对定向凝固方法制备的Ni47Mn32Ga21多晶合金,通过扫描电镜、金相、电子能谱等手段研究其组份和组织形貌,通过对合金磁化强度与温度关系、等温磁化曲线及磁感生应变曲线等的测量分析,研究了合金结构相变和磁相变过程中的磁熵变及不同压力下的磁感生应变. 研究结果表明:合金组份与设计组份基本一致,室温下合金大部分为马氏体相. 升温过程中合金的磁熵变在居里温度(365 K)附近有最大值,并有较大的磁熵变峰值半高宽,747 kA/m的磁场下该磁熵变最大值为-1.45 J/kg ·K,磁熵变峰值的半高宽为21 K. 合金在室温(298 K)下有较好的双向可恢复磁感生应变,480 kA/m磁场下,无压力时合金的磁感生应变值达到-670×10-6,并趋饱和;而在与磁场方向平行的27.3 MPa外压力作用下合金的磁感生应变值增大到-1300×10-6,且未饱和. 关键词: Ni-Mn-Ga 铁磁形状记忆合金 磁熵变 磁感生应变  相似文献

The strain behaviors as well as the structural and magnetic changes relative to the pretransition in the Ni50.5Mn24.5Ga25 single crystals have been characterized by various methods, such as pretransition strain, magnetostriction, magnetization measurements, and TEM observations. A large magnetostriction up to 505 ppm measured in the [001] direction of the sample is obtained at the pretransition temperature with only a low magnetic field of about 1 kOe applied along the [010] direction. We found that not only the pretransition strain pronounces a more large change, but also the magnetostriction at a certain temperature exhibits a more large magnitude for field applied along the [010] direction than with field along the [001] direction. It is concluded that the magnetoelastic interaction is responsible for the premartensitic transition, and the magnetoelastic interaction in the [010] direction is stronger than that in the [001] direction.  相似文献

A Ni54Mn25.7Ga20.3 ferromagnetic shape memory alloy thin film has been fabricated by using the RF magnetron-sputtering technique. The structure and magnetic properties of the film were systematically investigated. The results show that the film is in ferromagnetic martensite state at room temperature with the Curie temperature (Tc) of about 370 K. The saturation magnetization (Ms) of the film reaches 45 emu/g at 300 K, which is about 80% as large as that of Ni–Mn–Ga bulk material. The magnetization hysteresis loops significantly depend on temperatures. The residual magnetization (Mr) and the coercive force (Hc) increase with decreasing temperatures. The grains homogeneously distribute in the film. The microstructure of the film consists of martensite plates. The interface between the martensite variants is clear and straight, indicating a good mobility.  相似文献

测量了Ni52Mn24Ga24单晶样品在磁场加载和未加载情 况下马氏体相变时的相变应变.分析结果表明:用提拉法生长单晶时在晶体内部引入了单一取向的内应力,该取向内应力可诱导马氏体变体择优取向,从而导致马氏体相变时产生大的相变应变.从理论上计算了该内应力的大小.另外,对样品在马氏体态单纯磁诱导应变的热动力学研究,表明取向内应力在马氏体态依然存在. 关键词: 马氏体相变 磁感生应变 内应力  相似文献

通过往母合金Ni51.5Mn25Ga23.5掺入7种IVA, VA和VIA 过渡族元素得到系列掺杂合金Ni51.5Mn23M2Ga23 .5.M为掺杂元素.实验结果表明,掺杂效应一般引起马氏体相变温度的下降,其中,W 的掺杂是7种元素中唯一使相变温度升高的特例,且出现了中间马氏体相变.同时,在价电子 浓度不变的情况下,相变更敏感于原子的尺度效应.实验发现,Ti,Zr,Hf,V四种非磁性元 素的掺杂使Mn原子磁矩减小,而Nb,Ta,W三种非磁性元素的掺杂却可以明显地增大Mn原子 的磁矩.在考察掺杂效应时,不能忽略马氏体相变引起的晶格变化对材料磁性的影响. 关键词: NiMnGa 掺杂 马氏体相变 磁性  相似文献

