Crystals of [Cu(o-Andp)(H2O)2] · 2H2O (where o-Andp2–is -anisidine-N,N-di-3-propionate) were synthesized and studied using X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals are triclinic: a= 12.063(1) Å, b= 12.483(3) Å, c= 13.586(2) Å, = 91.29(1)°, = 111.67(1)°, = 104.00(1)°, V= 1830.5(5) Å3, space group P , Z= 2, and R= 0.0528 for 5965 reflections with I2(I). The two crystallographically independent complexes are isostructural. The tetragonal–bipyramidal coordination of copper(III) involves three O atoms, the N atom of the tetradentate ligand o-Andp2–, and two O atoms from water. The aminodipropionate group of the ligand (average Cu–O 1.939 Å and Cu–N 2.051 Å) and one of the coordinated water molecules (Cu–O(w) 1.991 Å) lie in the equatorial plane. The second water molecule (Cu–O(w) 2.32 Å) and the methoxy O atom of o-Andp2–(Cu–O 2.37 Å) are in the apical positions of the bipyramid.  相似文献

Compounds [Cu2(CH2FCOO)4· 2CH3CN](CH3CN) (I) and Ag3(CF3COO)3(CH3CN)2(II) were synthesized and studied by X-ray structural analysis. Crystals Iare monoclinic, space group C2/c, a= 27.854(6), b= 8.286(2), c= 19.428(4) Å, = 106.82(3)°, V= 4292(2) Å3, Z= 8, R 1= 0.0426; crystals IIare triclinic, space group , a= 8.676(2), b= 9.819(2), c= 11.961(2) Å, = 95.27(3), = 109.59(3)°, = 104.60(3)°, V= 911.4(3) Å3, Z= 2, R 1= 0.0252. Structure Iis composed of the structural units (lanterns) typical of copper(II) carboxylates. The presence of an additional acetonitrile molecule noncoordinated by the copper atoms makes it possible to consider compound Ias a lattice clathrate. Structure IIhas no analogs among the silver carboxylates. It simultaneously contains silver atoms with coordination numbers varying from 2 to 4.  相似文献

Sodium salicylate (NaSal where Sal=2-hydroxybenzoate), when mixed with dibenzo-24-crown-8 (DB24C8) yields a bimetallic complex [NaSal]2DB24C8 in most polar organic media, while potassium salicylate (KSal) under similar conditions shows a tendency to yield 11 or 21 complexes depending upon medium or synthesis. However, the presence of both NaSal and KSal together results in a unique mixed cation complex of composition NaKSal2DB24C8. This product melts sharply (190-92°C) without decomposition, displays IR spectral characteristics comparable to those of [Na(Sal)]2DB24C8, and is stable in aqueous media as shown by the detectable cation effect on the UV absorption bands of Sal and DB24C8. Single crystal X-ray analysis of NaK(Sal)2DB24C8 reveals that the system represents a co-crystallization complex of individual (KSal)2DB24C8 and (NaSal)2DB24C8 molecules. The crystals are monoclinic,P21/c,a=19.976(2) Å,b=9.031(1) Å,c=25.541(5) Å,=122.065(9)°, Å3,T=298 K,Z=2+2, CuK =1.5418 Å, and 2 (2.5°–100°). FinalR factor for the 3012 observed reflections (F>3) is 0.092. Both the Na2- and K2-molecules possess crystallographic centers of symmetry with one metal and its associated anion on each side of the crown ring. However, the conformations of the crowns are very different in the two molecules, with the K2-crown being nearly planar and the Na2-crown being quite puckered. Four oxygen atoms from the DB24C8 (KO, 2.680–2.908 Å) and three carboxyl oxygen atoms (KO, 2.472–2.708 Å) from separate salicylate ions coordinate with each potassium. Three oxygens from the crown (NaO, 2.536–2.65 Å) and three carboxyl oxygens (NaO, 2.31–2.563 Å) coordinate with each sodium. The salicylate ions lie on opposite sides and nearly perpendicular (77.2°, Na2-molecule; 82.7° K2-molecule) to each crown but coordinate to both of the metal ions within a molecule. The K+K+ and Na+Na+ distances in the respective molecules are 3.95 and 3.34 Å. The cluster complex, Re6( 3-Se)8(PEt3)5(4-vinylpyridine)(SbF6)2 (1), featuring the face-capped octahedral Re6( 3-Se)82+ cluster core and site-differentiating triethylphosphine and 4-vinylpyridine ligands has been synthesized and structurally characterized. The complex crystallized in monoclinic space group P21 with a=11.748(1)Å, b=15.1212(2)Å, c=19.941(2)Å, =90°, =94.411(3)°, =90°, V=3531.8(7)Å3, Z=2, R1=0.0531, wR2=0.0774. Copolymerization of styrene with 1 via the polymerizable 4-vinylpyridine ligand afforded a novel inorganic-organic hybrid composite of high molecular weight and a low polydispersity index. Structural integrity of the cluster building block is maintained upon hybrid formation.  相似文献

