Three azide complexes with the tridentate ligand 2, 6‐bis(benzimidazol‐2‐yl)pyridine (H2BBIP) were synthesized and their complicated supramolecular interactions were investigated with single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Interestingly, the complexes are assembled by bifurcated hydrogen bonding, double helical π–π stacking, or anion–π stacking interactions of the benzimidazole rings by tuning the reaction conditions (temperature, ratio, solvent). Complex 1 is a mononuclear compound, namely, Mn(H2BBIP)N3(CH3O) · CH3OH. In its 3D supramolecular network, the nitrogen atom of the azide anion is acting as hydrogen bonding bifurcated acceptor. Complex 2 is a dinuclear compound, namely, Mn2(H2BBIP)2(N3)2 · (H2O)0.5. The dinuclear unit is connected by intramolecular π–π stacking interactions. Furthermore, double helical π–π stacking interactions in the benzimidazole rings are observed. Complex 3 , Mn2(H2BBIP)2(N3)2 · CH3OH, can be formulated as a pseudopolymorph of complex 2 , which exhibits intramolecular π–π stacking interactions as well as anion–π interactions in the dinuclear unit.  相似文献

合成了一种新型双金属杂核配合物Eu(TTA)3Zn(Salen).H2O(Salen=双水杨醛缩乙二胺,TTA=2-噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮),并对其进行了结构和荧光性能表征.配合物的晶体属于三斜晶系,Pī空间群.中心Eu(Ⅲ)离子与六个TTA分子的氧原子和Salen分子的两个酚氧原子配位,形成8配位的扭曲四方反棱柱构型.Zn(Ⅱ)离子与Salen分子中的两个酚氧原子和两个氮原子以及一个水分子配位,形成五配位的扭曲的四方锥构型.配合物Eu(TTA)3Zn(Salen).H2O的发光量子效率(18.0%)较配合物Eu(TTA)3.2H2O(12.5%)发光量子效率有明显提高,说明第二配体Zn(Salen).H2O对中心离子有较强的敏化发光作用.  相似文献

A novel quinoline-coumarin (QC) fluoroionophore conjugated by means of a triazolyl-pyrrolidinyl linker exhibits differential dual selectivity for Zn(2+) and Al(3+) in mixed media. QC acts as a turn on fluorescence sensor for Zn(2+) while exhibiting overall ratiometric selectivity for Al(3+) in aqueous media. Moreover, QC exhibited preferential second mode of selectivity for Al(3+) as it ratiometrically displaces Zn(2+) from the [QC + Zn(2+)] complex.  相似文献

In order to improve the solubility of intensively fluorescent 2,5-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)pyrazine (BBIP), we synthesized new BBIP derivatives (2, 3a,b, and 5a,b) possessing two alkyl chains at the N-1 and N-1′ positions of the two benzimidazole moieties. Characterization of these compounds demonstrated that they exhibit high fluorescence intensity even in protic solvents, as well as solvatochromic fluorescence, in which their fluorescence maxima in aqueous methanol exhibited bathochromic shift with increasing ?r value of the medium. We utilized 5a as a microenvironment polarity probe to indicate the variation in polarity around the backbone of the temperature-sensitive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) by measuring the spectral change caused by the thermal phase transition of the polymer.  相似文献

用微波加热法研究了水溶液中金属阳离子La^3+,Co^2+,Cu^2+,Zn^2+与沸石分子筛NaX之间的离子交换反应。考察了溶液浓度、加热时间、苏州地交换度的影响并运用正交实验做了直观分析优化。对比实验及X射线粉末衍射结果表明,在相同的工艺条件下,微波加热法比传统加热法快约60倍,微波加热对分子筛晶体结构没有破坏作用。  相似文献

The Tb(3+) and Eu(3+) doped amorphous zinc benzoate were prepared. Their infrared absorption, emission and excitation spectra were measured. The luminescence mechanisms of Tb(3+) and Eu(3+) in the amorphous substrate were discussed. The bonding modes of OCO group to Zn(2+) ion have two of symmetric and asymmetric bridging bidentate. The energy of the S(1) pi,pi* excited state of benzene ring can be transferred to Tb(3+) and Eu(3+) ion, and results in characteristic emission from the 5D(4)-->(7)F(j) of Tb(3+) and 5D(0)-->(7)F(j) of Eu(3+), respectively.  相似文献

