基于啁啾相移光纤光栅的滤波器设计及应用   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
相移光纤光栅作为透射型带通滤波器件降低了使用成本和插入损耗.在光通信和传感领域有着较高的应用价值.啁啾相移光纤光栅的透射峰波长和数量由相移点的位置和数量来确定,透射峰特性受相移量的影响.采用分段切趾的方法获得满足光通信要求的滤波特性,利用传输矩阵法分析了切趾前后透射峰特性的变化,结果表明:切趾改善了滤波器的幅度和相位响应,依据滤波器的设计要求选取不同的切趾函数以及切趾比例;切趾还大大减弱了透射峰波长和深度对相移量的敏感度,适当切趾后相移量的影响可以忽略.并提出一种应用双通道啁啾相移光纤光栅滤波器产生脉冲毫米波副载波信号的方案.  相似文献

针对用于无线通信系统中的高隔离度宽带双工器, 首先将双工器指标拆分为留有一定余量的Tx, Rx滤波器指标, 然后使用微带交指结构和基于耦合系数与外部品质因数的改进方法, 设计出满足指标的宽带Tx, Rx滤波器, 最后使用两种T型结和滤波器组合的结构对双工器进一步设计, 并对这两种结构的微带双工器进行了仿真分析。仿真结果显示, 并行连接的双工器结构紧凑, 但隔离度较差; 串行连接的双工器通带内最小回波损耗为14.16dB, 最大插入损耗为1.01dB, 通带间最小隔离度为53.46dB, 双工器尺寸为8.089 9mm×2.059 1mm×0.302mm, 完全满足指标要求, 并且具有相对带宽大、隔离度高、插入损耗低的优点, 为设计高性能双工器提供了可行性。  相似文献

结合有效介质理论和薄膜光学的抗反射设计方法,设计了基于0.65μm工作波长的亚波长金属偏振分束光栅,给出了光栅的优化设计参数,采用严格耦合波理论分析了光栅的偏振分束特性.结果表明,亚波长金属光栅对TE偏振表现为金属膜特性,具有高反射,对TM偏振表现为介质膜特性,具有高透射,在-30°<θ<30°的大入射角范围和0.47μm<λ<0.80μm的宽入射波谱内,该光栅的透射光和反射光均具有高偏振消光比和低插入损耗的特点. 关键词: 亚波长金属偏振分束光栅 有效介质理论 薄膜光学 严格耦合波理论  相似文献

设计和数值研究了一种圆孔阵列的超材料滤波器。该滤波器具有金属层/介质层/金属层三层结构,在太赫兹范围内可实现高性能透射带。该滤波器结构设计简单,易于仿真和制备。通过采用Ansoft 13.0软件进行仿真,获得8.0THz带宽的透射带。通过计算超材料滤波器的有效参数,发现导致透射带的物理机制是阻抗匹配条件的实现。通过对孔径和介质层厚度的优化计算,获得了更大的透射带宽。  相似文献

设计了一款应用于射频接收机前端的宽带超导滤波器,该滤波器工作于UHF频段,相对带宽为22.83%。为了满足设计要求,提出了一种既可实现强耦合又可以推高寄生通带的谐振器,并且通过一种新颖的交叉耦合结构在通带两侧引入了传输零点来提高频率选择性。对谐振器进行了理论分析和模拟仿真,并利用Sonnet软件对滤波器整体电路进行了仿真和优化。该滤波器电路采用MgO基体的YBCO薄膜制作而成,测试结果表明,超导滤波器的最小插入损耗为0.03 dB,带内波动为0.05 dB,矩形系数(BW_(40dB)/BW_(1dB))为1.246,与仿真结果基本一致,可以满足设计要求。  相似文献