For the first time we have synthesized and studied by X-ray structural analysis two novel copper(I) chloride -complexes with diallylamine (DAA): [H(DAA)]2Cu7Cl9·H2O (D) and 2CuCl·DAA (E). Compound D is isostructural to the complex [H(DAA)]2Cu7Br9·H2O studied earlier: space group Pnam, a=15.934(8), b=14.817(6), c=11.368(6) , V=2684(4) 3, and Z=4 for [(C6H12N)2 Cu7Cl9·H2O]. Crystals E are triclinic: space group P1, a=7.373(2), b=9.743(4), c=11.351(8) , =84.05(4), =101.26(4), =103.31(3)°, V=914(2) 3, and Z=2 for [Cu4Cl4·(C6H11N)2]. A new compound from the series of alkoxyketoiminates, Cu(II) bis-(2-methoxy-2,6-dimethyl-3-imino-5-heptanonate), has been synthesized and studied by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data for CuO4N2C20H36: a=10.154(1), b=9.921(1), c=11.684(2) , =96.17(1)°, space group P21/c, Z=2, dcalc =1.226 g/cm3, R=0.037. The structure is molecular and built from isolated trans-complexes. The copper atom has a plane square environment of two oxygen atoms (Cu–O 1.93 ) and two nitrogen atoms (Cu–N 1.90 ). The O–Cu–N chelate angle is 91.7°. The complex has an intramolecular hydrogen bond, N–H...O 2.16 , involving the alkoxy oxygen atom. The molecular packing in the crystal is close to that of copper(II) dipivaloylmethanate. The calculated van der Waals intermolecular interaction energies and thermogravimetric characteristics of the complexes are compared.  相似文献

Crystals of the [(H3NCH2CCCCCH2NH3)]Cu2Cl4 -complex, formed in the oxidative dimerization of propargylammonium cations, were obtained by ac electrochemical synthesis from CuCl2 · 2H2O and propargylammonium chloride ([CCCH2NH3]Cl) and studied by X-ray diffraction analysis (DARCh automated diffractometer, MoK radiation, /2 scan mode; 2275 reflections with F 4(F), R = 0.048). Crystals are monoclinic: space group B2/b, a = 19.591(6) Å, b = 7.299(3) Å, c = 8.636(3) Å, = 106.83(3)°, Z = 4. The structure consists of individual [(H3NCH2CCCCCH2NH3)]Cu2Cl4 moietes united through the elongated Cu···Cl contacts (2.827(5) Å) into chains oriented along the [010] direction. The bond of the centrosymmetric propargylammonium dimer is -coordintated by copper(I) atom and is elongated to 1.227(6) Å.  相似文献

