9-Phenacylidene-4-azaf luorene and 9-bromo-9-(-bromophenacyl)-4-azafluorene have been used in the synthesis of spiro compounds with fragments of substituted pyrazolines. 1-Methyl-2-oxo-5 phenacylidene-indeno[2, 3-e]-1,2-dihydropyridine and hydrazine gave 1-methyl-2-oxo-3 phenylspiro[indeno(2, 3-e)-1,2-dihydropyridine-5,5-pyrazoline-2].  相似文献

The methyl ester of a new hydroxy acid of the piperidine series (-phenyl--(1,2, 5-trimethyl-4-hydroxy 4-piperidyl)acetic acid) has been prepared. Condensation of 4-azafluorenone and 9-phenacylidene-4-azafluorene with acetophenone leads to the formation of 9,9-diphenacyl-4-azafluorene and 9-(1,2-dibenzoylethylidene)-4-azafluorene. The structures of these products were confirmed based on their spectral and chemical data. Stable diazo compounds of the azafluorene series, viz., 9-diazo-4-azafluorenone and 1,3-diphenyl-4-azafluorene, were obtained from 4-azafluorenone and 1,3-diphenyl-4-azafluorene tosylhydrazones. 1,2-Dicarbomethoxyspiro(4-azafluorene-9,3-cyclopropane) was obtained from 4-azafluorenone tosylhydrazone, and 4,5-dicarbomethoxyspiro(4-azafluorene-9,3-pyrazolenine) was obtained from 9-diazo-4-azafluorene. Spiro[4-azafluorene-9,1 cyclopropanes] were obtained by the reaction of 9-diazo-4-azafluorene with various alkenes in the form of a mixture of geometrical isomers differentiated according to the position of the substituents in the cyclopropane ring and also also according to position relative to the pyridine ring. 1,2,5-Trimethyl-4-(9-fluorenylidene)piperidine, which is formed by condensation of fluorene with 1,2,5-trimethyl-4-piperidone, is converted catalytically to 9(2,5-dimethyl-4-pyridyl)fluorene, from which 2-methylpyrido[4,5-a]fluoranthene and its demethylated analog were obtained by catalytic dehydrocyclization. Oxidation of 9-(2,5-dimethy1-4-pyridyl)fluorene gave 9-(2,5-dimethyl-4-pyridyl)9-fluorenol and fluorene-9-spiro-4-(6-oxo-2-carboxypyrido[4,5-c]-4-6-dihydrofuran). 6-Methyl-2-phenyl-7-(9-fluorenyl)indolizine was synthesized by the Chichibabin method.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 8, pp. 1087–1090, August, 1978.  相似文献

A 2,2-diethoxycarbonyl derivative of a new bisindole system, viz., 1,2-(5,5-diindolyl)ethane, was obtained by cyclization of ethyl pyruvate sym-4,4-diphenyleneethanedihydrazone. 5-(-Phenylethyl)-2-ethoxycarbonylindole was also isolated in very low yield from the reaction products. Saponification of the 2,2-diethoxycarbonyl derivative gave the corresponding dicarboxylic acid, the thermal decarboxylation of which leads to the formation of 1,2-(5,5-diindolyl) ethane. Conclusions The reaction of 1,2-bis(methyldimethoxysilyl)ethane and the corresponding ethylene and acetylene derivatives with bis(2-hydroxyethyl)methylamine gives 1,2-bis(2,6-dimethyl-1,3-dioxa-6-aza-2-silacyclooctyl-2)ethane and the corresponding ethylene and acetylene derivatives. Zusammenfassung Das beim Erhitzen von Cyclohexanon und Harnstoff entstehende Produkt ist nicht als Cyclohexyliden-2-carbamylcyclohex-1-enylamin, sondern als 5, 6, 7, 8-Tetrahydrospiro-[cyclohexan-1,2(1H)-chinazolin]-4(3H)-on zu formulieren1. Analog gebaute Verbindungen bilden sich aus Cyclopentanon bzw. Cycloheptanon und Harnstoff. Die genannten Kondensate sind als cyclische -Carbamylenamine aufzufassen; charakteristisch sind die Reaktivität der zur NH-Gruppe/1, in peri-Stellung befindlichen CH2-Gruppe bzw. der Kernstelle 4a.