A series of modified montmorillonites including Zn2+ loaded montmorillonite (Zn/MMT), Ce3+ loaded montmorillonite (Ce/MMT) and Zn2+‐Ce3+ loaded montmorillonites (Zn‐Ce/MMT) were prepared by an ion‐exchange reaction, and characterized using X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The specific surface areas, zeta potentials and antibacterial activity of the modified montmorillonites were also investigated. Zinc and cerium were proved to be present as bivalent zinc state and trivalent cerium state in the modified montmorillonites. For the modified montmorillonites, the d001 basal spacings increased and the particles were formed of irregular shapes. The antibacterial activity of the modified montmorillonites was enhanced with the increase of specific surface areas and zeta potentials, and Zn2+‐Ce3+ loaded montmorillonites displayed obvious synergistic antibacterial effect. When Zn/Ce atomic ratio was 1.24, the Zn‐Ce/MMT showed high antibacterial efficiency and broad‐spectrum antibacterial activity, possessing the MIC against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans and Mucor of 1500, 1000, 2000 and 3000 mg·L?1, respectively.  相似文献

A novel fluorescent chemodosimeter based on 1,8-naphthyridine exhibits high selectivity to Zn(2+) and Cu(2+). When 1-(7-acetamino-1,8-naphthyridyl)-2-(6-diacetaminopyridyl)ethene was mixed with CuCl2, hydrolysis of the acetamino group catalyzed by Cu(2+) complex was first observed. Resulting from coordination and hydrolysis catalyzed by the corresponding complex of Zn(2+) or Cu(2+), the highly effective fluorescent detection of Zn(2+) and Cu(2+) is realized with Zn(2+)-selective dual-emission and Cu(2+)-selective ON-OFF behavior.  相似文献

The methanolyses of a series of O,O-diethyl O-aryl phosphates (2,5) and O,O-diethyl S-aryl phosphorothioates (6) promoted by methoxide and two metal ion systems, (La3+)2(-OCH3)2 and 4:Zn2+:-OCH3 (4 = 1,5,9-triazacyclododecane) has been studied in methanol at 25 degrees C. Br?nsted plots of the logk2 values vs. pKa for the phenol leaving groups give beta(lg) values of -0.70, -1.43 and -1.12 for the methanolysis of the phosphates and -0.63, -0.87 and -0.74 for the methanolysis of the phosphorothioates promoted by the methoxide, La3+ and Zn2+ systems respectively. The kinetic data for the metal-catalyzed reactions are analyzed in terms of a common mechanism where there is extensive cleavage of the P-XAr bond in the rate-limiting transition state. The relevance of these findings to the mechanism of action of the phosphotriesterase enzyme is discussed.  相似文献

The effect of various metals on uridine diphosphate (UDP)-glucuronyltransferase and beta-glucuronidase activities in rat liver microsomes was investigated. The presence of Mn2+, Cd2+, Zn2+, V5+, Ni2+, Co2+, Cu+ or Ca2+ (20 microM) in the enzyme reaction mixture did not cause a significant alteration of UDP-glucuronyltransferase activity in hepatic microsomes. Of these metals, Zn2+ and Cd2+ (20 microM) caused a remarkable increase in hepatic microsomal beta-glucuronidase activity. Appreciable effects of Zn2+ and Cd2+ on beta-glucuronidase activity were seen at 5.0 microM, and the effects were saturated at 50 microM. Ca2+ (5.0-50 microM) and/or the Ca2(+)-binding protein regucalcin (2.0 microM) did not have an appreciable effect on UDP-glucuronyltransferase and beta-glucuronidase activities in hepatic microsomes. Thus, Zn2+ and Cd2+ uniquely increased beta-glucuronidase activity. The Zn2(+)- and Cd2(+)-induced increase in beta-glucuronidase activity was completely reversed by the presence of an SH group-protecting reagent (dithiothreitol). The response of the microsomal enzyme to Zn2+ and Cd2+ (20 microM) was no longer seen after treatment with 0.2% Triton X-100 [polyoxyethylene(10)octylphenyl ether], indicating that the stimulation by these metals is dependent on membrane association. The present study suggests that, of various metals tested, Zn2+ and Cd2+ can uniquely increase hepatic microsomal beta-glucuronidase activity and that their effect is based on binding to membranous SH groups, beside the enzyme protein.  相似文献

