acid ethyl ester (V), 3-(2-aminophenyl)-5-methyl-6-azabicyclo[3,3,1]-hept-1-ene-2,4-dicarboxylic acid diethyl ester (VI), and 5,6-dihydro-2,4-dimethyl-5-oxobenzo[c][2,7]naphthyridine-1-carboxylic acid ethyl ester (VII). In contrast, acidic conditions caused the conversion of III into V in a 95% yield. The formation of the latter appears to involve IV as an intermediate, since IV degraded rapidly in acid to give V in a quantitative yield.  相似文献

Erigeron breviscapus is an important herbal drug for the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebral vessel diseases. In this study, phenolic compounds were extracted from the whole plant of E. breviscapus and analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. A total of 53 compounds were identified or tentatively characterized based on their UV and mass spectra. These compounds included caffeoylquinic acids (CQAs), CQA glucosides, malonyl-CQAs, acetyl-CQAs, caffeoyl-2,7-anhydro-3-deoxy-2-octulopyranosonic acids (CDOAs), caffeoyl-2,7-anhydro-2-octulopyranosonic acids (COAs), flavones, flavonols and flavonones. Most of them were reported for the first time from E. breviscapus and nineteen of them belonged to new compounds. The MS(n) spectra of CQA glucosides were similar to CQAs and they were discriminated by their retention times. No caffeic acid related ions (X(0) (-), Y(0) (-) and Z(0) (-)) were observed in MS(n) spectra of acyl-CQAs compared to those of CQAs. Fragment ions ((2,5)O(-), (3,6)O(-) and (4,6)O(-)) corresponding to ring cleavage were shown in MS(n) spectra of CDOAs and COAs, characteristic of this class of compounds. The 5,6,7-trihydroxyl-substituted flavones were dominant in E. breviscapus. Their [A--H](-) ions underwent the loss of a molecule of H(2)O, followed by the loss of CO, which was used to discriminate from other hydroxyl-substituted flavones. Our results are the first comprehensive analysis of E. breviscapus constituents and will be helpful for the quality control of the herb of E. breviscapus and its related preparations.  相似文献

A phytochemical investigation of the anomalous fruits of Gleditisia sinensis led to one new oleanane-type triterpenoid saponin acylated with one monoterpenic acid, 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 --> 3)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 --> 2)-[(6S,2E)-6-hydroxy-2,6-dimethyl-2,7-octadienoyl-(1 --> 6)]-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester, named gleditsioside Z (1), together with nine known ones (2-10). Their structural details were mainly established on the basis of 1D, 2D NMR and HR-MS analysis as well as some chemical methods. Structure-activity relationships of the isolated saponins that affected nitric oxide production from cultured mouse macrophages (RAW 264.7 cell lines) induced by lipopolysaccharide were discussed.  相似文献

From leaves of Rhus alata, one new benzofuranic acid named [(2E)-3-(4-hydroxy-5,7-dimethyl- benzo[3,4-b] furan-6-yloxy)-prop-2-enoic acid has been isolated together with eight known compounds: dimethyl ester of terephthalic acid, beta-amyrin, friedelin, lupeol, beta-sitosterol, oleanolic acid, taraxerone and ethyl gallate. Four new triterpenes, 2α,3β-dihydroxy-19-nor-11-oxo-20-dimethylurs-12-en-24,28-dioic acid (equivalent to 2α,3β-dihydroxy-19-nor-11-oxoolean-12-en-24,28-dioic acid), 2α,3β-dihydroxy-18,19-seco-19-oxours-11,13(18)-dien-24,28-dioic acid, 2α,3β,19α-trihydroxy-11-oxours-12-en-24,28-dioic acid and 2α,3β,19α-trihydroxy-28-1′-β-d-[glucopyranosyl-(1″→6′)-glucopyranosyl]-urs-12-en-24,28-dioic acid were isolated from the methanol extract of the bark of Diospyros decandra as their acetate-methyl ester derivatives. The first two compounds represent the biosynthetic transformation products of 2α,3β,19-trihydroxyurs-24,28-dioic acid via oxidative rearrangement of ring E.  相似文献

Carboxylation of cyclooctatrienyldilithium, Li2C8H8, gives predominantly tricyclo[5.1.0.02,4]oct-5-ene-3,8-dicarboxylic acid and trans,cis,cis,trans-deca-2,4,6,8,-tetraene-1,10-dioic acid; in addition, a small quantity of cycloocta-2,5,7-triene-trans-1,4-dicarboxylic acid has been identified as its dimethyl ester. The tricyclooctene diester is in equilibrium with a small amount of the isomeric cis-disubstituted cycloocta-2,5,7-triene in solution, and heating such a solution results in formation of a dimer. Reaction of the tricyclooctene diester with iron pentacarbonl produces exo(2–5)η-(3,8×-dicarbomethoxybicyclo[4.2.0]octa-2,4-diene]tricarbonyliron.  相似文献

