A palladium-catalyzed [4+1] cycloaddition of prop-2-yn-1-ones with double isocyanides is developed herein.The transformation worked well to produce a series of 2-amino-4-cyanofurans with high efficiency and a broad reaction scope.Based on mechanism studies,it is believed that the palladiumcatalyzed [4+1] imidoylative cycloaddition of prop-2-yn-1-ones was concerted.Treated with a ryl amine and H_2 O,the [4+1] cycloaddition of prop-2-yn-1-ones with double isocyanides provided 2-amino-4-amidylpyrroles efficiently. 相似文献

An improved synthesis of phenanthro[1,2-b]thiophene ( 6 ) from 1-chloro-3,4-dihydrophenanthrene-2-aldehyde ( 2 ) by condensation with thioglycolate followed by hydrolysis, decarboxylation and dehydrogenation is described. A new polycyclic thiophene derivative 14 has also been prepared from acenaphthothiophene ( 7 ) by Friedel-Craft's reaction with phthalic anhydride followed by lactonisation of the keto carboxylic acid 9 and then reduction and finally cyclisation of the resultant aldehyde 13 . 相似文献

Methyl (Z)-(1,2-dihydro-2-oxo-1-acenaphthylenylidene)acetate 1 gives with hydroxylamine the oximes 2 and the pyrrole derivative 4 , whereas with hydrazines affords the pyridazinones 5 and 6 . A pyridazine derivative 8 is also isolated from the reaction of (1,2-dihydro-2-oxo-1-acenaphthylenylidene)acetone 7 with hydrazine hydrate. Reaction between the spiro-derivative 9 and hydroxylamine hydrochloride gives oxime 10 , whereas Wittig olefination of 9 with ylide 11 yields compound 12 which by reaction with 2,4,6-trimethylbenzonitrile oxide ( 13 ) affords the dispiro-derivatives 14 . Finally from the reaction of acenaphthylene-1,2-quinone ( 17 ) with the bisylide 16 the acenaphtho[1,2-c]thiophene ( 18 ) is formed. 相似文献
