An inorganic film of ruthenium hexachlororuthenate (RuRuCl6), deposited on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode, exhibits electrocatalytic activity in the oxidation of purine nucleosides, such as guanosine and adenosine. Appropriate operating conditions are found for fabricating a polymer film on the surface of glassy carbon and for recording the maximum electrocatalytic current for the modified electrode. A method for the selective voltammetric determination of guanosine and adenosine in their simultaneous presence at an electrode modified by a RuRuCl6 film is developed. A procedure is proposed for the amperometric detection of purine nucleosides with this modified electrode under the conditions of flow-injection analysis. The linear dependence of the analytical signal on the concentration of guanosine and adenosine is observed up to 5 × 10–6 M in the stationary mode and up to 5 × 10–7 M in the flow system. The proposed method for the selective determination of guanosine and adenosine was tested in the analysis of human urine.  相似文献

A novel multiwalled nanotubes (MWNTs)/Cerium(III) 12 ‐ tungstophosphoric acid (CePW) nanocomposite film glassy carbon electrode was prepared in this paper. Electrochemical behaviors of the CePW/MWNTs modified electrode were investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). This modified electrode brought new capabilities for electrochemical devices by combining the advantages of carbon nanotubes, rare‐earth, and heteropoly‐acids. The results demonstrated that the CePW/MWNTs modified electrode exhibited enhanced electrocatalytic behavior and good stability for the detection of guanine and adenine in 0.1 M PBS (pH 7.0). The experimental parameters were optimized and a direct electrochemical method for the simultaneous determination of guanine and adenine was proposed. The detection limit (S/N=3) for guanine and adenine was 2.0×10?8 M and 3.0×10?8 M, respectively. Further, the acid‐denatured calf thymus DNA was also detected and the result was satisfied.  相似文献

The electrochemical oxidation of sulfur amino acids, i.e., cysteine, cystine, and methionine, is studied on a glassy carbon electrode modified by a film of nickel(II) polytetrasulfophthalocyanine (poly-NiTsPc). Poly-NiTsPc demonstrates a selective mediator activity in the oxidation of sulfur amino acids, depending on the pH of solution. The proper conditions for fabricating a polymer film on the surface of glassy carbon are found and the conditions of registering the maximal electrocatalytic effect on the modified electrode are determined. A procedure is proposed for the voltammetric determination and amperometric detection of cysteine, cystine, and methionine on an electrode coated by a poly-NiTsPc film under the conditions of flow-injection analysis (FIA). The linear relation of the electrocatalytic response of a composite electrode to amino acid concentration is observed to the level n × 10?6 M in the static mode and n × 10?9 M under FIA conditions.  相似文献

We have prepared a glassy carbon electrode modified with poly-2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid and with magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles. This modification enhances the effective surface area and the electrocatalytic oxidation of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) in addition to providing positively charged groups for electrostatic assembly of the phosphate group of NADH. The modified electrode responds linearly to NADH in the range from 5?×?10?8 to 2.5?×?10?5?M and gives a lower detection limit of 1?×?10?8?M. It displays satisfactory selectivity and reproducibility. The sensor was applied to rapid screening of plant extracts for their antioxidant properties.

Poly-2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid (PDC) was fabricated by electropolymerizing 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid with cyclic voltammetry (CV) on the glassy carbon electrode (GCE) surface. The magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles treated with aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTS) modified on the PDC/GCE to form APTS-Fe3O4/PDC composite film. The APTS-Fe3O4/PDC film had enhanced the effective electrode surface area and provided positively charged groups for electrostatic assembly of phosphate group of NADH.  相似文献

A sensitive and selective electrochemical method for the determination of dopamine (DA) was developed using a 4‐(2‐Pyridylazo)‐Resorcinol (PAR) polymer film modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The PAR polymer film modified electrode shows excellent electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of DA in a phosphate buffer solution (PBS) (pH 4.0). The linear range of 5.0×10?6–3.0×10?5 M and detection limit of 2.0×10?7 M were observed. Simultaneous detection of AA, DA and UA has also been demonstrated on the modified electrode. This work provides a simple and easy approach to selective detection of DA in the presence of AA and UA.  相似文献

The present work describes reduction of iodate (IO3?), and periodate (IO4?) at silicomolybdate‐doped‐glutaraldehyde‐cross‐linked poly‐L ‐lysine (PLL‐GA‐SiMo) film coated glassy carbon electrode in 0.1 M H2SO4. In our previous study, we were able to prepare the PLL‐GA‐SiMo film modified electrode by means of electrostatically trapping SiMo12O404? mediator in the cationic film of PLL‐GA, and the voltammetric investigation in pure supporting indicated that the charge transport through the film was fast. Here, the electrocatalytic activity of PLL‐GA‐SiMo film electrode towards iodate and periodate was tested and subsequently used for analytical determination of these analytes by amperometry. The two electron reduced species of SiMo12O404? anion was responsible for the electrocatalytic reduction of IO3? at PLL‐GA‐SiMo film electrode while two and six electron reduced species were showed electrocatalytic activity towards IO4? reduction. Under optimized experimental conditions of amperometry, the linear concentration range and sensitivity are 2.5×10?6 to 1.1×10?2 M and 18.47 μA mM?1 for iodate, and 5×10?6 to 1.43×10?4 M and 1014.7 μA mM?1 for periodate, respectively.  相似文献

