The glasses representing (Bi2O3)x(WO3)y(TeO2)100?x?y and (PbO)x(WO3)y(TeO2)100?x?y systems were prepared. The dilatometric glass-transition temperatures of examined glass samples were found in the region 383–434 °C, the coefficient of thermal expansion varied from 12 to 16 ppm/°C and the density ranged from 6.302 to 6.808 g/cm3. From the optical transmission measurements of thin glassy bulk samples prepared by a glass blowing, the optical gap values were found in the narrow region 3.21–3.36 eV. For the temperature interval 300–480 K, the values of the temperature coefficient of the optical band gap varied from 3.7 × 10?4 to 5.24 × 10?4 eV/K. It is suggested that Raman feature observed at around 350 cm?1 can be assigned to an overlap of Raman bands attributed to WO6 corner shared octahedra and to the following three atomic linkages: Bi–O–Te, Pb–O–Te and W–O–Te.  相似文献

A lead-free Ba(1?x)CaxTi(1?y)ZryO3 (BCZT) single crystal (x=0.08, y=0.26) was grown by the Czochralski (CZ) method in a mixed flux of TiO2 and ZrO2. The composition of as-grown BCZT was analyzed by electron probe micro-analysis. The structure, dielectric properties and phase transition were investigated at different temperatures. The X-ray diffraction results confirmed that the structure of the as-grown BCZT crystal was cubic both at 25 °C and 500 °C. The temperature dependence of the dielectric constant and Raman spectra characterization revealed that there was a phase transition from cubic to tetragonal, which happened between 200 K and 250 K. With increasing frequency, the Curie temperature shifted towards high temperature.  相似文献

Single crystals in the xBiScO3yBiGaO3–(1−xy)PbTiO3 (BS–BG–PT) system were grown by the high temperature solution method using Pb3O4 and Bi2O3 as the flux. The dielectric permittivity (εr) at room temperature for unpoled tetragonal crystals was determined to be 500–600 with dielectric loss tangents less than 0.3%. The Curie temperature was found to be around ∼420–450°C, with a dielectric maximum, exhibiting relaxor behavior. The longitudinal piezoelectric coefficient (d33) was found to be ∼300 pC/N for 〈0 0 1〉 oriented tetragonal crystals with electromechanical coupling factor (k33) of 75%, with a shear mode, d15∼290 pC/N and k15∼45%, lateral mode, d31∼−55 pC/N and k31∼−37%. The remnant polarization (Pr) was 46 μC/cm2 with a coercive field (Ec) of 43 kV/cm at 1 Hz and DC field of 60 kV/cm. The linear electro-optic (E-O) coefficients of poled crystals determined using an automated scanning Mach–Zehnder interferometer method at room temperature and wavelength of 632.8 nm were r33=36 and r13=4 pm/V, respectively.  相似文献

The triruthenium cluster ( -H)Ru3( 33-CHCHCMe)(CO)9 reacts with the diphosphine ligand 4,5-bis(diphenylphosphino)-4-cyclopenten-1,3-dione (bpcd) in the presence of Me3NO to afford ( -H)Ru3( 33-CHCHCMe)(CO)7(bpcd) in moderate yield. This new cluster has been isolated and characterized in solution by IR and NMR (1H, 31P) spectroscopies, and the solid-state structure has been established by X-ray crystallography. ( -H)Ru3( 33-CHCHCMe)(CO)7(bpcd) MeOH crystallizes in the triclinic space group P , a = 11.2426(8) Å, b = 11.7141(8) Å, c = 16.195(1) Å, = 102.041(5)°, = 95.128(5)°, = 102.553(6)°, V = 2008.4(3) Å3, Z = 2, d calc. = 1.733 g/cm3; R = 0.0488, R w = 0.0546 for 2212 observed reflections with I > 3 (I). The X-ray structure reveals that the bpcd ligand is bound exclusively to the Ru3 core at the ruthenium center coordinated by the terminal CH unit of the -allylic 33-CHCHCMe moiety.  相似文献

