Abstract

A simple and efficient procedure has been developed for the synthesis of benzothiazole derivatives in water by the condensation of 2-aminothiophenol with aldehydes in the presence of Sulfonated porous carbon (SPC). This method provides a simple and efficient protocol in terms of mild reaction conditions, clean reaction profiles, small quantity of catalyst, and simple workup procedure.  相似文献

A simple and efficient method for the iodination of aromatic amines using pyridinium iodochloride (PyICl) in methanol as solvent is reported. Mild reaction conditions, short reaction time, and good to excellent yields of the product are the noteworthy advantages of the method. A simple and efficient method for the preparation of 1-methyl-3-oxo-7- oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester (1) is described. The first step is a highly regioselective Diels-Alder reaction between 2-methylfuran and methyl-3-bromo- propiolate. A remarkably difficult ketal hydrolysis reaction was effected by treatment with HCl, a simple reagent that was shown to be more efficient, in this case, than commonly used more elaborate methods.  相似文献

A simple, efficient and cost-effective method for the synthesis of octahydroquinazolinone derivatives using dimedone, urea/thiourea and aromatic aldehydes using lanthanum oxide as a catalyst under solvent free condition in microwave irradiation is reported. The present method does not involve any hazardous organic solvents. This catalyst has promising features for the reaction response such as the shortest reaction time, excellent product yields, simple work-up procedure and purification of products by non-chromatographic methods.  相似文献

A simple, efficient, and general method has been developed for the synthesis of coumarin derivatives through a one‐pot reaction of aromatic aldehydes, 2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐dioxane‐4,6‐dione and 5,5‐dimethyl‐1,3‐cyclohexanedione, in the presence of TEBA under solvent‐free conditions using grinding methods. An efficient and simple method for the synthesis of various [1, 2, 3]triazolo[1, 5‐a]pyridines has been established. The method involves a copper(II)‐catalyzed oxidative N?N bond formation that uses atmospheric oxygen as the terminal oxidant following hydrazonation in one pot. The use of ethyl acetate as the solvent dramatically promotes the oxidative N?N bond‐formation reaction and enables the application of oxidative cyclization in the efficient one‐pot reaction. A mechanism for the reaction was proposed on the basis of the results of a spectroscopic study.  相似文献

A new continuous configuration time-dependent self-consistent field method has been developed to study polyatomic dynamical problems by using the discrete variable representation for the reaction system, and applied to a reaction system coupled to a bath.