The crystal structure of bis(2,2-bipyridyl)monobenzoatocopper(II) nitrate hydrate, [Cu(bipy)2(O2CPh)][NO3]· H2O, (1) has been determined. The [Cu(bipy)2(O2CPh)]+ cation chromophore is basically five-coordinate, but with O(1), the second oxygen atom of the benzoato ligand, occupying the sixth coordinate position at a distance 2.696(2)Å, from the copper. This suggests a (4 + 1 + 1*) coordination, involving a distorted stereochemistry, with a CuN4OO chromophore. O(2) is located at a distance 2.009(2)Å from the copper. The two oxygens, O(1) and O(2), therefore occupy cis positions of the distorted octahedral coordination sphere and the coordinated benzoate is a highly asymmetric, bidentate ligand with O = 0.687(2)Å and Cu—OMEAN= 2.353(2)Å. The two nitrogens, N(1) and N(3), located in positions trans to the oxygen sites, at distances Cu—N(1)= 2.148(2)Å and Cu—N(3)= 2.058(2)Å[Cu—Nmean/in= 2.103(2)Å, N1,3= 0.090(2)Å] are slightly longer than the bonds to the two mutually trans related 'axial' nitrogens, Cu—N(2)= 1.987(2)Å and Cu—N(4)= 1.977(2)Å. The 'equatorial' angles 1, 2 and 3 have values 147.34(8), 93.29(9) and 105.39(9) respectively. The back-angle, 3, of 105.39(9)° is unique for a bipy complex, containing a carbonyl-containing oxoanion in such series. The asymmetric nature of the benzoato ligand is further evidence of the static nature of such complexes. The complex also involves a hydrogen bonding network, linking the O(6) of the nitrate to H(2)W of the water molecule at a distance 2.052(6)Å and H(1)W to the long-bonded O(1) of the benzoato ligand, at a distance of 1.804(12)Å.  相似文献

The three copper(II)-arsenates were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions; their crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods:Cu3(AsO4)2-III:a=5.046(2) Å,b=5.417(2) Å,c=6.354(2) Å, =70.61(2)°, =86.52(2)°, =68.43(2)°,Z=1, space group ,R=0.035 for 1674 reflections with sin / 0.90 Å–1.Na4Cu(AsO4)2:a=4.882(2) Å,b=5.870(2) Å,c=6.958(3) Å, =98.51(2)°, =90.76(2)°, =105.97(2)°,Z=1, space group ,R=0.028 for 2157 reflections with sin / 0.90 Å–1.KCu4(AsO4)3:a=12.234(5) Å,b=12.438(5) Å,c=7.307(3) Å, =118.17(2)°,Z=4, space group C2/c,R=0.029 for 1896 reflections with sin / 0.80 Å–1.Within these three compounds the Cu atoms are square planar [4], tetragonal pyramidal [4+1], and tetragonal bipyramidal [4+2] coordinated by O atoms; an exception is the Cu(2)[4+1] atom in Cu3(AsO4)2-III: the coordination polyhedron is a representative for the transition from a tetragonal pyramid towards a trigonal bipyramid. In KCu4(AsO4)3 the Cu(1)[4]O4 square and the As(1)O4 tetrahedron share a common O—O edge of 2.428(5) Å, resulting in distortions of both the CuO4 square and the AsO4 tetrahedron. Diphenylphosphine oxidatively adds to the ReRe bonds of Re2 X 4(-dppm)2 (X=Cl or Br; dppm=Ph2PCH2PPh2) and Re2Cl4(-dpam)2 (dpam=Ph2AsCH2AsPh2) to afford the dirhenium(III) complexes Re2(-X)(-PPh2)HX 3(-LL)2. The dppm complexes have also been prepared from the reactions of Re2(-O2CCH3)X 4(-dppm)2 with Ph2PH, and a similar strategy has been used to prepare Re2(-Cl)(-PPh2)HCl3(-dmpm)2 (dmpm=Me2PCH2PMe2) from Re2(-O2CCH3)Cl4(dmpm)2. Phenylphosphine likewise reacts with Re2 X 4(-dppm)2 to give Re2(-X)(-PHPh)HX 3(-dppm)2. An X-ray crystal structure determination on Re2(-Cl)(-PPh2)HCl3(-dppm)2 confirms its edge-shared bioctahedral structure. This complex crystallizes in the space group (No. 148) witha=21.699(3) Å, =84.50(4)°,V=10084(5) Å3, andZ=6. The structure was refined toR=0.049 (R w 0.069) for 5770 data withI>3.0(I). The Re-Re distance is 2.5918(7) Å. Oxidation of the bromide complex Re2(-Br)(-PPh2)HBr3(-dppm)2 with NOPF6 produces the unusual dirhenium(III, II) cation [Re2(-H)(-Br)[P(O)Ph2]Br2(NO)(-dppm)2]+ which has been structurally characterized as its perrhenate salt, [Re2(-H)(-Br)[P(O)Ph2]Br2(NO)(-dppm)2]ReO4 · 2CH2Cl2. This complex crystallizes in the space group (No. 2) witha=14.187(7) Å,b=16.419(5) Å,c=16.729(5) Å, =98.76(2)°, =110.11(3)°, =104.66(3)°,V=3414(6) Å3,Z=2. The structure was refined toR=0.040 (R w =0.051) for 5736 data withI>3.0(I). The presence of a phosphorus-bound [P(O)Ph2] ligand, a linear nitrosyl and a bridging hydrido ligand has been confirmed. Addition of phenylhydrazine to a mixture of VCl3 · THF/N,N-propyl-bis (salicyladimine) and sodium hydride yielded a trinuclear vanadium complex, V3(3-O)(-Cl)Cl6(-1-1PhNHNH2)2(PhNHN H2)2(THF), containing two bridging and two terminal phenylhydrazine ligands. The product has been crystallographically characterized (P21/n, a=12.949(2) Å,b=24.061(4) Å,c=22.504(4) Å, =107.22(1) deg.,V=6697(2) Å3 withZ=4) and was found to contain the first example of bridging monosubstituted hydrazine (phenylhydrazine) ligands.  相似文献

