Two new aminophosphines – furfuryl‐(N‐dicyclohexylphosphino)amine, [Cy2PNHCH2–C4H3O] ( 1 ) and thiophene‐(N‐dicyclohexylphosphino)amine, [Cy2PNHCH2–C4H3S] ( 2 ) – were prepared by the reaction of chlorodicyclohexylphosphine with furfurylamine and thiophene‐2‐methylamine. Reaction of the aminophosphines with [Ru(η6p‐cymene)(μ‐Cl)Cl]2 or [Ru(η6‐benzene)(μ‐Cl)Cl]2 gave corresponding complexes [Ru(Cy2PNHCH2–C4H3O)(η6p‐cymene)Cl2] ( 1a ), [Ru(Cy2PNHCH2–C4H3O)(η6‐benzene)Cl2] ( 1b ), [Ru(Cy2PNHCH2–C4H3S)(η6p‐cymene)Cl2] ( 2a ) and [Ru(Cy2PNHCH2–C4H3S)(η6‐benzene)Cl2] ( 2b ), respectively, which are suitable catalyst precursors for the transfer hydrogenation of ketones. In particular, [Ru(Cy2PNHCH2–C4H3S)(η6‐benzene)Cl2] acts as a good catalyst, giving the corresponding alcohols in 98–99% yield in 30 min at 82 °C (up to time of flight ≤ 588 h?1). Transition-metal-catalyzed coupling of two different C-C pi components through a metallacycle intermediate is a highly atom economical method to construct C-C bonds in organic synthesis. The metal-catalyzed coupling of an alkene and alkyne generally gives an Alder-ene or reductive coupling product. In this article, we focus on the cobalt- and nickel-catalyzed reductive coupling of alkynes, allenes, and alkenes with alkenes. These reductive coupling reactions provide convenient methods for the synthesis of various alkenes, dienes, functionalized alkanes, lactones, lactams, and cyclic alcohols in a highly regio- and stereoselective manner. A chemselective formation of metallacyclopentene intermediate from the two different C-C pi components and a low-valence metal species plays a key role for the high regio- and stereoselectivity of the catalytic reaction.  相似文献

Upon exposure of diynes and glyoxals to cationic Rh(I) catalysts under 1 atm of hydrogen gas, regioselective condensation occurs to afford highly unsaturated enyne products without over-reduction. In the presence of chiral phosphine ligands, reductive coupling products are obtained in high enantiomeric excess at ambient temperature and pressure. The present studies are among the first examples of the electrophilic trapping of organometallic intermediates obtained transiently under the conditions of catalytic hydrogenation.  相似文献

The catalytic activity of the terdentate complex [RuCl(CNN)(dppb)] (A) [dppb=Ph(2)P(CH(2))(4)PPh(2); HCNN=6-(4'-methylphenyl)-2-pyridylmethylamine] in the transfer hydrogenation of acetophenone (S) with 2-propanol has been found to be dependent on the base concentration. The limit rate has been observed when NaOiPr is used in high excess (A/base molar ratio > 10). The amino-isopropoxide species [Ru(OiPr)(CNN)(dppb)] (B), which forms by reaction of A with sodium isopropoxide via displacement of the chloride, is catalytically active. The rate of conversion of acetophenone obeys second-order kinetics v=k[S][B] with the rate constants in the range 218+/-8 (40 degrees C) to 3000+/-70 M(-1) s(-1) (80 degrees C). The activation parameters, evaluated from the Eyring equation are DeltaH(++)=14.0+/-0.2 kcal mol(-1) and DeltaS(++)=-3.2 +/-0.5 eu. In a pre-equilibrium reaction with 2-propanol complex B gives the cationic species [Ru(CNN)(dppb)(HOiPr)](+)[OiPr](-) (C) with K approximately 2x10(-5) M. The hydride species [RuH(CNN)(dppb)] (H), which forms from B via beta-hydrogen elimination process, catalyzes the reduction of S and, importantly, its activity increases by addition of base. The catalytic behavior of the hydride H has been compared to that of the system A/NaOiPr (1:1 molar ratio) and indicates that the two systems are equivalent.  相似文献

A library of novel dipeptide-analogue ligands based on the combination of tert-butoxycarbonyl(N-Boc)-protected alpha-amino acids and chiral vicinal amino alcohols were prepared. These highly modular ligands were combined with [[RuCl(2)(p-cymene)](2)] and the resulting metal complexes were screened as catalysts for the enantioselective reduction of acetophenone under transfer hydrogenation conditions using 2-propanol as the hydrogen donor. Excellent enantioselectivity of 1-phenylethanol (up to 98 % ee) was achieved with several of the novel catalysts. Although most of the ligands contained two stereocenters, it was demonstrated that the absolute configuration of the product alcohol was determined by the configuration of the amino acid part of the ligand. Employing ligands based on L-amino acids generated S-configured products, and catalysts based on D-amino acids favored the formation of the R-configured alcohol. The combination N-Boc-L-alanine and (R)-phenylglycinol (Boc-L-Ab) or its enantiomer (N-Boc-D-alanine and (S)-phenylglycinol, Boc-D-Aa) proved to be the best ligands for the reduction process. Transfer hydrogenation of a number of aryl alkyl ketones were evaluated and excellent enantioselectivity, up to 96 % ee, was obtained.  相似文献

It takes alkynes! Exposure of propargyl chlorides to primary benzylic alcohols in the presence of [Ir(cod){(R)-segphos}]OTf (cod = 1,5-cyclooctadiene, segphos = 5,5'-bis(diphenylphosphino)-4,4'-bi-1,3-benzodioxole, Tf = trifluoromethanesulfonyl) results in hydrogen exchange to give allenyliridium-aldehyde pairs that combine to form products of propargylation with high ee?value (see scheme). The reaction can also be conducted using aldehydes.  相似文献

The first application of ruthenium(0)-catalyzed 1,2-dione-diyne [2+2+2] cycloaddition to PAH construction is achieved by the precision synthesis of soluble diindenoperylenes (DIPs), the electronic structures of which were investigated using steady-state absorption and emission, transient absorption, cyclic voltammetry and time-dependent density functional theory  相似文献
