We prove a conjecture of Miemietz and Kashiwara on canonical bases and branching rules of affine Hecke algebras of type D. The proof is similar to the proof of the type B case in Varagnolo and Vasserot (in press) [15].  相似文献

We study the relation between the cohomology of general linear and symmetric groups and their respective quantizations, using Schur algebras and standard homological techniques to build appropriate spectral sequences. As our methods fit inside a much more general context within the theory of finite-dimensional algebras, we develop our results first in that general setting, and then specialize to the above situations. From this we obtain new proofs of several known results in modular representation theory of symmetric groups. Moreover, we reduce certain questions about computing extensions for symmetric groups and Hecke algebras to questions about extensions for general linear groups and their quantizations.  相似文献

The Hecke group algebra of a finite Coxeter group , as introduced by the first and last authors, is obtained from by gluing appropriately its 0-Hecke algebra and its group algebra. In this paper, we give an equivalent alternative construction in the case when is the finite Weyl group associated to an affine Weyl group W. Namely, we prove that, for q not a root of unity of small order, is the natural quotient of the affine Hecke algebra H(W)(q) through its level 0 representation. The proof relies on the following core combinatorial result: at level 0 the 0-Hecke algebra H(W)(0) acts transitively on . Equivalently, in type A, a word written on a circle can be both sorted and antisorted by elementary bubble sort operators. We further show that the level 0 representation is a calibrated principal series representation M(t) for a suitable choice of character t, so that the quotient factors (non-trivially) through the principal central specialization. This explains in particular the similarities between the representation theory of the 0-Hecke algebra and that of the affine Hecke algebra H(W)(q) at this specialization.  相似文献

This is a continuation of our previous work. We classify all the simple ℋq(D n )-modules via an automorphismh defined on the set { λ | Dλ ≠ 0}. Whenf n(q) ≠ 0, this yields a classification of all the simple ℋ q (D n)- modules for arbitrary n. In general ( i. e., q arbitrary), if λ(1) = λ(2),wegivea necessary and sufficient condition ( in terms of some polynomials ) to ensure that the irreducible ℋq,1(B n )- module Dλ remains irreducible on restriction to ℋq(D n ).  相似文献

We give a detailed account of a combinatorial construction, due to Cherednik, of cyclic generators for irreducible modules of the affine Hecke algebra of the general linear group with generic parameter q.  相似文献

Using a combinatorial approach that avoids geometry, this paper studies the structure of KT(G/B), the T-equivariant K-theory of the generalized flag variety G/B. This ring has a natural basis (the double Grothendieck polynomials), where is the structure sheaf of the Schubert variety Xw. For rank two cases we compute the corresponding structure constants of the ring KT(G/B) and, based on this data, make a positivity conjecture for general G which generalizes the theorems of M. Brion (for K(G/B)) and W. Graham (for HT*(G/B)). Let [Xλ]KT(G/B) be the class of the homogeneous line bundle on G/B corresponding to the character of T indexed by λ. For general G we prove “Pieri–Chevalley formulas” for the products , , , and , where λ is dominant. By using the Chern character and comparing lowest degree terms the products which are computed in this paper also give results for the Grothendieck polynomials, double Schubert polynomials, and ordinary Schubert polynomials in, respectively K(G/B), HT*(G/B) and H*(G/B).  相似文献

