A simple and an efficient method for the synthesis of six membered nitrogen containing heterocyclic compounds—1,3-oxazines from diethyl acetylene dicarboxylate, substituted anilines or amines and formaldehyde is reported. A versatile, economical and eco-friendly heterogeneous reagent silica sulfuric acid (Si-OSO3H) is used as a catalyst for this reaction.  相似文献

A one-pot synthesis of novel aroylamido coumarins from the reaction of 4-hydroxycoumarin with aryl glyoxals and benzamides in the presence of a catalytic amount of tungstate sulfuric acid (TSA) is described. [reaction: see text] A copper(I) complex of i-Pr-pybox-diPh has been found to be an efficient catalyst for an enantioselective one-pot three-component synthesis of propargylamines from aldehydes, amines, and alkynes. The reaction has been applied to a wide variety of aromatic aldehydes with excellent yields (up to 99%) and enantiomeric excesses (up to 99% ee). Abstract

A simple, rapid, and highly efficient method has been attempted for the three-component condensation of benzil/benzoin, aldehydes, and ammonium acetate under microwave irradiation in the presence of a catalytic amount of bio-supported cellulose sulfuric acid under solvent-free conditions to afford the 2,4,5-triarylimidazole derivatives. The catalyst is easily prepared, inexpensive, separated simply by filtration, gives excellent yield of products with shorter reaction times, and is recyclable several times.  相似文献

Baker’s yeast catalyzed one-pot three-component cyclocondensation of aryl aldehydes, malononitrile, and β-dicarbonyls in organic medium has been carried out to obtain polyfunctionalized 4H-pyrans. A direct and efficient approach for the preparation of pyrazolophthalazinyl spirooxindoles has been developed through one-pot three-component reaction of easily available isatin, malononitrile or cyanoacetic ester, and phthalhydrazide catalyzed by nickel chloride in polyethylene glycol 600. An efficient method for the synthesis of thiazolidine-2-thiones is described via regiospecific iodocyclization of an allyl amine, carbon disulfide, and iodine. Dehydrohalogenation of the iodo-derivatives gives thiazole-2(3H)-thiones. In addition, nucleophilic substitution of the iodine in the products is accomplished using NaN3, thiophenol, or dithiocarbamate.  相似文献

Iodine is found to be a highly efficient catalyst for the three-component coupling (3CC) of aldehydes, β-naphthol, and 1,3-dimethylbarbituric acid under solvent-free conditions to afford the corresponding 8,10-dimethyl-12-aryl-12H-naphtho[1′,2′5,6]pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidine-9,11-diones in good yields with high selectivity. In this report, synthesis, characterization and application of nano-sphere silica sulfuric acid as a novel and heterogeneous catalyst for the synthesis of β-acetamido ketone derivatives at room temperature are described. The catalyst has been identified using various techniques (XRD, SEM, TEM, EDX, TGA, FT-IR), and results show that it has a spherical shape and its particle size is between 60 and 90 nm.  相似文献
