根据用原子力显微镜对在不同温度下晶化的Fe基非晶合金薄带三维介观结构的观察,结合X射线衍射、Mssbauer谱等前人已有的实验结果并在目前已有的理论研究基础上,对Fe基非晶合金薄带在不同温度下的晶化过程进行了系统的分析、研究,提出了两种Nb-B框架介观结构、团聚相和单位体积纳米晶粒平均数等新概念,建立了Fe基纳米晶合金的晶化机理假说,提出了描述Fe基非晶合金晶化过程的介观织构模型.这个模型能够演化成二相结构模型和三相互套结构模型,还可以合理地解释现有的实验结果以及500—600℃退火中Fe基纳米晶巨磁阻

推导出了单相纳米晶合金的晶界过剩体积与晶粒尺寸之间的定量关系, 建立了纳米晶合金的晶界热力学性质随温度和晶粒尺寸发生变化的确定性函数. 针对SmCo7纳米晶合金, 通过纳米晶界热力学函数计算和分析, 研究了单相纳米晶合金的晶粒组织热稳定性. 研究表明, 当纳米晶合金的晶粒尺寸小于对应于体系中晶界自由能最大值的临界晶粒尺寸时, 纳米晶组织处于相对稳定的热力学状态; 当纳米晶粒尺寸达到和超过临界尺寸时, 纳米晶组织将发生热力学失稳, 导致不连续的快速晶粒长大. 利用纳米晶合金热力学理论与元胞自动机算法相耦合的模型对SmCo7纳米晶合金在升温过程中的晶粒长大行为进行了计算机模拟, 模拟结果与纳米晶合金热力学模型的计算预测结果一致, 由此证实了关于纳米晶合金晶粒组织热稳定性的研究结论.

用热压烧结法制备得到纳晶铜块体. 用激光法测定了不同温度下制备得到的纳晶铜块体的热导率, 并建立卡皮查热阻模型对样品热导率进行模拟. 通过对比, 模拟结果与实验数据基本一致. 随着热压烧结温度的升高, 纳晶铜晶粒尺寸也随之增大. 在900和700 ℃其热导率分别达到了最大和最小值且所对应的热导率分别为200.63和233.37 W·m-1·K-1, 各占粗晶铜块体热导率的53.4%和60.6%. 验证了纳晶铜热导率在一定的晶粒尺寸范围内具有尺寸效应, 随着晶粒尺寸的减小, 热导率逐渐减小. 相似文献

非晶合金通常是将熔融的金属快速冷却、通过抑制结晶而获得的原子呈长程无序排列的金属材料.由于具有这种特殊结构,铁基软磁非晶合金具有各向同性特征、很小的结构关联尺寸和磁各向异性常数,因而具有很小的矫顽力H_c,但可和晶态材料一样具有高的饱和磁感强度B_s.优异的软磁性能促进了铁基软磁非晶合金的应用研究.目前,铁基软磁非晶/纳米晶合金带材已实现大规模工业化生产和应用,成为重要的高性能软磁材料.本文回顾了软磁非晶合金的发现和发展历程,结合成分、结构、工艺对铁基非晶/纳米晶合金软磁性能的影响,介绍了相关基础研究成果和工艺技术进步对铁基软磁非晶/纳米晶合金研发和工业化应用的重要贡献.并根据结构、性能特征将铁基软磁非晶合金研发与应用分为三个阶段,指出了目前铁基软磁非晶合金研发与应用中面临的挑战和发展方向. 相似文献

Due to the large grain boundary (GB) volume fraction in nanocrystalline materials, interactions between GB and compositional domain boundary (CDB) play an important role in determining the nanoscale-modulated domain structures during spinodal decomposition. In the present paper, the phase field crystal model is employed to investigate the interactions between GB and CDB. Simulation results show that CDB coarsening can drive the GB migration and bring the impingement of particles with different orientations; the large volume fraction of GB can increase the dislocation volume fraction in CDBs but does not change its proportion in the whole defects number; the crossover point of the coarsening dynamic comes from the block effect of GB with large volume fraction. 相似文献

The circular permeability μ′=μ′−jμ″ of two Fe-based soft magnetic wires with axial and transverse domains, has been determined from the measurements of impedance Z=R+jX as functions of frequency (f=10-105 Hz) and AC current amplitude (I=0.1-100 mA). From the magnetic spectra of μ′−f and μ″−f for a few circular fields (Hφ=0.4, 1.2, 4, 12, 40 A/m), we found that the sample with axial domain structure exhibits a relaxational feature, while for the one with transverse domain resonance-like spectra were observed when the circular field Hφ≥4 A/m. An earlier dislocation model for predicting the grain size effect on deformation twinning in nanocrystalline (nc) face-centred-cubic (fcc) metals has been found valid for pure metals but problematic for alloys. The problem arises from the assumption that the stacking-fault energy (γSF) is twice the coherent twin-boundary energy (γfcc), which is approximately correct for pure fcc metals, but not for alloys. Here we developed a modified dislocation model to explain the deformation twinning nucleation in fcc alloy systems, where γSF ≠ 2γtwin. This model can explain the differences in the formations of deformation twins in pure metals and alloys, which is significant in low stacking-fault energy alloys. We also describe the procedure to calculate the optimum grain size for twinning in alloy systems and present a method to estimate γtwin. 相似文献

Nanocrystalline FeB alloys have been prepared with optimized grain
size and internal stress. Samples prepared under different annealing
conditions are analysed by x-ray diffraction, and the permeability
$\mu(\omega)$ is measured by HP8510B Vector Network Analyser in the
frequency range 2--18GHz. The results show that annealing leads to
the growth of the grain size and reduces the internal stress, and
smaller grain size and larger internal stress favours the magnetic
