Two nickel(II) complexes [Ni(NIT-l′-MeBzlrn)2(Dca)2] (I, II) (NIT-l′-MeBzIm = 2-{2′-[(l′methyl)benzimidazolyl]}-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-l-oxyl-3-oxide) have been prepared and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. They are structural epimers. The complexe crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n, Z = 4. Crystal data: C34H38N14NiO4, M r = 765.49, a = 15.019(3), b = 18.803(4), c = 15.756(3) Å, β = 109.399(3)°, γ = 90° (I); a = 13.934(3), b = 11.046(2), c = 24.570(5) Å, β = 90.024(2)° (II). The X-ray analysis reveals that Ni2+ ion resides in a distorted octahedral center. The complex was linked by intermolecular hydrogen bonds, resulting in a ID chain structure for I and a 2D network configuration for II.  相似文献

The novel dinuclear cadmium(II) complex [Cd2(NIT-1′-MeBzIm)2(CH3COO)4] (I), where NIT-1′-MeBzIm = 2-{2′-[(1′-methyl)benzimidazolyl]}-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide, has been prepared and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic crystal system, space group C2/c, Z = 4. Crystal data: C38H50Cd2N8O12, M r = 1035.66, a = 18.6492(16), b = 11.9605(10), c = 19.9208(17) Å, β = 92.1650(10)°. The X-ray analysis reveals that two Cd(II) atoms were bridged by two acetate groups to form a centrosymmetric Cd(II)-Cd(II) dinuclear entity, Cadmium atom is six-coordinated with a distorted octahedral geometry. The complex is linked by intermolecular hydrogen bonds leading to a 2D network configuration. Magnetic investigation indicates the existence of weak intramolecular interactions; i.e., the complex I is ferromagnetic with J = 1.97 cm?1.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers, [Pb(IDPT)2(NO3)2] (I) and [Mn(IDPT)(SO4)(H2O)2] (II) (IDPT = imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline), were synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction technique. The results reveal that the complex I belongs to monoclinic crystal system, space group C2/c and complex II belongs to monoclinic crystal system, P21/c space group. The cell parameters are: a = 19.1970(13), b = 7.3875(5), c = 17.3825(12) Å, β = 100.47(10)°, V = 2424.0(3) Å3, Z = 4, F(000) = 1488 for I; a = 10.9135(6), b = 7.0230(4), c = 19.7034(10) Å, β = 99.32(10)°, V = 1490.25(14) Å3, Z = 4, F(000) = 828 for II. In the structure of complex I, the metal center Pb(II) is six-coordinated, displays an octahedral geometry. Each molecule is further connected with neighboring one via π-π interactions into 1D chain. In complex II, Mn(II) is six-coordinated to form a distorted octahedral geometry. Compound II displays 1D supramolecular chain formed through hydrogen bonds. Additionally, the fluorescent properties for the complexes were investigated. Complexes I and II exhibit strong photoluminescence with emission maximum at 583 and 529 nm at room temperature.  相似文献

Three Mn(II) complexes of [MnL(Bipy)(H2O)] n (I), [Mn3(Phen)2(HL)2(L)2]n (II), and [Mn(Phen)2(HL)(OH)] (III), where L = 4,4′-(2-acetylpropane-1,3-diyl)dibenzoic acid, Bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, and Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffractions, infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analyses, and magnetic analyses. Complexes I and II are one dimensional (1D) coordination polymers which can form the supramolecules with the help of the intermolecular hydrogen bond interactions. Finally, the landé factors are simulated by magentochemical analysis to be 2.15 and 1.80 for I and II with S = 5/2, respectively.  相似文献

Two Mn(II) sulfoterephthalate complexes, [Mn(HStp)(o-Phen)2] (I) and [Mn(HStp)(2,2′-Bipy)2] (II) (H3Stp = 2-sulfoterephthalic acid, o-Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, 2,2′-Bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine), were synthesized under hydrothermal condition. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that complexes I and II possess similar structure, in which the center Mn2+ ions are hexa-coordinated with one Hstpanion and two N-donor ligands. For both of them, the formation of 3D supramolecular structures are based on both H-bonds and π...π/C-H...π stacking interactions. Electrochemical properties of complexes I and II have been investigated by means of cyclic voltmetry, which shows that electron transfer between Mn(III) and Mn(II) in electrolysis is quasi-reversible process.  相似文献

Two complexes of formulas [Zn(Hfac)2(IM-IMH-Bph)] (I) and [Co(Hfac)3](IM-Bph) (II), where IM-Bph = 2,2′-bis(1′-oxyl-4′,4′,5′,5′-tetramethylimidazoline-2′-yl)-bis(2-formylphenyl) ether; Hfac = hexafluoroacetylacetonate, have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The X-ray analysis demonstrates that both I and II are mononuclear complexes. In I, each zinc ion is five-coordinated with four oxygen atoms from two Hfac ligands and one oxygen atom from nitroxide. Complex II contains one Co(III) atom with six oxygen atoms from three Hfac ligands and uncoordinated IM-Bph diradical, in which the Co2+ ion and NIT-Bph biradical can undergo the redox reaction.  相似文献