对雷达系统,通过在接收前端安置高Q、窄带、高带外抑制的滤波器,可以有效减少信号间的干扰,由此可见高性能的滤波器对于雷达系统来说,具有重要作用.与常规滤波器相比,高温超导滤波器具有带边陡峭、插入损耗小、带外抑制高、可以设计极窄带等特点.在本文中,我们设计加工了一种高性能的12阶切比雪夫(Chebyshev)高温超导带通滤波器,其中心频率为1341兆赫兹、带宽为5.035兆赫兹,可用于雷达系统.在滤波器设计中,我们用Sonnet软件对滤波器进行了仿真计算.最后滤波器在以氧化镁为衬底的双面超导薄膜上制作,衬底直径为2英寸、厚度为0.5毫米.测试结果表明,该滤波器符合设计要求,具有很好的选择性和带外抑制.  相似文献

带抽头的微带交指滤波器初始设计方法繁多,但设计不够全面、简洁,同时精度不高,因此给出了一套详细、简洁的初始设计流程。设计步骤为:指标“规范化”,确定低通原型滤波器,求解滤波器阶数,求解归一化电导值,设计抽头的线长和线宽,设计谐振器的线宽,设计非输入输出谐振器的线长,设计相邻谐振器间距,设计输入输出谐振器的线长和抽头的位置,交指滤波器整体建模仿真。最后以Ka波段滤波器为案例进行初始设计,初始设计结果显示中心频率在30.19 GHz附近,通带比29.40~31.00 GHz略大,通带内最大插入损耗为4.22 dB,最小回波损耗为9.32 dB,27.00 GHz和33.40 GHz的带外抑制大于30.00 dB,已经基本满足设计指标,后续只需要稍加优化就能完全满足设计指标,验证了此套设计流程的可行性及其较高的精度。  相似文献

本文给出了高温超导滤波器的一种低温机械调谐方法,通过调谐滤波器的电场来达到优化性能的目的.此方法可以很好的改善滤波器的性能和提高产品的合格率,使基片厚度的不均匀性以及介电常数的误差对高温超导滤波器性能的影响降到最低,从而最大程度地使测试结果和计算机仿真结果相一致.文中以一个4节的高温超导微带滤波器为例,叙述了该方法的实现过程.其带宽为15MHz,中心频率为2.868GHz,带内插损为-0.04dB,反射损耗为-21dB.文中给出了带外抑制,带内特性等的调谐结果.制备完成的超导滤波器在调谐前的性能较设计结果有较大的偏差.主要表现在带内插入损耗、反射损耗特性和带外抑制的偏差.通过调谐,带内特性和带外抑制有明显的改善.带内插入损耗由调谐前的-0.44dB改善到-0.21dB;反射损耗由调谐前低端带边的-8.2dB改善到-14.27dB,但在高频端没有改善;带外抑制由实测的-28dB最大可以改善为-47dB.理论预测该调谐方法会使通带中心频率向低频端移动,我们也观察到了该现象,中心频率向低频端最大偏移了大约3.1MHz.综合各项参数,调谐后,整体性能更接近设计结果.  相似文献

为满足深空探测系统的工程应用需求,开展了X波段高带外抑制超导滤波器的研制,采用了谐振器耦合技术设计了滤波器版图。设计指标要求在8 GHz-9 Ghz范围内实现插入损耗小于0.2 dB,带外频率为7.3 GHz处抑制不小于70 dB,通过理论计算和模拟仿真,制作的滤波器样品测试结果与仿真结果吻合,验证了设计方法的正确性。  相似文献

从理论上研究了级联双折射光纤环镜滤波器的滤波特性,给出加隔离器与不加隔离器两种不同结构的串联双环镜滤波器透射光强的表达式,并对于两个环镜取不同的周期比时的滤波特性进行了数值模拟和分析.得出串联环镜滤波效果与级联顺序无关,光隔离器对滤波效果不会产生影响,只是增加了插入损耗.通过级联和改变两个环镜的双折射光纤长度比,可以获得不同的滤波效果.最后给出了多个环镜直接级联后透射光强的通项表达式,通过对通项式的理论分析可以设计不同的滤波器.  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). We measure the waveform and phase curves of short optical pulses before and after transmission over different lengths of fibers by use of the pulse analyzer with the frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG),and numerically simulate pulse evolution under the experimental conditions.The nonlinear coefficient of the fiber is given by comparing the experimental results with the numerical ones.Difference between the experiment and numerical simulation is analyzed.  相似文献

