为提高液体介质中受激拉曼散射的输出能量,提出了通过温度调控来抑制受激布里渊散射的方法,设计了532 nm多纵模宽带脉冲激光泵浦的受激拉曼散射发生系统,测量了不同温度下水中前向受激拉曼散射及后向受激布里渊散射的输出能量,分析了水温、泵浦激光线宽及热散焦效应对受激拉曼散射输出能量影响的物理机制.实验结果表明:通过降低水温可实现对受激布里渊散射过程的有效抑制,同时减小热散焦效应带来的光束畸变,从而有效提高受激拉曼散射的输出能量.研究结果对液体介质中的受激拉曼散射多波长转换具有重要意义.  相似文献

利用一维(1D3V)、显式、全电磁、相对论粒子模拟代码研究动理学范畴内激光与等离子体相互作用中的受激拉曼散射,给出了粒子代码的控制方程及其数值离散的详细方案,研究表明:动理学效应在受激拉曼散射不稳定性中十分重要;时问平均的反射率在阈值强度处跃升,在更高的激光强度处达到饱和;受激拉曼背向散射周期性地在次皮秒内爆发,离子效应延迟背向拉曼散射的发生;电子俘获导致了背向拉曼散射出现爆发;Langmuir波的非线性频移使得背向散射达到饱和。  相似文献

研究了激光等离子体背向受激布里渊散射光谱及反射率。当小能量短脉冲激光入射平面靶时,激光等离子体发展不充分,受激布里渊散射光谱结构相似,受激布里渊散射的增长主要受等离于体尺度的影响,随靶材料的有效原子序数的增加,等离子体尺度变小,受激布里渊散射反射率减少。  相似文献

报道了三倍频脉冲Nd∶YAG激光(355 nm)在两种不同带宽模式下抽运氧气中受激拉曼散射(SRS)和受激布里渊散射(SBS)的实验研究。在宽带(约1 cm-1)抽运模式下,只测到了前向受激拉曼散射,而没有观察到后向散射,其一级和二级斯托克斯最大能量转换效率可达22%和8%。在窄带(约0.003 cm-1)模式下,前向、后向受激拉曼散射和受激布里渊散射都测量到了,但大部分抽运能量都转换到受激布里渊散射,其转换效率可达67%。测量了两种带宽模式下各散射组分在它们最佳转换时的波形;窄带情况下后向受激拉曼散射和受激布里渊散射的脉宽分别可压窄至1.5 ns和2.3 ns,不到抽运脉宽的三分之一,使得受激布里渊散射峰值功率可大大高于抽运功率。对氧气中前向、后向受激拉曼散射和受激布里渊散射之间的竞争进行了讨论。  相似文献

在激光间接驱动的惯性约束聚变(ICF)中,高强度激光与低密度等离子体发生相互作用,会激发两种受激散射过程:受激布里渊散射和受激拉曼散射。它们会损失激光能量、破坏辐射场对称性、产生超热电子,从而危害聚变点火过程。因此,理解受激散射的物理过程并找到抑制其发展的有效方法,是ICF研究中重点关注的问题。介绍了中国激光聚变研究团队为研究受激散射过程而发展的多个理论模型,以及这些模型在实验数据分析中的具体应用。这些理论模型与实验研究一起,为提升受激散射过程的物理理解发挥了重要作用。  相似文献

研究了光纤激光器前向抽运的S波段分布式光纤拉曼放大器中级联的受激布里渊散射(SBS)串扰现象。用窄光谱带宽(<100MHz)的可调谐激光二极管作为信号源,通过S波段分布式光纤拉曼放大器,当被放大的信号功率超过单模光纤受激布里渊散射的阈值时,出现了前向受激布里渊散射,这是传导声波布里渊散射在光纤放大器中放大的现象。随着拉曼放大器抽运功率的提高,在斯托克斯区,出现了两阶受激布里渊散射线,在实验中观测到偶数阶的受激布里渊散射谱线功率大于奇数阶的布里渊一瑞利散射线。当进一步增加拉曼放大器的抽运功率,出现了前向级联的多阶受激布里渊散射现象,拉曼放大器的增益下降,被放大的信号功率转换为受激布里渊散射,噪声变大。受激布里渊散射的串扰破坏了拉曼放大器的特性,使拉曼放大器无法在密集波分复用光纤传输系统中使用,因此需要严格地控制入纤的信号功率和放大器的抽运功率。在实验中还观测到在光纤拉曼放大器中被放大的信号光和受激布里渊散射线两侧的伴线。  相似文献

针对双锥对撞点火方案实验中的受激布里渊散射过程,发展了一套门控角分辨全口径背向散射诊断系统。设计了光纤阵列,对神光-ⅡU装置打靶伺服反射镜上的散射信号进行收集,利用其时间特性,通过相对测量的方式,获得了角分辨的背向受激布里渊散射能量份额,发现其角分布敏感依赖于激光在球壳表面的辐照模式,为深入研究双锥对撞点火方案中的受激布里渊散射过程提供了可靠的实验结果。  相似文献

