本文对准直光束射入含有非线性介质的F-P干涉仪内的光场分布进行了研究。由于非线性介质与光的作用,从F-P干涉仪出射的光束截面上的相移随位置的改变呈一定的分布,进而引起了干涉义的透射率和输出光束重新分布。当干涉仪两个面的反射系数较大时,输出光束截面出现光强和相移的跃变。这种现象与以前在平面波假设下所得的光强分布所得结论有较大的不同。 相似文献

从几何光学出发,推导了毛细管干涉仪的从柱面透镜到接收屏的光线的光程.对光线追迹模拟,结果表明毛细管干涉仪的干涉条纹的形成可用双光束的干涉来解释.从柱面不同位置入射的两条光线可能具有相同的光程,而且从柱面透镜不同位置出发的两条光线可能到达接收屏的同一点,当它们满足相干条件时,就会形成干涉条纹.建立了干涉条纹的计算机模拟程序, 模拟了毛细管中液体折射率、毛细管内径、外径对干涉条纹的影响. 结果表明实验中应使用薄壁毛细管, 由于干涉条纹对柱面透镜到毛细管之间的距离非常敏感, 为提高精度, 建议在实验中用已知折射率的标样来确定这一距离. 相似文献

We have achieved a four-wave mixing process in a high-finesse highly nonlinear fiber Fabry-Perot resonator, where the amplified signal and idler were enhanced in transmission by 6 dB and 10 dB respectively comparing with those in a single fiber. We used a 6 m long low-loss Fabry-Perot resonator with two high-reflectivity fiber Bragg gratings written directly into a highly nonlinear fiber provided by Sumitomo Electric Inc., where the minimised intracavity loss resulted in the finesse in excess of 100. The resonator length was locked for 30 min by means of a modified Pound-Drever-Hall technique. The maximum intracavity power was increased by 14.3 dB by increasing the stimulated Brillouin scattering threshold with periodic phase modulation by a pseudo-random bit sequence, with length matching that of the cavity. 相似文献

A novel single-cavity narrowband Fabry-Perot (FP) polarizing filter at normal incidence, constructed from a sandwich structure with sculptured anisotropic space layer and symmetric isotropic HR mirrors, is designed and prepared. The optical performances of transmittance, phase shift, central wavelength, and bandwidth for two polarized states are analyzed with the characteristic matrix. The numerical studies accord reasonably well with the experimental results. It is demonstrated that the polarization state of the electromagnetic wave and phase shift can be modulated by employing an anisotropic space layer in the polarizing beam splitter system. The birefringence of the anisotropic space layer provides a sophisticated phase modulation by varying the incidence angles over a broad range to have a wide-angle phase shift. 相似文献

A new method for detecting wavefront aberrations using a Fabry-Perot cavity is described. A Fabry-Perot cavity transmits the cavity eigenmode which satisfies a resonance condition, while the other modes are reflected from the cavity. Utilizing this mode discrimination property, we can extract aberration components from incident aberrated light as reflected light from the cavity. Under the condition of a weak aberration, the amplitude profile of the reflected light can be approximated to the wavefront aberration. We can therefore determine the wavefront aberrations in a visualized form with the technique. We present the detection scheme and the first experimental verification of the technique. The detected aberration using this technique was in good agreement with the result on the basis of a conventional wavefront sensor. 相似文献

提出了一种微型光谱仪,该微型光谱仪基于法布里-珀罗腔滤波性的阵列式微型光谱仪。其基本结构是在硅基底上实现多个不同腔长的阵列,从而实现对多个波长的监测。探测单元即为一个法布里-珀罗腔,由硅基底-金属薄膜-二氧化硅层-金属薄膜构成。进行了相应的模拟计算,结果表明在基本结构为铝膜(14 nm)-SiO2-银膜(39 nm)的情况下,通带半宽度可达到15 nm,单个探测单元面积仅为0.14 mm×0.14 mm即可达到微型光栅式光谱仪(最小体积在cm量级)的光通量,整个光谱探测部分体积仅在mm量级。该微型光谱仪设计尺寸在几个mm的量级、无活动部件,可以同时对多个波长进行检测,并可望利用现有IC加工手段实现光谱仪传感器化。 相似文献

The volume hologram is considered as a series of coupled Fabry-Perot etalon. The interference of multi beam makes the band width of volume hologram very narrow. The positive feedback of Fabry-Perot provides high diffraction efficiency of volume hologram. After deriving the expression of the intensity of the transmitted beam for a Gaussian beam passing through a misaligned FPI, the influence of the nonparallelism in FPI mirrors alignment on the transmission of a Gaussian beam has been investigated numerically. The results show that the energy profile of the total transmitted beam appears multiple sub-peaks structure; with the increase of the nonparallelism in FPI mirrors alignment, the number of the sub-peaks raises, the peak intensity of the transmitted beam has a declining tendency, and the peak intensity position of the total transmitted beam is shifted. 相似文献

We present a detailed analysis of transverse effects and pattern formation in bistable optical elements. The system we investigate consists of a Fabry-Perot resonator for the optical feedback element with a nematic liquid-crystal cell used as an optically nonlinear intracavity medium. On illumination with a cw-laser beam, the system causes the beam to break up into several individual spots, passing through several transitions before finally reaching a stationary state. We devise a theoretical model which is used as the basis for numerical simulations of the system. The simulation results are in good agreement with experiment. Finally, we characterize the principal instability of the system using a linear stability analysis of the theoretical model. 相似文献