A series of Co(II)-H2Cpp coordination polymers incorporating different auxiliary ligands, [Co(Cpp)(Phen)(H2O)] (I), {[Co(Bipy)(H2O)4](Cpp)} n (II), and [Co(Cpp)(Bds)(H2O)] n (III) (H2Cpp = 3-(4-carboxyphenyl)propionic acid, Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, Bipy = 4,4′-bipyridyl, and Bds = 4,4′-bipyridyl sulfide), were synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR, and TG. Three complexes display from 0D to 1D different structural features under the regulation of distinguishing dipyridyl-type coligands. Complex I possesses a binuclear Co(II) motif constructed by H2Cpp and Phen, which further developing a zipper-like 2D layer via H-bonded and π-π stacking interactions. Complex II displays straight Bipy-bridging 1D chain, and further forming a 3D supramolecular structure by hydrogen-bonded interactions. Complex III exhibits 1D double-chain collectively jointed by Cpp and Bds, which further interlinked into a 3D supramolecular architecture by H-bonded interactions.  相似文献

New heteroligand Cu(II) and Zn(II) complexes with the α-naphthylacetic acid anion (NAA) and monoethanolamine (MEA), [M(NAA)2(MEA)2] (M = Cu2+, (I), Zn2+ (II)), are synthesized. The crystal structures of the obtained complexes are determined by X-ray diffraction analysis (CIF files CCDC 984097 (I) and 930946 (II)). The crystals are monoclinic, for I: a = 18.8140(9) Å, b = 4.82500(14) Å, c = 16.0360(7) Å, β = 115.135(6)°, V = 1317.87(11) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 2; for II: a = 32.9760(14) Å, b = 5.0911(3) Å, c = 15.7994(10) Å, β = 94.418(5)°, V = 2644.6(3) Å3, space group C2/c, Z = 4. In the structure of complex I, the Cu2+ ion arranged in the symmetry center is coordinated at the vertices of the distorted octahedron by the oxygen atoms of two NAA molecules (Cu-O(2) 2.019(4) Å) and two MEA molecules. The latter is the bidentate-chelating ligand and coordinates the metal through the O and N atoms to form the five-membered metallocycle (Cu-O(3) 2.457(5), Cu-N(1) 1.986(5) Å). In complex II, the Zn atom (on axis 2) is coordinated at the vertices of the distorted tetrahedron by the oxygen atoms of two NAA molecules (Zn-O(2) 1.976(4) Å) and the nitrogen atoms of two MEA molecules (Zn-N 2.034(6) Å). The character of the interaction of coordinated NAA and MEA ligands and methods for packing complexes I and II are considered on the basis of the structural data.  相似文献

Two complexes are synthesized: diaquabromo(18-crown-6)rubidium [RbBr(18-crown-6)(H2O)2] (I) and triaqua(18-crown-6)barium dibromide monohydrate [Ba(18-crown-6)(H2O)3]2+ 2Br? · H2O (II). The orthorhombic structure of compound I (space group Pnma, a = 10.124 Å, b = 15.205 Å, c = 12.544 Å, Z = 4) and the monoclinic structure of compound II (space group C 2/c, a = 17.910 Å, b = 10.315 Å, c = 14.879 Å, β = 123.23°, Z = 4) are determined by a direct method and refined by the full-matrix least-squares method in the anisotropic approximation to R = 0.063 (I) and 0.042 (II) for all 2293 (I) and 3363 (II) independent measured reflections (CAD-4 automated diffractometer, λMoK α). The complex molecule [RbBr(18-crown-6)(H2O)2] in compound I and the randomly disordered cation [Ba(18-crown-6)(H2O)3]2+ in compound II are of the host-guest type: their Rb+ or Ba2+ cation (its coordination number is nine) is located in the cavity of the 18-crown-6 ligand and coordinated by all six O atoms. In structure I, the coordination polyhedron of Rb+ is a distorted hexagonal pyramid with a triple apex at the Br? ligand and two O atoms of the water molecules. In structure II, the Ba2+ polyhedron is a distorted hexagonal bipyramid with one apex at the O atom of the water molecule and the other split apex at two O atoms of water molecules.  相似文献

Three new complexes, [CdL2(CH3COO)2(H2O)2] (I), CdL2Br2 (II), CdL2I2 (III), have been successfully synthesized by self-assembly of corresponding metal salts with (E)-2-(3-(4-(1H-imidazole-1-yl)styryl)-5,5-dimethylcyclohex-2-enylidene)malononitrile (L). The structures of the complexes were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis (CIF file CCDC nos. 957831 (I), 957792 (II), 957832 (III)). In complex I, central metal is six-coordinated and the crystal packing shows a 3D supramolecular framework. Complexes II and III display the similar 2D supramolecular structures in which the central metals are four-coordination. The luminescent properties were investigated.  相似文献