The product obtained by heating cyclohexanone with urea has been found to be 5. 6. 7. 8-tetrahydrospiro[cyclohexane-1.2(1H)-quinazoline]-4(3H)-one, not cyclohexylidene-2-carbamoylcyclohex-1-enylamine, as was previously assumed1. Compounds with analogous structures were formed by heating cyclopentanone or cycloheptanone with urea. Characteristic features of this class of compounds, i.e. -carbamoyl enamines, are the enhanced reactivities of the nuclear 4 a-position and of the methylene group in the peri-position to NH-1.

Summary Complexes of general formula MLmCl2 · nH2O, where M=cobalt(II) or nickel(II); L=2-(4-methyl, 2-pyridyl)-benzimidazole (mpbi), 2-(4-methyl, 2-pyridyl)benzothiazole (mpbt), 2-(4-methyl, 2-pyridyl)benzoxazole (mpbo), 2-(4-methyl, 2-quinolyl)benzoxazole (mqbo), or 2-(4-methyl, 8-quinolyl)benzoxazole (mqbo); m=1,2; n=0–3, were prepared and characterized by t.g.a., conductance and magnetic measurements, i.r. and diffuse-reflectance electronic spectra.All the ligands behave as bidentate and coordinate through the pyridine- and isoxazole-nitrogen atoms.The nickel complexes have distorted octahedral or fivecoordinate structures. The cobalt complexes arepseudo-tet- rahedral except Co(mpbo)2Cl2·2H2O where the metal is six-coordinate.  相似文献

Summary 4-(1H-1,2,4-Triazolyl-3-azo)-2-methylresorcinol reacts with vanadium(V) at pH 8.10 (Tris-HClO4 buffer solution) to produce a pink-violet 11 complex ( max=525 nm,=2.55×104l·mol–1· cm–1) in a 50% (v/v) methanol-water medium, which allows the spectrophotometric determination of 0.1 to 1.51 ppm of vanadium. The method has been applied for the determination of the vanadium content in low alloy steels.

Zusammenfassung Vanadin bildet bei pH 8,10 (Tris-HClO4-buffer) mit 4-(1H-1,2,4-tri-azolyl-3-azo)-2-methylresorcin ein rosenrot-violettes Chelat, dessen Absorptionsmaximum bei 525 nm in Gegenwart von 50% Methylalkohol gemessen wird. Dieser 11-Komplex entspricht bei einer Vanadin-Konzentration von 0,1–1,51g/ml dem Beerschen Gesetz; seine molare Absorptivität ist 2,55×104l·mol–1·cm–1. Das Verfahren wurde zur Bestimmung des Vanadins in Stahl verwendet.