The lanthanum-substituted polyoxometalate [{La(CH3COO)(H2O)2( 2-P2W17O61)}2]16– (1) and the neodymium-substituted species [{Nd(H2O)3( 2 -P2W17O61)}2]14– (2) have been synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Single-crystal X-ray analysis was carried out on K16[{La(CH3COO)(H2O)2( 2 -P2W17O61)}2]36H2O, which crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P¯1, with a=12.3863(6) Å, b=12.8934(6) Å, c=31.7285(14) Å, =84.2000(10)°, =81.2300(10)°, =61.6500(10)°, and Z=1; K6.5Nd2.5[{Nd(H2O)3( 2-P2W17O61)}2]55H2O, which crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2 1 /n, with a=17.5030(9) Å, b=23.7842(12) Å, c=19.1869(10) Å, =100.6610(10)°, and Z=1. The head-on, trans-oid dimer 1 consists of two ( 2 -P2W17O61)10– fragments connected by a lanthanum-acetate dimer, (La2(CH3COO)2(H2O)4)4+. Each La3+ ion is nine-coordinated in a monocapped, square-antiprismatic fashion. The neodymium-derivative 2 is also a trans-oid dimer, but the mode of binding is different from 1 and is best described as side-on. Each Nd3+ ion is eight-coordinated in a square-antiprismatic fashion with three terminal water molecules.  相似文献

A crystal structure analysis of the colourless AgSO3NH2 was carried out at room temperature:M=203.95, orthorhombic, Pcab,a=7.809 (2) Å,b=8.067 (2) Å,c=11.682 (3) Å,V=735.9 Å3,Z=8,d x=3.681 Mgm–3,F(000)=760, Mo K, =0.71069 Å (graphite monochromator), =5.77 mm–1,R=4.36% (509 reflections, 56 parameters). The ionic structure shows approximate trigonal bipyramidal coordination around the Ag+-ions.