Coordination compounds [Cd1.5I3(HMTA) · H2O] (I) and [CdI2(HMTA) · H2O] (II) are synthesized by the reaction of CdI2 with hexamethylenetetramine (HMTA, C6H12N4) with the 1: 1 ratio in ethanol, and their structures are determined. The crystals of compound I are triclinic, space group P $ \bar 1 $ , a = 8.027(1), b = 9.391(1), c = 10.382(1)?, ?? = 66.64(1)°, ?? = 86.18(1)°, ?? = 73.63(1)°, V = 749.2(1) ?3, ??calcd = 3.136 g/cm3, Z = 2. The crystals of compound II are triclinic, space group P $ \bar 1 $ , a =7.713(1), b = 8.192(1), c = 12.101(1)?, ?? = 80.32(1)°, ?? = 89.57(1)°, ?? = 7.30(1)°, V = 725.0(1) ?3, ??calcd = 2.402 g/cm3, Z = 2. Structure I includes two types of cadmium complexes. The Cd(1) atom is coordinated through the octahedral mode by three pairs of the I, N(HMTA), and O(H2O) atoms. The coordination polyhedron of the Cd(2) atom is a distorted tetrahedron (three I atoms and one N atom). The structure contains infinite strips consisting of tetranuclear cyclic fragments joined by the Cd(1) atoms due to the bridging iodine and nitrogen atoms. In structure II, the Cd atom is coordinated through the tetrahedral mode by two iodide ions and the N(HMTA) and O(H2O) atoms. The interaction between the complexes occurs due to hydrogen bonds O-H??N to form supramolecular chains along the direction [010]. In each HMTA molecule, one of four nitrogen atoms is a proton acceptor in the hydrogen bonds, one nitrogen atom is coordinated, and two N atoms are terminal. Compound II in the solid state has photoluminescence with maxima at 443, 470, and 518 nm.  相似文献

Complexes RbL (I) and [Li2(C2H5OH)L2] (II) (L = C23H15O3) have been synthesized and their crystal structures have been studied. Both compounds have monoclinic crystals with space group P21/c and Z = 4; I: a = 11.632(2) Å, b = 15.154(3) Å, c = 11.457(2) Å, β = 104.34(3)°; II: a = 12.982(3)Å, b = 12.083(2) Å, c = 25.317(5) Å β = 100.11(3)°. In the structure of I, dimeric groups [Rb2O6] with a shared edge are linked by the ligands to give infinite layers perpendicular to the x axis and cavities that form oblong channels. In the structure of II, Li2O7 dimers are formed by vertex sharing. The coordination of one of the lithium atoms (Li(1)) is completed to tetrahedral by the oxygen atom of the ethanol molecule. The structure of II, like that of I, is layered.  相似文献

The synthsis, crystal structure, thermal analysis and spectroscopic studies of two novel zinc(II) coordination polymers Zn4(NA)4Dpa2 (I) and Zn(Inic)(Bpdc)0.5 (II) (NA = niacin, Inic = isonictinic acid, Dpa = 2,2′-biphenyldicarboxlate, Bpdc = 4,4′-biphenyldicarboxylate) are presented here. The crystal structure of I is a two-dimensional network whose tetranuclear unit is a slightly distorted square. Two kinds of ligand connect adjacent zinc(II) ions, respectively, in a coordinate direction. The structure of II is a three-dimensional and it consist of corrugated square layers of isonictinic acid-bridged zinc(II) ions which are pillared by 4,4′-biphenyldicarboxylate. The rod-ligands in II appear as useful tools to control the interlayer metal-metal separation. Each zinc(II) ion in I and II is four-coordinated with three oxygen atoms and one nitrogen atom building distorted tetrahedron environments.  相似文献

Reactions of Ni(NO3)2 · 6H2O) in EtOH(iso-PrOH) with optically active bis(menthane) ethylene-diaminodioxime (H2L1), pinano-para-menthane ethylenediaminodioxime (H2L2), pinano-para-menthane propylenediaminodioxime (H2L3) and bis(pinane) propylenediaminodioxime (H2L4) were used to synthesize [Ni(H2L1)NO3[NO3 · 2H2O (I), [Ni(HL2)]NO3 (II), [Ni(HL3)]NO3 (III), and [Ni(HL4)]NO3 (IV). X-ray diffraction study of paramagnetic complex Ieff = 3.04 μB and diamagnetic complexes II and III revealed their ionic structures. A distorted octahedral polyhedron N4O2 in the cation of complex I is formed by the N atoms of tetradentate cycle-forming ligand, i.e., the H2L1 molecule, and the O atoms of the NO 3 ? anion acting as a bidentate cyclic ligand. In the cations of complexes II and III, containing a pinane fragment, the coordination core NiN4 has the shape of a distorted square formed on coordination of tetradentate cycle-forming ligands, i.e., anions of the starting dioximes. The structure of diamagnetic complex IV is likely to be similar to the structures of complexes II and III.  相似文献