A new open-chain monoterpene glycoside, anatolioside E ( 1 ), was isolated from the leaves of Viburnum orientale in addition to three known acyclic monoterpene glycosides, betulalbusides A ( 2 ) and B ( 3 ), and 2(E)-2,6-dimethyl-2,7-octadien-1,6-diol-6-O-β-D -glucopyranoside( 4 ). Reaction was studied of 3,4-dihydroxyhexa-2,4-diene-1,6-dioic acid esters with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine that led to the formation of esters of (3E)-3-[2-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-hydrazinylidene]-4-oxohexane-1,6-dioic and (3E,4E)-3,4-bis[2-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)hydrazinylidene]-hexane-1,6-dioic acids. 2,4-Dimethyl-3-phenylisoxazole anhydrobases were easily prepared from the corresponding 5-chloroisoxazolium trifluoromethanesulfonate and carbon anions of 1,3-dioxo compounds in the presence of triethylamine. A new C? monoterpenoid acid (litseacubebic acid, 1) and a known monoterpene lactone (6R)-3,7-dimethyl-7-hydroxy-2-octen-6-olide (2), along with three known compounds--vanillic acid (3), trans-3,4,5-trimethoxylcinnamyl alcohol (4), and oxonantenine (5)--were isolated with bioassay-guided purification from the fruit extract of Litsea cubeba collected in Tibet. The structure of 1 was elucidated by MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, COSY, HSQC, HMBC, NOE spectral data as 2,6-dimethyl-6-hydroxy-2E,4E-hepta-2,4-diene acid. Additionally 33 compounds were identified from the essential oil of L. cubeba. The preliminary bioassay results showed that 1 and 2 have good fungicidal activities against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Thanatephorus cucumeris, Pseudocer-cospora musae and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides at the concentration of 588 and 272 μM, and the essential oil has good fungicidal activities against T. cucumeris and S. sclerotiorum, with IC?? values of 115.58 and 151.25 μg/mL, repectively.  相似文献

The phenolic fraction and other polar compounds of the Hibiscus sabdariffa were separated and identified by HPLC with diode array detection coupled to electrospray TOF and IT tandem MS (DAD‐HPLC‐ESI‐TOF‐MS and IT‐MS). The H. sabdariffa aqueous extract was filtered and directly injected into the LC system. The analysis of the compounds was carried out by RP HPLC coupled to DAD and TOF‐MS in order to obtain molecular formula and exact mass. Posterior analyses with IT‐MS were performed and the fragmentation pattern and confirmation of the structures were achieved. The H. sabdariffa samples were successfully analyzed in positive and negative ionization modes with two optimized linear gradients. In positive mode, the two most representative anthocyanins and other compounds were identified whereas the phenolic fraction, hydroxycitric acid and its lactone were identified using the negative ionization mode.  相似文献

Two novel octulosonic acid derivatives with a 6,8-dioxabicyclo[3.2.1]octane skeleton that are major water-soluble phenolic compounds were found in the roots of Smallanthus sonchifolius. 1,2-Diamino-4-methylbenzene 1 reacts in the presence of sulphuric acid with 4-substituted acetophenones 2a-e yielding 2,4-diaryl-2,3-dihydro-2,8-dimethyl-1H-1,5-benzodiazepines 3a-e and as minor component 2,4-diaryl-2,3-dihydro-2,7-dimethyl-1H-1,5-benzodiazepines 4a-e . The present work describes the development and optimization of a capillary (zone) electrophoresis/mass spectrometric (CE/MS) analysis method for polar hydrophilic aromatic sulfonates (ASs). The compounds were detected by negative ion electrospray ionization (NIESI) and selected ion monitoring (SIM). In comparison with CE/UV, for CE/MS a lower-concentration volatile ammonium acetate buffer (5 mM) without organic modifier and a higher separation voltage were better suited for separation. Sensitivity of CE/MS was slightly better than for CF/UV, with the limit of detection (LOD) ranging between 0.1 and 0.4 mg l(-1). For verification of the CE/MS results, ASs were also analysed by ion-pair liquid chromatography/diode array UV detection coupled in series with electrospray mass spectrometry (IPC/DAD/ESI-MS). Real water samples of different waste water treatment plants (WWTPs) in Catalonia (NE Spain) were extracted by solid-phase extraction (SPE) with LiChrolut EN and analysed with CE/MS and LC/MS. ASs were found in influent and effluent water samples of the WWTPs in the microg l(-1) concentration range. LC/MS offered a higher separation efficiency and sensitivity than CE/MS. Therefore with LC/MS more compounds could be identified in the WWTPs. The persistency of the ASs was distinct: some compounds were well degraded during the water treatment process, while others were quite persistent.  相似文献