Refinement of neutron-diffraction data from a partially deuteriated single crystal of taurine, 2-aminoethylsulfonic acid, confirms the zwitterion structure, ND 3 + (CH2)2SO 3 ? , at room temperature; the S?C?C?N torsion angle of thegauche configuration in the solid state is ?69.40. Hydrogen positions have been located more precisely than in the earlier X-ray analysis to yield apparent bond lengths N?D/H=1.02(1) Å and C?H=1.08(1) Å.  相似文献

The organometallic zwitterion (5-C5H3MeBCl3)Fe(CO)3 (2) is isolated as a minor product from the reaction between the sodium salt of the anion [(5-C5H4Me)Fe(CO)2] and boron trichloride. The crystal structure of 2 [P21/n, a = 7.3927(5) Å, b = 13.8027(9) Å, c = 12.2759(9) Å, = = 90°, = 92.517(3)°] features discrete molecules in which the coordination sphere of the iron center comprises three carbonyls and a novel ( 5-C5H3MeBCl3) ligand, derived from attack of BCl3 on the ( 5-C5H4Me) moiety of the parent compound. The isolation of 2 confirms that the nucleophilic properties of organometallic anions of the type [( 5-C5R5)M(CO) n ] (M = Fe, Ru, n = 2; M = Mo, W, n = 3) are not confined to the metal center, or to the carbonyl oxygens (examples of which have previously been reported) but also encompass the cyclopentadienyl ligand.  相似文献

The crystal structures of [(5-C5H4COOH)W(CO)3R] (R=Me, I) have been determined. They crystallize in two different monoclinic space groups. R=Me isP21/c,a=10.4833(6),b=8.0144(7),c=13.0731(6) , =93.147(4)°, andD(calc)=2.374 g-cm–3 forZ=4. R=I isP21/n,a=7.814(2),b=13.075(4),c=11.097(4) , =91.75(2)°, andD(calc)=2.953 g-cm–3 forZ=4. Both possess a four-legged piano stool geometry. The methyl ligand in the R=Me complex is disordered between two positions insyn oranti relative to the substituted carbon of the cyclopentadienyl ligand. The iodo ligand in the R=I complex is, however, exclusively insyn-position.  相似文献

The complex cis-[Ru(bpy)2{PMe(o-tol)2}Cl+][ClO 4] crystallizes in space group P21/c witha = 9.375(2) Å, b = 22.019(7) Å, c = 16.153(4) Å, = 90.83(2)°, V = 3333.9(16) Å3 and D(calc'd) = 1.547 g/cm3 for Z = 4. The Ru-PMe(o-tol)2 bond length of 2.357(3) Å is significantly longer than distances of Ru-PMe2(o-tol) = 2.324(2) Å and Ru-PMe3 = 2.310(2) Å in analogous complexes. The corresponding Ru-P(o-tol)3 complex has eluded synthesis, probably due to steric hindrance.  相似文献

Dysprosium doped GexGa5Se(95?x) (x = 15–30) chalcogenide glasses were synthesized in this present work. The Vis–NIR transmission spectra, photoluminescence spectra and lifetime were measured. Glasses (x = 27.5, 29.17 and 30) doped with 0.2 wt% dysprosium ions shows relatively strong emission bands at 1146 and 1343 nm when pumped at 808 nm. The emission lifetime ranged from 440 to 540 μs. The oscillator strengths and intensity parameters Ωt (t = 2, 4 and 6) were calculated using Judd–Ofelt theory.  相似文献

Epitaxial oxide thin film layers are of interest for model catalytic studies. We report the growth of Ce1?xPrxO2?δ mixed oxide layers of different stoichiometries (x=0–1) and oxygen deficiency (δ>0) on Si(111) by co-evaporating molecular beam epitaxy. The main objective is to identify the crystal phases and to investigate the correlation between compositions and crystal structures. X-ray photoemission spectroscopy was performed to quantify the stoichiometries. An extensive laboratory and synchrotron based X-ray diffraction analysis was carried out to determine the vertical and lateral lattice orientations and the strain status of the layers. The study revealed that single crystalline Ce1?xPrxO2?δ/Si(111) heterostructures can be epitaxially grown on Si(111) for model catalytic studies. In addition to the structure–stoichiometry relationship typical to mixed oxide bulk powders, we identified a hexagonal mixed Ce–Pr oxide thin film phase not yet reported in bulk studies.  相似文献

