Nucleon momentum distributions and elastic electron scattering form factors for some 1p-shell nuclei
The nucleon momentum distributions (NMD) and elastic electron scattering form factors of the ground state for 1p-shell nuclei with Z?=?N (such as 6Li, 10B, 12C and 14N nuclei) have been calculated in the framework of the coherent density fluctuation model (CDFM) and expressed in terms of the weight function $\left| {f( x )} \right|^2$ . The weight function has been expressed in terms of nucleon density distribution (NDD) of the nuclei and determined from the theory and the experiment. The feature of the long-tail behaviour at high-momentum region of the NMDs has been obtained by both the theoretical and experimental weight functions. The experimental form factors F(q) of all the considered nuclei are very well reproduced by the present calculations for all values of momentum transfer q. It is found that the contributions of the quadrupole form factors F C2(q) in 10B and 14N nuclei, which are described by the undeformed p-shell model, are essential for obtaining a remarkable agreement between the theoretical and experimental form factors. 相似文献

We report for the first time the Compton profiles of electron momentum distribution inβ-gallium calculated along the crystallographic directions (100), (110) and (111). The conduction electron states for this
purpose are determined in the energy band calculations using model potential. The core states, on the other hand, are represented
each by a single tight-binding function. The results show that the Compton profiles are nearly isotropic with very little
directional dependence, which is suggestive of a free-electron-like distribution of the conduction electrons in this system.
The latter conclusion is in close confirmity with similar conclusions drawn in augmented plane wave (APW) calculation of energy
bands and the derived Knight-shift results inβ-Ga. 相似文献

The isotropic Compton profile of iridium, measured using 59.54 keVγ-rays, is reported in this paper. The results are compared with the theoretical Compton profiles from APW method with and
without incorporating electron correlation effects. It is seen that correlation effects improve the agreement between the
experiment and theory. Comparison with the renormalized-free-atom (RFA) model calculations has also been made. Behaviour ofd-band electrons in Ir and some other 5d transition metals is discussed in terms of broadening in their Compton profiles. 相似文献

Recent advances in Compton scattering experiments have led to renewed interest in reconstructing three-dimensional electron momentum densities from Compton profiles. We present a new reconstruction method based on the inversion of the Radon transform in terms of spherical harmonics and Jacobi polynomials. This technique is demonstrated on model projections having the hexagonal symmetry. Within the framework of the color glass condensate model, we evaluate quark and gluon generalized parton distributions (GPDs)
and the cross section of deeply virtual Compton scattering (DVCS) in the small-xB region. We demonstrate that the DVCS cross section becomes independent of energy in the limit of very small xB, which clearly indicates saturation of the DVCS cross section. Our predictions for the GPDs and the DVCS cross section at
high energies can be tested at the future Electron–Ion Collider and in ultra-peripheral nucleus–nucleus collisions at the
LHC.

We consider the effects of quark antisymmetrization for quark momentum distributions. The simple convolution of nucleon momentum distributions in a nucleus and quark momentum distribution in a nucleon in general does not satisfy the Pauli principle. Antisymmetrizing the product of wave functions in momentum space introduces additional contributions. This paper extends the results for s-wave nuclei to p-wave nuclei, showing that the effects of antisymmetrization in that case are very small. The extension beyond the simple s-wave nuclei is important for the discussion of the role of antisymmetrization in the ratio of deep-inelastic structure functions for nuclei and nucleons. 相似文献

The relativistic and distorted wave effects are investigated for the electron momentum distributions of Xe 4d electrons.The theoretical results show good agreements with the experimental data measured previously with electron momentum spectroscopy. 应用多光子非线性Compton散射模型,研究了多光子非线性Compton散射对激光等离子体中电子运动的影响,提出了将入射激光和Compton散射光形成的耦合光、耦合光与等离子体产生的自生磁场形成的混合场作为加速电子的新机制,对电子动量和能量方程进行了修正和数值模拟。结果表明,当混合场的电场振幅与磁场振幅相等时,回旋共振电子在与混合场作用时间内能被加速到很高的能量;电子加速能量随耦合光幅值的增大而增大,随电子耦合初始角度的增大而周期变小,随电子横向耦合归一化初始速度的增大,开始时较快增加,之后缓慢增加,最后趋于稳定。 相似文献