The electrocatalytic oxidation of sulfite has been studied on the cobalt pentacyanonitrosylferrate modified glassy carbon electrode (CoPCNF). The CoPCNF films on the glassy carbon electrodes show an excellent electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of sulfite in 0.5 M KNO3. The kinetics of the catalytic reaction was investigated by using cyclic voltammetry, rotating disk electrode (RDE) voltammetry and chronoamperometry. The average value of the rate constant, K, for the catalytic reaction and the diffusion coefficient, D, were evaluated by different approaches for sulfite and found to be 2.9×102 M?1s?1 and 4.6×10?6 cm2s?1, respectively. At a fixed potential under hydrodynamic conditions (stirred solutions), the oxidation current is proportional to the sulfite concentration and the calibration plot was linear over the concentration range 5×10?6–1×10?4 M. The detection limit of the method is 3×10?6 M., low enough for the trace sulfite determination.  相似文献

An electrochemical method for the preparation of poly(pyronin B) film was proposed in this paper. A poly(pyronin B) (poly(PyB)) film modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) has been fabricated via an electrochemical oxidation procedure and applied to the electrocatalytic oxidation of reduced form of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH). The poly(PyB) film modified electrode surface has been characterized by atomic force microscope (AFM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), UV‐visible absorption spectrophotometry (UV‐vis) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). These studies have been used to investigate the poly(PyB) film, which demonstrates the formation of the polymer film and the excellent electroactivity of poly(PyB) in neutral and even in alkaline media. Due to its potent catalytic effects towards the electrooxidation of NADH at lower potential (0.0 V), poly(PyB) film modified electrode can be used for the selective determination of NADH in real samples because of dopamine, ascorbic acid and uric acid oxidation can be avoided at this potential. The catalytic peak currents are linearly dependent on the concentrations of NADH in the range of 1.0×10?6 to 5.0×10?4 mol/L with correlation coefficients of 0.999. The detection limits for NADH is 0.5×10?6 mol/L. Poly(PyB) modified electrode also shows good stability and reproducibility due to the irreversible attachment of polymer film at GCE surface.  相似文献

Acyclovir is an antiviral effective drug active compound. A glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was modified with an electropolymerized film of p‐aminobenzene sulfonic acid (p‐ABSA) in phosphate buffer solution (PBS). The polymer film‐modified electrode was used to electrochemically detect acyclovir. Polymer film showed excellent electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of acyclovir. The anodic peak potential value of the acyclovir at the poly(p‐ABSA) modified glassy carbon electrode was 950 mV obtained by DPV. A linear calibration curve for DPV analysis was constructed in the acyclovir concentration range 2×10?7–9×10?6 mol L?1. Limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) were obtained as 5.57×10?8 and 1.85×10?7 mol L?1 respectively. The proposed method exhibits good recovery and reproducibility.  相似文献

Abstract

Cobalt hexacyanoferrate (CoHCF) film was formed on multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) modified gold electrode by electrodeposition from 0.5 M KCl solution containing CoCl2 and K3Fe(CN)6. The electrochemical behavior and the electrocatalytic property of the modified electrode were investigated. Compared with CoHCF/gold electrode, the CoHCF/MWNTs/gold electrode exhibits greatly improved stability and enhanced electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of thiosulfate. A linear range from 5.0×10?5 to 6.5×10?3 M (r=0.9990) for thiosulfate detection at the CoHCF/MWNTs/gold electrode was obtained, with a detection limit of 2.0×10?5 M (S/N=3).  相似文献

In this work, a poly(alizarin red)/Graphene composite film modified glassy carbon electrode (PAR/Graphene/GCE) was prepared for simultaneous determination of four DNA bases (guanine, adenine, thymine and cytosine) without any pretreatment. The morphology and interface property of PAR/Graphene films were examined by scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The PAR/Graphene/GCE exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity toward purine (guanine and adenine) and pyrimidine (thymine and cytosine) in 0.1 M phosphate buffer solution (pH 7.4). Under optimum conditions, differential pulse voltammetry was used to detect the oxidation of purine and pyrimidine. The results showed that PAR/Graphene/GCE exhibited well-separated peaks, low detection limit, high sensitivity and wide linear range for simultaneous detection of purine and pyrimidine. The proposed sensor also has good stability and reproducibility. Furthermore, the modified electrode was applied for the detection of DNA bases in a fish sperm DNA sample with satisfactory results.  相似文献

The sensitive film was prepared by copolymerization of tartrazine and acrylamide on the carbon nanotube-modified glassy carbon electrode. The performance of the imprinted sensor was investigated by cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in detail. ABSTRACT