The crystal and molecular structure of a crownedp-t-butyl-calix[4]arene (1:1) pyridine complex is reported. Colourless transparent prismatic crystals (obtained from pyridine) C54H74O8·C5H5N,a=13.486(4),b=15.193(4),c=16.432(5) Å, =116.44(4)°, space groupP21,Z=2,D calc=1.02g cm–3, CuK radiation =1.5418 Å (CuK )=4.99 cm–1. Refinement was carried out using 1702 reflections withI>3(I) toR 0.12. The macrocycle shows a distorted cone conformation which defines an intramolecular apolar cavity whose elliptical aperture is 11.5×8.6 Å calculated as distances between the two opposite central C atoms of the Bu t groups. A molecule of pyridine is included in this cavity, whereas the intermolecular cavities of the host lattice remain empty. The influence of the guest molecule on the conformation of the calixarene-crown is discussed. Potential energy calculations are performed in order to understand the nature of the host-guest interactions responsible for the stabilisation of the complex. Evidence for stabilizing CH3- interactions are obtained from the calculations. Summary The crystal structure of the hydrothermally synthesized compound Fe(SeO2OH) (SeO4) · H2O was determined by single crystal diffraction methods:a=8.355(2) Å,b=8.696(2) Å,c=9.255(2) Å, =93.72(1)°,V=670.95 Å3;Z=4, space group P21/c,R=0.029,R w=0.027 for 2430 independent reflections (sin /0.76 Å–1). Isolated FeO5(H2O)-octahedra share five corners with [SeO2OH] and [SeO4] groups to form sheets parallel to (100). These sheets are interconnected via hydrogen bonds only.

The reactions of Re2X4(-dppm)2 (X=Cl or Br; dppm=Ph2PCH2PPh2) with H2S in THF afford the dirhenium (III) complexes Re2(-H)(-SH)X4(-dppm)2, the first examples of the oxidative addition of an S-H unit across an electron-rich metal-metal triple bond. The bromide complex Re2(-H)(-SH)Br4(-dppm)2 (C2H5)2O crystallizes in the space group P21/n witha=16.631(2) Å,b=15.967(3) Å,c=19.904(2) Å, =92.698(7)°,V=5279(2) Å3, andZ=4. The structure which was refined toR=0.053 (R w=0.070) for 4903 data withI>3.0(I), shows the presence of an edge-shared bioctahedral geometry with a very short Re-Re distance of 2.4566(7) Å. While the hydrogen atoms of the -H and -SH ligands were not located in the X-ray structure determination, their presence is confirmed by IR and1H NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

A mixed ligand 12 complex of copper(II) azide with 3,5-lutidine, namely di-(1,1)-azido-di(0,0)-nitrato)tetrakis(3,5-lutidine)dicopper(II) has been prepared and characterized by X-ray crystallographic and spectroscopic methods. The dimeric molecule, which possesses a crystallographic inversion center, contains two(1,1) bridging azido ligands. Each copper(II) atom in the cyclic Cu2N2 unit is further coordinated by two oxygen atoms from two(0,0-nitrato) bridges at Cu-O distances of 2.465(3) and 2.568(3) Å and two nitrogen atoms from the lutidine molecules [Cu-N=2.003(3) and 2.012(3) Å] to give a distorted tetragonal bipyramid. Both azido ligands are linear [N-N-N angle=179.0(4) and asymmetric N-N=1.207(4) and N-N=1.135(5) Å]. The azido bridges produce a rather short Cu Cu distance of 3.013(2) Å. Infrared and electronic data are presented and discussed.  相似文献

