N-芳基氮氧方酸的活性羟基能够被芳伯胺取代。利用这一特性,可在方酸四碳环上引入另一不同的芳胺基,即可获得不对称芳基取代的方酰胺或异方酰胺。以乙醇等为介质,芳伯胺与7种N-芳基氮方酸反应,制得25个不对称的方酰胺和24个不对称的异方酰胺。该合成方法优点突出,反应简便有效,通用性强。 相似文献

Two regioselective synthetic routes towards 3,5-disubstituted isoxazoles from ynones are reported. One route takes place via first converting the ynones to ynone O-methyl oximes, followed by a palladium-catalyzed intramolecular cyclization. The other involves the formation of 5-hydroxy-4,5-dihydroisoxazoles by a cyclocondensation between ynones and hydroxylamine, and subsequent acid mediated dehydration. The two routes are not only both highly regioselective, but also complementary to each other as a pair of regioisomeric 3,5-disubstituted isoxazoles are readily prepared from one single ynone substrate. The efficiency of the two routes are further evaluated and demonstrated in the synthesis of three representative 3,5-disubstituted isoxazoles. 相似文献

Surfactant-free nonaqueous (and/or nonhydrolytic) sol-gel routes constitute one of the most versatile and powerful synthesis methodologies for nanocrystalline metal oxides with high compositional homogeneity and purity. Although the synthesis protocols are particularly simple, involving only metal oxide precursors and common organic solvents, the obtained uniform nanocrystals exhibit an immense variety of sizes and shapes. The small number of reactants in these routes enables the study of the chemical mechanisms involved in metal oxide formation. Nonhydrolytic routes to inorganic nanomaterials that used surfactants as size- and shape-controlling agents have been discussed recently. This Minireview supplements this topic by discussing surfactant-free processes, which have become a valuable alternative to surfactant-assisted as well as to traditional aqueous sol-gel chemistry routes. 相似文献

Two straightforward and convenient routes for the synthesis of the antimalarial agents FR900098 and fosmidomycin are described. In the key steps N- or P-alkylation reactions are used. The best overall yields of FR900098 and fosmidomycin in 15 mmol scale are 83% and 68%, respectively. These routes utilize readily available materials and avoid harsh conditions. 相似文献

The concept of colloidal molecules was first evoked by van Blaaderen in 2003 for describing small non-spherical colloids made of the aggregation of a small number of particles. He predicted original properties to the complex assemblies of such colloids, in particular in optics. This critical review deals with the different strategies reported for creating robust clusters of spherical particles which could mimic the space-filling models of simple conventional molecules. These routes concern either the controlled clustering of preformed colloids directed by coalescence, physical routes, chemical routes, or 2-D/3-D geometrical confinement, or strategies starting from a single colloid which is decorated by satellite colloids by taking advantage of controlled phase separation or nucleation and growth phenomena.