The electrochemical polymerization of glutamic acid at the glassy carbon electrode was investigated in phosphate buffer solution by cyclic voltammetry. The applied voltage range, pH of electrolyte, cyclic number were explored for optimal polymerization conditions. The resulting film exhibits an electrocatalytic ability to hydrazine, reducing the overpotential by 500mV. The electrocatalytic response of hydrazine is evaluated with regard to pH, scan rate, applied voltage, hydrazine concentration and other variables. The rate constant of the catalytic reaction was 1.2 × 104 M?1.s?1. When used as amperometric detector, the modified electrode yields a detection limit of 1 × 10?8 M hydrazine. The electrode is rather stable even after use for a month and a reproducible response was obtained.  相似文献

A novel poly(methylene blue)/graphene composite glassy carbon electrode was fabricated and the electrochemical behavior of maltol at the modified electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry. In phosphate-buffered solution, the modified electrode exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity towards the electrochemical oxidation of maltol. Under optimized conditions, the oxidation peak current showed a linear relationship with the concentrations of maltol in the ranges of 8.00?×?10?7 to 4.00?×?10?5 and 4.00?×?10?5 to 5.40?×?10?4 mol L?1, with a detection limit of 6.50?×?10?8 mol L?1. The performance of the developed method was validated in terms of linearity (r?=?0.9981 and 0.9955), recovery (97.0?99.3 %), reproducibility (relative standard deviations?≤?3.1 %, n?=?6), and robustness. The method shows excellent sensitivity, selectivity, and reproducibility and has been successfully applied to analyzing maltol in a wide variety of food products.  相似文献

A biomimetic sensor containing the oxo‐bridged dinuclear manganese‐phenanthroline complex incorporated into a cation‐exchange polymeric film deposited onto glassy carbon electrode for detection of sulfite was studied. Cyclic voltammetry at the modified electrode in universal buffer showed a two electron oxidation/reduction of the couple MnIV(μ‐O)2MnIV/MnIII(μ‐O)2MnIII. The sensor exhibited electrocatalytic property toward sulfite oxidation with a decrease of the overpotential of 450 mV compared with the glassy carbon electrode. A plot of the anodic current versus the sulfite concentration for potential fixed (+0.15 V vs. SCE) at the sensor was linear in the 4.99×10?7 to 2.49×10?6 mol L?1 concentration range and the concentration limit was 1.33×10?7 mol L?1. The mediated mechanism was derived by Michaelis? Menten kinetics. The calculated kinetics values were Michaelis? Menten rate constant= =1.33 µmol L?1, catalytic rate constant=6.06×10?3 s?1 and heterogeneous electro‐chemical rate constant=3.61×10?5 cm s?1.  相似文献

A novel kind of nanocomposite, titanate nanotubes (TNTs) decorated by electroactive Prussian blue (PB), was fabricated by a simple chemical method. The as-prepared nanocomposite was characterized by XRD, XPS, TEM, FT-IR and Cyclic voltammetry (CV). Experimental results revealed that PB was adsorbed on the surface of TNTs, and the adsorption capacity of TNTs was stronger than that of anatase-type TiO2 powder (TNP). The PB-TNTs nanocomposite was modified onto a glassy carbon electrode and the electrode showed excellent electroactivity. The modified electrode also exhibited outstanding electrocatalytic activity towards the reduction of hydrogen peroxide and can serve as an amperometric sensor for H2O2 detection. The sensor fabricated by casting Nafion (NF) above the PB-TNTs composite film (NF/PB-TNTs/GCE) showed two linear ranges of 2 × 10?5–5 × 10?4 M and 2 × 10?3–7 × 10?3 M, with a detection limit of 1 × 10?6 M. Furthermore, PB-TNTs modified electrode with Nafion (NF/PB-TNTs/GCE) showed wider linear range and better stability compared with PB-TNTs modified electrode without Nafion (PB-TNTs/GCE) and PB modified electrode with Nafion (NF/PB/GCE).  相似文献

A new electrode was developed by one-step potentiostatic electrodeposition (at ?2.0 V for 20 s) of Au/SiO2 nanoparticles on a glassy carbon electrode. The resulting electrode (nano-Au/SiO2/GCE) was characterized by scanning electronic microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and electrochemical techniques. The electrochemical behavior of dihydronicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) at the nano-Au/SiO2/GCE were thoroughly investigated. Compared to the unmodified electrode, the overpotential decreased by about 300 mV, and the current response significantly increased. These changes indicated that the modified electrode showed excellent catalytic activity in the oxidation of NADH. A linear relationship was obtained in the NADH concentration range from 1.0?×?10?6 to 1.0?×?10?4 mol?L?1. In addition, amperometric sensing of ethanol at the nano-Au/SiO2/GCE in combination with alcohol dehydrogenase and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide was successfully demonstrated. A wide linear response was also found for ethanol in the range from 5.0?×?10?5 to 1.0?×?10?3 mol?L?1 and 1.0?×?10?3 to 1.0?×?10?2 mol?L?1, respectively. The method was successfully applied to determine ethanol in beer and biological samples.  相似文献
