山苍子雄花和雌花挥发油的提取及成分分析 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
山苍子的根、叶和果实中均含有精油,山苍子油的主要成分为柠檬醛。采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取山苍子花挥发油,对雄花和雌花分别提取。并利用GC-MS气质联用仪对两组挥发油进行分析检测,确定其化学成分及相对百分含量。从雄花挥发油中鉴定出43种成分(占挥发油总含量的88.15%),从雌花挥发油中鉴定出30种成分(占挥发油总量的85.53%)。 相似文献

采用色谱-质谱联用技术结合化学计量学方法对不同光照生长条件的鱼腥草挥发性成分进行分析。水蒸气蒸馏法提取鱼腥草挥发油,气相色谱-质谱进行分析。色谱指纹图谱结合主成分分析与相似度评价以探究不同光照挥发油成分的异同。直观推导式演进特征投影法(Heuristic evolving latent projections,HELP)分辨重叠色谱峰,NIST标准质谱库结合相关文献进行定性,峰面积归一化法定量,t-检验比较不同光照组成分含量间是否有显著性差异。3种光照下的鱼腥草挥发油指纹图谱存在一定的共性和差异,共鉴定出33种化合物,共有化合物26种。随着光照强度的减少,单萜类化合物含量减少,非萜类含量增多,倍半萜类变化不大。癸酰乙醛和甲基正壬酮在全光照组的含量明显低于遮光组的含量。研究结果表明,适度的遮光有利于鱼腥草挥发性有效成分含量的提高,鱼腥草药材挥发性成分种类及含量与生长条件密切相关。 相似文献

采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测法(HPLC-DAD)测定2、3年生不同月份(5月、6月、7月、8月和9月)采集的栽培宽叶羌活中绿原酸、阿魏酸、紫花前胡苷、补骨脂素、佛手柑内酯、欧前胡素、羌活醇和异欧前胡素的含量,考察采收时间和生长年限对栽培宽叶羌活主要活性成分含量的影响。结果表明,2、3年生栽培宽叶羌活各活性成分在返青及生长初期(5~6月份)含量较高,在生长旺盛的花果期(6~7月份)呈明显下降趋势,8月份达到最低水平,9月份又略有回升。2年生栽培宽叶羌活所测活性成分总含量在不同月份均低于3年生栽培宽叶羌活。生长年限和采收时间对宽叶羌活活性成分含量的积累具有重要影响,本研究对于宽叶羌活的进一步研究和开发应用提供了科学依据。 相似文献

在运用GC/MS技术的基础上采用HELP(直观推导式演进特征投影法)方法研究了九种唇形科植物的化学成分, 并以唇形科植物半枝莲为例详细介绍了HELP的解析过程. 应用总体积积分法测定各成分的相对百分含量. 鉴定出相对共有成分达70余种, 大多数为萜类化合物及其衍生物. 不同的唇形科植物的挥发油化学成分与特征成分有明显差异. 九种药材挥发性成分中均含有桉油精(Eucalyptol, 含量0.10%~1.01%)和芳樟醇(Linalool, 0.11%~3.05%). 利用GC/MS分析法结合化学计量学分辨方法鉴定挥发油化学成分, 比单独使用GC-MS法结果更准确、可靠. 相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取海南地区三叶鬼针草花、叶和地上部位挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)对挥发油化学成分进行分离分析,并采用面积归一化法获得各个化合物的相对含量。结果表明从海南三叶鬼针草花、叶和地上部位挥发油中分别鉴定出21,15,36个成分,分别占挥发油总量的84.89%,91.21%和91.74%。三个部位共鉴定出化合物45种,其中共有成分7种。化合物苯基-1,3,5-庚三炔为三个部位的主要成分,相对含量分别为51.84%,62.16%和55.82%,进一步采用硅胶柱色谱技术分离获得其单体化合物,并通过核磁共振技术结合文献对照确定其结构。MTT法测试发现该化合物对宫颈癌Hela和肺腺癌A549细胞具有中等抑制增殖活性。由实验结果可知:海南三叶鬼针草不同部位挥发油化学成分存在差异,苯基-1,3,5-庚三炔是其不同部位的主要成分。该研究结果为海南三叶鬼针草的进一步开发利用提供科学依据。 相似文献

采用基于超高效液相色谱与串联四极杆飞行时间质谱仪(Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry,UHPLC-Q-TOF MS)联用的代谢组学方法,通过分析大鼠尿液内源性代谢物的变化,研究黄芩-栀子药对治疗糖尿病肾病的作用机制。利用高脂高糖饲料喂养并腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立糖尿病大鼠模型。给药12周后,采用UHPLC-Q-TOF MS对正常对照组、模型组、黄芩-栀子药对治疗组的尿液样品进行代谢轮廓分析。利用正交偏最小二乘判别分析(Orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis,OPLS-DA)对实验数据进行分析,挑选出对各组分分离贡献较大(VIP>1,p<0.05)的化合物在Human Metabolome Database(HMDB)等数据库进行质谱信息匹配,共鉴定出糖尿病肾病潜在生物标记物31个,给药后回调生物标记物16个。研究结果表明,黄芩-栀子药对通过影响胆汁酸的合成与代谢、尿毒素代谢、能量代谢、色氨酸代谢、苯丙氨酸代谢、酪氨酸代谢等通路对糖尿病肾病起到治疗作用,其中胆汁酸的合成与代谢、尿毒素代谢和能量代谢可能是黄芩-栀子药对发挥治疗作用的主要途径。与单味药相比,配伍后的药对具有了新的药理作用。 相似文献