The electrical transport and thermal properties of the ferromagnetic shape memory alloy Ni49.4Mn30Ga20.6 are measured. Near around the starting point from austenite to martensite transition, the temperature (T) dependence of resistance for the sample shows a clear jump due to a great scattering mechanism introduced by the transformation resulting in many interfaces during the process. T-dependent curve of the thermoelectric power (S) of the sample shows linear dependence below martensitic transformation temperature with its absolute value decreasing during cooling. The absolute value of S   tends to reach at a maximum at the martensitic transformation which is reflected by ∂S/∂TS/T∼0. This may be related to the changes of the density of states near the phase transformation and the corresponding scattering introduced.  相似文献

The modifications in surface composition of Ni2.1Mn0.9Ga ferromagnetic shape memory alloy have been investigated using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) under various sputtering and annealing conditions. XPS core-level spectra show that sputtering makes the surface Ni rich. However, by annealing, the Mn content at the surface increases and at about 390 °C the bulk composition is restored. The valence band spectra show evidence of Ni related extra states for the sputtered surface, which decrease with annealing. This behavior is in agreement with the change in surface composition derived from the core-level spectra.  相似文献

This paper reports that diamond single crystals were synthesized from sulfur-added Ni70Mn25Co5+C system under high pressure and high temperature(HPHT).It was found that additive sulfur had inhibited the nucleation and growth of diamond to some extent.X-ray diffraction of the collected sample indicated that under the synthesis conditions,a new compound MnS had been formed through the reaction of additive sulfur with manganese in the catalyst.The MnS has a fcc structure,and its average crystal size was about 30 nm.By scanning electron microscope,the {111} surface of diamond was found to be flat,while there was usually a large depression on the central region of {100}.Further observation showed that there were many small upside-down pyramidal pits in the expression.The results of x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy shows that MnS can only be detected in the depression in the range of detection precision.It was inferred that MnS had been dissolved in the melted alloy during the growth experiment,and precipitated in the sequent quenching process.  相似文献

Heusler alloy Ni50.0Mn35.5In14.5 ribbons were prepared by melt-spinning technique. Several short time annealings were carried out in order to enhance the exchange bias effect in this alloy ribbon. The magnetic transition temperature increases with the annealing, compared to the as-spun sample, however no significant differences in respective Curie temperatures were observed for austenite and martensite phases in such annealed samples. Exchange bias effect is observed at low temperatures for all samples and practically vanishes at 60 K for the as-spun sample, whereas for the annealed ribbons it vanishes at 100 K.  相似文献

This paper presents a study of the inverse magnetocaloric effect (MCE) corresponding to martensitic transition using various experimental approaches for Ni46Cu4Mn38Sn12 and Ni50CoMn34In15 Heusler alloy. Through heat capacity measurements,it is found that the "giant inverse MCE" upon martensitic transition evaluated by the Maxwell relation in these alloys are unphysical results. This is due to the coexistence of both martensitic and austenitic phases,as well as thermal hysteresis during martensitic transition. However,careful study indicates that the spurious results during martensitic transition can be removed using a Clausius-Clapeyron equation based on magnetization measurements.  相似文献

This paper investigates the effects of substitution of Si for Ga on the martensitic transformation behaviours in Ni-Fe-Ga alloys by using optical metallographic microscope and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) methods. The structure type of Ni55.5Fe18Ga26.5-xSix alloys is determined by x-ray diffraction (XRD), and the XRD patterns show the microstructure of Ni-Fe-Ga-Si alloys transformed from body-centred tetragonal martensite (with Si content x = 0) to body-centred cubic austenite (with x = 2) at room temperature. The martensitic transformation temperatures of the Ni55.5Fe18Ga26.5-xSix alloys decrease almost linearly with increasing Si content in the Si content range of x ≤ 3. Thermal treatment also plays an important role on martensitic transformation temperatures in the Ni-Fe-Ga-Si alloy. The valence electronic concentrations, size factor, L21 degree of order and strength of parent phase influence the martensitic transformation temperatures of the Ni-Fe-Ga-Si alloys. An understanding of the relationship between martensitic transformation temperatures and Si content will be significant for designing an appropriate Ni-Fe-Ga-Si alloy for a specific application at a given temperature.  相似文献

