塞曼效应实验通过测量汞绿光在磁场中分裂谱线的波长差计算电子的荷质比。电脑辅助版塞曼效应实验利用CCD图像采集卡将法布里-珀罗标准具等倾干涉图像采集到电脑,再利用塞曼效应实验分析软件对图像进行处理,测出光分裂的谱线波长差,计算出电子荷质比。虚拟仿真型塞曼效应实验则是利用科大奥锐提供的虚拟仿真实验系统,从实验仪器的摆放、调试到测量及数据处理,实现对塞曼效应实验的全程模拟仿真。电脑辅助版塞曼效应实验克服了过去手工测量的诸多缺陷,但并没有解决所有不足,还带来一些新问题。塞曼效应虚拟仿真实验几乎解决了传统塞曼效应实验所遇到的所有问题,只要必要的步骤操作到位,就可以得到理想的实验结果。通过研究分析,深刻认识到两种实验方式相互不能完全替代,但可以作为有益补充。 相似文献

Recently an act-and-wait modification of time-delayed feedback control has been proposed for the stabilization of unstable periodic orbits in nonautonomous dynamical systems (Pyragas and Pyragas, 2016 [30]). The modification implies a periodic switching of the feedback gain and makes the closed-loop system finite-dimensional. Here we extend this modification to autonomous systems. In order to keep constant the phase difference between the controlled orbit and the act-and-wait switching function an additional small-amplitude periodic perturbation is introduced. The algorithm can stabilize periodic orbits with an odd number of real unstable Floquet exponents using a simple single-input single-output constraint control. 相似文献

A simple modification of BIRD pulses, which removes the inversion effect on an X nucleus and retains a chemical-shift evolution of the heterospin, is proposed. This modification extends the possibilities for manipulation of heteronuclear spin systems. The concept of group-selective π pulses was shown to be useful in systematic design of pulse sequences in heteronuclear NMR spectroscopy. This approach was illustrated for the proton-carbon chemical-shift-correlated experiment, a new method for measurement of 1J(C, H) from correlated spectra. 相似文献

A flexible and rapid surface functionalization of amorphous carbon films shows a great potential for various application fields such as biological surfaces and tribological systems. For this purpose, the combination of thin film deposition and subsequent laser material processing was investigated. Amorphous carbon layers doped with hydrogen were deposited on silicon wafers by reactive direct-current magnetron sputtering. Films with three different hydrogen contents were synthesized. Subsequent to the thin film deposition process, UV laser material processing at wavelengths of 193 nm or 248 nm was performed with respect to chemical surface modification and surface structuring on micro- and nanometer scale. Depending on structure size and laser-induced chemical surface modification the adjustment of the surface energy and wetting behaviour in a broad range from hydrophobic to hydrophilic was possible. The chemical modification and the ablation mechanisms near the ablation threshold were strongly influenced by the hydrogen content in amorphous carbon thin films.Structural and chemical information of the as-deposited and modified films was obtained by Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and contact angle measurements. 相似文献

A modification of the Shaw–Pierre nonlinear normal modes is suggested in order to analyze the vibrations of a piecewise linear mechanical systems with finite degrees of freedom. The use of this approach allows one to reduce to twice the dimension of the nonlinear algebraic equations system for nonlinear normal modes calculations in comparison with systems obtained by previous researchers. Therefore, the standard form of calculating Wigner function (WF) does not work for these systems. The fluorescence photobleaching recovery method with pulse-position modulation (PPM) of bleaching/probing irradiation is presented.
This approach is modification of previously announced photobleaching recovery under decaying photobleaching (FRDP) approach,
which employs the amplitude control of irradiation intensity. Underlying idea was to solve the problem of setup nonlinearity
by methodical modification that was successfully done. The irradiation intensity is series of equal bleach-probe pulses with
increasing distance. The more sophisticated series was proposed as a convolution of subseries, which one characterizing its
own time scale. It allows to detect the fluorescence kinetics in the wide range of time and of different nature simultaneously.
The method was applied on model systems as FITC-HSA in the water/glycerol mixture and FITC-DMPE in the POPC multibilayers.
The method allowed to detect and investigate diffusion processes, presence immobile fraction, effect of limited area of liposomes
and reversible fluorescence kinetics. 相似文献