报道了基于神光Ⅱ激光装置的全口径背向散射测量系统。系统通过激光聚焦透镜收集激光等离子体相互作用产生的散射光;两个热能量卡计分别测量波长348~354 nm范围的受激布里渊散射和波长400~700 nm范围的受激拉曼散射产生的散射光。该系统可以测量散射光的能量、功率和光谱图像,提供优于0.5 nm光谱分辨和10 ps时间分辨的光谱物理信息。同时采用PIN二极管阵列对聚焦透镜外侧附近的近背向散射光信息进行测量。  相似文献

使用等离子体背向受激拉曼散射对激光进行放大时,等离子体的密度、温度和长度都会对激光的放大效果产生影响.为了探究等离子体密度对结果的影响,本文使用一维粒子模拟程序模拟了波长为800 nm的泵浦激光入射到均匀等离子体中,等离子体密度和泵浦光光强对散射光光谱的影响.模拟结果表明,等离子体密度降低会导致散射光的波长变短,而泵浦光的光强在一定范围内降低会增加散射光中背向散射光的比例.通过分析散射光的光强和等离子体的密度,发现前向拉曼散射是等离子体密度变化的原因.模拟结果对等离子体背向受激拉曼散射放大的实验研究具有重要的指导意义.  相似文献

Experimental investigations were made of wavefront reproduction (WFR) by backward stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) and backward stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) in CS2 with a linearly polarized ruby pump beam. The experimental studies were carried out as a function of the optical waveguide diameter and photographic records comparing the pump beam with the backscattered SBS and SRS beams are presented. In all of the cases studied there was a high degree of replication between the SBS and pump beams; however, a deterioration in the quality of the replicated SRS beam was observed, and it increased as the cross-sectional area of the waveguide increased.  相似文献

本文从理论和实验上分析了水的衰减系数及有效增益长度对受激布里渊散射(SBS)输出能量的影响。实验结果表明,衰减系数越小,SBS输出能量越高。由于脉宽压缩效应,当入射光能量足够高并且有效增益长度相对较长时,SBS易获得高能量而形成极高的峰值功率。一旦这种峰值功率超过受激拉曼散射(SRS)或者二阶SBS阈值,SBS就会作为一个新的激发源去激发SRS或者二阶SBS,从而消耗掉部分SBS的能量,所以会出现后向有效增益长度越长,SBS的输出能量越低的现象。 关键词: 受激布里渊散射 衰减系数 有效增益长度 脉宽压缩  相似文献

Significant reductions of stimulated Brillouin (SBS) and Raman (SRS) scattering are measured by adding polarization smoothing (PS) to a random phase plate smoothed beam. The associated plasma waves, as measured by Thomson scattering, are spatially and temporally modified and reveal that the interplay between SBS and SRS has to be taken into account to understand the effect of the smoothing. The results also support the numerical simulations [S. Huller et al., Phys. Plasmas 5, 2706 (1998); R. Berger et al., Phys. Plasmas 6, 1043 (1999)] predicting a reduction of self-focusing with PS, resulting in a decrease of the maximum laser intensity and consequently of SBS and SRS gains.  相似文献

We demonstrate stimulated supercontinuum-radiation of carbon disulfide (CS2) influenced by biological molecules all-trans-β -carotene in liquid core optical fibre (LCOF). By virtue of the broad fluorescence characteristics and large third-order optical nonlinearities of all-{trans}-β-carotene,the high-order Stokes lines of stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) and the multi-order Stokes lines of stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) excitated by SRS are observed at low input-laser energies. The results indicate that the fluorescence not only enhances the SRS, but also the SBS. These Stokes lines generate the SRS--SBS supercontinuum radiation (RBSR). A flat-amplitude bandwidth of 110 nm from 515nm to 625nm is observed when a frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser at 532nm with an energy of 0.86mJ is used. This result is expected to be useful for the multi-wavelength fibre laser.  相似文献

Seeding high power fiber amplifier employing multi-tone fiber laser is an effective approach to suppress stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS). In this paper, a two-stage 1064 nm high power fiber amplification system was set up. Single-, two- and three-tone fiber lasers were employed. SBS threshold powers and maximum output powers of the multi-tone cases are enhanced compared with the single-tone case. The multi-tone amplifiers also show comparable optical-to-optical efficiency to the single-tone amplifier. To demonstrate and validate coherence property of the two multi-tone fiber amplifiers, the output laser beams of the amplifiers were self-interfered in our self-made coherent beam combining system. The laser beams of the multi-tone cases showed good coherence property comparable to the single-tone case, which implied that the high power output laser light of the multi-tone fiber amplifiers could be used for coherent beam combining.  相似文献

A new method based “Split-combined” principle is proposed to improve the load capacity of stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) phase-conjugating mirror (PCM). The incident light is split into two beams by polarizer, which will respectively produce SBS in the same experimental conditions, and then the generated two beams of Stokes light are combined together so as to improve the system’s load capacity. The method is verified in Continuum Nd: YAG seed-injected laser system and use FC-72 as the SBS medium. The results show that this method not only has a simple structure and high efficiency characteristics, but also improves the system’s power-load capacity and acquires a better quality linearly-polarized beam, which is expected to provide a new program for the application of SBS phase-conjugating mirror in a high-power system.  相似文献