Let D be a simply laced Dynkin diagram of rank r whose affinization has the shape of a star (i.e., D4,E6,E7,E8). To such a diagram one can attach a group G whose generators correspond to the legs of the affinization, have orders equal to the leg lengths plus 1, and the product of the generators is 1. The group G is then a 2-dimensional crystallographic group: G=Z??Z2, where ? is 2, 3, 4, and 6, respectively. In this paper, we define a flat deformation H(t,q) of the group algebra C[G] of this group, by replacing the relations saying that the generators have prescribed orders by their deformations, saying that the generators satisfy monic polynomial equations of these orders with arbitrary roots (which are deformation parameters). The algebra H(t,q) for D4 is the Cherednik algebra of type CC1, which was studied by Noumi, Sahi, and Stokman, and controls Askey-Wilson polynomials. We prove that H(t,q) is the universal deformation of the twisted group algebra of G, and that this deformation is compatible with certain filtrations on C[G]. We also show that if q is a root of unity, then for generic t the algebra H(t,q) is an Azumaya algebra, and its center is the function algebra on an affine del Pezzo surface. For generic q, the spherical subalgebra eH(t,q)e provides a quantization of such surfaces. We also discuss connections of H(t,q) with preprojective algebras and Painlevé VI.  相似文献

From Eichler's results on traces of Hecke operators and making essential use of the theory of Atkin-Lehner on newforms, we derive in a simple manner an equality between the traces of Hecke operators acting on different spaces of cusp forms.  相似文献

We develop and collect techniques for determining Hochschild cohomology of skew group algebras and apply our results to graded Hecke algebras. We discuss the explicit computation of certain types of invariants under centralizer subgroups, focusing on the infinite family of complex reflection groups to illustrate our ideas. Resulting formulas for Hochschild two-cocycles give information about deformations of and, in particular, about graded Hecke algebras. We expand the definition of a graded Hecke algebra to allow a nonfaithful action of on , and we show that there exist nontrivial graded Hecke algebras for , in contrast to the case of the natural reflection representation. We prove that one of these graded Hecke algebras is equivalent to an algebra that has appeared before in a different form.

After reformulating the representation theory of 0-Hecke algebras in an appropriate family of Yang-Baxter bases, we investigate certain specializations of the Ariki-Koike algebras, obtained by setting q=0 in a suitably normalized version of Shoji's presentation. We classify the simple and projective modules, and describe restrictions, induction products, Cartan invariants and decomposition matrices. This allows us to identify the Grothendieck rings of the towers of algebras in terms of certain graded Hopf algebras known as the Mantaci-Reutenauer descent algebras, and Poirier quasi-symmetric functions. We also describe the Ext-quivers, and conclude with numerical tables.  相似文献

We define a higher level version of the affine Hecke algebra and prove that, after completion, this algebra is isomorphic to a completion of Webster's tensor product algebra of type A. We then introduce a higher level version of the affine Schur algebra and establish, again after completion, an isomorphism with the quiver Schur algebra. An important observation is that the higher level affine Schur algebra surjects to the Dipper-James-Mathas cyclotomic q-Schur algebra. Moreover, we give nice diagrammatic presentations for all the algebras introduced in this paper.  相似文献

Abstract

We describe the Hecke algebra ?(Γ,Γ0) of a Hecke pair (Γ,Γ0) in terms of the Hecke pair (N0) where N is a normal subgroup of Γ containing Γ0. To do this, we introduce twisted crossed products of unital *-algebras by semigroups. Then, provided a certain semigroup S ? Γ/N satisfies S ?1 S = Γ/N, we show that ? (Γ,Γ0) is the twisted crossed product of ? (N0) by S. This generalizes a recent theorem of Laca and Larsen about Hecke algebras of semidirect products.  相似文献

Consider the space of Drinfeld modular forms of fixed weight and type for Γ0(n)⊂GL2(Fq[T]). It has a linear form bn, given by the coefficient of tm+n(q−1) in the power series expansion of a type m modular form at the cusp infinity, with respect to the uniformizer t. It also has an action of a Hecke algebra. Our aim is to study the Hecke module spanned by b1. We give elements in the Hecke annihilator of b1. Some of them are expected to be nontrivial and such a phenomenon does not occur for classical modular forms. Moreover, we show that the Hecke module considered is spanned by coefficients bn, where n runs through an infinite set of integers. As a consequence, for any Drinfeld Hecke eigenform, we can compute explicitly certain coefficients in terms of the eigenvalues. We give an application to coefficients of the Drinfeld Hecke eigenform h.  相似文献