Crystal structure of C41H53O7Br has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystalline in the orthorhombic space group P212121, with a = 11.264(2), b = 12.058(2), c = 29.337(6) Å, Z = 4. The bond angles of cyclopropane moiety in the molecule are approximate to 60° and agree with theoretic values of the internal angles in a cyclopropane, and two chiral menthyloxy groups are located above and under the whole chiral molecule, respectively. The configuration of the pentacyclic lactone is shown as envelope form.  相似文献

Single crystals of the α?-phase of (Zn1 ? x Cd x )3As2 solid solution (x = 0.26) have been prepared and investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis. The tetragonal unit-cell parameters are found to be a = b = 8.5377(2) Å, c = 24.0666(9) Å, sp. gr. I41/amd, Z = 16. Zn and Cd atoms in the crystal statistically occupy three symmetrically independent positions in the mirror planes and are tetrahedrally coordinated by arsenic atoms. (Zn,Cd) tetrahedra share edges to form a three-dimensional structure framework. The α?-phase is geometrically related to the fluorite structure. The character of arrangement of tetrahedral vacancies in fluorite-like unit cells is revealed. Chains of tetrahedral vacancies form microchannels oriented parallel the a and b axes, which pierce the three-dimensional structure framework at different levels along the c axis. The structure of α″-Cd3As2 crystals is found to be similar to that of α?-(Zn0.74Cd0.26)3As2.  相似文献

The influence of isomorphous replacement in the cation sublattice on the kinetics of the phase transition in single crystals of the solid solutions (K x (NH4)1 ? x ) m H n (SO4)(m + n)/2 · yH2O belonging to the K3H(SO4)2-(NH4)3H(SO4)2-H2O salt system was studied. Superproton phase transitions for the end compositions of this system have been found earlier. The optical and thermal properties of crystals with the composition (K,NH4)3H(SO4)2 in the temperature range from 295 to 500 K were investigated, and the crystal structure was determined at 295 K. The results of the study and the comparison with the literature data show that the replacement of potassium atoms with ammonia leads to a fundamental change in the kinetics of the phase transition, the phase-transition temperature remaining virtually unchanged.  相似文献

TeO2–WO3 (TW), TeO2–WO3–La2O3 (TWL), TeO2–WO3–La2O3–Bi2O3 (TWLB) and TeO2–ZnO–Na2O–Bi2O3 (TZNB) glasses were produced by high-purity oxide mixtures melting in platinum or gold crucible at 800 °C in the atmosphere of purified oxygen. The total content of Cu, Mn, Fe, Co and Ni impurities was not more than 0.1–0.5 ppm wt in the initial oxides and glasses. The stability of TZNB glasses to crystallization, characterized by (Tx ? Tg) value more than 150 °C, was demonstrated by DSC measurements at heating rate 10 K/min. In the case of La2O3-containing glasses the thermal effects of both crystallization and fusion of the crystallized phases were not observed. The hydroxyl groups absorption coefficients of pure tellurite glasses at the maximum of the absorption band (λ ~ 3 μm) were in the region of 0.012–0.001 cm?1. The optical absorption losses, measured by the laser calorimetry method at λ = 1.56 and 1.97 μm, did not exceed 100 dB/km.  相似文献

We have measured the electrical conductivity and thermoelectric power of the pseudobinary system (As2Te3)x(Tl2Se)1−x both in the glass and liquid states. The effect of the addition of excess Tl has also been examined. It has been found that the activation energy of electronic conduction is closely related to the average atomization energy of these materials.  相似文献