Resonance scattering of elastic spherical shell and cylindrical shell while the surrounding fluid medium has absorption is studied. The normal mode solution derived using exact elastic theory and the separation of variables is still applicable. However, the scattering form function has to be modified for the absorbing medium, otherwise the unreasonable result would be obtained. The backscattering form function in the absorbing medium is redefined, and the form function of elastic spherical and cylindrical shell with vacuum or solid matter filled is calculated in various absorption conditions. The results show that the absorption of surrounding fluid leads to notable attenuation of the coincidence resonances in the mid-frequency, but it has a little influence on the low-frequency resonance scattering induced by the filler inside the shell.  相似文献

A versatile and low-cost single-beam self-referenced phase-sensitive surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensing system with ultra-high resolution performance is presented.The system exhibits a root-mean-square phase fluctuation of ±0.0028.over a period of 45 min.i.e.a resolution of±5.2×10-9 refractive index units.The enhanced performance has been achieved through the incorporation of three design elements:a true single-beam configuration enabling complete self-referencing so that only the phase change associated with SPR gets detected,a differential measurement scheme to eliminate spurious signals not related to the sensor response,and the elimination of retardation drifts by incorporating temperature stabilization in the liquid crystal phase modulato .Our design should bring the detection sensitivity of non-labeling SPR biosensing closer to that achievable by conventional fluorescence-based techniques.  相似文献

Ta2O5 films are prepared on BK7 substrates with conventional electron beam evaporation deposition.The effects of SiO2 protective layers and annealing on the laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) of the films are investigated.The results show that SiO2 protective layers exert little influence on the electric field intensity(EFI)distribution,microstructure and microdefect density but increase the absorption slightly.Annealing iS effective on decreasing the microdefect density and the absorption of the films.Both SiO2 protective layers and annealing are beneficial to the damage resistance of the films and the latter is more effective to improve the LIDT.Moreover,the maximal LIDT of Ta2O5 films is achieved by the combination of SiO2 protective layers and annealing.  相似文献

Gray cross correlation matching technique is adopted to extract candidate matches with gray cross correla- tion coefficients less than some certain range of maximal correlation coefficient called multi-peak candidate matches. Multi-peak candidates are extracted corresponding to three closest feature points at first. The corresponding multi-peak candidate matches are used to construct the model polygon. Correspondence is determined based on the local geometric relations between the three feature points and the multi-peak candidates. The disparity test and the global consistency checkout are applied to eliminate the remaining ambiguous matches that are not removed by the local geometric relational test. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is feasible and accurate.  相似文献

A novel method based on fiber gratings for measuring the effective indices of fiber modes is proposed. The effective index difference between the core mode and a cladding mode was obtained by analyzing the interference fringe of a pair of cascaded long-period fiber gratings. In order to extract the core mode index from the measured index difference, an index matching oil immersion method is proposed. By analyzing the interaction between the cladding mode and the oil applied on the cladding surface, the mode order and the effective index of the involved cladding mode might be calculated. Experimental results about the interference fringe shifts induced by the oil index and the oil-applied length are also presented.  相似文献

Nonlinear optical pulse compression of picosecond pulses typically requires long lengths of optical fiber and multiple components. Periodic structures, such as fiber Bragg gratings, are highly dispersive at wavelengths outside of the photonic bandgap. This implies that such gratings can be used as very short all-fiber compressors. In this paper a number of such compression schemes are reviewed involving uniform and nonuniform fiber Bragg gratings, relying on both soliton and nonsoliton compression principles. Experimental results supporting the corresponding underlying theory are also presented. Finally, an extension of one of the compression schemes is shown, which allows the generation of adjustable high-repetition rate soliton trains.  相似文献