The preparation and characterization of two new mixed-valence, trinuclear species, [Mn3O(O2CCF3)6(H2O)3]CF3COOH4/3H2O (1) and [Mn3O(O2CCF3)6(CH3COOH)3] (2), is reported. Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group, P¯1 (No. 2), with the parameters, a=12.3131(9) Å, b=12.4427(9) Å, c=12.965(1) Å, =72.593(4)°, =73.453(5)°, =68.345(4)°, V=1727.2(2) Å3, and Z=2. A total of 14060 reflections were collected in the range 1.6827.52°. The final weighted and non-weighted agreement indices, R1=0.0589 and wR2=0.1445 were based on a total of 6953 unique reflections with an R int value of 0.0542. Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group, P21/n (No. 14), with the parameters, a=12.876(3) Å, b=12.212(4) Å, c=17.732(4) Å, =100.40(3)°, V=3640.4(1) Å3, and Z=4. A total of 32197 reflections were collected in the range 1.7227.13°. The final weighted and non-weighted agreement factors, R1=0.0647 and wR2=0.1609 were based on a total of 8018 unique reflections with an R int value of 0.0462. An investigation of the physical properties revealed that both compounds display an intermediate ground state of S=3/2 as a consequence of intramolecular antiferromagnetic coupling. The magnetic data for compound 1 was best fit to the parameters g=2.09, J=–5.5 cm–1, J=–3.4 cm–1, and D Mn(III)=–4.5 cm–1; the data for compound 2 was best fit to the parameters g=2.10, J=–2.9 cm–1, J=–5.5 cm–1, and D Mn(III)=–4.5 cm–1.  相似文献

Reaction of copper(I) iodide with pyrrole-2-carbaldehydethiosemicarbazone (Hptsc) in a 1:1 mole ratio in MeCN, followed by addition of one mole of Ph3P, yielded a complex of empirical formula, CuI(Hptsc)(Ph3P), whose X-ray structure determination has shown that it exists as an iodo-bridged dinuclear copper(I) complex, [Cu2(-I)2( 1-S-Hptsc)2(PPh3)2](1). The central kernel, Cu(-I)2Cu forms a parallelogram with unequal Cu—I distances {Cu—I, 2.644(2), 2.707(2)Å} and bond angles {Cu—I—Cu, 70.72(7), I—Cu—I, 109.28(7)°}. Each Cu atom is further bonded to one S atom of Hptsc and one P atom of Ph3P, thus completing tetracoordination. The Cu...Cu separation of 3.097(4)Å is close to the sum of the van der Waals radius of the Cu atom, 2.80 Å. Compound (1) involves relatively strong inter-dimer hydrogen bonding via hydrazinic and pyrrole ring hydrogens with sulfur and iodine atoms respectively of the adjacent dimer {N(1)H...S#2, 2.50 Å; N(4)H...I#3, 2.91 Å}. Two heterometallic trinuclear complexes {[Cu(oxbp)]2Co(H2O)2}1.5DMF0.5H2O (complex 1) and {[Cu(oxbm)]2Co(H2O)2}2DMF (complex 2) were obtained from the self-organization of two new dissymmetrical oxamidato-bridged copper(II) building blocks [Cu(oxbp)] and [Cu(oxbm)][H3oxbp=N-benzoato-N'-(3-aminopropyl)oxamido, H3oxbm=N-benzoato-N'-(2-amino-2-methylethyl)oxamido, DMF=dimethylformamide]. The crystal structure of complex 1 has been determined. Complex 1 crystallize in triclinic system, space group P-1, a=8.0609(16) Å, b=10.661(2) Å, c=22.279(5) Å, =85.32(3), =86.64(3), =70.90(3), and Z=1. The crystal structure of complex 1 consists of neutral trinuclear complex units, and hydrogen bond involved DMF and water molecules. Through the hydrogen bonds, weak coordination and CuCu weak interactions, complex 1 features a 2-D supramolecular structure. Magnetic susceptibility measurements (5–100 K) indicate that the central Co(II) and terminal copper metal ions are antiferromagnetically coupled with J=–28.09 and J=–29.70 cm–1 for complex 1 and 2, respectively.  相似文献