The direct reaction of hydrated lanthanide nitrate salts with 18-crown-6 in 31 CH3CNCH3OH has resulted in the isolation and structural characterization of [Pr(NO3)3(18-crown-6)] and [M(NO3)3(OH2)3]·18-crown-6 (M=Y, Eu, Tb–Lu). (The Eu and Yb analogs were confirmed with preliminary cell data only.) [Pr(NO3)3(18-crown-6)] is 12-coordinate icosahedral and crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with (at 20°C)a=12.230(2),b=15.598(4),c=21.777(9)Å andD calc=1.89 g cm–3 forZ=8. The seven isostructural [Pr(NO3)3(18-crown-6)] complexes all contain 9-coordinate capped square antiprismatic metal centers hydrogen bonded via the bound water molecules to D3d 18-crown-6 within the lattice to form hydrogen bonded polymeric chains. Each complex is orthorhombic Pnma with cell parameters as follows: M=Tb (20°C):a=15.242(6),b=14.253(11),c=11.070(6)Å,D calc=1.83 g cm–3 forZ=4; M=Dy (20°C):a=15.248(3),b=14.239(5),c=11.058(3)Å,D calc=1.84 g cm–3 forZ=4; M=Y (19°C):a=15.260(2),b=14.238(2),c=11.048(3) Å,D calc=1.64 g cm–3 for Z=4; M=Ho (20°C):a=15.226(4),b=14.208(15),c=11.028(3)Å,D calc=1.86 g cm–3 forZ=4; M=Er (20°C):a=15.250(3),b=14.208(7),c=11.028(3)Å,D calc=1.87 g cm–3 forZ=4; M=Tm (20°C):a=15.246(6),b=14.190(16),c=11.013(6) Å,D calc=1.88 g cm–3 forZ=4; M=Lu (21°C):a=15.244(9),b=14.158(6),c=10.980(7)Å,D calc=1.90 g cm–3 forZ=4.  相似文献

A new C2 symmetric bis-aziridine derivative was synthesized starting from L-(+)-tartaric acid. The molecular structure of (+)-(2R, 3R)-N, N-bis-trityl-2,3-bis-aziridine 4, was determined by 1H, 13C NMR and elemental analysis and was confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Thin films of As33S67, As33S33.5Se33.5 and As33Se67 prepared by vacuum thermal evaporation were selectively etched in alkaline organic solutions of amines i.e. 1,2-diaminopropane, morpholine, aminoethanol, cyclohexylamine, hexylamine, butylamine and propylamine. Dissolution rates v, resolution coefficients γ and surface quality are discussed and compared to recently published results of etching process in inorganic solutions of NaOH, Na2S and (NH4)2S. The resolution coefficients achieved in amine based solutions are by the order of magnitude higher than ones in inorganic etchants. Etching in organic solutions showed increase of the resolution coefficient and decrease of dissolution rate of exposed and unexposed film in the sequence of propylamine, butylamine, hexylamine and cyclohexylamine solution. The role of different type of amine on dissolution rate and resolution coefficient is discussed. The dissolution parameter γ is getting worse in the same type of solvent with increasing content of Se. The dissolution mechanism and relation between photo-structural change and dissolution behavior of films are proposed. New results of negative selective etching of Agx(As0.33Se0.67)100?x in NaCN are presented and compared with selective etching curves of recently published Agx(As0.33S0.67)100?x and Agx(As0.33S0.335Se0.335)100?x thin films. Potential application is shown in fabrication of ‘microlenses like’ motive into the Ag–As33S67 thin film.  相似文献

采用助熔剂法生长了Er3 ,Yb3 共掺的YAl3 (BO3 ) 4 晶体 ,测量了晶体的室温吸收谱。由此吸收谱 ,根据Judd Ofelt理论计算了Er3 在Er3 ,Yb3 ∶YAl3 (BO3 ) 4 晶体中的强度参数、自发辐射几率、积分发射截面等参数。强度参数为Ω2 =2 .4 4× 10 -2 0 cm2 、Ω4=2 .0 0× 10 -2 0 cm2 、Ω6=6 .10× 10 -2 0 cm2 。研究了晶体的荧光特性 ,并在 976nm激光泵浦下得到了上转换绿色荧光。  相似文献