The kinetics of methanolysis of six O-ethyl O-aryl methylphosphonates (6a-f) promoted by methoxide, La3+ and 1,5,9-triazacyclododecane complex of Zn2+(-OCH3) (5:Zn2+(-OCH3)) were studied as simulants for chemical warfare (CW) agents, and analyzed through the use of Br?nsted plots. The beta(lg) values are, respectively, -0.76, -1.26 and -1.06, pointing to significant weakening of the P-OAr bond in the transition state. For the metal-catalyzed reactions the data are consistent with a concerted process where the P-OAr bond rupture has progressed to the extent of 84% in the La3+ reaction and ca. 70% in the Zn2+ catalyzed reaction. The catalysis afforded by the metal ions is remarkable, being about 10(6)-fold and 10(8)-fold for poor and good leaving groups, respectively, relative to the background reactions at pH 9.1. Solvent deuterium kinetic isotope studies for two of the substrates promoted by 5:Zn2+(-OCH3) give kH/kD = 1.0 +/- 0.1, consistent with a nucleophilic mechanism. A unified mechanism for the metal-catalyzed reactions is presented which involves pre-equilibrium coordination of the substrate to the metal ion followed by intramolecular delivery of a coordinated methoxide.  相似文献

In a study of the spectroscopic behavior of two Schiff base derivatives, salicylaldehyde salicylhydrazone (1) and salicylaldehyde benzoylhydrazone (2), Schiff base 1 has high selectivity for Zn(2+) ion not only in abiotic systems but also in living cells. The ion selectivity of 1 for Zn(2+) can be switched for Mg(2+) by swapping the solvent from ethanol-water to DMF (N,N-dimethylformamide)-water mixtures. Imine 2 is a good fluorescent probe for Zn(2+) in ethanol-water media. Many other ions tested, such as Li(+), Na(+), Al(3+), K(+), Ca(2+), Cr(3+), Mn(2+), Fe(3+), Co(2+), Ni(2+), Cu(2+), Ag(+), Cd(2+), Sn(2+), Ba(2+), Hg(2+), and Pb(2+), failed to induce any spectral change in various solvents. The selectivity mechanism of 1 and 2 for metal ions is based on a combinational effect of proton transfer (ESPT), C═N isomerization, and chelation-enhanced fluorescence (CHEF). The coordination modes of the complexes were investigated.  相似文献

In this paper, three luminescent metal–organic frameworks, namely: [Zn(p-IPhHIDC)]n (1), {[Cd(p-IPhIDC)(H2O)]·CH3OH}n (2) and [Zn(p-TIPhHIDC)]n (3), bearing two novel substituted imidazole dicarboxylate ligands, 2-(p-N-imidazol-1-yl)-phenyl-1H-imidazole-4,5dicarboxylic acid (p-IPhH3IDC) and 2-p-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-phenyl-1H-imidazole-4,5dicarboxylic acid (p-TIPhH3IDC), have been prepared and characterised through infrared spectra, X-ray powder diffraction, elemental analyses, thermogravimetric analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Ignoring the free methanol molecule and coordinated water in 2, 13 are similar structures. Moreover, the luminescent properties of the MOFs have been explored. It was found that MOFs 1 and 2 show good luminescent sensing of Fe3+ in varying degrees, and 3 of K+.  相似文献

以Zn(Ac)2·2H2O、Fe(NO3)3·9H2O和NaOH为原料,采用水热法合成了Fe3+掺杂ZnO复合材料. 并用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜测试技术对合成样品的结构和形貌进行了表征. 结果表明,Fe3+掺杂ZnO合成产物为直棒状,直径为500 nm,长度为3 μm左右. 样品的紫外可见漫反射分析结果表明,在300~500 nm紫外可见光区域均有强的吸收. Fe3+掺杂ZnO作为光催化剂降解有机染料性能优于纯ZnO材料.  相似文献

Ca2+-selective recognition was achieved by using the site-selective transmetalation of homotrinuclear metallohost [L1Zn3]2+ containing a linear tetraoxime ligand. The selectivity (log(KCa/KMg) > 5.1) is comparable to those of the excellent Ca2+ receptors or sensors such as BAPTA, Quin2, and K23E1. X-ray crystallography revealed that the Ca2+ complex [L1Zn2Ca]2+ has a helical structure. On the other hand, the larger analogue H6L2 gave a mixture of [L2Zn4]2+ isomers, which selectively recognizes Ba2+ to give a single tetranuclear complex, [L2Zn3Ba]2+.  相似文献
