Let q be an odd prime power and p be an odd prime with gcd(p,q)=1. Let order of q modulo p be f, and qf=1+pλ. Here expressions for all the primitive idempotents in the ring Rpn=GF(q)[x]/(xpn−1), for any positive integer n, are obtained in terms of cyclotomic numbers, provided p does not divide λ if n2. The dimension, generating polynomials and minimum distances of minimal cyclic codes of length pn over GF(q) are also discussed.  相似文献

The authors establish the boundedness of Marcinkiewicz integrals from the Hardy space H1(Rn × Rm) to the Lebesgue space L1(Rn × Rm) and their commutators with Lipschitz functions from the Hardy space H1(Rn × Rm) to the Lebesgue space Lq(Rn × Rm) for some q>1.  相似文献

We establish the formula $$\ln (e^B e^A ) = \smallint _0^t \psi (e^{ - \tau ad_A } e^{ - \tau ad_B } ) e^{ - \tau ad_A } d\tau (A + B),$$ where Ψ(x)=(In x)/(x ? 1); here A and B are elements of a. finite-dimensional Lie algebra which satisfy certain conditions. This formula enables us, in particular, to give a simple proof of the Campbell-Hausdorff theorem. We also give a generalization of the formula to the case of an arbitrary number of factors.  相似文献

A connection between the Galois-theoretic approach to semi-abelian homology and the homological closure operators is established. In particular, a generalised Hopf formula for homology is obtained, allowing the choice of a new kind of functors as coefficients. This makes it possible to calculate the fundamental groups corresponding to many interesting reflections arising, for instance, in the categories of groups, rings, compact groups and simplicial loops.  相似文献

Summary. We consider the solution of systems of linear algebraic equations which arise from the finite element discretization of variational problems posed in the Hilbert spaces and in three dimensions. We show that if appropriate finite element spaces and appropriate additive or multiplicative Schwarz smoothers are used, then the multigrid V-cycle is an efficient solver and preconditioner for the discrete operator. All results are uniform with respect to the mesh size, the number of mesh levels, and weights on the two terms in the inner products.