Seeds of three accessions of Dracocephalum heterophyllum growing wild in high altitude locations in the cold desert regions of trans-Himalaya were collected and propagated under polyhouse conditions at IHBT Palampur to evaluate, compare their growth performance and essential oil composition. Three different chemotypes viz., citronellol-rose oxides type, citronellol type and citronellal-trans rose oxide type were identified. Samples of essential oils were distilled separately from leaves and inflorescence of all the three cultivated accessions and characterised by capillary GC and GC-MS techniques, which showed variation in the volatile constituents. In all the three accessions, citronellol was higher in the inflorescence oils as compared to leaf oils. Rose oxides, which are important high odour value cyclic monoterpene ethers were found in the essential oil samples of leaves as well as in the inflorescence of accession II, whereas these constituents were absent in the leaves of other two accessions. The essential oil from the inflorescence part of accession I was devoid of both cis and trans isomers of rose oxide, while accession III contained only one isomer of trans rose oxide. Under polyhouse conditions, seed germination was higher in accession III, whereas aerial biomass was higher in accession I. In comparison to other accessions, yield of volatile oil was higher in both leaf and inflorescence of accessions I, whereas accession II had higher oil yield from inflorescence. This is the first report of volatile oil composition of three accessions of D. heterophyllum cultivated at Palampur having potential as a new source of high valued essential oil for introduction in the perfumery industry. 相似文献

Abstract In this study, in order to determine chemical constituents of a traditional Chinese medicinal formula (TCMF) and identify their changes during the production process, both volatile and water-soluble components were detected for Yupingfeng (YPF) powder and its composed herbs of Radix Astragali (RA), Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (RAM), and Radix Saposhnikoviae (RS). In the first part of the research, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was employed to analyze volatile components. Some chemometric resolution techniques were then investigated to treat the two-dimensional data produced. The results showed that 116, 12, 80, and 68 constituents were separated; 61, 11, 32, and 44 of them tentatively identified, which accounted for about 77.31%, 97.71%, 79.28%, and 86.01% of the total relative contents of essential oils from YPF, RA, RAM, and RS, respectively. In comparison with volatile components determined, except six ones with low contents from RS, almost all from RA, RAM, and RS could be found in YPF. Most of volatile constituents with high concentrations in YPF were from RAM. Gamma-Eudesmol not found in any single herbs was identified in YPF. However, its relative content was 0.19% only. Chemometric resolution techniques upon two-dimensional data produced by hyphenated instruments could chemically characterize complex systems like TCMF clearly. 相似文献

研究了大叶黄杨叶、茎、果挥发油的化学成分及抗病毒活性。 采用超临界二氧化碳萃取,应用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS) 法鉴定挥发油化学成分,考察体外抗病毒作用。 共鉴定133个化合物,大叶黄杨叶挥发油中主要有2-乙氧丙烷(41.92%)、(E)-2-己烯-1-醇(17.8%)、 (E)-香叶醇(7.86%)、甲基环己烷(6.60%)等;大叶黄杨茎挥发油中主要有甲氧基苯基肟(33.10%)、二十八烷(14.34%)、α-甲基-α-[4-甲基-3-戊烯基]环氧乙烷甲醇(12.48%)、甲苯(11.88%)、二十一烷(7.74%) 等;大叶黄杨果挥发油中主要有苯甲醛(15.52%)、甲苯(15.03%)、甲基环己烷(14.76%)、(Z)-3-己烯-1-醇(10.98%)等。 大叶黄杨叶、茎、果的环己烷、乙醚萃取挥发油对特定病毒有显著抑制效果。 大叶黄杨叶、茎、果中挥发油萃取部位成分差异明显,有特定抗病毒活性。 相似文献

In this study, we report the preliminary data on the chemical composition of Yemeni Schinus molle L. volatile oil obtained by supercritical extraction with carbon dioxide (40°C and 90?bar), SFE, and by hydrodistillation (HD). The composition of the volatile oil has been analysed by GC and GC-MS. The content of the major constituents in the oils from leaves varied in the following ranges: germacrene D 3.7% in SFE and 16.7% in HD; β-caryophyllene 19.1% in SFE and 13.5% in HD. The amount of monoterpenes constituted 4%, in all the analysed samples, while the number of sesquiterpenes was 44% in supercritical and 67% in HD oil. Some compounds were not identified by GC-MS and it will require further analysis using other analytical techniques. 相似文献
