The kinetics of electrodeposition of nickel-chromium alloys from chromium(III) sulfate electrolytes containing succinic and malonic acids was studied. The effect exerted by the electrolysis mode and the pH of the electrolyte on the composition and quality of the obtained coatings was investigated. 研究了在二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)体系中钬的电还原及钬与镍的电解共沉积.结果表明,由 于微量水在电极上还原形成不溶的导电性差的膜层,使钬单独沉积很困难.恒电位电解用于 制备钬镍合金, EDAX,SEM和XRD用于分析镀层,得到了黑色粘附性好的非晶态钬镍合金镀层 ,钬的含量可高达72.7%.  相似文献

为了开发含稀土的功能材料,我们研究了从水溶液中电沉积Ni-La-P合金工艺[1].刘淑兰等[2]报道了电沉积的Ni-La合金上的阴极析氢行为,但未见Ni-La合金电沉积行为的报道.本文采用动电位扫描法,研究了电沉积Ni-La-P合金过程中,镀液中的配体、H3PO3和Ni2 离子的作用.采用动电位扫描法测量合金电沉积时的阴极极化曲线.所用仪器有DHW型恒电位仪(延边电化学仪器厂),YEW-TYPE-3086型X-Y函数记录仪(四川仪表四厂).电极:阴极为1cm2铜片,阳极为5cm2Pt片,参比电极:饱和甘汞电极(SCE).实验溶液广:NiCl2·6H2O25g/L,NH4Cl9g/L,L1-…  相似文献

Potentiodynamic polarization method was used to study kinetic specific features of the electrodeposition of copper under a sonochemical treatment of a sulfuric acid electrolyte. The working current densities, scattering power of the electrolyte, the structure, microhardness, and luster of the formed coatings were determined depending ultrasonic field power and the presence of a thiourea additive in the electrolyte. It was found that it is advisable to perform the sonochemical electrodeposition of copper from a sulfuric acid electrolyte with addition of 0.003 g dm–3 of thiourea at a current density of 2 A dm–2 and ultrasonic vibration power of 8 W dm–3.  相似文献

研究了在二甲基亚砜中钬与钴的电解共沉积。测定循环伏安曲线获知钬钴共沉积的沉积电位较钴单独析出为负而较钬的析出为正,属于诱导共沉积类型,恒电位电解表明在一定浓度范围内电位是影响合金成分的主要因素,而镀液组成的影响较小,在-1.8V下恒电位电解得到了均匀、致密的非晶态合金沉积层。  相似文献

Aluminum electrodeposition can be carried out from several ionic liquid electrolyte formulations. Nevertheless, this plating process has not been industrialized so far because of the durability of the electrolytes and because the Al coatings obtained are non-fully homogeneous in terms of coating morphology and thickness distribution. In this work we electrodeposited Al coatings from a 3-butyl-1-ethylimidazolium tetrachloroaluminate electrolyte additivated with increasing concentrations of a new cost-effective additive: light aromatic naphtha solvent. Firstly, electrolytes were characterized by cyclic voltammetry, where changes in the electrochemistry of the process were identified. Then, surface characterization showed that Al coatings morphology turned out to be smoother, more homogeneous and more compact with increasing additive concentration. Furthermore, the process was scaled up to flat plates of 18 cm2 area and also on 25 cm2 parts designed with straight corners to demonstrate both the optimization of the electrolytic bath performance and its throwing power enhancement.  相似文献

将含有氯化金的强酸性水溶液作为水相与Triton X-100、正己醇、正己烷组成反相微乳液体系, 并以该微乳液构成电极/反相微乳液电极系统, 利用电沉积方法成功地制备出纳米Au镀层. 循环伏安和交流阻抗对反相微乳液体系电沉积过程的研究发现, 微乳液中Au(III)的还原为完全不可逆过程, 其电化学反应的阻抗值约为具有相同表观浓度氯化金水溶液体系的5.5倍. SEM研究结果表明, 利用微乳液体系电沉积获得的金镀层由纳米Au颗粒组成, 直径为50 nm左右. 所制备的纳米Au修饰电极由于具有较大的比表面积, 其电化学性能优于纯Au电极, 该电极在酸性条件下有较好的析氢性能, 在碱性条件对丙三醇有较好的电催化氧化性能.  相似文献

水热电沉积羟基磷灰石涂层的研究   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
在0.0105mol/LCa(NO3)2,0.0063mol/LNH4H2PO4,0.1mol/LNaNO3,pH=4.6的电解液中,控制温度60~200℃,恒电流0.4mA/cm2,通过水热电沉积法制备羟基磷灰石涂层.实验结果表明,涂层晶体端面呈六边形棒状结构,涂层组分为缺钙磷灰石Ca10-x(HPO4)x(PO4)6-x(OH)2-x.经800℃烧结后涂层分解为HA和β-TCP的混合物.随温度升高,涂层n(Ca)/n(P)不断增大,涂层组分逐渐接近计量比的HA.涂层质量和结合强度随温度升高先增后减,在160℃时达到最大值16.7MPa  相似文献