New tricylic heterocyclic systems and their methyl derivatives are synthesized. They are 2-methylimidazo[5, 4-e]benzo-1, 2, 3-thiadiazole, 2-methylimidazo[5, 4-g]benzo-1, 2', 3-thiadiazole, 1, 2-dimethylimidazo[5, 4-g]benzo-1, 2, 3-thiadiazole, and 1, 2-dimethylimidazo[5, 4-g]benzo-1, 2, 3-thiadiazole. Quaternary salts of the 1, 2-dimethyl derivatives are used to prepare symmetrical and unsymmetrical trimethinecyanines and dimethinemerocyanines containing rhodanine groups. The absorption maxima of the dyes are displaced towards the long wavelength region compared with imidacarbocyanines. It is shown that when 1, 2-dimetnyl-5-aminobenzoimidazole is thiocyanated, the thiocyano group enters the benzoimidazole ring at position 4, and that 1, 2-dimethylimidazo[5, 4-e] benzo-1, 2, 3-thiadiazole is less basic than its isomer 1, 2-dimethylimidazo[5, 4-g]benzo-1, 2, 3-thiadiazole.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Arylhydrazon-cyanacetylcarbamidsäureäthylester (I) wurde durch Einwirkung einer Na2CO3-Lösung auf 1-Aryl-5-cyan-6-azauracile (II)1,2 cyclisiert. Nitrile (II) wurden durch Addition von Hydroxylamin in entsprechende Amidoxime (III) übergeführt, welche durch Kochen mit Acetanhydrid die zugehörigen 1-Aryl-5-[5-methyl-1,2,4-oxdiazolyl(3)]-6-azauracile (IV) lieferten.
Aryl hydrazone-cyanoacetylcarbamic acid ethyl esters (I) have been cyclized in Na2CO3 soln. yielding 1-aryl-5-cyano-6-azauraciles (II)1,2. Addition of NH2OH to the nitriles (II) gave the corresponding amidoximes (III), which by refluxing with Ac2O were converted to the corresponding 1-aryl-5-[5-methyl-1, 2, 4-oxdiazolyl(3)]-6-azauraciles (IV).

The reaction of 4-chloro- and 4-chloro-6-methoxyquinoline-2-carbaldehydes with ophenylenediamine has given the corresponding 4-chloro-2-(benzimidazol-2-yl)quinolines. 4-Methoxy-, 4-diethylamino-, 4-cyclohexylamino-, and 11 different 4-anilino-substituted 2-(2-benzimidazol-2-yl)quinolines have been synthesized from these by replacement of the halogen. A study of their UV spectra has shown that absorption at 310 nm is characteristic for the 4-anilino-2-(benzimidazol-2-yl)quinolines but not for the other 4-substituted derivatives. Summary Copper(II) complexes CuLCl2, where L=2-(4-methyl-2-pyridyl)benzimidazole(mpbi); 2-(4-methyl-2-pyridyl)benzothiazole(mpbt); 2-(4-methyl-2-pyridyl)benzoxazole (mpbo); 2-(4-methyl-2-quinolyl)benzoxazole (mqbo); 2-(4-methyl8-quinolyl)benzoxazole (mqbo), and Cu(mpbi)2Cl2(H2O) have been synthesized and characterized by conductivity and magnetic measurements as well as by i.r., electronic and e.s.r. spectra. The ligands are bidentate donors through the pyridine and isoxazole nitrogen atoms. The CuLCl2 complexes exhibit spectral properties consistent with CuN2Cl2 chromophores differing in the degree of tetrahedral distortion, which is found to parallel the steric hindrance near the donor sites. Chlorination of the title compound gave 5- and 3-chloro-2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxyacetophenone. The nitration of its acetate, followed successively by reduction, diazotization, and reaction with cuprous chloride, gave the 3-substituted series, 2-acetoxy-4,6-dimethoxy-3-nitroacetophenone, 3-amino-2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxyacetophenone, and 3-chloro-2-hydroxy-4,6-methoxyacetophenone, respectively. The orientation of substituents in the products was proved. The amino and chloro members of the isomeric 5-substituted series were availablevia 2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxy-5-phenylazoacetophenone, the product of the reaction of the title compound with benzenediazonium chloride.

Zusammenfassung Chlorierung der Titelverbindung gab 5- und 3-Chlor-2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxyacetophenon. Die Nitrierung des Acetats, gefolgt von Reduktion, Diazotierung und Reaktion mit CuCl ergab die 3-substituierte Reihe: 2-Acetoxy-4,6-dimethoxy-3-nitroacetophenon, 3-Amino-2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxyacetophenon und 3-Chlor-2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxyacetophenon. Die Orientierung der Substituenten wird diskutiert. Die Amino- und Chlorderivate der isomeren 5-substituierten Reihe sind über 2-Hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxy-5-phenylacetophenon zugängig, dem Produkt der Reaktion der Titelverbindung mit Phenyldiazoniumchlorid.