The magnetic behavior of Ni2+xMn1−xAl alloys around the stoichiometric 2:1:1 composition was investigated with several experimental techniques. The results of low-temperature magnetization measurements indicate that a competition mechanism between ferromagnetism and antiferromagnetism is expected in off-stoichiometric alloys. Although the Curie temperature is strongly dependent on the composition, the saturation magnetization has an unsystematic variation for deviations from the stoichiometric Ni2MnAl alloy. A reentrant-spin-glass behavior is observed below 50 K.  相似文献

Fe50Ni37Mn13, which is a ferromagnetic alloy with FCC crystal structure, has been reported to show the Invar effect below the Curie temperature; however, this alloy shows a typical anti-Invar effect above the Curie temperature. In this paper, we discuss the pressure dependence of the temperature variation of the alternative current (AC) susceptibility at a frequency of 1 kHz for Fe50Ni37Mn13 at various pressures up to 7.5 GPa above 77 K; we then compare the results with those for Fe68.1Ni31.9, which were obtained in a previous study. Fe50Ni37Mn13 was in a ferromagnetic state throughout the entire pressure range measured. TC decreases in inverse proportion to the increasing pressure; dTC/dp and dln TC/dp for Fe50Ni37Mn13 are −26 K GPa−1 and −0.07 GPa−1, respectively. Further, the temperature variation of the shape of the χ′-T curve for different pressures indicates continuous combining of magnetic interactions occurs at high pressures. These results are similar to those obtained for Fe68.1Ni31.9.  相似文献

利用电弧炉熔炼了Ni50Mn35In15多晶样品,根据磁性测量对其马氏体相变和磁热效应进行了系统研究.结果表明,随着温度的降低,样品在室温附近先后发生了二级磁相变与一级结构相变特征的马氏体相变,导致它的磁化强度产生突变. 同时通过低温下的磁滞回线的测量发现样品存在交换偏置行为,表明低温下马氏体相中铁磁和反铁磁共存. 此外,根据Maxwell方程,计算了样品在马氏体相变温度附近的磁熵变,当温度为309K,磁场改变5 T时,样品的磁熵变可达22.3J/kgK. 关键词: 哈斯勒合金 50Mn35In15')" href="#">Ni50Mn35In15 马氏体相变 磁热效应  相似文献

The evolutions of magnetic properties at low temperatures and the influence of magnetic field on the temperature dependence of specific heat in martensitic Ni2Mn1.4Sn0.6 Heusler alloy are studied. The frequency-dependent blocking temperature and considerable exchange bias below it are measured in the martensitic phase. From the analysis of the specific heat curves under magnetic field, a large inverse magnetocaloric effect manifested as the magnetic field induced rise of isothermal magnetic entropy and/or magnetic field induced adiabatic temperature decrease in the vicinity of the reverse magnetostructural transformation and a significant value of the conventional magnetocaloric effect at the Curie temperature are obtained. The Debye temperature and electronic coefficient equal to ΘD=310±2 K and γ= 16.6±0.3 mJ/K2mol, respectively, do not depend on the magnetic field.  相似文献

Mössbauer spectra and magnetic measurement of Ni0.7Mn0.3Gd0.1Fe1.9O4 ferrite were investigated by Oxford MS-500 Mössbauer spectrometer and superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) magnetometer with a field 5 T. Ni0.7Mn0.3Gd0.1Fe1.9O4 nanoparticles have a considerable coercivity of 1040 Oe when the test temperature is reduced to 2 K. Mössbauer spectra show that Ni0.7Mn0.3Gd0.1Fe1.9O4 nanoparticles exhibit superparamagnetism at room temperature and ferrimagnetism at 77 K.  相似文献

We report the observation of giant negative magnetoresistance up to −46% at 60 kOe magnetic field in Ni1.68Co0.32Mn1.20Ga0.80 alloy, which is about 5 times larger than that reported in Ni-Mn-Ga alloys. The significant change in resistivity during martensitic transformation originates from the altered electronic structure due to the change of magnetic state. The magnetic-field-induced phase transition from partially antiferromagnetic martensite to ferromagnetic austenite is responsible for the enhanced magnetoresistance.  相似文献
